宠物主粮是指按照宠物营养需求标准进行配方配置,利用膨化、烘焙、冻干等工艺加工而成的一种宠物食品,它能够满足宠物日常活动所需的各种能量需要;但宠物主粮作为一款方便食品,其含水率低,保质期长,导致其适口性较差,长期食用会导致宠物进食兴趣降低,可能导致宠物日需能摄入不足,引发健康状况。
发酵是利用一种或多种工程菌株在适宜的温度、湿度、pH和无杂菌引入的环境下对某种物质进行一定时间的生物分解或代谢;它的优势在于能通过发酵产生较多风味物质,强化口感,类如人用食品中的腐乳、酸奶、豆豉等多利用此种工艺;其次,通过发酵可使部分生物大分子降解为小分子物质,减少宠物肠道负担,增加消化率。
宠物主粮在日常饲喂过程中存在以下问题:1.含水率低,长期食用适口性会下降;2.风味单一,长期食用可能引发厌食现象;3.食品消化过程中,肠道压力较大,如配比不合理,可能导致软便;故而提出一种宠物软粮的制作工艺来解决上述问题。

(二)技术方案
本发明提供如下技术方案:一种宠物软粮的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)备料:宠物软粮原料由:配方为鲜鸡肉42%、鸡肉粉28%、鱼肉粉10%、啤酒酵母粉2%、马铃薯粉15%、地瓜粉10%、豌豆8%、甜菜粕5%、碳酸钙1%、氯化胆碱0.8%、赖氨酸0.2%、核心料3%、油脂12%、调味浆8%组成;
2)加工:将步骤1)中原料通过混合、粉碎、膨化、烘干、喷涂等工艺制作出宠物主粮;
3)灭菌发酵:然后将步骤2)中的宠物主粮通过湿热灭菌,灭菌后的主粮均匀铺在托盘上放入固体发酵箱中,用嗜酸乳杆菌专用喷壶均匀喷洒嗜酸乳杆菌菌液到主粮表面(接种量3%),厌氧发酵48-96h;
4)包装:发酵结束后的产品进行包装,即可放入杀菌釜中灭酶,灭菌后的产品放在恒温库中培养3-5天,出库后工作人员对产品进行检查,合格产品进行外包入库;
5)抽样:最后从成品库中抽样进行为期20天的饲喂实验。

利用配方鲜鸡肉42%、鸡肉粉28%、鱼肉粉10%、啤酒酵母粉2%、马铃薯粉15%、地瓜粉10%、豌豆8%、甜菜粕5%、碳酸钙1%、氯化胆碱0.8%、赖氨酸0.2%、核心料3%、油脂12%、调味浆8%;通过混合、粉碎、膨化、烘干、喷涂等工艺制作出宠物主粮,然后将主粮湿热灭菌(121℃,30min),灭菌后的主粮均匀铺在托盘上放入固体发酵箱中,用嗜酸乳杆菌专用喷壶均匀喷洒嗜酸乳杆菌菌液到主粮表面(接种量3%),厌氧发酵96h,发酵温度37℃;发酵结束后的产品进行包装,然后放入杀菌釜中灭酶(121℃,30min),灭菌后的产品放在37℃恒温库中培养5天,出库后工作人员对产品进行检查,对胀气或炸包产品进行挑选,合格产品进行外包入库;随后从成品库中抽样对10只成年犬进行为期20天的饲喂实验,结果表明,发酵软颗粒的平均采食率为90.1%,平均表观消化率为75.8%。
对比例:
利用配方鲜鸡肉42%、鸡肉粉28%、鱼肉粉10%、啤酒酵母粉2%、马铃薯粉15%、地瓜粉10%、豌豆8%、甜菜粕5%、碳酸钙1%、氯化胆碱0.8%、赖氨酸0.2%、核心料3%、油脂12%、调味浆8%;通过混合、粉碎、膨化、烘干、喷涂等工艺制作出宠物主粮,然后将主粮湿热灭菌(121℃,30min),灭菌后的产品包装入库,随后从成品库中抽样对10只成年犬进行为期20天的饲喂实验,结果表明,普通主粮的平均采食率为78.6%,平均表观消化率为67.2%。
判断标准:通过实施例1-3与对比例的对比分析,最终确认配方中添加虫草粉对宠物犬的皮肤病和软便现象的改善有显著作用,对宠物犬的体内生虫情况有所抑制。
本发明的有益效果是:通过对原料进行混合、粉碎、膨化、烘干、喷涂等工艺制作出宠物主粮,从而提供了宠物发酵软颗粒的制备工艺;并且灭菌发酵后成功开发出了一款宠物发酵软颗粒产品,而且在发酵软颗粒的阶段性饲喂过程中,无不良反应出现,提升了宠物的采食率和表观消化率。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (5)
1.一种宠物软粮的制作工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)备料:宠物软粮原料由:配方为鲜鸡肉42%、鸡肉粉28%、鱼肉粉10%、啤酒酵母粉2%、马铃薯粉15%、地瓜粉10%、豌豆8%、甜菜粕5%、碳酸钙1%、氯化胆碱0.8%、赖氨酸0.2%、核心料3%、油脂12%、调味浆8%组成;
2)加工:将步骤1)中原料通过混合、粉碎、膨化、烘干、喷涂等工艺制作出宠物主粮;
3)灭菌发酵:然后将步骤2)中的宠物主粮通过湿热灭菌,灭菌后的主粮均匀铺在托盘上放入固体发酵箱中,用嗜酸乳杆菌专用喷壶均匀喷洒嗜酸乳杆菌菌液到主粮表面(接种量3%),厌氧发酵48-96h;
4)包装:发酵结束后的产品进行包装,即可放入杀菌釜中灭酶,灭菌后的产品放在恒温库中培养3-5天,出库后工作人员对产品进行检查,合格产品进行外包入库;
5)抽样:最后从成品库中抽样进行为期20天的饲喂实验。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种宠物软粮的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤2)中灭菌温度为121℃,所述步骤2)中灭菌时间为30min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种宠物软粮的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤3)中厌氧发酵温度为35-37℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种宠物软粮的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤4)中杀菌釜的灭酶温度为121℃,所述步骤4)中灭酶时间为30min。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种宠物软粮的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤4)中恒温库的恒温温度为37℃,所述步骤4)中对产品进行检查时,需要对胀气或炸包产品进行挑选。
