Sensitive skin can be considered to be a highly allergenic, highly intolerant skin condition in which the skin is intolerant to any slight external irritation and is highly susceptible to a variety of subjective symptoms such as itching, stinging, burning, tightness, etc. The clinical manifestations of sensitive skin are mainly subjective paresthesia, and objective clinical signs are absent or slight, and the sensitive skin has the characteristics of high sensitivity, poor tolerance and high reactivity.
With the wide application of cosmetics, various problems occur, such as low quality of cosmetics, excessive content of toxic substances, addition of glucocorticoid banned medicines, failure of consumers to select cosmetics according to skin, discomfort and the condition that patients do not go to a regular hospital, and the like, so that the appearance of cosmetic dermatitis is endless among people. Cosmetic dermatitis in a broad sense refers to abnormal changes in the physiological state of the skin caused by the use of cosmetics, and is mainly manifested by cosmetic light-sensitive dermatitis, cosmetic irritant dermatitis, cosmetic allergic contact dermatitis, cosmetic hormone-dependent dermatitis, cosmetic pigment-abnormal dermatitis, and hair damage caused by cosmetics. And cosmetic dermatitis in the narrow sense means only cosmetic allergic contact dermatitis and cosmetic irritant dermatitis.
In recent years, the occurrence of sensitive skin has been increasing, and the cause of the occurrence of sensitive skin and the method of alleviating symptoms have not been clarified. Studies have shown that abuse of cosmetics may lead to sensitive skin, while the use of soothing cosmetics helps to improve sensitive skin.
As socio-economic levels change and cosmetic types and ingredients become more complex, the likelihood of the appearance and acceptance of irritation to sensitive skin increases; in addition to the increase in people's awareness of skin health and aesthetic standards, the interest in sensitive skin is increasing. the chick embryo allantoic membrane test is mainly classified into chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane test (CAMVA) and chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane test (HET-CAM). The chick embryo allantoic membrane has rich blood vessel networks and is similar to the structure of an eye conjunctiva, and the chick embryo allantoic membrane test is a stimulation experiment in-vitro replacement method with high sensitivity. The experiment operation is strictly executed according to the 'export-import inspection and quarantine industry standard SN/T2309-2009', and the standard is described in detail.
1.2, experimental results:
and judging and selecting a reaction time method according to an experimental result.
2g of the compositions prepared in examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 2 to 5 were applied to the surface of chorioallantoic membrane in a range of about 1.5cm diameter, gently washed with physiological saline after 30S contact, then the change in CAM blood vessels was observed within 5min, and the initial time to the occurrence of bleeding, hemolysis and coagulation was recorded, and the stimulation score (IS) was calculated using formula (1) according to the observation result, and two digits after decimal point were retained:
Figure BDA0003509248630000122
in the formula:
sec H (bleeding time) -the average time to onset of bleeding observed on CAM membranes in seconds(s);
sec L (vascular melting time) -the average time to onset of vascular melting observed on the CAM membrane in seconds(s);
sec C (clotting time) -the average time to onset of clotting observed on the CAM membrane in seconds(s).
ps: bleeding: blood flows from the CAM membrane into the blood vessel and out of the blood vessel, and may be manifested in various forms such as punctate hemorrhage or flocculent diffuse hemorrhage.
Blood coagulation: the denaturation of intravascular and extravascular proteins is manifested by a slowing of intravascular blood flow or thrombosis, a brownish black appearance of the blood vessels, and turbidity and opacity outside the blood vessels.
Vessel melting: the small vessel wall on the CAM membrane is broken and the small vessel melts away.
The ocular irritation of the test subjects was classified according to the calculated IS value as shown in table 1 below.
