Abstract
一种移位寄存器(100),包括:第一扫描单元(1)、防漏电单元(3)和防漏电输入单元(4)。第一扫描单元(1)包括:第一输入电路(101),被配置为,将输入信号传输至第一上拉节点(Q1)。防漏电输入单元(4)与第一电压信号端(VDD_A)、第二电压信号端(VDD_B)及防漏电输入节点(M)电连接;防漏电输入单元(4)被配置为,响应于在第一电压信号端(VDD_A)处接收的第一电压信号,将第一电压信号传输至防漏电输入节点(M);或,响应于在第二电压信号端(VDD_B)处接收的第二电压信号,将第二电压信号传输至防漏电输入节点(M)。第一电压信号和第二电压信号互为反相信号。防漏电单元(3)与第一上拉节点(Q1)、第一防漏电节点(OFF1)及防漏电输入节点(M)电连接;防漏电单元(3)被配置为,将来自防漏电输入节点(M)的第一电压信号或第二电压信号传输至第一防漏电节点(OFF1)。
