技术领域
本发明涉及用作耐火液压流体的改进的水-二醇液压流体。
背景技术
液压设备在工业中被广泛使用,在工业中它有助于提高生产率,并且也被普通大众广泛使用。液压流体用作在液压设备中传输动力的介质。液压流体广泛用于液压设备中,并且通常使用含有矿物油基基础油的液压流体。
然而,在机械设备如压铸机、锻压机中使用的液压设备、在需要耐火性的钢铁工业中使用的炼钢设备以及在消防安全重要的室内设施中的游乐园设备和舞台设备中使用的液压设备不能使用缺乏耐热性的石油基液压油,因此使用阻燃的水基液压流体。
当水基水-二醇液压流体用作水基液压流体时,需要良好的耐磨性和润滑性,以便液压操作可以顺利进行,并且可以延长液压设备的使用寿命。因此,通过例如将具有特定结构的聚氧化亚烷基二醇二醚化合物、聚氧化亚烷基二醇单醚化合物、聚氧化亚丙基二醇单醚化合物和脂肪酸盐添加到水中而获得的水基液压流体组合物用于改善润滑性和耐磨性方面的性能(参见JP3233490 B2)。
一些水-二醇液压流体还包括少量的甘油硼酸酯的中和产物和通过甘油与硼酸酐或三氯化硼反应而获得的碱,如在JP2646308 B2中。其他水-二醇液压流体包含具有衍生自水溶性聚氧化亚烷基多元醇和缩水甘油醚的特定结构的水溶性聚醚,例如在JP H07-233391 A中。
本发明的一个目的是通过在水-二醇液压流体中包含特定的添加剂而获得具有大大改善的耐磨性和良好性能而不损害改善由水-二醇液压流体提供的任何其他类型性能的水-二醇液压流体。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种水-二醇液压流体,所述水-二醇液压流体包含20质量%-60质量%的水和20质量%-60质量%的二醇,剩余部分为例如脂肪酸基润滑剂、碱性氢氧化物化合物、增稠剂、防锈剂、防腐剂和消泡剂,以使总量达到100质量%。作为为解决该问题而进行的广泛研究和开发的结果,本发明人和其他人发现使用少量的特定脂肪酸的钠盐可以显著改善水-二醇液压流体的耐磨性。本发明基于该发现。具体地,本发明是一种水-二醇液压流体,所述水-二醇液压流体包含具有4个至18个碳原子的脂肪酸、具有4个至18个碳原子的脂肪酸的钠盐和二聚脂肪酸。这种脂肪酸或脂肪酸的钠盐可以单独使用或组合使用,总量为0.3质量%至0.6质量%,并且二聚脂肪酸可以以0.3质量%至0.6质量%的量使用。
具体实施方式
通过在水-二醇液压流体中包含少量的特定脂肪酸和/或特定脂肪酸的钠盐和二聚脂肪酸,本发明可以容易地获得具有极大改善的耐磨性同时保持且不损害由水-二醇液压流体提供的任何其他类型性能的易于使用的水-二醇液压流体。
这些脂肪酸是具有四个或更多个碳原子的饱和脂肪酸。示例包括丁酸、戊酸、己酸、庚酸、辛酸、壬酸、癸酸、十一烷酸、月桂酸、十三烷酸、肉豆蔻酸、十五烷酸、棕榈酸、十七烷酸、硬脂酸、十九烷酸和花生酸。这些脂肪酸也可以是不饱和脂肪酸,诸如油酸、亚油酸和亚麻酸。
脂肪酸钠盐的示例包括丁酸钠、戊酸钠、己酸钠、庚酸钠、辛酸钠、壬酸钠、癸酸钠、十一烷酸钠、月桂酸钠、十三烷酸钠、肉豆蔻酸钠、十五烷酸钠、棕榈酸钠、十七烷酸钠、硬脂酸钠、十九烷酸钠、花生酸钠、油酸钠、亚油酸钠和亚麻酸钠。这些脂肪酸和脂肪酸的钠盐单独或组合使用,其总量为基于组合物的总质量计0.3质量%至0.6质量%,优选0.35质量%至0.50质量%。注意,作为相同类型的碱金属盐的钾盐不是优选的。就热稳定性而言,钠盐的使用优于钾盐。
二聚脂肪酸是含有C36二羧酸的二元酸的液体脂肪酸,其通过含有作为主要组分的植物脂肪或油的C18不饱和脂肪酸的二聚而产生,而且还含有一元酸和三元酸。基于组合物的总质量计,这些二聚脂肪酸的含量为0.3质量%至0.6质量%,优选0.35质量%至0.50质量%。
本发明的水-二醇基液压流体包含20质量%-60质量%的二醇、0.01质量%-0.06质量%的选自氢氧化钾和/或氢氧化钠的碱性氢氧化物化合物和1.0质量%-5.0质量%的链烷醇胺。它还包含脂肪酸钠盐或具有4个至12个碳原子的脂肪酸和二聚脂肪酸。水-二醇基液压溶液包含水。水量为20质量%-60质量%,更优选30质量%-50质量%,并且添加的水量使液压流体组合物的总量达到100质量%。
二醇的示例包括乙二醇、丙二醇、丁二醇、己二醇、二乙二醇、二丙二醇、二丁二醇、二己二醇、三亚甲基二醇、三乙二醇和三丙二醇。这些二醇可以单独使用,或者以两种或多种的混合物形式使用。优选使用丙二醇或二丙二醇。相对于水-二醇液压流体组合物的总质量,使用的二醇的量为20质量%-60质量%,并且更优选30质量%-50质量%。

特定的磷酸酯化合物可以用作抗磨剂。该磷酸酯具有以下结构。
在该式中,R1和R2可以相同或不同并且表示氢原子或具有1个至30个碳原子的烃基基团,R3表示具有1个至20个碳原子的烃基基团,R4表示氢原子或具有1个至30个碳原子的烃基基团,并且X1、X2、X3和X4可以相同或不同并且表示氧原子或硫原子。
如果需要,通常使用的添加剂可以包含水-二醇液压流体中。示例包括增稠剂、润滑剂、金属钝化剂、防磨剂、极压剂、分散剂、金属洗涤剂、摩擦改性剂、腐蚀抑制剂、抗乳化剂和消泡剂。这些添加剂可以单独使用或彼此结合使用。此处,可以使用水-二醇液压流体的添加剂包。
实施例

实施例1
通过将0.450质量%的作为脂肪酸的钠盐的月桂酸钠、0.400质量%的二聚脂肪酸、38.628质量%的作为二醇的丙二醇、0.06质量%的作为碱性氢氧化物化合物的氢氧化钠、1.90质量%的作为链烷醇胺的N,N-二丁基氨基乙醇、16.10质量%的作为增稠剂的水溶性聚合物、总量为0.620质量%的包括腐蚀抑制剂和消泡剂的其他添加剂以及41.842质量%的水彻底混合来获得水-二醇液压流体。根据JIS K2234-1994获得的碱储量为20。40℃运动粘度为46mm2/s并且pH为11。
实施例2
通过将0.200质量%的月桂酸钠、0.225质量%的月桂酸、0.400质量%的二聚脂肪酸、38.653质量%的二醇、0.06质量%的氢氧化钠、1.90质量%的N,N-二丁基氨基乙醇、16.10质量%的作为增稠剂的水溶性聚合物、0.620质量%的其他添加剂以及41.842质量%的水彻底混合来获得水-二醇液压流体。根据JIS K2234-1994获得的碱储量为20。40℃运动粘度为46mm2/s并且pH为11。
实施例3

测试
进行以下测试以评价实施例和比较例中的液压流体的润滑性能。
壳牌四球润滑剂测试
根据ASTM D4172在室温处进行操作30分钟,其中主轴转速1500rpm并且负载为40kgf。之后,测量钢球上磨损痕迹的直径(mm)。
评估标准:
磨损痕迹直径≤0.65mm…………合格(〇)
磨损痕迹直径>0.65mm…………不合格(×)
润滑性泵测试
液压泵(来自Yuken Kogyo的PV2R1-25)使用实施例中的液压流体在以下条件下操作,以评价它们的润滑性。
压力设置: 21Mpa
温度设置: 45℃
测试时间: 250小时
油量: 40升
根据运行250小时后叶片和凸轮环的磨损总量(mg)来判断优劣。较低的总磨损量是优异润滑性的指标。
评估标准:
叶片和凸轮环的总磨损量≤60mg……合格
测试结果示于表1和表2中。

如表1中所示,在含有脂肪酸钠盐的实施例1中,在壳牌四球润滑剂测试中的磨损痕迹直径为低0.46mm,并且在润滑性泵测试中250小时后的总磨损量为45.3mg。这些结果表明优异的润滑性能。在含有较少脂肪酸钠盐和相同脂肪酸的实施例2中,壳牌四球润滑剂测试中的磨损痕迹直径为0.49mm,这是良好的结果。在仅含有脂肪酸的实施例3中,壳牌四球润滑剂测试中的磨损痕迹直径为低0.52mm,并且润滑泵测试中的磨损总量为59.2mg。这些结果表明优异的润滑性能。
如表2中所示,不含脂肪酸钠盐并且包含较少的脂肪酸和二聚脂肪酸的比较例1在磨损痕迹直径方面不合格。既不含脂肪酸也不含脂肪酸钠盐的比较例2也不合格。不含二聚脂肪酸的比较例3也不合格。因为比较例1-比较例3在磨损痕迹直径方面都不合格,所以省略了润滑性泵测试中总磨损量的测量。
Claims (3)
1.一种水-二醇液压流体,所述水-二醇液压流体包含20质量%-60质量%的水、20质量%-60质量%的二醇、0.01质量%-0.06质量%的选自氢氧化钾和/或氢氧化钠的碱性氢氧化物化合物、1.0质量%-5.0质量%的链烷醇胺、总计0.3质量%-0.6质量%的具有4个至18个碳原子的脂肪酸钠盐和/或脂肪酸以及0.3质量%-0.6质量%的二聚脂肪酸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水-二醇液压流体,其中所述脂肪酸钠盐是具有12个碳原子的月桂酸钠。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的水-二醇液压流体,其中所述脂肪酸是具有12个碳原子的月桂酸。
