Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种两部分粘合剂组合物,以及通过使用此粘合剂来层压各种类型的基材而获得的层压体和包装。
背景技术
在各种类型的包装材料和标签中使用的多层薄膜(也称为层压薄膜)通过与各种塑料薄膜、金属箔等层压而被赋予设计、功能、防腐品质、便利性和运输性,并且特别是被成形为袋,并作为用于食品、药品、洗涤剂等的包装使用。作为用于层压这些薄膜的粘合剂,已知由多异氰酸酯组合物和多元醇组合物的组合形成的反应性粘合剂(也称为两部分粘合剂)。
作为多异氰酸酯组合物和多元醇组合物的组合的反应性粘合剂具有许多优点,这不仅包括粘合强度,而且包括适当的固化速度、丰富的原料来源等;然而,反应性粘合剂存在问题,如源于异氰酸酯的高反应性的处理困难(皮肤刺激和吸入毒性)以及在固化过程中产生致癌性的伯芳香胺,并且市场一直在寻求更安全的反应性粘合剂。
此外,作为多异氰酸酯组合物和多元醇组合物的组合的反应性粘合剂存在粘合强度降低的问题,因为大多数的异氰酸酯在固化条件下、特别是高湿度条件下与水分发生反应,并且不能形成具有足够强度的固化涂膜。由于这个问题,将混合比设定成使得异氰酸酯过量,但提高过量比使由异氰酸酯基团之间的反应产生的二氧化碳气体保留在层压薄膜中,并引起诸如针孔的外观缺陷。这样的现象在具有高阻隔性的薄膜结构(例如聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)/气相沉积的薄膜结构)中是特别显著的,并且强烈需要对这个问题的改善。
为了解决这个问题,已知无异氰酸酯的层压粘合剂,如使用环氧化合物和胺化合物的组合的反应性粘合剂(例如,参见PTL 1)以及使用环氧化合物和分子结构中具有伯氨基的聚氨酯聚脲树脂的组合的反应性粘合剂(例如,参见PTL 2);然而,据报道,一些环氧化合物被报道为表现出诱变特性,并被认为对安全构成风险。
此外,还已提出了含有羧基和碳二亚胺基团的可固化体系(例如,参见PTL 3);然而,通常,含羧基的化合物和聚碳二亚胺化合物是高度粘性的,并且难以作为对于阻隔薄膜结构来说需求高的无溶剂粘合剂应用。因此,存在的问题在于,对于作为溶解在有机溶剂中的溶剂型粘合剂的使用,必须使用大量的溶剂来降低粘度、需要大量的能量来除去溶剂,以及产生大量的废溶剂。另一个问题在于,薄膜外观的平滑度差。

发明内容
[技术问题]
本发明的一个目的是提供一种反应性粘合剂组合物,其具有高安全性、与使用多异氰酸酯组合物和多元醇组合物的组合的已知反应性粘合剂相当的粘合强度以及优异的层压体外观,如不含诸如针孔的涂膜缺陷的优异平滑度。
[解决问题的方案]
本发明的发明人已发现,包含含酸酐基团的油或脂肪(A)和固化剂(B)作为必需组分的粘合剂组合物解决了上述问题。
换句话说,本发明提供一种粘合剂组合物,其包含:含酸酐基团的油或脂肪(A)和具有可与酸酐基团反应的反应性基团的固化剂(B)。
本发明还提供一种通过在第一基材和第二基材之间布置粘合剂层而获得的层压体,其中所述粘合剂层包含前述粘合剂组合物。
本发明还提供一种通过由层压体形成袋而获得的包装,所述层压体通过在第一基材和第二基材之间布置粘合剂层而获得,其中所述粘合剂层包含前述粘合剂组合物。
[发明的有利效果]
本发明的粘合剂组合物具有与使用多异氰酸酯组合物和多元醇组合物的组合的已知反应性粘合剂相当的粘合强度,并且形成具有优异外观的层压薄膜,其不含诸如针孔的涂膜缺陷并且具有优异的平滑性。由于该粘合剂组合物是高度安全的,所以该粘合剂组合物适用于食品包装袋。
具体实施方式
(含酸酐基团的油或脂肪(A))
本发明中使用的油或脂肪(A)含有酸酐基团。
脂肪和油是脂肪酸和甘油的酯,换句话说,是具有甘油三酯结构的物质,并且广泛存在于自然生活世界中。本发明中使用的含酸酐基团的油或脂肪(A)优选具有这样的化学结构,其中酸酐基团被引入到含有源自不饱和脂肪酸的双键的油或脂肪中。
在其化学结构中含有源自不饱和脂肪酸的双键的油或脂肪优选为例如干性油(碘值:>130)和/或半干性油(碘值:100-130),并且植物油的实例包括桐油、亚麻籽油、紫苏油、红花油、脱水蓖麻油、大豆油、菜籽油、葵花籽油、芝麻油、米油、棉籽油、玉米油、妥尔油、罂粟油、胡桃油和松子油。动物油的实例包括鱼油(沙丁鱼油、秋刀鱼油、鲱鱼油等)。
在本发明中,还可以使用在用于食物后回收和再生的再生植物油,如天妇罗油。
在这些油和脂肪中,桐油、大豆油和亚麻籽油的可得性高,并且因此是优选的。
用于引入酸酐基团的含酸酐基团的化合物可以是分子中具有双键的化合物,并且其实例包括马来酸酐、柠康酸酐和四氢邻苯二甲酸酐。其中,马来酸酐由于其易于引入和酸酐基团的反应性而优选地使用。
在下文中,使用马来酸酐作为含酸酐基团的化合物的一个实例。
从作为与固化剂(B)反应的结果所获得的粘合剂固化产物的粘合强度的角度看,相对于100g的油或脂肪,马来酸酐的引入量优选为19至34g(0.19至0.35mol),并且更优选为22至29g(0.22至0.30mol)。当马来酸酐的引入量过大时,粘度会过度增加,并且处理容易性可能降低。
用于将马来酸酐引入到油或脂肪中的方法可以是任何已知的常见方法。例如,当使用干性油作为油或脂肪时,可以应用包括在50至150℃并且更优选在60至120℃进行与马来酸酐的第尔斯-阿尔德(Diels-Alder)反应的方法。当使用半干性油作为油或脂肪时,可以通过包括在150至250℃并且更优选在180至220℃进行阿尔德-烯(Alder-Ene)反应的方法将马来酸酐引入到油中。
也可以使用这样的方法,该方法包括使用半干性油进行反应,直到马来酸酐达到了特定的反应比,然后加入干性油以引起剩余马来酸酐的反应。
在前述反应中,可以添加少量的有机过氧化物,或者可以添加已知的常见阻聚剂。阻聚剂的实例包括苯醌、氢醌、氢醌一甲基醚、叔丁基氢醌、二丁基羟基甲苯和4-叔丁基儿茶酚。备选地,可以采用包括吹气的方法。
(固化剂(B))
含酸酐基团的油(A)通过与具有可与酸酐基团反应的反应性基团的固化剂(B)反应而形成具有足够粘合强度的粘合剂固化产物。可以使用具有能够与酸酐基团反应的官能团的化合物作为固化剂(B),并且特别地,具有羟基的化合物优选作为固化剂(B)。
(含羟基的化合物(B0))
含羟基的化合物(B0)(也可以称为多元醇(B0))例如优选为分子中平均具有两个以上羟基的化合物,并且可以例如是选自以下各项的聚合物多元醇:聚酯多元醇、聚醚多元醇、聚氨酯多元醇、聚醚酯多元醇、聚酯(聚氨酯)多元醇、聚醚(聚氨酯)多元醇、丙烯酸多元醇、聚碳酸酯多元醇、多羟基烷烃、蓖麻油及其混合物。
优选地使用至少一种聚酯多元醇作为含羟基的化合物,因为羟基的反应性高,并且可以改善固化性。
聚酯多元醇的实例包括通过二元酸、其二烷基酯或其混合物与二醇或二醇混合物之间的反应获得的聚酯多元醇,以及通过内酯如聚己内酯、聚戊内酯或聚(β-甲基-γ-戊内酯)的开环聚合获得的聚酯多元醇。二元酸的实例包括对苯二甲酸、间苯二甲酸、邻苯二甲酸酐、己二酸、壬二酸、癸二酸和二聚酸(一种液体脂肪酸,其主要由通过C18不饱和脂肪酸(由基于植物油的油或脂肪制备)的二聚获得的C36二元酸组成,并且还含有一元酸和三元酸)。二醇的实例包括乙二醇、丙二醇、二甘醇、丁二醇、新戊二醇、2-甲基-1,3-丙二醇、1,6-己二醇、3-甲基-1,5-戊二醇、3,3′-二羟甲基庚烷、聚氧乙烯二醇、聚氧丙烯二醇和聚四亚甲基醚二醇。
聚醚多元醇的实例包括通过环氧烷(oxirane)化合物如环氧乙烷、环氧丙烷、环氧丁烷或四氢呋喃利用低分子量多元醇如水、乙二醇、丙二醇、三羟甲基丙烷或甘油(用作引发剂)的聚合所获得的聚醚多元醇。聚醚酯多元醇的实例包括通过上述聚醚多元醇与二元酸、其二烷基酯或其混合物之间的反应而获得的聚醚酯多元醇。二元酸的实例包括对苯二甲酸、间苯二甲酸、邻苯二甲酸酐、己二酸、壬二酸、癸二酸和二聚酸。
聚氨酯多元醇优选为分子中具有氨基甲酸酯键的多元醇,并且其实例是有机多异氰酸酯与数均分子量为200至20,000的聚醚多元醇之间的反应产物,该反应产物的NCO/OH小于1,并且更优选为0.9以下。作为有机多异氰酸酯,可以使用以下描述的多异氰酸酯化合物、特别是二异氰酸酯化合物。
聚醚(聚氨酯)多元醇或聚酯(聚氨酯)多元醇优选为有机多异氰酸酯与聚酯多元醇或聚醚多元醇之间的反应产物,该反应产物的NCO/OH小于1,并且更优选为0.9以下。
聚碳酸酯多元醇的实例包括通过一种二醇或两种以上二醇与碳酸二甲酯、碳酸二苯酯、碳酸亚乙酯或光气之间的反应而获得的那些,所述二醇选自乙二醇、丙二醇、1,4-丁二醇、1,5-戊二醇、1,6-己二醇、3-甲基-1,5-戊二醇、1,9-壬二醇、1,8-壬二醇、新戊二醇、二甘醇、二丙二醇、1,4-环己二醇、1,4-环己烷二甲醇、双酚A和氢化双酚A。
丙烯酸多元醇的实例是通过分子中具有一个或多个羟基的丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸羟丙酯或丙烯酸羟丁酯或其对应的甲基丙烯酸酯衍生物与丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸或其酯之间的共聚而获得的丙烯酸多元醇。
多羟基烷烃的实例包括丁二烯和通过丁二烯和丙烯酰胺等的共聚获得的液态橡胶。
当要使用聚酯多元醇时,优选使用数均分子量为400至2000并且羟值为60至300的聚酯多元醇。
此外,可以直接使用二元醇(二醇)如乙二醇、丙二醇、二甘醇、1,4-丁二烯二醇或1,6-己二醇或者三元醇或四元醇如甘油、三羟甲基丙烷或季戊四醇作为固化剂(B)的部分。
上述含羟基的化合物(B0)可以单独或组合地使用。
(胺化合物(B1))
在本发明中,除了上述含羟基的化合物(B0)以外,固化剂(B)优选还含有至少一种胺化合物(B1)。胺化合物(B1)不仅用作固化剂且有助于形成粘合剂固化产物,而且充当催化剂,因为结构中所含的氮加速了酸酐基团和羟基之间的反应,由此改善了固化速率。
作为胺化合物(B1),可以使用一种胺化合物或者两种以上胺化合物的组合。
胺化合物(B1)优选为分子中具有两个以上伯氨基和/或仲氨基的化合物或者分子中具有一个以上叔氨基的化合物,并且其实例包括具有多个羟基的含叔胺的多元醇(B2)、酰胺多元醇和多胺。特别地,优选使用含叔胺的多元醇(B2),因为可以容易地调整与含酸酐基团的油或脂肪(A)的反应性和由其形成的涂膜的物理性质之间的平衡。另外,也可以使用分子中具有伯氨基或仲氨基和羟基的氨基醇。这样的氨基醇的实例包括一甲醇胺、N-甲基甲醇胺、N-乙基甲醇胺、二甲醇胺、一乙醇胺、N-甲基乙醇胺、N-乙基乙醇胺和二乙醇胺。
具有两个以上羟基的叔胺化合物优选作为含叔胺的多元醇(B2),并且特别优选地,含有两个至六个羟基。含有一个以上叔氨基就足够,但优选含有一个或两个叔氨基。
其具体实例包括聚丙二醇乙二胺醚、三(1,2-聚丙二醇)胺、N-乙基二乙醇胺、N-甲基-N-羟乙基-N-羟乙氧基乙胺、五羟丙基二亚乙基三胺和四羟丙基乙二胺。
作为含叔氮的多元醇(B2),可以使用商购可得产品。商购可得产品的实例包括TE-360(由Kokdo Chemical Co.,Ltd.(中国)生产的含叔氮的三官能多元醇)、TD-401(由KokdoChemical Co.,Ltd.(中国)生产的含叔氮的四官能多元醇)、以及EDP-300和EDP-450(由Adeka Corporation生产的含叔氮的四官能多元醇)。
酰胺多元醇的实例包括聚酯酰胺多元醇,更具体地,通过在上述聚酯多元醇的酯化反应期间额外地使用含氨基的脂肪族二胺如乙二胺、丙二胺和六亚甲基二胺作为原料而获得的聚酯酰胺多元醇。
对多胺没有特别限制,并且可以使用任何已知的具有伯氨基和/或仲氨基的多胺。多胺可以含有叔胺。
脂肪族二胺(碳原子数:2至18)的实例包括诸如以下各项的脂肪族二胺:亚烷基(碳原子数:2至6)二胺,例如乙二胺、丙二胺、三亚甲基二胺、四亚甲基二胺和六亚甲基二胺,以及多亚烷基(碳原子数:2至6)二胺,例如二亚乙基三胺、亚氨基双丙胺、双(六亚甲基)三胺、三亚乙基四胺、四亚乙基五胺和五亚乙基六胺;

作为多胺,可以使用商购可得产品。商购可得产品的实例包括JEFFAMINE T-403、JEFFAMINE D-230和JEFFAMINE D-400(所有这些聚醚多胺都由Huntsman Corporation(USA)生产)。
当使用聚醚多胺时,聚醚多胺优选为二官能或三官能的,并且其分子量优选为200至5000,并且更优选为200至1500。
含酸酐基团的油或脂肪(A)与固化剂(B)之间的掺混比优选为使得(A)中的酸酐基团与(B)中的与酸酐基团反应的官能团的摩尔比(酸酐基团/与酸酐基团反应的官能团)在0.5至1.5的范围内,并且更优选在0.8至1.25的范围内。当(A)与(B)之间的掺混比在上述范围内时,可以获得具有优异粘合强度的涂膜。
当固化剂(B)含有含氮化合物(B1)时,(B1)的使用量为使得(B1)中的氮与(A)中的酸酐基团的摩尔比(氮/酸酐基团)在0.05至0.7的范围内,并且更优选在0.1至0.5的范围内。当(B1)的使用量在上述范围内时,可以获得具有优异粘合强度的粘合剂固化产物,同时确保适当的贮存期。
(聚碳二亚胺化合物(C))
聚碳二亚胺(C)与作为含酸酐基团的油或脂肪(A)和固化剂(B)之间的反应的结果所产生的羧酸发生反应,并且由此形成更致密的粘合剂固化产物,并改善粘合强度。通过与羧酸反应而改善交联密度的化合物的其他实例包括聚氮杂环丙烯(polyazirine)化合物等;然而,聚碳二亚胺化合物(C)由于安全性和易于控制反应性而优选地使用。
对本发明中使用的聚碳二亚胺化合物(C)没有特别限制,并且可以使用任何已知的聚碳二亚胺化合物。
聚碳二亚胺化合物可以例如通过在适当的催化剂的存在下加热有机多异氰酸酯并进行脱羧反应来制备。
作为用于聚碳二亚胺化合物的合成原料使用的有机多异氰酸酯的实例包括芳族多异氰酸酯、脂肪族多异氰酸酯和脂环族多异氰酸酯。具体实例包括1,5-萘二异氰酸酯、4,4′-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、4,4′-二苯基二甲基甲烷二异氰酸酯、1,3-苯二异氰酸酯、1,4-苯二异氰酸酯、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、2,6-甲苯二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、环己烷-1,4-二异氰酸酯、二甲苯二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二环己基甲烷-4,4′-二异氰酸酯、甲基环已烷二异氰酸酯、四甲基二甲苯二异氰酸酯、2,6-二异丙基苯基异氰酸酯和1,3,5-三异丙基苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯。这些可以单独或组合地使用。
有机多异氰酸酯的上述脱羧缩合反应在碳二亚胺化催化剂的存在下进行,并且可以使用的碳二亚胺化催化剂的实例包括磷杂环戊烯(phospholene)氧化物,如1-苯基-2-磷杂环戊烯-1-氧化物、3-甲基-1-苯基-2-磷杂环戊烯-1-氧化物、1-乙基-2-磷杂环戊烯-1-氧化物、3-甲基-2-磷杂环戊烯-1-氧化物和它们的3-磷杂环戊烯异构体。其中,从反应性方面来看,3-甲基-1-苯基-2-磷杂环戊烯-1-氧化物是优选的。
由有机多异氰酸酯获得的聚碳二亚胺化合物可以具有在末端的异氰酸酯基,并且可以具有通过使用可与该异氰酸酯基反应的化合物(封端剂)适当控制的聚合度。
封端剂的实例包括单异氰酸酯,如异氰酸苯酯、异氰酸甲苯酯、异氰酸二甲基苯酯、异氰酸环己酯、异氰酸丁酯和异氰酸萘酯。
可以使用的封端剂的其他实例包括:含-OH基团的脂肪族、芳族和脂环族化合物,如甲醇、乙醇、苯酚、环己醇、N-甲基乙醇胺、聚乙二醇单甲醚和聚丙二醇单甲醚;含=NH基团的化合物,如二乙胺和二环己胺;含-NH2基团的化合物,如丁胺和环己胺;含-COOH基团的化合物,如丙酸、苯甲酸和环己烷甲酸;含-SH基团的化合物,如乙硫醇、烯丙硫醇和苯硫酚;以及含有环氧基的化合物等。
聚碳二亚胺化合物(C)的分子量以数均分子量计优选在1000至5000的范围内,并且更优选在2000至4000的范围内。
上述碳二亚胺化合物可以作为商购可得产品获得,并且其实例包括CARBODILITEV02B(固体组分浓度:100%,碳二亚胺当量:600)、CARBODILITE V05(固体组分浓度:100%,碳二亚胺当量:262)、CARBODILITE V04PF(固体组分浓度:100%,碳二亚胺当量:336)、CARBODILITE V05S(固体组分浓度:90质量%,碳二亚胺基团当量:291(固体组分当量:262))、CARBODILITE V07(固体组分浓度:50质量%),碳二亚胺基团当量:404(固体组分当量:202)和CARBODILITE V09GB(固体组分浓度:70质量%,碳二亚胺基团当量:298(固体组分当量:209)(全部由Nisshinbo Chemical Inc.生产)。其中,优选使用V02B和V05,因为它们具有强的改善粘合强度的效果。
含碳二亚胺的组分可以含有上述碳二亚胺化合物中的一种或两种以上。
聚碳二亚胺化合物(C)的使用量优选为使得聚碳二亚胺化合物(C)中的碳二亚胺基团与含酸酐基团的油或脂肪(A)中的酸酐基团的当量比(碳二亚胺当量/酸酐基团当量)在0.02至0.3的范围内,并且更优选在0.05至0.2的范围内。
当聚碳二亚胺化合物(C)的使用量在这个范围内时,通过添加聚碳二亚胺化合物(C)可以展现出粘合强度改善效果。
含酸酐基团的油或脂肪(A)和固化剂(B)的优选组合的具体实例如下:
1)用作油或脂肪(A)的马来酸酐改性的桐油与用作固化剂(B)的聚酯多元醇和含叔胺多元醇的组合
2)用作油或脂肪(A)的马来酸酐改性的大豆油与用作固化剂(B)的聚酯多元醇和聚醚多胺的组合
3)用作油或脂肪(A)的马来酸酐改性的桐油与用作固化剂(B)的聚酯多元醇、聚醚多胺和含叔胺多元醇的组合
4)1)至3)中任一个与额外的聚碳二亚胺化合物(C)的组合
(催化剂)
可以将催化剂添加到本发明的粘合剂组合物中。可以使用的催化剂的实例包括叔胺化合物、脂肪族环酰胺化合物和有机金属系催化剂。
叔胺化合物的实例包括二氮杂双环十一碳烯、二氮杂双环壬烯、三亚乙基二胺、2-甲基三亚乙基二胺、奎宁环和2-甲基奎宁环。
脂肪族环酰胺化合物的实例包括δ-戊内酰胺、ε-己内酰胺、ω-庚内酰胺、η-辛内酰胺和β-丙内酰胺。
有机金属系催化剂的实例包括二丁基氧化锡、二乙酸二丁基锡、二月桂酸二丁基锡、二月桂酸二辛基锡、辛酸铋、新癸酸铋、辛酸锆和新癸酸锆。
其中,优选使用叔胺化合物,因为其催化活性优异。
(溶剂)
本发明的粘合剂组合物可以作为溶剂型粘合剂或无溶剂粘合剂使用。在本发明中,粘合剂的“溶剂”是指对本发明中使用的多异氰酸酯化合物和多元醇化合物具有高溶解性的有机溶剂,并且“无溶剂”是指不含这样的具有高溶解性的有机溶剂的粘合剂。具有高溶解性的有机溶剂的具体实例包括甲苯(toluene)、二甲苯(xylene)、二氯甲烷、四氢呋喃、甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、乙酸甲酯、乙酸乙酯、乙酸正丁酯、丙酮、甲乙酮(MEK)、环己酮、甲苯(toluol)、二甲苯(xylol)、正己烷和环己烷。其中,已知甲苯、二甲苯、二氯甲烷、四氢呋喃、乙酸甲酯和乙酸乙酯是具有特别高溶解性的有机溶剂。
另一方面,当需要低粘度等时,本发明的粘合剂可以根据所需的粘度利用前述具有高溶解性的有机溶剂适当稀释。在这样的情况下,可以稀释多异氰酸酯组合物(B)和多元醇组合物(A)中的一种或两种。在这样的情况下使用的有机溶剂的具体实例包括甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、乙酸甲酯、乙酸乙酯、乙酸正丁酯、丙酮、甲乙酮(MEK)、环己酮、甲苯、二甲苯、正己烷和环己烷。其中,从溶解性的角度看,乙酸乙酯和甲乙酮(MEK)是优选的,并且乙酸乙酯是特别优选的。机溶剂通常以在20质量%至50质量%范围内的量使用,尽管这取决于所需的粘度。
(其他任选的组分)

无机颜料的实例包括:各种铬酸盐,如铬黄、铬酸锌和钼铬橙;亚铁氰化合物,如普鲁士蓝;各种金属氧化物,如氧化钛、中国花(Chinese flower)、Mapico黄、氧化铁、氧化铁红、氧化铬绿和氧化锆;各种硫化物和硒化物,如镉黄、镉红和硫化汞;各种硫酸盐,如硫酸钡和硫酸铅;各种硅酸盐,如硅酸钙和群青;各种碳酸盐,如碳酸钙和碳酸镁;各种磷酸盐,如钴紫和锰紫;各种金属粉末颜料,如铝粉、金粉、银粉、铜粉、青铜粉和黄铜粉;这些金属的片状颜料和云母片状颜料;金属颜料和珠光颜料,如用金属氧化物包覆的云母片状颜料和云母状氧化铁颜料;以及石墨和炭黑。
体质颜料的实例包括:沉淀硫酸钡、石灰水(whitewash)、沉淀碳酸钙、碳酸氢钙、汉白玉、氧化铝白、二氧化硅、水合细粉二氧化硅(白炭黑)、超细无水二氧化硅(aerosil)、硅砂、滑石、沉淀碳酸镁、膨润土、粘土、高岭土和赭石。
塑料颜料的实例包括由DIC株式会社生产的“GRANDOLL PP-1000”和“PP-2000S”。
作为本发明中使用的颜料,无机氧化物如用作白色颜料的氧化钛和中国白(Chinese white)以及用作黑色颜料的炭黑是更优选的,因为它们具有优异的耐久性、耐候性和设计性。
相对于总计100质量份的本发明的粘合剂组合物中的固体组分,本发明中使用的颜料的质量比优选为1至400质量份,并且特别地为10至300质量份,因为粘结性、抗粘连性等优异。
(粘合促进剂)
此外,本发明中使用的粘合剂组合物可以与粘合促进剂组合使用。粘合促进剂的实例包括偶联剂如硅烷偶联剂、钛酸酯系偶联剂和铝系偶联剂,以及环氧树脂。
硅烷偶联剂的实例包括:氨基硅烷,如γ-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷、γ-氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、N-β(氨基乙基)-γ-氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、N-β(氨基乙基)-γ-氨基丙基三甲基二甲氧基硅烷和N-苯基-γ-氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷;环氧硅烷,如β-(3,4-环氧环己基)乙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-缩水甘油基氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷和γ-缩水甘油基氧基丙基三乙氧基硅烷;乙烯基硅烷,如乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷和γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷;以及六甲基二硅氮烷和γ-巯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷。
钛酸酯系偶联剂的实例包括:四异丙氧基钛、四正丁氧基钛、钛酸丁酯二聚物、钛酸四硬脂醇酯、乙酰丙酮钛、乳酸钛、钛酸四异辛二醇酯、乳酸钛和四硬脂氧基钛。
铝系偶联剂的实例是二异丙醇乙酰烷氧基铝。
环氧树脂的实例包括:各种商购可得的环氧化油和脂肪如商购可得的环氧化大豆油,表双型(epi-bis type)、酚醛清漆型、β-甲基表氯型、环状环氧烷型、缩水甘油醚型、缩水甘油酯型、聚二醇醚型、二醇醚型、环氧化脂肪酸酯型、聚羧酸酯型、氨基缩水甘油酯型和间苯二酚型的各种环氧树脂,以及诸如以下各项的化合物:三缩水甘油基三(2-羟基乙基)异氰脲酸酯、新戊二醇二缩水甘油醚、1,6-己二醇二缩水甘油醚、丙烯酸缩水甘油醚、2-乙基己基缩水甘油醚、苯基缩水甘油醚、苯酚缩水甘油醚、对叔丁基苯基缩水甘油醚、己二酸二缩水甘油酯、邻苯二甲酸二缩水甘油酯、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯和丁基缩水甘油醚。然而,优选将其量保持在最低限度。
与上述添加剂不同的添加剂的实例包括:流平剂、无机细颗粒如胶态二氧化硅和氧化铝溶胶、基于聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯的有机细颗粒、消泡剂、抗流挂剂、润湿和分散剂、粘度调节剂、UV吸收剂、金属钝化剂、过氧化物分解剂、阻燃剂、增强剂、增塑剂、润滑剂、防锈剂、荧光增白剂、无机热射线吸收剂、耐火剂、抗静电剂、脱水剂、已知的常见热塑性弹性体、增粘剂、磷酸盐化合物、三聚氰胺树脂和反应性弹性体。这些添加剂中的每一种的量可以在不损害本发明中使用的粘合剂组合物的功能的范围内进行适当调整。
这些添加剂可以通过与含酸酐基团的油或脂肪(A)和固化剂(B)中的一种混合进行使用,或者可以在涂布期间作为第三组分掺混。
(层压体)
本发明的层压体是通过用干式层压法或非溶剂层压法利用本发明的粘合剂粘结多个薄膜或纸片而获得。
对要使用的薄膜没有特别限制,并且可以选择适合于用途的薄膜。用于食品包装的薄膜的实例包括:聚烯烃薄膜如聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)薄膜、聚苯乙烯薄膜、聚酰胺薄膜、聚丙烯腈薄膜、聚乙烯薄膜(LLDPE:低密度聚乙烯薄膜,HDPE:高密度聚乙烯薄膜)和聚丙烯薄膜(CPP:未拉伸聚丙烯薄膜,OPP:双轴拉伸聚丙烯薄膜)、聚乙烯醇薄膜和乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物薄膜。
薄膜可以已经过拉伸过程。根据典型的拉伸过程,将树脂通过挤出成膜法等熔融挤出以形成片材,并对该片材进行同时或顺序双轴拉伸过程。在顺序双轴拉伸的情况下,通常首先进行纵向拉伸过程,接着进行横向拉伸。具体地,通常采用将利用辊间速度差的纵向拉伸与利用拉幅机的横向拉伸相结合的方法。
备选地,也可以使用通过将金属如铝或者金属氧化物如二氧化硅或氧化铝的气相沉积层与具有由聚乙烯醇、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物、偏二氯乙烯等形成的阻气层的阻挡薄膜层压而获得的薄膜。当使用这样的薄膜时,可以形成对水蒸气、氧气、醇、惰性气体、挥发性有机物(气味)等具有阻隔性的层压体。
为了形成没有薄膜破裂或裂孔的粘合剂层,可以进行各种表面处理如火焰处理和电晕放电处理。
备选地,本发明的层压体可以通过以下方式获得:利用层压机将用作助粘剂(锚涂剂)的本发明的粘合剂涂布到薄膜上,进行固化反应,然后通过使用挤出机(挤出层压法)层压熔融的聚合物材料。在干式层压法和非溶剂层压法中使用的前述薄膜可以用作所述薄膜。要被熔融的聚合物材料优选为聚烯烃系树脂如低密度聚乙烯树脂、线型低密度聚乙烯树脂或乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物树脂。
层压体的结构的更具体实例包括以下:

结构(1)中使用的基材薄膜1的实例包括OPP薄膜、PET薄膜和尼龙薄膜。备选地,可以涂覆基材薄膜1以使基材薄膜1在下述的其中要形成印刷层的情况下表现出阻气性和改善的墨接收性。进行涂覆的基材薄膜1的商购可得产品的实例包括K-OPP薄膜和K-PET薄膜。粘合剂层1是本发明的粘合剂的固化涂膜。密封薄膜的实例包括CPP薄膜和LLDPE薄膜。可以在基材薄膜1的粘合剂层1侧的表面(当基材薄膜1经过涂覆时,为在粘合剂层1侧上的涂层的表面)上形成印刷层。印刷层通过一直用于在聚合物薄膜上印刷的典型印刷方法利用各种类型的印刷墨如凹版印刷墨、柔版印刷墨、胶印墨、镂空版印刷墨和喷墨印刷墨形成。
结构(2)和(3)中使用的基材薄膜1的实例包括OPP薄膜和PET薄膜。粘合剂层1是本发明的粘合剂的固化涂膜。作为金属气相沉积未拉伸薄膜,可以使用通过在CPP薄膜上气相沉积金属如铝而获得的VM-CPP薄膜,并且作为金属气相沉积拉伸薄膜,可以使用通过在OPP薄膜上气相沉积金属如铝而获得的VM-OPP薄膜。与结构(1)一样,可以在基材薄膜1的粘合剂层1侧的表面上形成印刷层。
结构(4)中使用的透明气相沉积拉伸薄膜的实例包括经过二氧化硅或氧化铝气相沉积的OPP薄膜、PET薄膜和尼龙薄膜。出于保护二氧化硅或氧化铝的无机气相沉积层的目的,可以使用具有涂覆气相沉积层的薄膜。粘合剂层1是本发明的粘合剂的固化涂膜。密封薄膜的实例与用于结构(1)的那些相同。可以在透明气相沉积拉伸薄膜的粘合剂层1侧的表面(当透明气相沉积拉伸薄膜经过在无机气相沉积层上的涂覆时,为涂层的粘合剂层1侧的表面)上形成印刷层。用于形成印刷层的方法与用于结构(1)的相同。
结构(5)中使用的基材薄膜1的实例包括PET薄膜。基材薄膜2的实例包括尼龙薄膜。粘合剂层1和2中的至少一个是本发明的粘合剂的固化涂膜。密封薄膜的实例与用于结构(1)的那些相同。与结构(1)一样,可以在基材薄膜1的粘合剂层1侧的表面上形成印刷层。
结构(6)中的基材薄膜1的实例与用于结构(2)和(3)的那些相同。金属气相沉积拉伸薄膜的实例包括通过在OPP薄膜和PET薄膜上气相沉积金属如铝而获得的VM-OPP薄膜和VM-PET薄膜。粘合剂层1和2中的至少一个是本发明的粘合剂的固化涂膜。密封薄膜的实例与用于结构(1)的那些相同。与结构(1)一样,可以在基材薄膜1的粘合剂层1侧的表面上形成印刷层。

当本发明的层压体包括金属气相沉积薄膜、透明气相沉积薄膜和金属层中的至少一种时,与金属气相沉积层、透明气相沉积层和金属层接触的粘合剂层优选为本发明的粘合剂的固化涂膜。
当本发明的粘合剂为溶剂型时,通过使用辊如凹版辊将本发明的粘合剂涂布到用作基材的薄膜材料上,并在烘箱等中加热以蒸发有机溶剂,然后将另一基材与其粘结以获得本发明的层压体。在层压后,优选进行老化处理。老化温度优选为室温至80℃,并且老化时间优选为12至240小时。
当本发明的粘合剂为无溶剂型时,通过使用辊如凹版辊将预先加热到约40℃至100℃的本发明的粘合剂涂布到用作基材的薄膜材料上,然后立即将另一基材与其粘结以获得本发明的层压体。在层压后,优选进行老化处理。老化温度优选为室温至70℃,并且老化时间优选为6至240小时。
当本发明的粘合剂用作助粘剂时,通过使用辊如凹版辊将本发明的助粘剂涂布到用作基材的薄膜材料上,并在烘箱等中加热以蒸发有机溶剂,然后通过挤出机将熔融的聚合物材料与其层压,从而获得本发明的层压体。
粘合剂的涂布量视情况而进行调整。在溶剂型粘合剂的情况下,例如,将固体组分的量调整为1g/m2以上且10g/m2以下,并且更优选为1g/m2以上且5g/m2以下。在无溶剂型粘合剂的情况下,例如,粘合剂的涂布量例如为1g/m2以上且10g/m2以下,并且优选为1g/m2以上且5g/m2以下。
当本发明的粘合剂用作助粘剂时,涂布量例如为0.03g/m2以上且0.09g/m2以下(固体组分)。
除了上述结构(1)至(10)中的任一种以外,本发明的层压体还可以包括其他薄膜和基材。除了上述拉伸薄膜、未拉伸薄膜和透明气相沉积薄膜之外,可以使用的其他基材的实例包括由纸、木材、皮革等形成的多孔基材。用于粘结这些其他基材的粘合剂可以是本发明的粘合剂或任何其他粘合剂。
作为纸,可以使用任何已知的纸基材而没有任何限制。具体地,通过使用已知的造纸机和造纸天然纤维如木浆来制造纸;然而,对造纸条件没有特别规定。造纸天然纤维的实例包括:木浆如软木浆和硬木浆,非木浆如马尼拉麻浆、剑麻浆和亚麻浆,以及通过对这些纸浆材料进行化学改性而获得的纸浆。可以使用的纸浆的类型包括化学纸浆、磨碎纸浆、化学磨碎纸浆和通过硫酸盐蒸煮法、酸性、中性、碱性亚硫酸盐蒸煮法、苏打盐蒸煮法等获得的热机械纸浆。
此外,可以使用各种商购可得的高品质纸、涂布纸、背衬纸、浸渍纸、箱板纸、纸板等。如果需要的话,可以在纸层的外表面或内表面侧上设置印刷层。
“其他层”可以各自含有已知的添加剂或稳定剂,例如抗静电剂、易粘涂布剂、增塑剂、润滑剂或抗氧化剂。此外,为了改善与要层压的其他材料的粘合性,可以对“其他层”分别进行初步表面处理,如电晕处理、等离子体处理、臭氧处理、化学处理或溶剂处理。
本发明的层压体适合用于各种应用,例如用于食品、药品和日用品的包装材料,纸制餐具如盖材、纸吸管、纸餐巾、纸勺、纸盘和纸杯,室外工业用途如路障材料、屋顶材料、太阳能电池面板材料、电池包装材料、窗户材料、外装地板材料、照明保护材料、汽车构件、标志牌和贴纸,同时注射成型和装饰方法等中使用的装饰片材,以及用于洗衣液、厨房洗涤液、沐浴洗涤液、沐浴液体皂、洗发液和液体调理剂的包装材料。
<包装材料>
本发明的层压体可以用作用于保护食品、药品等的多层包装材料。对于多层包装材料用途,层结构可以根据内容物以及使用材料的环境和形式而变化。此外,本发明的包装可以进行易打开处理或设置有适当的再密封装置。
本发明的包装材料通过使用本发明的层压体获得,即在将层压体以密封薄膜表面彼此面对的方式彼此叠放之后,将其外周端部热封以形成袋。用于制备袋的方法的实例包括将本发明的层压体折叠,或者将本发明的层压体彼此叠放以使内层表面(密封薄膜表面)彼此面对,然后以侧面密封型、两侧密封型、三侧密封型、四侧密封型、信封粘结密封型、对接缝密封型、褶式密封型、平底密封型、矩形底部密封型、报纸型或其他热密封型的方式热封外周端部。本发明的包装材料可以根据内容物以及使用材料的环境和形式而采取各种形式。也可以形成自支撑包装材料(自立袋)等。热封方法可以是任何已知的方法,如棒密封、旋转辊密封、带密封、脉冲密封、高频密封或超声密封。
本发明的包装材料可以从其开口部填充内容物,然后将开口部热封,从而制造使用本发明的包装材料的产品。容纳的食品的实例包括:零食,如大米零食、豆零食、坚果、饼干、小甜饼、威化饼、棉花糖、馅饼、半熟蛋糕、糖果和糕点;主食,如面包、快餐面、方便面、干面、意大利面食、无菌包装米、粥、米粥、包装米糕和谷物食品;农产品,如泡菜、煮豆、纳豆、味噌、冻豆腐、豆腐、日式蘑菇酱(nametake mushroom)、魔芋、加工野菜、果酱、花生奶油、沙拉、冷冻蔬菜和加工马铃薯;加工肉类产品,如火腿、培根、香肠、鸡肉加工产品和咸牛肉;加工海产品,如鱼肉火腿和香肠、海鲜酱制品、鱼糕(kamaboko)、海藻片、酱油煮制食品、鲣鱼干、咸鱼内脏、熏鲑鱼和辣味鳕鱼子;水果,如桃、橘、菠萝、苹果、梨和樱桃;蔬菜,如玉米、芦笋、蘑菇、洋葱、胡萝卜、萝卜和马铃薯;预制食品,如冷冻熟食和冷藏熟食如汉堡肉饼、肉丸、炸鱼、饺子和炸肉饼;乳制品,如黄油、人造黄油、奶酪、奶油、速溶乳脂粉和婴儿用配方奶粉;以及液体调味品、可煮薄膜内咖喱和宠物食品。

[实施例]
现在通过以下实施例更详细地描述本发明的内容和效果。在实施例中,“份”是指“质量份”。
制备例1[含酸酐基团的油或脂肪(A-1)的合成]
向配备有搅拌器、温度计和氮气入口管的烧瓶中装入1000份桐油并加热至100℃。接下来,分五次添加270份马来酸酐,并使反应再进行3小时,获得含酸酐基团的油或脂肪(A-1)。
制备例2[含酸酐基团的油或脂肪(A-2)的合成]
向配备有搅拌器、温度计和氮气入口管的烧瓶中装入1000份亚麻籽油和100份马来酸酐并加热至180℃。在180℃进行反应2小时后,添加125份马来酸酐,将温度升高至200℃,并使反应再进行3小时,获得含酸酐基团的油或脂肪(A-2)。
制备例3[含酸酐基团的油或脂肪(A-3)的合成]
向配备有搅拌器、温度计和氮气入口管的烧瓶中装入800份大豆油、225份马来酸酐和0.5份磷酸并加热至180℃。在180℃进行反应3小时后,将温度降低至100℃,进一步添加200份桐油,并使反应再进行3小时,获得含酸酐基团的油或脂肪(A-3)。
制备例4[聚酯多元醇(B-1)的合成]
向配备有搅拌器、温度计、氮气入口管、精馏塔、水分离器等的聚酯反应器中,装入220份二甘醇、344份新戊二醇、286份己二酸、287份间苯二甲酸和0.1份钛酸四异丙酯,将温度逐渐升高,使得精馏塔顶部温度不超过100℃,并且内部温度保持在240℃。当酸值达到2.0(mg-KOH/g)或更低时终止酯化反应,并获得聚酯多元醇(B-1)。羟值为180(mg-KOH/g)。
制备例5[聚酯多元醇(B-2)的合成]
除了将使用的原料改变为127份乙二醇、240份二甘醇、153份新戊二醇和642份己二酸外,如制备例4中那样获得聚酯多元醇(B-2)。羟值为150(mg-KOH/g)。
制备例6[聚酯多元醇(B-3)的合成]
除了将使用的原料改变为52份乙二醇、447份二甘醇、45份甘油和607份己二酸外,如制备例4中那样获得聚酯多元醇(B-3)。羟值为180(mg-KOH/g)。
制备例7[多异氰酸酯化合物(D)的合成]
向配备有搅拌器、温度计和氮气入口管的烧瓶中装入50份Lupranate MI(由BASFINOAC Polyurethanes Ltd.生产的4,4′-二苯基甲烷异氰酸酯/2,4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯的50/50混合物),并将温度升高至60℃。向其中分四次逐渐添加50份的分子量为1000的聚丙二醇/分子量为2000的聚丙二醇的20/30(重量比)混合物,然后将温度进一步升高至80℃,并且使反应再进行五小时,获得多异氰酸酯化合物(D)。所获得的多异氰酸酯化合物(D)的NCO%为13.8%。
实施例(实施例1至5和比较例)
根据表1和2中所述的配方,将含酸酐基团的油或脂肪(A)和固化剂(B)掺混以制备各粘合剂组合物,并进行各种类型的评价。
(外观评价)
通过使用层压速度设定为250m/分钟的层压机,将含有主试剂和固化剂的各粘合剂组合物涂布到完全被凹版印刷墨(由DIC株式会社生产的“FINART R794 white”)覆盖的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜(在下文中称为“PET薄膜”)上,以使得粘合剂组合物以固形分计的涂布量为约1.8g/m2,并且将该薄膜与铝气相沉积未拉伸聚丙烯(在下文中称为“VMCPP薄膜”)粘结,从而制备层压薄膜。在50℃老化四天后,根据以下标准(5:优异←→1:差)评价在10m辊外部中的白色墨部分的外观(薄膜的表面状态)。
5:无气泡出现,并且表面平整且光滑。
4:出现一些微小气泡。
3:在整个薄膜表面上出现微小气泡。
2:在整个薄膜表面上出现微小气泡和大气泡。
1:在整个薄膜表面上出现许多大气泡。
(粘合强度)
由在层压薄膜的外观评价中使用的PET/VMCPP薄膜制备15mm宽的试样,并且在25℃以300mm/min的剥离速率测量T-剥离强度。
(热封强度)
通过使用层压速度设定为250m/分钟的层压机,将含有主试剂和固化剂的各粘合剂组合物涂布到双轴拉伸尼龙(由UNITIKA LTD.生产的“EMBLEM”15μm,在下文中称为“ONy薄膜”)上,以使得以固形分计的涂布量为约1.8g/m2,并将该薄膜与线型低密度聚乙烯(由Tohcello生产的“TUX-HC”60μm,在下文中称为“LLDPE薄膜”)粘结,从而制备层压薄膜。
在50℃老化四天后,用热封机在180℃×1秒、0.1MPa和10mm宽度下将各层压薄膜热封,然后切出15mm宽的试样,并在25℃以300mm/min的剥离速率测量T-剥离强度。

Claims (7)
1.一种粘合剂组合物,所述粘合剂组合物包含:含酸酐基团的油或脂肪(A)和具有可与酸酐基团反应的反应性基团的固化剂(B)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的粘合剂组合物,其中所述含酸酐基团的油或脂肪(A)是马来酸酐改性的植物油(A1)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的粘合剂组合物,其中所述固化剂(B)含有多元醇(B0)和胺化合物(B1)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的粘合剂组合物,其中所述胺化合物(B1)含有含叔胺的多元醇(B2)。
