After the target vehicle identification is recognized, the management host can determine that the vehicle corresponding to the target vehicle identification is a vehicle which is located at an ETC parking space and is provided with ETC vehicle-mounted equipment, and further determine a recognition area corresponding to the vehicle recognition equipment for recognizing the target vehicle identification according to the corresponding relation between the recognition area and the vehicle recognition equipment, and the recognition area is used as a position area where the vehicle corresponding to the target vehicle identification is located in a scene, so that corresponding application services are provided for the vehicle corresponding to the target vehicle identification through application service control equipment corresponding to the target recognition area in time, and the application services of the vehicle corresponding to the target vehicle identification are managed, for example, automatic fee deduction services, information interaction services, control of corresponding application service control equipment to execute corresponding operations, and the like.
It should be noted that, a first corresponding relationship is established in advance between the device identifier of the ETC vehicle-mounted device and the vehicle identifier of the vehicle and the ETC electronic account, the first corresponding relationship may be stored in the ETC vehicle-mounted device and/or the management host, a second corresponding relationship is established in advance between the vehicle identification device and the identification area (ETC parking space), and the second corresponding relationship may be stored in the management host and/or the vehicle identification device.
It should be noted that the scene architecture shown in fig. 1 is only intended to show the scene architecture to which the vehicle service management method based on the ETC device is applied, the related vehicles (for example, the vehicles 1 and 2), the vehicle identification device, the ETC wireless communication device, the ETC parking space, the application service control device, and the management host are also only schematically shown, and specific configurations, sizes, shapes, positions, installation manners, relative positions between devices, and the like may be adaptively adjusted according to actual scenes, and the scene architecture shown in fig. 1 is not limited in this respect.
The application scenario in which the vehicle service management method based on the ETC device is applied is described above, and the fee payment control method and device based on the ETC device are described in detail below.
Example one
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a vehicle service management method based on an ETC device according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method described in fig. 2 may be applied to the scenario architecture described in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 2, the ETC device-based vehicle service management method may include the operations of:

It can be seen that, by implementing the vehicle service management method based on the ETC device described in fig. 2, the area where the vehicle requiring the service (such as the automatic fee deduction service, the interactive service, etc.) is located in the scene can be determined by the identification information of the ETC vehicle-mounted device sent by the ETC wireless communication device and the vehicle identification recognized by the vehicle recognition device, which is beneficial to accurately determining the corresponding vehicle, thereby improving the accuracy of the application service provided by the application service control device for the vehicle, realizing the management of the provided application service, and improving the use experience of the user on the ETC service.
In an optional embodiment, after the step 204 is performed, the ETC device-based vehicle service management method may further include the operations of:
when the current scene is a scene needing vehicle payment, the management host determines that the vehicle payment mode corresponding to the target vehicle identification comprises an ETC electronic account automatic deduction mode, and determines that the vehicle payment mode corresponding to the remaining vehicle identification does not comprise the ETC electronic account automatic deduction mode, wherein the remaining vehicle identification comprises vehicle identifications except the target vehicle identification in all the vehicle identifications; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,

The ETC electronic account fee deduction method may specifically be that a vehicle identifier and/or a device identifier (such as a license plate number) of a corresponding ETC vehicle-mounted device is bound with an electronic payment account in advance, when a vehicle is driven out (such as a parking lot or a highway and the like) and needs to pay, fee deduction is automatically completed by a third party payment platform corresponding to the electronic payment account, or a corresponding fee formula is directly deducted from an electronic account corresponding to a carried entity card by the ETC vehicle-mounted device. The non-ETC electronic account fee deduction mode includes other modes besides the above-mentioned ETC electronic account fee deduction mode, such as an automatic fee deduction mode, a self-service mode, a manual fee payment mode, or a combination of two or more modes, and the like of other electronic accounts, where the self-service mode may be an online payment through a user scanning a graphic code or collecting a human body characteristic of the user and/or a user operation or a payment by selecting a corresponding app (for example, an app capable of outputting a payment graphic code), and the manual fee payment mode may be a mode in which the user pays through cash, a bank card, a membership card, or a coupon and is collected by a toll collector, and an embodiment of the present invention is not limited.
Therefore, the optional embodiment can determine whether the current vehicle meets the condition of ETC electronic automatic fee deduction by identifying whether the current vehicle located in the identification area corresponding to the vehicle identification device is the vehicle provided with the ETC vehicle-mounted device, so that the payment control accuracy rate for controlling the vehicle to pay related fees is improved, and the situations of vehicle fee deduction by mistake and vehicle fee evasion are reduced. And after the current vehicle which is located in the identification area corresponding to the vehicle identification device at present is identified to be the vehicle provided with the ETC vehicle-mounted device, the corresponding relation between the target identification area and the ETC electronic account number of the ETC vehicle-mounted device of the current vehicle can be established, so that the automatic fee deduction of the vehicle can be realized quickly through the ETC electronic account number.
In another alternative embodiment, after the step 204 is completed, the ETC device-based vehicle service management method may further include the operations of:
when the current scene is a scene needing the vehicle to pay, the management host machine determines the cost needed to be paid by the vehicle corresponding to the target vehicle identification;
the management host determines display equipment corresponding to the target identification area and sends the cost to the display equipment so that the display equipment outputs the cost; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,

In this further optional embodiment, further optionally, before the management host sends the prompt message to the vehicle service manager corresponding to the target identification area, the method may further include the following operations:

It can be seen that, by implementing the vehicle service management method based on the ETC device described in fig. 2, the area where the vehicle requiring the service (such as the automatic fee deduction service, the interactive service, etc.) is located in the scene can be determined by the identification information of the ETC vehicle-mounted device sent by the ETC wireless communication device and the vehicle identification recognized by the vehicle recognition device, which is beneficial to accurately determining the corresponding vehicle, thereby improving the accuracy of the application service provided by the application service control device for the vehicle, realizing the management of the provided application service, and improving the use experience of the user on the ETC service. The method described in fig. 3 can be applied to the vehicle service management system shown in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 3, the ETC device-based vehicle service management method may include the operations of:

In the embodiment of the present invention, please refer to the detailed description in the first embodiment for other detailed descriptions of the ETC wireless communication device, the vehicle identification device, and the management host, which are not repeated in the embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic flowchart illustrating another vehicle service management method based on an ETC device according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method described in fig. 4 may be applied to a system including at least one ETC wireless communication device, at least one vehicle identification device, at least one application service control device, and a management host capable of wirelessly communicating with the ETC wireless communication device, the vehicle identification device, and the application service control device, where the ETC wireless communication device is configured to collect identification information of an ETC vehicle-mounted device in a current scene, and the vehicle identification device is configured to identify a vehicle identifier of a vehicle located in an identification area corresponding to the vehicle identification device. As shown in fig. 4, the ETC device-based vehicle service management method may include the operations of:
401. the vehicle identification device identifies at least one vehicle identification.
402. The vehicle identification device transmits the identified vehicle identification to the management host.
403. The ETC wireless communication equipment synchronously acquires identification information of at least one ETC vehicle-mounted device in a wireless communication range of the ETC wireless communication equipment to obtain an identification information set.

In addition, information interaction between personnel in the ETC vehicle-mounted equipment or the vehicle and application service control equipment or vehicle service management personnel in the current scene can be realized.

Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a vehicle service management device based on an ETC device according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, the apparatus may be applied to a management host applied to a vehicle service management system, where the vehicle service management system is composed of an ETC wireless communication device, a vehicle identification device, an application service control device, and a management host, and the ETC wireless communication device, the vehicle identification device, and the application service control device are respectively in communication connection with the management host. As shown in fig. 5, the apparatus may include:
the communication module 501 is configured to receive at least one vehicle identifier identified by a vehicle identification device in a current scene, and synchronously receive an identification information set reported by an ETC wireless communication device in the current scene, where the identification information set includes identification information of at least one ETC vehicle-mounted device collected by the ETC wireless communication device.
The screening module 502 is configured to screen a target vehicle identifier from all vehicle identifiers according to the identifier information set and a corresponding relationship between the identifier information and the vehicle identifier, where the target vehicle identifier corresponds to the identifier information of the target ETC vehicle-mounted device installed on the vehicle and is present in the identifier information set.
The determining module 503 is configured to determine, according to a correspondence between a recognition area in a current scene and a vehicle recognition device, a target recognition area corresponding to a target vehicle recognition device that recognizes a target vehicle identifier, as a location area where a vehicle corresponding to the target vehicle identifier is located in the current scene, so as to implement data exchange between an application service control device and a target ETC vehicle-mounted device, which are set in the target recognition area by a vehicle service management system, and manage application services of the vehicle corresponding to the target vehicle identifier.
Optionally, the set of identification information includes identification information of at least one ETC vehicle-mounted device collected by the ETC wireless communication device. In yet another optional embodiment, the determining module 503 is further configured to determine the fee to be paid by the vehicle corresponding to the target vehicle identifier when the current scene is a scene requiring the vehicle to pay a fee, and after determining the target identification area corresponding to the target vehicle identification device that identifies the target vehicle identifier as the location area of the vehicle corresponding to the target vehicle identifier in the current scene.
The communication module 501 is further configured to send the fee determined by the determining module 503 to the display device corresponding to the target recognition area determined by the determining module 503, so that the display device outputs the fee; and/or sending the fee determined by the determining module 503 to the target ETC vehicle-mounted device, so that the target ETC vehicle-mounted device deducts the fee from the corresponding ETC electronic account.
Further optionally, the specific way for the communication module 501 to send the fee determined by the determining module 503 to the target ETC vehicle-mounted device may be:
transmitting a fee to the target ETC vehicle-mounted device through a communication connection established with the target ETC vehicle-mounted device; and/or

The prompt message comprises at least one of area identification of the target identification area, equipment information of the target vehicle identification equipment and equipment information of the ETC wireless communication equipment uniquely corresponding to the target vehicle identification equipment.
It can be seen that the apparatus described in fig. 6 can also automatically send a prompt message to the vehicle service manager after determining the location area where the vehicle corresponding to the target vehicle identifier is located, so that the vehicle service manager can respond to the service required by the vehicle corresponding to the target vehicle identifier in time, which is beneficial to improving the response speed of the service.
In yet another optional embodiment, the communication module 501 may be further configured to push a service message to the target ETC vehicle-mounted device directly or through the ETC wireless communication device, so as to trigger the target ETC vehicle-mounted device to output the service message for viewing and/or selection by a person in the vehicle; and/or receiving the interactive information sent by the target ETC vehicle-mounted equipment or receiving the interactive information forwarded by the ETC wireless communication equipment and coming from the target ETC vehicle-mounted equipment, and outputting the interactive information to be checked by a vehicle service manager or directly responding to the interactive information.
Therefore, the device described by implementing fig. 6 can also realize information interaction between personnel in the ETC vehicle-mounted device or vehicle and the application service control device or vehicle service manager in the current scene based on the determined position area where the vehicle with the ETC vehicle-mounted device is located, and enriches the functions of the ETC device.

Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of another vehicle service management device based on an ETC device according to an embodiment of the present invention. The apparatus depicted in fig. 7 may be applied to a management host, where the management host is applied to a vehicle service management system, the vehicle service management system is composed of an ETC wireless communication device, a vehicle identification device, an application service control device and a management host, and the ETC wireless communication device, the vehicle identification device and the application service control device are respectively in communication connection with the management host. As shown in fig. 7, the apparatus may include:
a memory 701 in which executable program code is stored;
a processor 702 coupled with the memory 701;
further, an input interface 703 and an output interface 704 coupled to the processor 702 may be included.
The processor 702 calls the executable program code stored in the memory 701 to execute the steps executed by the management host in the ETC device-based vehicle service management method described in the first embodiment or the third embodiment.

An embodiment of the present invention discloses a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program for electronic data exchange, wherein the computer program causes a computer to execute the steps performed by a management host in the ETC device-based vehicle service management method described in the first or third embodiment.

Claims (8)

1. A vehicle service management system based on an ETC device is characterized by comprising an ETC wireless communication device, a vehicle identification device, an application service control device and a management host; the ETC wireless communication equipment, the vehicle identification equipment, the application service control equipment respectively with management host communication connection, wherein:
the ETC wireless communication equipment is used for identifying a vehicle provided with ETC vehicle-mounted equipment on an ETC parking space;
the vehicle identification equipment is used for identifying a vehicle identifier of a vehicle in the ETC parking space;
each ETC parking space is provided with a vehicle identification device which uniquely corresponds to the ETC parking space; the wireless communication total range of all ETC wireless communication equipment in the present scene of ETC parking stall place can cover all ETC parking stalls.
2. The ETC device-based vehicle service management system according to claim 1, wherein:
the management host is used for receiving at least one vehicle identifier identified by all vehicle identification devices in working states in a current scene and synchronously receiving an identification information set reported by the ETC wireless communication device in the current scene, wherein the identification information set comprises identification information of at least one ETC vehicle-mounted device in a wireless communication range, which is acquired by the ETC wireless communication device;
the management host is further used for screening target vehicle identifications from all the vehicle identifications according to the identification information set and the corresponding relation between the identification information and the vehicle identifications, wherein the target vehicle identifications correspond to identification information of target ETC vehicle-mounted equipment installed on a vehicle and exist in the identification information set;
the management host is further configured to determine, according to a correspondence between a recognition area in the current scene and a vehicle recognition device, a target recognition area corresponding to a target vehicle recognition device that recognizes the target vehicle identifier, as a location area where a vehicle corresponding to the target vehicle identifier is located in the current scene, so as to implement data exchange between an application service control device that is set in the target recognition area by the vehicle service management system and the target ETC vehicle-mounted device, and manage application services of the vehicle corresponding to the target vehicle identifier.
3. The ETC device-based vehicle service management system according to claim 2, wherein the management host is further configured to determine, according to the correspondence between the identification areas and the vehicle identification devices in the current scene, a target identification area corresponding to a target vehicle identification device that identifies the target vehicle identification as a position area where a vehicle corresponding to the target vehicle identification is located in the current scene, and when the current scene is a scene in which the vehicle is required to pay, determine that the payment method of the vehicle corresponding to the target vehicle identification includes an ETC electronic account automatic deduction method, and determine that the payment method of the vehicle corresponding to the remaining vehicle identification does not include an ETC electronic account automatic deduction method; and/or when the current scene is a scene requiring vehicle payment, establishing a corresponding relation between the ETC electronic account corresponding to the target ETC vehicle-mounted equipment and the target identification area;
wherein the remaining vehicle identifications include all vehicle identifications except the target vehicle identification.

The ETC device-based vehicle service management system according to claim 2, wherein the management host is further configured to determine a target identification area corresponding to a target vehicle identification device that identifies the target vehicle identification according to a correspondence relationship between identification areas and vehicle identification devices in the current scene, as a position area where a vehicle corresponding to the target vehicle identification is located in the current scene, and determine a fee to be paid by the vehicle corresponding to the target vehicle identification when the current scene is a scene in which the vehicle is required to pay the fee;
the management host is further used for determining display equipment corresponding to the target identification area and sending the cost to the display equipment so that the display equipment outputs the cost; and/or sending the fee to the target ETC vehicle-mounted equipment so that the target ETC vehicle-mounted equipment deducts the fee from the corresponding ETC electronic account.
5. The ETC device-based vehicle service management system according to claim 4, wherein the specific manner in which the management host sends the fee to the target ETC vehicle-mounted device includes:
the management host sends the fee to the target ETC vehicle-mounted equipment through a communication connection established with the target ETC vehicle-mounted equipment; and/or
The management host sends the cost to the ETC wireless communication equipment corresponding to the target identification area so as to trigger the ETC wireless communication equipment corresponding to the target identification area to forward the cost to the target ETC vehicle-mounted equipment.

The ETC device-based vehicle service management system according to claim 4, wherein the management host is further configured to detect whether the vehicle corresponding to the target vehicle identifier pays the fee after determining the fee that the vehicle corresponding to the target vehicle identifier pays, and when the detection result is yes, generate a control instruction of the application service control device corresponding to the target identification area, and send the control instruction to the application service control device, so that the application service control device performs an operation matching the control instruction.

The ETC device-based vehicle service management system according to any one of claims 1-6, wherein the management host is further configured to send a prompt message to a vehicle service manager corresponding to the target identification area, wherein the prompt message is used for prompting the vehicle service manager that a vehicle needing service currently exists in the target identification area;
wherein the prompt message includes at least one of an area identifier of the target identification area, device information of the target vehicle identification device, and device information of an ETC wireless communication device uniquely corresponding to the target vehicle identification device.

The ETC-device-based vehicle service management system according to any one of claims 1-6, wherein the identification information of the ETC on-board device comprises at least one of a device identification of the ETC on-board device, a vehicle identification that has previously established a correspondence relationship with the device identification of the ETC on-board device, and an ETC electronic account number corresponding to the device identification of the ETC on-board device.
