一种PE保护膜的涂布收卷装置
技术领域
本发明涉及PE保护膜生产领域,特别涉及一种PE保护膜的涂布收卷装置。
背景技术
PE保护膜在收卷的工艺流程中,会涉及到对保护膜表面的涂布流程,以基于一端膨胀轴的卷动使涂料均匀分布于保护膜表面,并在干燥后收卷成型于装置内取出。
然而现有的涂布收卷装置通常是基于应力较大的压力构成的涂料流程,特别是在针对涂料流程下,多数采用的是挤出按压式涂料方法,导致应力较大,而所采用的喷涂式的方式又需要再次通过多个滚轴结构在表面滚动形成均匀的喷涂面层,又会导致工艺流程复杂度增加;
而在后续的收卷流程下,多数亦采用的是常规的烘干和收卷一体化结构实现收卷效果,这将进一步导致在烘干流程下蒸汽的四处飘散现象,通常会导致保护膜表面的涂层厚度不一致,最终影响到成品率。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种PE保护膜的涂布收卷装置。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
本发明一种PE保护膜的涂布收卷装置,包括装置主体,所述装置主体的两侧设置有侧板,侧板的内侧底部设置有横板,横板的顶端设置有入膜口,入膜口的顶端设置有涂布箱,涂布箱的表面设置有卡扣件,所述涂布箱的顶端安装有顶盖,顶盖的表面设置有入料口,所述顶盖还包含有旋转轴;
所述侧板的一侧表面设置有侧门盖,侧门盖的表面和底侧均设置有轴承座,所述装置主体的内部安装有主转轴和烘干轴,所述烘干轴的两端均设置有轴承座,所述主转轴的一端设置有侧门盖,另一端包含有转动电机,所述涂布箱的内部中侧设置有液压升降杆,液压升降杆的中部设置有倾斜板,所述倾斜板的底端两侧均设置有泵料器,且泵料器的底端包含有波纹连接管,所述泵料器的底端安装有升降板,升降板呈框架结构设置,所述升降板的两端设置有滑动件,所述升降板的内侧设置有多个滚轴,所述滚轴的内壁设置有单向压力阀,滚轴的表面设置有棉筒,所述滚轴的一端设置有输料管,且输料管之间相连接至两端的泵料器处。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述主转轴的表面设置有齿槽,所述齿槽的表面设置有转筒,且转筒和主转轴通过齿槽为嵌入式连接设置,所述转筒为膨胀轴结构设置,且转筒的一侧表面设置有气泵口。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述烘干轴的表面设置有等距离排列的开口,所述开口的内侧设置有电热丝,且电热丝的两端均采用陶瓷材料形成固定座结构,所述电热丝位于烘干轴内部形成米型线路连接,且从烘干轴中设置有连接线路至外侧。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述烘干轴和主转轴呈S型结构上下缠绕设置,其中烘干轴靠近底部一侧设置有抽风机,抽风机的抽风口和烘干轴呈对应设置,所述抽风机设置于装置主体的内壁处,所述抽风机包含有过滤层。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述横板的底端设置有半导体制热板,所述半导体制热板的底侧设置有主控模块,主控模块包含有微控芯片和时钟芯片,所述主控模块分别与液压升降杆、泵料器、烘干轴和转动电机为电性连接。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述半导体制热板的一侧设置有排风口,排风口的一侧设置有低温空腔,所述排风口包含有风扇,风扇的吹动方向为由半导体制热板向低温空腔内部吹动。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述倾斜板表面为光滑设置,且泵料器的顶端贯穿倾斜板表面,所述滑动件包含有滑块和滑轨,所述液压升降杆底端呈倒U型结构设置,且液压升降杆和升降板为传动连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1:本发明通过设计对应的内部涂敷烘干一体化结构,以实现整体结构节能、便于操作以及降低工序要求的现象,特别是针对内部所形成的烘干、缠绕等技术手段,能够完成装置整体的自动化,以达到提高工作效率和降低工作难度等现象。
2:本发明所采用的模块化设置均为可分离式结构,能够根据工业自身的需求对特定结构形成维修、观察等,如侧门盖处的结构不仅能够对内部运作观察,还能够提高工作效率等实际作用,在顶盖结构处所设计的特殊结构也能够便于使用者根据自身需求调节。
3:本发明能够基于工艺需求,对于无论是PE保护膜还是其它不可挤压式涂敷的保护膜均能够根据自身需求设定所涂敷的方案,以此能够增加主体设备的泛用性和性价比。

实施例1
如图1-4所示,本发明提供一种PE保护膜的涂布收卷装置,包括装置主体1,所述装置主体1的两侧设置有侧板2,侧板2的内侧底部设置有横板3,横板3的顶端设置有入膜口301,入膜口301的顶端设置有涂布箱4,涂布箱4的表面设置有卡扣件401,所述涂布箱4的顶端安装有顶盖402,顶盖402的表面设置有入料口403,所述顶盖402还包含有旋转轴;
所述侧板2的一侧表面设置有侧门盖201,侧门盖201的表面和底侧均设置有轴承座202,所述装置主体1的内部安装有主转轴5和烘干轴6,所述烘干轴6的两端均设置有轴承座202,所述主转轴5的一端设置有侧门盖201,另一端包含有转动电机503,所述涂布箱4的内部中侧设置有液压升降杆404,液压升降杆404的中部设置有倾斜板405,所述倾斜板405的底端两侧均设置有泵料器406,且泵料器406的底端包含有波纹连接管,所述泵料器406的底端安装有升降板407,升降板407呈框架结构设置,所述升降板407的两端设置有滑动件408,所述升降板407的内侧设置有多个滚轴7,所述滚轴7的内壁设置有单向压力阀701,滚轴7的表面设置有棉筒702,所述滚轴7的一端设置有输料管703,且输料管703之间相连接至两端的泵料器406处。
进一步的,倾斜板405表面为光滑设置,且泵料器406的顶端贯穿倾斜板405表面,所述滑动件408包含有滑块和滑轨,所述液压升降杆404底端呈倒U型结构设置,且液压升降杆404和升降板407为传动连接。
具体的,所设置的装置主体1主要由两侧的侧板2结构基于表面的侧门盖201、轴承座202和内部的主转轴5、转动电机503以及烘干轴6形成基本的内部转动结构,从而将PE保护膜缠绕至主转轴5的表面处。
侧板2的内侧则主要设置有横板3结构,基于横板3顶端的入膜口301PE保护膜即可进入到内部,于横板3上侧则设置有对应的升降板407结构,由两端的滑动件408形成滑动限位,涂布箱4内壁处横向梁式杆件固定的液压升降杆404驱动升降板407,涂布箱4的顶部则设置开合结构的顶盖402,所倾斜设置的顶盖402能够进一步形成开口处边缘的压力固定作用,且在顶盖402表面还设置有卡扣件401,根据按压式卡扣能够配合内侧的密封圈加强固定的效果,入料口403处所灌入的涂料进入涂布箱4内部,通过倾斜状设置的倾斜板405形成具有高差的出料范围;
在倾斜板405底端两侧分别设置有泵料器406,泵料器406主要将涂布箱4内部的涂料通过波纹连接管泵出设置升降板407内侧的滚轴7处,即通过多个输料管703泵出到滚轴7内部,根据泵料器406的液泵结构向滚轴7内部充满涂料,随后向表面相同压力设置的单向压力阀701在压力满足的条件下同时泵出到表面棉筒702处,且单向压力阀701也能够采用电磁式结构,以根据主控模块302随之调节单向压力阀701的自身压力,在PE保护膜于横板3上前后移动时,所下降的升降板407和横板3处形成上下的接触以及小幅度挤压效果,以此将滚轴7表面的涂料均匀涂敷至PE保护膜表面;
而在输料管703的表面则可设置多个阀门节点,通过控制阀门节点的开合状态以形成不同滚轴7的涂液排出情况,如前部分的滚轴7单独排出大量涂液,由后续的滚轴7以形成均匀滚动涂敷的现象,所设置的倾斜板405因左右的高差使图2中左侧的泵料器406单独泵出涂料至前端的滚轴7内,以实现多样化的涂料涂敷作业。
实施例2
如图2、图5所示,与实施例1不同之处在于,主转轴5的表面设置有齿槽501,所述齿槽501的表面设置有转筒502,且转筒502和主转轴5通过齿槽501为嵌入式连接设置,所述转筒502为膨胀轴结构设置,且转筒502的一侧表面设置有气泵口。
主转轴5所设置的齿槽501在靠近转动电机503形成限位,另一端由侧门盖201处限位,表面由齿槽501构成限位,在表面转筒502根据气泵口形成压力式膨胀后将PE保护膜固定在表面,转筒502内表面则设置有对应结构嵌入式表面限位,随后即可缠绕至表面;
完成缠绕后工作人员可打开侧门盖201将转筒502向外小幅度滑出,直至齿槽501表面所设置的限位栅构成限位,随后即可放出转筒502内的气体后,将所缠绕的PE保护膜直接滑动取出至外侧,再将转筒502推入后在内部缠绕一圈PE保护膜充气后,关闭侧门盖201即可完成再次缠绕效果,此种方式能够大量降低整体装置所需要展开的空间,并且结构性的运转均设置于内部,所形成的主要支撑结构亦设置于转动电机503一侧,于内部所涂敷的涂料和烘干空气散发至工作环境下较少,能够大量降低对工作人员的健康影响。
实施例3
如图2、图6所示,烘干轴6的表面设置有等距离排列的开口601,所述开口601的内侧设置有电热丝602,且电热丝602的两端均采用陶瓷材料形成固定座结构,所述电热丝602位于烘干轴6内部形成米型线路连接,且从烘干轴6中设置有连接线路至外侧。
与实施例1-2不同之处在于,烘干轴6处主要采用的是内部发热结构,即轴内发热,由于烘干轴6不受转动电机503驱动,因此不会产生热量传递不均匀的现象导致轴断裂的现象发生,因此仅通过在开口601处所设置的电热丝602则可完成内部热量散出的效果,特别是在内部出现离心转动的情况下,内部的较热空气将和外部形成换热效应,内部的半密封空间温度较高,与此同时在开口601处的温度为最高,所以在烘干的流程下更多的是从较高温度到烘干温度再到较高温度的流程,以实现阶段性烘干的作用,并且使烘干处的前后均形成干燥效果,且由于烘干轴6自身未有动力驱动,能够节省大量电力作用。
实施例4
如图2所示,烘干轴6和主转轴5呈S型结构上下缠绕设置,其中烘干轴6靠近底部一侧设置有抽风机8,抽风机8的抽风口和烘干轴6呈对应设置,所述抽风机8设置于装置主体1的内壁处,所述抽风机8包含有过滤层。
横板3的底端设置有半导体制热板305,所述半导体制热板305的底侧设置有主控模块302,主控模块302包含有微控芯片和时钟芯片,所述主控模块302分别与液压升降杆404、泵料器406、烘干轴6和转动电机503为电性连接。
与实施例3不同之处在于,于横板3的底部设置有板状的半导体制热板305,因此在横板3上受到涂敷的PE保护膜的温度将处于较高的状态下,避免直接从冷到热的环境下导致PE保护膜自身涂敷后,PE保护膜因温度再次延展的现象,且在横板3处所散发的温度也将阻隔装置主体1在烘干轴6处和外部环境下的温度,即通过多段式的温度平滑升高从而将装置主体1内部的温度保持在一定的温度条件下,从而避免环境温度直接和内部温度换热增加功耗的现象,以及实现提高PE保护膜的成品率。
且在烘干轴6的一侧对应设置有抽风机8结构,从而将烘干轴6处烘干的雾气主要通过抽风机8抽出以排出内部的较大湿度空气。
实施例5
如图2所示,半导体制热板305的一侧设置有排风口303,排风口303的一侧设置有低温空腔304,所述排风口303包含有风扇,风扇的吹动方向为由半导体制热板305向低温空腔304内部吹动。
和实施例4不同之处在于,由于在横板3所设置的为半导体制热板305,因此底部所散发的主要是冷却后的空气,其冷却空气则主要向主控模块302构成冷却效果,与此同时还进一步设置由排风口303将较冷的空气抽入至低温空腔304中,因低温空腔304底部和地面接触,因此在抽出的流程中主要冷却的是顶部板结构,则烘干轴6处所较热的空气将会由于底部所设置有冷却后的低温空腔304,热空气主要朝向上部聚集,以此避免热空气从入膜口301直接排出,降低整体装置的热量耗能,以达到节能的效果。

1.一种PE保护膜的涂布收卷装置,包括装置主体(1),其特征在于,所述装置主体(1)的两侧设置有侧板(2),侧板(2)的内侧底部设置有横板(3),横板(3)的顶端设置有入膜口(301),入膜口(301)的顶端设置有涂布箱(4),涂布箱(4)的表面设置有卡扣件(401),所述涂布箱(4)的顶端安装有顶盖(402),顶盖(402)的表面设置有入料口(403),所述顶盖(402)还包含有旋转轴;
所述侧板(2)的一侧表面设置有侧门盖(201),侧门盖(201)的表面和底侧均设置有轴承座(202),所述装置主体(1)的内部安装有主转轴(5)和烘干轴(6),所述烘干轴(6)的两端均设置有轴承座(202),所述主转轴(5)的一端设置有侧门盖(201),另一端包含有转动电机(503),所述涂布箱(4)的内部中侧设置有液压升降杆(404),液压升降杆(404)的中部设置有倾斜板(405),所述倾斜板(405)的底端两侧均设置有泵料器(406),且泵料器(406)的底端包含有波纹连接管,所述泵料器(406)的底端安装有升降板(407),升降板(407)呈框架结构设置,所述升降板(407)的两端设置有滑动件(408),所述升降板(407)的内侧设置有多个滚轴(7),所述滚轴(7)的内壁设置有单向压力阀(701),滚轴(7)的表面设置有棉筒(702),所述滚轴(7)的一端设置有输料管(703),且输料管(703)之间相连接至两端的泵料器(406)处。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种PE保护膜的涂布收卷装置,其特征在于,所述主转轴(5)的表面设置有齿槽(501),所述齿槽(501)的表面设置有转筒(502),且转筒(502)和主转轴(5)通过齿槽(501)为嵌入式连接设置,所述转筒(502)为膨胀轴结构设置,且转筒(502)的一侧表面设置有气泵口。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种PE保护膜的涂布收卷装置,其特征在于,所述烘干轴(6)的表面设置有等距离排列的开口(601),所述开口(601)的内侧设置有电热丝(602),且电热丝(602)的两端均采用陶瓷材料形成固定座结构,所述电热丝(602)位于烘干轴(6)内部形成米型线路连接,且从烘干轴(6)中设置有连接线路至外侧。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种PE保护膜的涂布收卷装置,其特征在于,所述烘干轴(6)和主转轴(5)呈S型结构上下缠绕设置,其中烘干轴(6)靠近底部一侧设置有抽风机(8),抽风机(8)的抽风口和烘干轴(6)呈对应设置,所述抽风机(8)设置于装置主体(1)的内壁处,所述抽风机(8)包含有过滤层。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种PE保护膜的涂布收卷装置,其特征在于,所述横板(3)的底端设置有半导体制热板(305),所述半导体制热板(305)的底侧设置有主控模块(302),主控模块(302)包含有微控芯片和时钟芯片,所述主控模块(302)分别与液压升降杆(404)、泵料器(406)、烘干轴(6)和转动电机(503)为电性连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种PE保护膜的涂布收卷装置,其特征在于,所述半导体制热板(305)的一侧设置有排风口(303),排风口(303)的一侧设置有低温空腔(304),所述排风口(303)包含有风扇,风扇的吹动方向为由半导体制热板(305)向低温空腔(304)内部吹动。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种PE保护膜的涂布收卷装置,其特征在于,所述倾斜板(405)表面为光滑设置,且泵料器(406)的顶端贯穿倾斜板(405)表面,所述滑动件(408)包含有滑块和滑轨,所述液压升降杆(404)底端呈倒U型结构设置,且液压升降杆(404)和升降板(407)为传动连接。
