本发明公开了一种耐洗高弹力牛仔面料及其制备方法,包括面料本体,所述面料本体包括经纱和纬纱,所述经纱以莱卡纤维和氨纶丝为芯纱,棉粗纱为包裹纱纺制成双弹力丝包芯纱,所述棉粗纱采用40~45D精梳棉粗纱,氨纶丝采用30~50D氨纶丝,采用赛络纺工艺纺制成双弹力丝包芯纱,所述纬纱以棉纤维和氨纶丝为芯纱,涤纶丝为包裹纱纺制成双弹力丝包芯纱,所述涤纶丝采用40~50D涤纶丝,氨纶丝采用50~80D氨纶丝。本发明的一种耐洗高弹力牛仔面料及其制备方法,能够满足使用者在穿着牛仔服时适度运动的需求,而又不会由于弹力过盛带来的过分贴身和紧身效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及牛仔面料制备技术领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种耐洗高弹力牛仔面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
作为一种经典的休闲系列面料,牛仔布用在男士服装面料上传承了其最原始的粗犷,大气,简洁的风格,但是纺纱、织造方式的改善,以及原料的优化选用和配置,让牛仔面料的手感更加舒适柔软。虽然牛仔面料相对最初在手感和风格方面已有大幅的改善,但从面料本身来讲,牛仔面料仍然保持着无弹或者微弹的效果。
然而,在服装上对时尚与运动同需共求的今天,无弹牛仔面料大大限制了使用者在穿着牛仔服饰时的运动范围。开发高弹牛仔面料用于牛仔服装,不但可以改变传统牛仔面料无弹的现状,一定程度上提高牛仔服饰的舒适性,让手感更加柔软,也可满足在穿着牛仔服时适度运动的需求,而又不会由于弹力过盛带来的过分贴身和紧身效果,具有良好的发展前景和价值空间。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种耐洗高弹力牛仔面料及其制备方法,能够满足使用者在穿着牛仔服时适度运动的需求,而又不会由于弹力过盛带来的过分贴身和紧身效果。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种耐洗高弹力牛仔面料,包括面料本体,所述面料本体包括经纱和纬纱,所述经纱以莱卡纤维和氨纶丝为芯纱,棉粗纱为包裹纱纺制成双弹力丝包芯纱,所述棉粗纱采用40~45D精梳棉粗纱,氨纶丝采用30~50D氨纶丝,采用赛络纺工艺纺制成双弹力丝包芯纱,所述纬纱以棉纤维和氨纶丝为芯纱,涤纶丝为包裹纱纺制成双弹力丝包芯纱,所述涤纶丝采用40~50D涤纶丝,氨纶丝采用50~80D氨纶丝。
本发明进一步设置为:所述经纱和纬纱间隔分布且每隔一根编织一次,使得所述经纱和纬纱交错设置且连接紧密。
本发明进一步设置为:所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
一、初步纺制:纺制双弹力丝经纱包芯纱,以莱卡纤维和氨纶丝为芯纱,棉粗纱为包缠纱纺制成双弹力丝经纱包芯纱,同时纺制双弹力丝纬纱包芯纱,以棉纤维和氨纶丝为芯纱,涤纶丝为包裹纱纺制成双弹力丝纬纱包芯纱;
二、整经:通过整经机将双弹力丝包芯纱平行卷绕于经轴上,且以均匀一致的张力按规定的长度,均匀紧密地卷绕于经轴或特制的球轴上,为下道染色和上浆加工做准备,而整经时要求张力适中,张力均匀,减少纱线并头、绞头、浪头,提高经轴好轴率;
三、整纬:通过整纬机将双弹力丝包芯纱平行卷绕于纬轴上,且以均匀一致的张力按规定的长度,均匀紧密地卷绕于纬轴或特制的球轴上,为下道染色和上浆加工做准备,而整纬时要求张力适中,张力均匀,减少纬纱并头、绞头、浪头,提高纬轴好轴率;
四、浆染:采用悬环式染色的方法,使得经纱和纬纱在浸染箱内反复多次循环染色,直到获得所需的颜色为止;
五、再次纺制:将整理好的经纱和纬纱通过每隔一根交织一次的方式编织紧密;
六、水洗:采用传统水洗的方式对纺制好的面料本体进行清洗处理,使得面料本体上残留的染液能够被清理掉,反复水洗几次;
七、烘干:采用传统烘干的方式对水洗完毕的面料本体进行烘干处理,实现面料本体悬挂式进行烘干且间歇性地在烘干箱内转动来保证烘干的均匀性。
本发明进一步设置为:所述制备方法还包括有烧毛:采用气体烧毛工艺去除坯布表面的毛羽,而烧毛的目的是去除面料本体上的浮坯布表面的毛羽,使成品外观达到平整光洁、纹路清晰的效果。
本发明进一步设置为:所述制备方法还包括有退浆:对坯布进行退浆处理,去除纤维表面的浆料。
本发明进一步设置为:所述退浆操作之后,将面料本体投入至水机内实现染色处理。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:得的高弹牛仔面料拉伸弹性伸长率可达50%,拉伸弹性回复率可达90%,满足弹力需要,不但可以改变传统牛仔面料无弹的现状,一定程度上提高牛仔面料的物化性能和服用舒适性,手感柔软舒适,保型性好,同时不会过分贴身和紧身效果,具有良好的发展前景和价值空间。

下面结合实施例,对本发明进行详细描述。
一种耐洗高弹力牛仔面料,包括面料本体,面料本体包括经纱和纬纱,经纱以莱卡纤维和氨纶丝为芯纱,棉粗纱为包裹纱纺制成双弹力丝包芯纱,棉粗纱采用45D精梳棉粗纱,氨纶丝采用45D氨纶丝,采用赛络纺工艺纺制成双弹力丝包芯纱,纬纱以棉纤维和氨纶丝为芯纱,涤纶丝为包裹纱纺制成双弹力丝包芯纱,涤纶丝采用50D涤纶丝,氨纶丝采用50D氨纶丝。
制备方法包括以下步骤:一、初步纺制:纺制双弹力丝经纱包芯纱,以莱卡纤维和氨纶丝为芯纱,棉粗纱为包缠纱纺制成双弹力丝经纱包芯纱,同时纺制双弹力丝纬纱包芯纱,以棉纤维和氨纶丝为芯纱,涤纶丝为包裹纱纺制成双弹力丝纬纱包芯纱;

七、烘干:采用传统烘干的方式对水洗完毕的面料本体进行烘干处理,实现面料本体悬挂式进行烘干且间歇性地在烘干箱内转动来保证烘干的均匀性。

1.一种耐洗高弹力牛仔面料,包括面料本体,其特征在于:所述面料本体包括经纱和纬纱,所述经纱以莱卡纤维和氨纶丝为芯纱,棉粗纱为包裹纱纺制成双弹力丝包芯纱,所述棉粗纱采用40~45D精梳棉粗纱,氨纶丝采用30~50D氨纶丝,采用赛络纺工艺纺制成双弹力丝包芯纱,所述纬纱以棉纤维和氨纶丝为芯纱,涤纶丝为包裹纱纺制成双弹力丝包芯纱,所述涤纶丝采用40~50D涤纶丝,氨纶丝采用50~80D氨纶丝。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐洗高弹力牛仔面料,其特征在于:所述经纱和纬纱间隔分布且每隔一根编织一次,使得所述经纱和纬纱交错设置且连接紧密。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐洗高弹力牛仔面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
一、初步纺制:纺制双弹力丝经纱包芯纱,以莱卡纤维和氨纶丝为芯纱,
棉粗纱为包缠纱纺制成双弹力丝经纱包芯纱,同时纺制双弹力丝纬纱包芯纱,以棉纤维和氨纶丝为芯纱,涤纶丝为包裹纱纺制成双弹力丝纬纱包芯纱;
二、整经:通过整经机将双弹力丝包芯纱平行卷绕于经轴上,且以均匀一致的张力按规定的长度,均匀紧密地卷绕于经轴或特制的球轴上,为下道染色和上浆加工做准备,而整经时要求张力适中,张力均匀,减少纱线并头、绞头、浪头,提高经轴好轴率;
三、整纬:通过整纬机将双弹力丝包芯纱平行卷绕于纬轴上,且以均匀一致的张力按规定的长度,均匀紧密地卷绕于纬轴或特制的球轴上,为下道染色和上浆加工做准备,而整纬时要求张力适中,张力均匀,减少纬纱并头、绞头、浪头,提高纬轴好轴率;
