背景技术
已知一种交通工具内照明设备,其包括具有用于启动或停止发动机的指示灯的按压式发动机启动开关按钮以及控制指示灯的控制器(例如,参见JP 2009/166750A)。
交通工具内照明设备的控制器进行操作使得按压式发动机启动开关按钮的指示灯以光源颜色和预定亮度打开预定的时间,然后指示灯随时间减小光源颜色的亮度并且闪烁。
发明内容
在交通工具内照明设备的按压式发动机启动开关按钮的表面中设置用于读取操作者的生物特征信息的生物特征传感器的情况下,生物特征传感器由于其不能透射光而导致难以照亮。所以,生物特征传感器在夜间可能难以识别。
本发明的目的是提供能够改善生物特征传感器在夜间的可识别性的启动开关设备。
根据本发明的实施方式,启动开关设备包括:
启动按钮,其被配置成发送命令以启动或停止交通工具驱动设备;
生物特征传感器,其被布置在启动按钮上以读取操作启动按钮的操作表面的操作者的生物特征信息;
光源,其被配置成从启动按钮的内侧朝向操作表面发射照明光;以及
设计部,其被布置在操作表面上在生物特征传感器周围,并且被配置成通过透射穿过设计部的照明光来在操作表面上限定设计。

例如,设计部5基本上设置有第一设计5a和第二设计5b。例如,当形成包括透明树脂(例如,聚碳酸酯)的启动按钮14并且在启动按钮14的操作表面16上形成黑色不透明涂层时,通过由激光等部分地去除涂层来形成设计部5。
启动按钮14和设计部5可以通过双色模塑来形成。替选地,设计部5可以通过在设计部5的操作表面16中限定通孔,然后将透明树脂嵌入到通孔中来形成。
例如,设计部5的设计具有如图1A所示的字符形状。作为示例,字符“启动停止”被设计为第一设计5a。作为示例,字符“发动机”被设计为第二设计5b。同时,设计部5不限于字符。设计部5可以是图形或者图形与字符的组合。
例如,如图1A所示,设计部5中的第一设计5a被设置成与第二设计5b跨生物特征传感器2地相对。例如,操作表面16可以使用如图2A中所示的虚线跨生物特征传感器2地被分成的上布置区域161、下布置区域162、左布置区域163以及右布置区域164。图2A中示出的上布置区域161、下布置区域162、左布置区域163以及右布置区域164的形状为被均等划分的示例。形状基于字符的数量、字符的种类、字符的尺寸等而形变。
当设计部5被设计成两段时,设计部5被布置在上布置区域161和下布置区域162处,或者被布置在左布置区域163和右布置区域164处,以便跨生物特征传感器2相对。在图1A中所示的开关设备1中,第一设计5a被布置在上布置区域161处,并且第二设计5b被布置在下布置区域162处。
例如,设计部5的第一设计5a和第二设计5b理想地沿如图1A所示的读取表面20的同心圆9布置。通过使设计部5沿同心圆9布置,设计部5被识别为圆形。操作者可以容易认识到的是,他应当操作处于圆的中心处生物特征传感器2(即,读取表面20)。因此,当生物特征传感器2未被照亮时,生物特征传感器2可以间接地识别出读取表面20的位置。
例如,作为变型,设计部5可以被设计成为如图2B所述的两条线。在该变型中,字符“启动停止”以及字符“发动机”分别沿不同的同心圆9a、9b被布置在上布置区域161处。同时,设计部5可以被布置在其他布置区域或者可以不沿同心圆布置。
尽管设计部5具有两个段,然而通过将设计部5沿同心圆9a、9b布置,操作者容易认识到的是,生物特征传感器2的读取表面20位于同心圆9a、9b的中心处。
例如,作为其他变型,设计部5可以被布置成使得字符“启动停止发动机”沿一个同心圆来围绕生物特征传感器2。也就是说,设计部5可以被连续地布置。
(控制器8的结构)
例如,控制器8是包括基于存储的程序来计算和编辑所获取的数据的中央处理单元(CPU)以及作为半导体存储器的随机存取存储器(RAM)和只读存储器(ROM)的微计算机。例如,ROM装载有程序以操作控制器8、决策阈值80以及注册生物特征信息81。例如,RAM被用作临时装载计算结果的存储区域。
作为示例,当基于从生物特征传感器2获取的生物特征信息S1的操作者的指纹图案细节与注册的生物特征信息81中注册的注册者的指纹图案细节之间的相似度高于决策阈值80时,控制器8确定操作者已注册。
控制器8基于对启动按钮14的按压操作以及从生物特征传感器2输出的生物特征信息S1来获取从开关6输出的开关信号S3。随后,当开关6被转换到接通状态时,控制器8产生指示信号S4以指示驱动设备启动,并且控制器8基于生物特征信息S1来确定操作者已注册。
(本发明的有益效果)
根据实施方式的启动开关设备1可以改善生物特征传感器2在夜间的可识别性。具体地,由于照亮的设计部5被设置在启动开关设备1的生物特征传感器2的外周上,因此与不照亮设计部的设备相比,通过使用设计部5作为目标,操作者可以在夜间识别到生物特征传感器2的读取表面20的位置。因此,启动开关设备1可以改善生物特征传感器2在夜间的可识别性。
由于设计部5沿其中心与生物特征传感器2的读取表面20的中心相似的同心圆9布置,所以与不具有这样的结构的设备相比,操作者可以将字符识别为类圆形外线。因此,操作者可以在夜间识别到布置在中心处的生物特征传感器2。
由于第一设计5a被布置成与第二设计5b跨生物特征传感器2底相对,因此与不具有这样的结构的设备相比,生物特征传感器2的位置作为照亮的第一设计5a与照亮的第二设计5b之间的空间容易在夜间被识别。
由于启动开关设备1可以通过对设计部5的照亮来改善生物特征传感器2的可识别性,与包括照亮生物特征传感器的发光元件的结构相比,针对生物特征传感器2的发光元件等是不必要的,因此外形尺寸可以被缩小。由于照亮生物特征传感器2的发光元件等是不必要的,因此启动开关设备1可以减少部件的数量并且控制制造成本。
在通过生物特征传感器2的读取表面20与操作表面16之间的间隙输出的照明光照亮生物特征传感器2的情况下,启动开关设备1需要被密封以防止液体渗透到内部。由于密封,启动开关设备1可能因为用于生物特征传感器2的发光元件和光导装置的布置空间不足而增加设备的尺寸或者制造成本。然而,根据实施方式的启动开关设备1使得生物特征传感器2的读取表面20通过照亮的设计部5的布置被容易地识别。因此,启动开关设备容易缩小尺寸并且因此可以降低制造成本。
本申请还提供了如下方案:
1.一种启动开关设备,包括:
启动按钮,其被配置成发送命令以启动或停止交通工具驱动设备;
生物特征传感器,其被布置在所述启动按钮上,用于读取操作所述启动按钮的操作表面的操作者的生物特征信息;
光源,其被配置成从所述启动按钮的内侧朝向所述操作表面发射照明光;以及
设计部,其被布置在所述操作表面上在所述生物特征传感器周围,并且被配置成通过透射穿过所述设计部的照明光来在所述操作表面上限定设计。
2.根据方案1所述的启动开关设备,其中,所述设计部的设计包括字符的形状。
3.根据方案1或2所述的启动开关设备,其中,所述设计部的设计包括跨所述生物特征传感器彼此相对的多个设计。
4.根据方案1至3中任一项所述的启动开关设备,其中,所述生物特征传感器包括圆形读取表面,所述生物特征信息被显示在所述圆形读取表面上,并且所述圆形读取表面被暴露在所述操作表面中,以及
其中,所述设计部的设计沿所述读取表面的同心圆布置。
5.根据方案1所述的启动开关设备,其中,所述生物特征传感器包括圆形读取表面,所述生物特征信息被显示在所述圆形读取表面上,以及
其中,所述读取表面的整个外周被所述操作表面包围。
6.根据方案5所述的启动开关设备,其中,所述读取表面被形成为圆形的,以及
其中,所述设计部的设计沿所述读取表面的同心圆布置。
7.根据方案5所述的启动开关设备,其中,所述读取表面从所述操作表面凹陷。
8.根据方案5所述的启动开关设备,其中,展现所述读取表面与所述操作表面之间的边界的边圈被布置在所述读取表面与所述操作表面之间。

Claims (9)
1.一种开关设备,包括:
按钮,其被配置成发送命令以进行交通工具的预定控制,并且所述按钮具有操作表面;
指纹传感器,其被布置在所述按钮上,并且被配置成当操作者的手指在所述按钮的操作表面上时读取所述操作者的指纹图案;
按钮设计部,其被布置在所述操作表面上的指纹传感器周围;以及
光源,其被配置成在读取所述指纹图案之前照亮所述按钮设计部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的开关设备,其中,所述按钮设计部的设计包括所述指纹传感器周围的字符。
3.根据权利要求1所述的开关设备,其中,所述按钮设计部的设计包括跨所述指纹传感器彼此相对的多个字符形状。
4.根据权利要求1所述的开关设备,其中,所述指纹传感器包括圆形读取表面,以将手指放置于所述圆形读取表面上并且将所述圆形读取表面暴露在所述操作表面中,以及
其中,所述按钮设计部的设计沿所述读取表面的同心圆布置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的开关设备,其中,所述指纹传感器包括圆形读取表面,以将手指放置于所述圆形读取表面上,以及
其中,所述读取表面的整个外周被所述操作表面包围。
6.根据权利要求5所述的开关设备,其中,所述读取表面被形成为圆形的,以及
其中,所述按钮设计部的设计沿所述读取表面的同心圆布置。
7.根据权利要求5所述的开关设备,其中,所述读取表面从所述操作表面凹陷。
8.根据权利要求5所述的开关设备,其中,展现所述读取表面与所述操作表面之间的边界的边圈被布置在所述读取表面与所述操作表面之间。
9.根据权利要求1所述的开关设备,其中,所述按钮设计部沿包围所述指纹传感器的圆布置。
