Examples
The raw materials used in the examples are all prepared by a method of water distillation extraction, and the specific preparation method comprises the steps of crushing plants, adding the raw materials in a weight ratio of 1: 1, distilling and extracting for 1-2 h, and filtering (a 2000-mesh screen) to obtain the plant extract.

The embodiment provides a plant extract eyesight improving solution, which is prepared from, by weight, 10% of a wild chrysanthemum flower extract, 4% of a grassleaf sweelflag rhizome extract, 2% of a cassia seed extract, 4% of a red ginseng extract, 4% of a safflower extract, 5% of a glossy privet fruit extract, the balance of water, 2% of a dwarf lilyturf tuber extract, 3% of a Chinese wolfberry fruit extract, 4% of a gardenia extract, 3% of a polygala tenuifolia extract, 4% of a licorice extract, 4% of a phellodendron bark extract, 2% of a poria cocos extract, 2% of a salvia miltiorrhiza extract, 2% of an elecampane extract, 2% of a plantain seed extract, 3% of a gentian extract, 3% of an agilawood extract, 3% of a blumea extract, 2% of cistanche deserticola extract, 5% of a schisandra chinensis extract, 2% of a forsythia fruit extract, and 2% of a zanthoxylum bunge fruit extract.
The present invention also provides a method for preparing the plant extract eyesight improving solution, comprising: mixing the raw materials for preparing the eyesight improving solution to obtain the eyesight improving solution.

The embodiment provides a plant extract eyesight improving solution, which is prepared from, by weight, 5% of a wild chrysanthemum flower extract, 1% of a rhizoma acori graminei extract, 1% of a semen cassiae extract, 1% of a red ginseng extract, 1% of a red flower extract, 1% of a glossy privet fruit extract, the balance of water, 1% of a radix ophiopogonis extract, 1% of a medlar extract, 1% of a gardenia extract, 1% of a polygala tenuifolia extract, 1% of a licorice extract, 1% of a phellodendron extract, 1% of a poria cocos extract, 1% of a salvia miltiorrhiza extract, 1% of a costustoot extract, 1% of a plantain seed extract, 1% of a gentian extract, 1% of an agilawood extract, 1% of a blumea extract, 1% of a cistanche extract, 1% of a fructus schizandrae extract and 1% of a pepper extract.
The present invention also provides a method for preparing the plant extract eyesight improving solution, comprising: mixing the raw materials for preparing the eyesight improving solution to obtain the eyesight improving solution.
Example 3

The present invention also provides a method for preparing the plant extract eyesight improving solution, comprising: mixing the raw materials for preparing the eyesight improving solution to obtain the eyesight improving solution.
Example 4

The present invention also provides a method for preparing the plant extract eyesight improving solution, comprising: mixing the raw materials for preparing the eyesight improving solution to obtain the eyesight improving solution.
Evaluation of Performance
1. Measurement of skin blood flow: the effect of the ocular fluid provided in example 1 on blood flow to the eye and nutrient delivery were monitored by measuring Skin Blood Flow (SBF). Changes in skin blood flow in the area using the ocular fluid are measured by a laser doppler hemometer (laser doppler can monitor the amount of blood perfusion throughout the microcirculatory system, including capillaries (nutrient blood flow), arterioles, venules, and anastomotic branches).
Test subjects: the subjects were 15 healthy adults, 6 males and 9 females, aged 20-25 years.
The test method comprises the following steps: the blood flow change before the eye is improved by using the laser center of a laser Doppler blood flow instrument to measure the skin around the eye. The 5 minute measurement was made and the blood flow values for the first and fifth minutes were recorded. After applying the eye brightening solution to the skin around the eyes, the blood flow changes were measured and recorded for analysis at 2, five, 10 and 15 minutes, respectively, and the results are shown in fig. 1.
And (4) test conclusion: the blood flow change of the skin is not very different from 1min to 5min before the eyesight improving liquid is used, and the blood flow is obviously increased after the eyesight improving liquid is used for 2 min.
2. Measuring the water content of the skin stratum corneum: SKICON-200 is adopted to measure the skin conductance to measure the water content of the stratum corneum of the skin so as to reflect the change of the number of fine lines of the skin and the improvement of the elasticity of the skin.
Test subjects: 20 healthy subjects, age 19-55 years, mean not 34 years old, were randomly divided into two groups, one group did not use the eyesight improving solution, and the other group used the eyesight improving solution provided in example 1, and subjects applied the eyesight improving solution once every morning and evening, and required the product to be applied evenly, during which no other skin care product was applied.
The test method comprises the following steps: the water content of the stratum corneum of the skin was measured at 0, 2, 4 and 8 weeks of the test, and the test subjects were asked to evaluate the state and the supervisor. The environmental temperature is required to be about 20-25 ℃ and the relative humidity is required to be 40-50% during testing, and a subject cleans the skin around the eyes to wait for testing during measurement.
Measuring the water content of the horny layer: the SKICON-200 high-frequency conductance tester is used for indirectly measuring the water content of the epidermis by detecting the conductivity of the skin to the high-frequency current of 3.5 MHz. The conductance method and the measured stratum corneum moisture content correlation coefficient can be up to 0.99, the moisture content of the stratum corneum can be measured very sensitively, the pouch positions are measured continuously for 7 times around the eyes, and the average value is obtained after the maximum value and the minimum value are removed, and the result is shown in figure 2.
And (4) test conclusion: the water content of the horny layer of the skin is reduced in 0 to 8 weeks before the eyesight improving solution is not used, and the water content is obviously increased in 2 weeks after the eyesight improving solution is used.
3. Skin texture determination: subjective skin texture assessment was performed by clinical scoring. The method comprises the following steps: 1. the skin condition around the eyes was used as a criterion for judging the aging characteristics of the skin, and the skin aging condition was graded according to the skin wrinkles and skin condition. 2. Female volunteers of 25-45 years old were randomly selected. 3. The subjects were washed and kept in a constant temperature and humidity environment at a temperature of about 22 ℃ and a humidity of 50% for 20min, and the same parts around their eyes were photographed. 4. The subjects apply the eyesight improving liquid once every morning and evening, the product is required to be uniformly applied, no other skin care products are applied in the period, and the service cycle is 4 weeks. 5. After four weeks, the anti-aging and anti-wrinkle effects of the eyesight improving solution are judged by comparing the front and rear pictures, and the results are shown in fig. 3 and 4, and it is found that the eyesight improving solution provided by the embodiment 1 of the invention can effectively reduce wrinkles around eyes and promote fine skin texture.
4. Cooling stability: the eyesight improving solution provided by the embodiment is cooled to 5 ℃ from 60 ℃, the cooling rate is 1 ℃/min, whether the problems of precipitation or solution transparency reduction exist or not is observed, and the results show that the precipitation does not exist or the transparency is reduced in the embodiments 1-2, and the transparency is reduced in the embodiment 3.
5. Breeding of microorganisms: the eyesight improving solutions provided in examples 1-2 were allowed to stand at room temperature for 15 days, and turbidity changes before and after standing were observed to be less than 0.02, while turbidity changes in example 4 were 0.08.
According to the test results, the eyesight improving liquid provided by the invention has good eyesight improving, relieving and anti-inflammatory effects.

Claims (10)

1. The plant extract eyesight improving liquid is characterized by being prepared from 5-10 wt% of wild chrysanthemum flower extracting solution, 1-4 wt% of rhizoma acori graminei extracting solution, 1-2 wt% of semen cassiae extracting solution, 1-4 wt% of red ginseng extracting solution, 1-4 wt% of safflower extracting solution, 1-5 wt% of glossy privet fruit extracting solution and the balance of water.
2. The plant extract eyesight improving solution according to claim 1, wherein the eyesight improving solution is prepared from, by weight, 1-2% of an radix ophiopogonis extract, 1-3% of a medlar extract and 1-4% of a gardenia extract.
3. The plant extract eyesight improving solution according to claim 1, wherein the eyesight improving solution is prepared from raw materials including, by weight, 1-3% of polygala tenuifolia extract, 1-4% of licorice extract, and 1-4% of phellodendron extract.
4. The plant extract eyesight improving solution according to claim 1, wherein the raw materials for preparing the eyesight improving solution further comprise, by weight, 1-2% of poria cocos wolf extract, 1-2% of salvia miltiorrhiza extract and 1-2% of elecampane extract.
5. The plant extract eyesight improving solution according to claim 1, wherein the eyesight improving solution is prepared from raw materials including, by weight, 1-2% of semen plantaginis extract and 1-3% of radix gentianae extract.
6. The plant extract eyesight improving solution according to claim 1, wherein the eyesight improving solution is prepared from raw materials including, by weight, 1-3% of agilawood extract and 1-3% of wormwood extract.
7. The plant extract eyesight improving solution according to claim 1, wherein the raw materials for preparing the eyesight improving solution further comprise, by weight, 1-2% of a cistanche extract and 1-5% of a schisandra extract.
8. The plant extract eyesight improving solution according to claim 1, wherein the eyesight improving solution is prepared from 1-2% by weight of fructus forsythiae extract and 1-2% by weight of fructus Zanthoxyli extract.
