Evaluation of Performance
1. Skin blood flow measurement: the effect of the eyesight-improving fluid provided in example 1 on blood flow and nutrient delivery in the eyes was monitored by measuring Skin Blood Flow (SBF). The change in skin blood flow in the area where the improving eyesight liquid is used is measured by a laser doppler blood flow meter (laser doppler can monitor the blood perfusion amount of the whole microcirculation system, including capillaries (nutrient blood flow), arterioles, venules and anastomotic branches).
Test object: 15 healthy adults, 6 men and 9 women, aged 20-25 years, were tested.
The test method comprises the following steps: the laser center of the laser Doppler blood flow meter is used for measuring the skin around eyes, and the blood flow change before the eye brightening liquid is used. Blood flow values were measured for 5 minutes and recorded for the first and fifth minutes. Then, after applying the eye-improving liquid to the skin around the eyes, the blood flow changes were measured at 2 minutes, five minutes, 10 minutes, and 15 minutes, respectively, and recorded for analysis, and the results are shown in fig. 1.
Conclusion of the test: the skin blood flow changes slightly from 1min to 5min before the eyesight improving liquid was used, and an increase in blood flow started to be seen clearly after 2 min after the eyesight improving liquid was used.
2. Skin stratum corneum moisture content determination: skin conductance was measured using the SKICON-200 method to measure the moisture content of the stratum corneum to reflect changes in the number of fine lines and improvement in skin elasticity.
Test object: 20 healthy subjects, aged 19-55 years, were randomly divided into two groups, one group was not used with the eyesight improving liquid and the other group was used with the eyesight improving liquid provided in example 1, and the subjects were applied once daily in the morning and evening, requiring even application of the product, and no other skin care products were applied during the period.
The test method comprises the following steps: the skin stratum corneum moisture content was measured at 0,2,4,8 weeks of the test, and the subjects were asked to evaluate the condition and the subject. The test requires the ambient temperature to be about 20-25 degrees and the relative humidity to be 40-50%, and the test is carried out by cleaning the skin around the eyes during the measurement.
Measurement of the moisture content of the stratum corneum: the skin conductance is measured by a SKICON-200 high frequency conductance measuring instrument, and the water content of the epidermis is indirectly measured by detecting the conductivity of the skin to a high frequency current of 3.5 MHz. The conductivity and measured stratum corneum moisture correlation coefficient of up to 0.99 allows for very sensitive measurement of stratum corneum moisture, 7 consecutive measurements around the eye, pouch position, and averaging after maximum and minimum removal, as shown in figure 2.
Conclusion of the test: the moisture content of the skin cuticle tended to decrease 0 to 8 weeks before the use of the conditioning fluid, and a significant increase in moisture content began 2 weeks after the use of the conditioning fluid.
3. Skin texture measurement: subjective skin texture evaluation was determined by the method of clinical scoring. The method comprises the following steps: 1. the skin condition around the eyes is used as a criterion for the skin aging characteristics, and the skin aging condition is ranked according to the skin wrinkles and the skin condition. 2. Female volunteers 25-45 years old were randomly selected. 3. The subjects were allowed to wash their faces and to take pictures of the same parts around their eyes in a constant temperature and humidity environment at a temperature of about 22 ℃ and a humidity of 50% for 20 min. 4. The subjects apply the eyesight improving liquid once in the morning and evening every day, the product is required to be uniformly applied, no other skin care products are applied during the period, and the service period is 4 weeks. 5. After four weeks, the pictures before and after the comparison judge the anti-aging and anti-wrinkle effects of the eyesight improving liquid, and the results are shown in fig. 3 and 4, and the eyesight improving liquid provided by the embodiment 1 of the invention can effectively reduce wrinkles around eyes and promote fine skin textures.
4. Cooling stability: the eyesight-improving liquid provided in examples was cooled from 60 to 5℃at a cooling rate of 1℃per minute, and whether or not there were problems such as precipitation or decrease in transparency of the solution was observed, and it was found that examples 1 to 2 were free from precipitation or decrease in transparency, and that example 3 was poor in transparency.
5. Microorganism breeding: the eyesight improving liquid provided in examples 1 to 2 was left at room temperature for 15 days, and the turbidity change before and after leaving was observed, and found to be less than 0.02, whereas the turbidity change in example 4 was 0.08.
