背景技术
以往,在运动衣料、休闲衣料、伞布等领域中要求具有防水性的布帛,使氟系防水剂等防水剂附着于布帛(例如,参照专利文献1、专利文献2)。
另外,近年来,为了保护环境,提出了一种使用非氟系防水剂的布帛,该非氟系防水剂不使用有可能对生物造成影响的化合物(例如,全氟辛酸、全氟辛烷磺酸等)(例如,参照专利文献3)。
然而,这些布帛有在伸展性方面不充分的问题。

发明内容
本发明是鉴于上述背景而作出的,其目的在于提供不仅防水性优异而且伸展性也优异的防水性布帛和使用该防水性布帛而成的纤维制品。
本发明人等为了实现上述的课题而进行了深入研究,结果发现通过在实施防水加工而成的防水性布帛中巧妙地设计构成布帛的纤维等,可得到不仅防水性优异而且伸展性也优异的防水性布帛,通过进一步反复深入研究,从而完成了本发明。
如此,根据本发明,提供“一种防水性布帛,其特征在于,是实施防水加工而成的防水性布帛,该布帛包含复合纱,该复合纱包含伸缩性纤维和单纤维纤度1dtex以下的极细纤维。”。
此时,上述伸缩性纤维优选为2种成分并列型或偏心芯鞘型地接合而成的复合纤维、或者为聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯纤维。另外,布帛优选是覆盖系数CF为1000以上的织物。其中,覆盖系数CF由下述式定义。

本发明的防水性布帛中,优选在布帛表面形成有由上述极细纤维构成的微细纤维线圈。另外,布帛表面的防水滚动角度优选为15度以下。另外,通过JIS L1092-2009 7.2防水度试验(喷雾法)测定的防水度优选为4级以上。另外,在进行10次的JIS L0217-1995中规定的洗涤(其中使用JAFET标准配合洗剂)后,通过JIS L1092-2009 7.2防水度试验(喷雾法)测定的防水度优选为3级以上。另外,通过JIS L1096-2010 8.16B法测定的经向或纬向的伸展性优选为10%以上。另外,通过JIS L1096-2010 8.16B-1法测定的经向或纬向的伸展性回复率优选为85%以上。另外,通过JIS L1096-2010 8.17D法测定的经向或纬向的撕裂强度优选为7N以上。
另外,根据本发明,提供使用上述的防水性布帛而成的纤维制品。
根据本发明,可得到不仅防水性优异而且伸展性也优异的防水性布帛和使用该防水性布帛而成的纤维制品。
具体实施方式
以下,对本发明的实施方式进行详细说明。本发明的防水性布帛是实施防水加工而成的防水性布帛,该布帛包含复合纱,该复合纱包含单纤维纤度为1dtex以下(更优选为0.00002~0.8dtex,特别优选为0.001~0.5dtex)的极细纤维和伸缩性纤维。根据上述构成,通过在布帛表面形成由上述极细纤维构成的微细纤维线圈,在布帛表面形成莲叶状的微细的凹凸,得到优异的防水性。另外,同时通过伸缩纤维的效果,布帛的伸展性也优异。在此,如果上述极细纤维的单纤维纤度大于1dtex,则无法形成微细纤维线圈而不优选。另外,在形成微细纤维线圈的基础上,上述极细纤维优选为非卷缩纤维。例如,如果上述极细纤维为假捻卷缩加工纱,则有可能无法形成微细纤维线圈。
作为上述极细纤维,可以使用聚酯纤维、丙烯酸纤维、尼龙纤维、人造丝纤维、乙酸酯纤维、以及棉、羊毛、丝绸等天然纤维、或者将这些纤维复合而成的纤维。聚酯纤维含有包含聚酯成分作为至少1种成分的复合纤维。此时,作为复合纤维,可例示并列型复合纤维、偏心芯鞘型复合纤维、芯鞘型复合纤维、海岛型复合纤维等。另外,尼龙纤维包含尼龙6纤维、尼龙66纤维。
作为形成聚酯纤维的聚酯,优选以对苯二甲酸为主要的酸成分且以碳原子数2~6的亚烷基二醇,即选自乙二醇、丙二醇、丁二醇、戊二醇、己二醇中的至少1种为主要的二元醇成分的聚酯。其中,特别优选以乙二醇为主要的二元醇成分的聚酯(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)或以丙二醇为主要的二元醇成分的聚酯(聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯)。
上述聚酯中,根据需要可以具有少量(通常为30摩尔%以下)的共聚成分。此时,作为除使用的对苯二甲酸以外的二官能性羧酸,例如可举出间苯二甲酸、萘二甲酸、二苯基二甲酸、二苯氧基乙烷二甲酸、β-羟基乙氧基苯甲酸、对羟基苯甲酸、间苯二甲酸-5-磺酸钠、己二酸、癸二酸、1,4-环己烷二甲酸之类的芳香族、脂肪族、脂环族的二官能性羧酸。另外,作为除上述二元醇以外的二醇化合物,例如可举出环己烷-1,4-二甲醇、新戊二醇、双酚A、双酚S之类的脂肪族、脂环族、芳香族的二醇化合物和聚氧化烯二醇等。
上述聚酯可以利用任意的方法合成。如果对例如聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯的情况进行说明,则可以如下制造,即,通过使对苯二甲酸与乙二醇直接进行酯化反应、或者使对苯二甲酸二甲酯之类的对苯二甲酸的低级烷基酯与乙二醇进行酯交换反应、或者使对苯二甲酸与环氧乙烷反应而生成对苯二甲酸的二元醇酯和/或其低聚合物的第1阶段的反应,以及将第1阶段的反应产物在减压下加热使其进行缩聚反应直至变成所希望的聚合度的第2阶段的反应来制造。另外,上述聚酯可以为经材料回收或者化学回收的聚酯,或者如日本特开2004-270097号公报、日本特开2004-211268号公报中记载那样的使用包含特定的磷化合物和钛化合物的催化剂而得到的聚酯。进而,也可以为聚乳酸、立体复合型聚乳酸等具有生物降解的聚酯。
另外,如果在上述极细纤维中包含相对于纤维重量为0.1重量%以上(优选为0.1~5.0重量%)的紫外线吸收剂,则对布帛赋予紫外线屏蔽性而优选。作为上述紫外线吸收剂,可例示苯并嗪系有机紫外线吸收剂、二苯甲酮系有机紫外线吸收剂、苯并三唑系有机紫外线吸收剂、水杨酸系有机紫外线吸收剂等。其中,从在纺纱的阶段不分解这样的观点考虑,特别优选苯并/>嗪系有机紫外线吸收剂。
作为上述苯并嗪系有机紫外线吸收剂,优选例示日本特开昭62-11744号公报中公开的例子。即,有2-甲基-3,1-苯并/>嗪-4-酮、2-丁基-3,1-苯并/>嗪-4-酮、2-苯基-3,1-苯并/>嗪-4-酮、2,2’-亚乙基双(3,1-苯并/>嗪-4-酮)、2,2’-四亚甲基双(3,1-苯并嗪-4-酮)、2,2’-对亚苯基双(3,1-苯并/>嗪-4-酮)、1,3,5-三(3,1-苯并/>嗪-4-酮-2-基)苯、1,3,5-三(3,1-苯并/>嗪-4-酮-2-基)萘等。
另外,如果在上述极细纤维中包含相对于纤维重量为0.1重量%以上(优选为0.2~4.0重量%)的消光剂(二氧化钛),则布帛的防透性提高而优选。
进而,在上述极细纤维中根据需要可以包含微细孔形成剂(有机磺酸金属盐)、防着色剂、热稳定剂、阻燃剂(三氧化二锑)、荧光增白剂、着色颜料、防静电剂(磺酸金属盐)、吸湿剂(聚氧化烯二醇)、抗菌剂、其它无机粒子中的1种以上。
另一方面,作为上述伸缩性纤维,优选由包含聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯的1种成分构成的纤维、2种成分并列型或偏心芯鞘型地接合而成的复合纤维、弹性纤维(聚氨酯系纤维、聚醚酯系纤维、吸水性弹性体纤维等)、未拉伸聚酯纤维、假捻卷缩加工纱等。
在此,作为上述复合纤维,优选至少1种成分由聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯或聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯构成的复合纤维。具体而言,作为上述2种成分,可例示聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯与聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯、聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯与聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯与聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯与聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯等。
在此,聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯是指由以对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯单元为主要的重复单元的聚酯构成的纤维,是指对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯单元为50摩尔%以上、优选为70摩尔%以上、进一步优选为80摩尔%以上、特别优选为90摩尔%以上的纤维。因此含有在作为第3成分的其它酸成分和/或二元醇成分的合计量为50摩尔%以下、优选为30摩尔%以下、进一步优选为20摩尔%以下、特别优选为10摩尔%以下的范围含有的聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯。
聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯通过使对苯二甲酸或其功能性衍生物与丙二醇或其功能性衍生物在催化剂的存在下且在适当的反应条件下进行缩合而制造。
作为添加的第3成分,可举出脂肪族二羧酸(草酸、己二酸等)、脂环族二羧酸(环己烷二甲酸等)、芳香族二羧酸(间苯二甲酸、间苯二甲酸磺酸钠等)、脂肪族二元醇(乙二醇、1,2-丙二醇、丁二醇等)、脂环族二元醇(环己烷二元醇等)、芳香族二氧基化合物(对苯二酚双酚A等)、包含芳香族的脂肪族二元醇(1,4-双(β-羟基乙氧基)苯等)、脂肪族羟基羧酸(对羟基苯甲酸等)等。
上述聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯可以为使3种成分共聚而成的物质。另外,可以为经材料回收或化学回收而得的物质。进而,可以为如日本特开2004-270097号公报、日本特开2004-211268号公报中记载那样的使用包含特定的磷化合物和钛化合物的催化剂得到的物质。
上述的聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯等中可以包含1种或2种以上的微细孔形成剂、阳离子染料可染剂、防着色剂、热稳定剂、荧光增白剂、消光剂、着色剂、吸湿剂、无机微粒。
上述的复合纤维例如可以通过日本特开2009-46800号公报中记载的方法制造。
上述伸缩性纤维中,单纤维纤度没有特别限定,优选为0.00002~5.0dtex(更优选为0.1~3.0dtex,特别优选为1.1~2.5dtex)的范围内。
另外,上述极细纤维和/或上述伸缩性纤维中,作为单纤维截面形状,除了圆截面以外,还可例示椭圆形截面、三角、四角、十字、扁平、带缩颈的扁平、H型、W型等。
本发明的防水性布帛包含复合纱,该复合纱包含上述极细纤维和伸缩性纤维。此时,上述复合纱的制造方法没有特别限定。例如,可以将如上所述的极细纤维和伸缩性纤维与根据需要的进一步的其它纤维并丝,通过空气加工(交织加工、塔丝隆(注册商标)加工)进行空气混纤,也可以进行复合假捻。特别优选的是空气混纤法。
此时,上述复合纱优选为以交织的个数1~150个/m实施交织加工而成的交织纱。
另外,使上述3种纤维复合时,可以适当地变更超喂率。另外,可以首先使2种纤维复合后,通过接下来的工序使其它纱条复合。
上述复合纱中,总纤度优选为40~180dtex的范围内。
本发明的布帛包含上述复合纱。此时,相对于布帛重量,优选包含30重量%以上(最优选为100重量%)的上述复合纱。
本发明的布帛中,布帛的组织没有特别限定,从得到优异的防水性的方面出发,优选织物。此时,织物的组织没有特别限定。例如,可例示平织、斜纹织、缎织等三原组织、变化组织、经二重织、纬二重织等单面二重织、经天鹅绒等。层数可以为单层,也可以为2层以上的多层。
另外,如果由下述式定义的织物的覆盖系数CF为1000以上(优选为1500~4000,特别优选为2300~3500),则可得到进一步优异的防水性而优选。
CF=(DWp/1.1)1/2×MWp+(DWf/1.1)1/2×MWf
其中,DWp为经纱总纤度(dtex),MWp为经纱织造密度(根/2.54cm),DWf为纬纱总纤度(dtex),MWf为纬纱织造密度(根/2.54cm)。
另外,作为织造密度,从得到优异的防水性的方面出发,优选为经密度110根/2.54cm以上(更优选为120~170根/2.54cm)且纬密度90根/2.54cm以上(更优选为100~150根/2.54cm)的范围内。
本发明的布帛例如可以通过以下的方法制造。即,首先使用上述复合纱制造编织布帛。此时,制造编织方法可以为使用通常的织机(例如,通常的喷水织机、喷气织机、剑杆织机等)或针织机的通常的制造编织方法。另外,可以对上述的复合纱进行下述式表示的捻系数30000以下(优选为500~30000)左右的捻纱。作为捻数,优选为100~2000t/m的范围。
(捻系数)=捻数[t/m]×(纤度[de])1/2
其中,纤度[de]为纤度[dtex]乘以0.9而得的值。
接下来,对上述布帛实施精炼处理或染色加工(优选为精炼处理和染色加工)。此时,通过精炼处理或染色加工的热处理,在伸缩纤维为复合纤维的情况下,复合纤维的潜在卷缩明显化,从而布帛收缩,布帛的密度提高,同时,极细纤维相对变长,在布帛表面形成由极细纤维构成的微细纤维线圈。
接下来,对该布帛实施防水加工。上述防水加工中,防水剂的种类没有特别限定。例如,可以为氟系化合物,可例示烃系化合物、有机硅系化合物等环保的防水剂。根据需要,优选将抗静电剂、三聚氰胺树脂、催化剂混合而制成防水剂的浓度为3~15重量%左右的加工剂,以浸吸率50~90%左右,使用该加工剂处理布帛的表面。作为利用加工剂处理布帛的表面的方法,可例示轧染法(padding method)、喷雾法等。其中,从使加工剂浸透到布帛内部的方面出发,优选轧染法。上述浸吸率是指加工剂相对于布帛(赋予加工剂前)重量的重量比例(%)。
应予说明,作为上述抗静电剂,优选含有聚乙二醇基的聚酯系树脂、含有聚乙二醇基的氨基甲酸酯系树脂、含有聚乙二醇基的聚阳离子系化合物与二缩水甘油醚的反应物等。也可以为高级醇硫酸酯盐、硫酸化油、磺酸盐、磷酸酯盐等阴离子系表面活性剂,胺盐型、季铵盐、咪唑啉型季盐等阳离子系表面活性剂,聚乙二醇型、多元醇酯型等非离子系表面活性剂,咪唑啉型季盐、丙氨酸型、甜菜碱型等两性表面活性剂等抗静电性化合物。
另外,在上述防水加工工序的前工序和后工序中的至少任一者中,可以进行常规方法的染色加工、碱减量加工、起毛加工。进而,可以附加应用紫外线屏蔽剂、抗菌剂、除臭剂、防虫剂、蓄光剂、回反射剂、负离子产生剂等。此外,在布帛中包含复合纤维的情况下,通过染色加工等热历程,复合纤维的潜在卷缩明显化(线圈状)。
在如此得到的防水性布帛中,通过在布帛中含有上述复合纱,从而在布帛表面形成由上述极细纤维构成的微细纤维线圈,在布帛表面形成莲叶状的微细的凹凸。然后,由于通过该微细纤维线圈形成微小的空气层,因此在水滴滴加到布帛表面时呈现优异的防水性。应予说明,该效果有时也被称为莲花效应。
此时,作为防水性,布帛表面的防水滚动角度优选为20度以下(更优选为15度以下,进一步优选为12度以下,特别优选为5~11度)。
其中,防水滚动角度是指向安装于水平板上的平面状的被测定试样轻轻地滴加0.2cc的水,使该平板以等速轻轻地倾斜,水滴开始滚动时的角度。
另外,通过JIS L1092-2009 7.2防水度试验(喷雾法)测定的防水度优选为4级以上。另外,在进行10次的JIS L0217-1995中规定的洗涤(其中使用JAFET标准配合洗剂)后,通过JIS L 1092-2009 7.2防水度试验(喷雾法)测定的防水度优选为3级以上。
由于本发明的防水性布帛包含上述复合纱,该复合纱包含上述伸缩性纤维,因此布帛也具有伸缩性(伸展性)。此时,通过JIS L1096-2010 8.16B法测定的经向或纬向(优选为经向和纬向)的伸展性优选为10%以上(更优选为10~30%)。另外,通过JIS L1096-20108.16B-1法测定的经向或纬向(优选为经向和纬向)的伸展性回复率优选为85%以上。
另外,在本发明的防水性布帛中,通过JIS L1096-2010 8.17D法测定的经向或纬向(优选为经向和纬向)的撕裂强度优选为7N以上(更优选为20~100N)。另外,作为布帛的单位面积重量,从轻型性的角度考虑,优选为200g/m2以下(更优选为100~180g/m2)。
接下来,本发明的纤维制品包含上述的防水性布帛。由于该纤维制品包含上述的布帛,因此具有优异的防水性和伸展性。应予说明,该纤维制品包括伞布、衣料等。而且,该衣料包含羽绒衣料、羽毛球衫、跑步衫、足球裤、网球裤、篮球裤、乒乓球裤、羽毛球裤、跑步裤、高尔夫球裤、各种运动汗衫、各种运动内衣、毛衣、T恤、运动服、训练服、风衣、夹克、防尘服、医用大褂等。
实施例
接下来对本发明的实施例和比较例进行详细说明,但本发明不受它们限定。应予说明,实施例中的各测定项目通过下述的方法测定。
(1)伸展性
通过JIS L1096-2010 8.16B法测定伸展性(%)。
(2)伸展性回复率
通过JIS L 1096-2010 8.16B-1法测定伸展性回复率(%)。
(3)织物的撕裂强度
通过JIS L 1096-2010 8.17D法测定撕裂强度(N)。
(4)覆盖系数
通过下述式算出织物的覆盖系数CF。
CF=(DWp/1.1)1/2×MWp+(DWf/1.1)1/2×MWf
其中,DWp为经纱总纤度(dtex),MWp为经纱织造密度(根/2.54cm),DWf为纬纱总纤度(dtex),MWf为纬纱织造密度(根/2.54cm)。
(5)防水性(防水滚动角度)
向安装于水平板上的平面状的被测定试样轻轻地滴加0.2cc的水,使该平板以等速轻轻地倾斜,将水滴开始滚动时的角度作为防水滚动角度。应予说明,防水滚动角度越小,防水性越好,将25度以下设为合格。
(6)防水度
通过JIS L1092-2009 7.2防水度试验(喷雾法)测定防水度(级)。
(7)织物的单位面积重量
通过JIS L1096-2010 8.3测定织物的单位面积重量(g/m2)。
[实施例1]
将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯在纺纱温度300℃纺出,以4000m/min牵引,暂时不卷绕而继续拉伸至1.3倍,得到长丝的横截面形状为圆截面的聚酯复丝70dtex/144fil(由非卷缩纤维构成的极细纤维)。
另外,在日本特开2009-46800号公报的实施例24所记载的方法中,仅改变总纤度和长丝数,得到总纤度56dtex/36fil的聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯(PTT)成分与聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)成分并列型地接合而成的复合纤维(伸缩性纤维)。
接下来,将上述的非卷缩纱与复合纤维(伸缩性纤维)并纱,进行空气交织处理,得到复合纱(总纤度126dtex/180fil)。
接着,将该复合纱配置于经纱和纬纱,使用通常的喷水织机织成平织的织物(仅由上述复合纱构成的织物)。
接下来,使用精练装置在95℃对上述织物进行开幅精练处理。接着,使用液流染色机在温度130℃利用分散染料进行染色加工后,实施下述的防水加工。防水加工使用下述的加工剂,以浸吸率80%进行轧液,在130℃干燥3分钟后,在170℃进行45秒热处理。

·非氟防水剂5.0wt%
(日华化学株式会社制,NeoseedNR-7080,烃系化合物)
·三聚氰胺树脂0.3wt%
(住友化学株式会社制,Sumitex Resin M-3)
·催化剂0.3wt%
(住友化学株式会社制,Sumitex Acceralator ACX)
·水94.4wt%
在如此得到的防水性织物中,单位面积重量为153g/m2,经密度为123根/2.54cm,纬密度为104/2.54cm,覆盖系数为2417,撕裂强度为经向46N,纬向25N,经向伸展性为11%,经向伸展性回复率为90%,纬向伸展性为35%,纬向伸展性回复率为87%,滚动角度为9度。在该防水性织物的表面形成有由上述极细纤维构成的微细纤维线圈(莲叶状的微细的凹凸),该防水性织物为防水度4级,在进行10次的JIS L0217-1995中规定的洗涤(其中使用JAFET标准配合洗剂)后,防水度为3级。另外,由于在该防水性织物附着有上述的防水剂,因此该防水性织物为环保的织物。使用该防水性织物缝制风衣(运动衣料),试验者穿着该风衣时,该风衣的防水性和伸展性优异。
[实施例2]
将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯在纺纱温度300℃进行纺出,以4000m/min牵引,暂时不卷绕而继续拉伸至1.3倍,得到长丝的横截面形状为圆截面的聚酯复丝70dtex/144fil(由非卷缩纤维构成的极细纤维)。
另外,在日本特开2009-46800号公报的实施例24所记载的方法中,仅改变总纤度和长丝数,得到总纤度56dtex/36fil的聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯(PTT)成分与聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)成分并列型地接合而成的复合纤维(伸缩性纤维)。
接下来,将上述的非卷缩纱与复合纤维(伸缩性纤维)并纱,进行空气交织处理,得到复合纱(总纤度126dtex/180fil)。
接着,以Z400t/m进行捻纱后,将该复合纱配置于经纱和纬纱,使用通常的喷水织机织成平织的织物(仅由上述复合纱构成的织物)。
接下来,使用精练装置在95℃将上述织物进行开幅精练处理。接着,使用液流染色机在温度130℃利用分散染料进行染色加工后,实施下述的防水加工。防水加工使用下述的加工剂,以浸吸率80%进行轧液,在130℃干燥3分钟后,在170℃进行45秒热处理。

在如此得到的防水性织物中,单位面积重量155g/m2,经密度125根/2.54cm,纬密度106/2.54cm,覆盖系数为2459,撕裂强度为经向44N,纬向24N,经向伸展性11%,经向伸展性回复率91%,纬向伸展性36%,纬向伸展性回复率88%,滚动角度8度。在该防水性织物的表面形成了由上述极细纤维构成的微细纤维线圈(莲叶状的微细的凹凸),该防水性织物为防水度4级,在进行10次的JIS L0217-1995中规定的洗涤(其中使用JAFET标准配合洗剂)后防水度为3级。另外,由于在该防水性织物附着了上述的防水剂,所以该防水性织物为环保的织物。使用上述防水性织物缝制风衣(运动衣料),试验者穿着该风衣时,该风衣的防水性和伸展性优异。
[实施例3]
将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯在纺纱温度300℃纺织,以4000m/min牵引,暂时不卷绕而继续拉伸至1.3倍,得到长丝的横截面形状为圆截面的聚酯复丝70dtex/72fil(由非卷缩纤维构成的极细纤维)。
另外,在日本特开2009-46800号公报的实施例24所记载的方法中,仅改变总纤度和长丝数,得到总纤度33dtex/24fil的聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯(PTT)成分与聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)成分并列型接合而成的复合纤维(伸缩性纤维)。
接下来,将上述的非卷缩纱与复合纤维(伸缩性纤维)并纱,进行空气交织处理,得到复合纱(总纤度100dtex/96fil)。
接着,以Z800t/m进行捻纱后,将该复合纱配置于经纱和纬纱,使用通常的喷水织机织成斜纹织的织物(仅由上述复合纱构成的织物)。
接下来,使用精练装置在95℃将上述织物进行开幅精练处理。接着,使用液流染色机在温度130℃利用分散染料进行染色加工后,实施下述的防水加工。防水加工使用下述的加工剂,以浸吸率80%进行轧液,在130℃干燥3分钟后,在170℃进行45秒热处理。

在如此得到的防水性织物中,单位面积重量为156g/m2,经密度为163根/2.54cm,纬密度为130/2.54cm,覆盖系数为2459,撕裂强度为经向42N,纬向37N,经向伸展性为12%,经向伸展性回复率为96%,纬向伸展性为21%,纬向伸展性回复率为90%,滚动角度为9度。在该防水性织物的表面形成有由上述极细纤维构成的微细纤维线圈(莲叶状的微细的凹凸),该防水性织物为防水度4级,在进行10次的JIS L0217-1995中规定的洗涤(其中使用JAFET标准配合洗剂)后,防水度为3级。另外,由于在该防水性织物附着有上述的防水剂,因此该防水性织物为环保的织物。使用该防水性织物缝制风衣(运动衣料),试验者穿着该风衣时,该风衣的防水性和伸展性优异。
[比较例1]
实施例1中,改变极细纤维的长丝数制成聚酯复丝70dtex/36fil(非卷缩纤维,单纤维纤度1.9dtex),作为复合纱(总纤度126dtex/72fil)配置于经纱和纬纱,除此之外,与实施例1同样地进行。
在得到的防水性织物中,单位面积重量为155g/m2,经密度为125根/2.54cm,纬密度为105/2.54cm,覆盖系数为2449,撕裂强度为经向42N,纬向27N,经向伸展性为12%,经向伸展性回复率为92%,纬向伸展性为33%,纬向伸展性回复率为88%,良好,但滚动角度为18度。另外,没有形成微细的凹凸,在进行10次的JISL0217-1995中规定的洗涤(其中使用JAFET标准配合洗剂)后,防水度为2级。
[比较例2]
实施例1中,将复合纤维(伸缩性纤维)替换成聚酯复丝56dtex/36fil(非卷缩纤维),得到复合纱(总纤度126dtex/180fil)后,将该复合纱配置于经纱和纬纱,除此之外,与实施例1同样地进行。
在得到的防水性织物中,单位面积重量为144g/m2,经密度为116根/2.54cm,纬密度为98/2.54cm,覆盖系数为2279,撕裂强度为经向35N,纬向22N,良好,但伸展性小于10%。滚动角度为12度。
[比较例3]
实施例1中,除未实施防水加工以外,与实施例1同样地进行。在如此得到的织物中,单位面积重量为154g/m2,经密度为124根/2.54cm,纬密度为102/2.54cm,覆盖系数为2406,撕裂强度为经向30N,纬向20N,经向伸展性为12%,经向伸展性回复率为90%,纬向伸展性为36%,纬向伸展性回复率为90%,在织物的表面形成有由上述极细纤维构成的微细纤维线圈(莲叶状的微细的凹凸),但该防水性织物的防水度为0级,在进行10次的JISL0217-1995中规定的洗涤(其中使用JAFET标准配合洗剂)后,防水度为0级,防水性差。
产业上的可利用性
根据本发明,可得到不仅防水性优异而且伸展性也优异的防水性布帛和使用该防水性布帛而成的纤维制品,其工业价值极大。
Claims (8)
1.一种防水性布帛,其特征在于,是实施防水加工而成的防水性布帛,该布帛包含复合纱,该复合纱包含伸缩性纤维和单纤维纤度1dtex以下的极细纤维,
所述伸缩性纤维是2种成分并列型或偏心芯鞘型地接合而成的复合纤维、或者是聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯纤维,
所述复合纱为空气混纤纱,
布帛表面的防水滚动角度为15度以下,
通过JIS L1096-2010 8.16B法测定的经向或纬向的伸展性为10%以上,
所述极细纤维为非卷缩纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防水性布帛,其中,布帛是覆盖系数CF为1000以上的织物,
其中,覆盖系数CF由下述式定义,
CF=(DWp/1.1)1/2×MWp+(DWf/1.1)1/2×MWf
DWp为经纱总纤度,MWp为经纱织造密度,DWf为纬纱总纤度,MWf为纬纱织造密度,其中,所述经纱总纤度和纬纱总纤度的单位是dtex,所述经纱织造密度和纬纱织造密度的单位是根/2.54cm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防水性布帛,其中,在布帛表面形成有由所述极细纤维构成的微细纤维线圈。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防水性布帛,其中,通过JIS L1092-2009 7.2防水度试验即喷雾法测定的防水度为4级以上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防水性布帛,其中,在进行10次的JIS L0217-1995中规定的洗涤后,通过JIS L 1092-2009 7.2防水度试验即喷雾法测定的防水度为3级以上,所述洗涤使用JAFET标准配合洗剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防水性布帛,其中,通过JIS L1096-2010 8.16B-1法测定的经向或纬向的伸展性回复率为85%以上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的防水性布帛,其中,通过JIS L1096-2010 8.17D法测定的经向或纬向的撕裂强度为7N以上。
8.一种纤维制品,是使用权利要求1~7中任一项所述的防水性布帛而成的。
