Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
The rise of electric business and the improvement of supply chain efficiency, and the development of logistics industry brings new opportunities. Due to the long settlement period of the freight, logistics enterprises generally face the problem of shortage of mobile funds, and the problem seriously troubles the development of the logistics enterprises. However, the logistics enterprises belong to light-asset companies, have no mortgage, most logistics transport companies have no operational loan records, are 'credit blank households', are difficult to obtain credit in banks, individual car owners are also difficult to handle large-amount credit cards in banks, and other financing channels are very high in cost. Bank credit is difficult to obtain and freight carriers and truck drivers bear a certain risk of fund shortage. With the popularization of ETC, the operation data of freight companies and individual truck drivers can be collected, and the fact that the truck companies and the truck drivers are engaged in the freight industry and have financing requirements can be verified, so that the bank can give credit for the truck companies and the truck drivers.
ETC loan based on the traffic data can provide credit for freight companies and truck drivers, and the credit granting and approval access module based on the traffic data excludes risk users. The risk management module after the loan and a third party compensation mechanism further reduce the risk of bad debt. The on-line loan application of the whole process is convenient and efficient, and the ETC loan product is promoted.
Based on this, the embodiment of the invention provides an amount determining method and device based on ETC traffic data. FIG. 1 shows an exemplary system architecture 100 to which the quota determining method or apparatus of the present invention may be applied.

For example: the toll growth rate in the last year can be calculated by the following formula: the last year toll growth rate is (last year toll/last year toll). The average toll in the last year and month can be calculated by the following formula: the average toll in the last year and month is 12 of the high-speed toll in the last year. The operating cost can be calculated by the following formula: the operation fee is the average toll in the last year and month (1+ the increase rate of the toll in the last year), wherein the operation coefficient can be adjusted according to the operation fee, and the operation coefficient can be 0.5, 1, 3, and the like.
In one embodiment of the invention, the method further comprises:
judging whether the credit limit is within a preset limit range;
if not, sending out alarm prompt information.
The upper limit and the lower limit of the credit line can be preset in the system, and the upper limit and the lower limit of the credit line are set, so that excessive credit can be prevented. Related personnel can adjust the upper limit and the lower limit of the credit line in time according to the business development and the model change condition so as to further improve the rationality of the credit line.
High-speed tolls and oil fees are the main items of expenditure in freight operations. And in the limit measuring and calculating link, the credit granting mechanism performs access filtering on information such as identity information, ETC data, platform traffic data and the like of the user according to credit granting access rules, and the user who does not accord with credit granting conditions refuses credit granting. And through the admission of the credit, calculating the credit line of the user according to the credit model based on the traffic data, and returning information such as the credit line, the loan interest rate, the loan term, the loan due date, the repayment mode, the repayment account number and the like to the front end. The trust model is designed more flexibly, such as the following model I and model II.
Model one, credit limit is basic limit wind control coefficient. The new user basic quota is the average highway driving mileage of the last N months/4 corresponds to the average toll of the vehicle type, and the quota is calculated according to the actual average road toll of the user after the preset number of months; and the three weighting coefficients are calculated from the data in the table 1.
And a second model, wherein the credit line is the average toll of nearly one year and month (1+ the increase rate of the toll of nearly one year) × 3. Wherein, the toll growth rate in the last year is (toll in the last year)/toll in the last year, and the maximum value of the toll growth rate in the last year is limited to 50%.
Finally, the credit line is also provided with an upper limit and a lower limit to prevent excessive credit. Business personnel can adjust the admission conditions in time according to business development and model change conditions.
And in the limit application link, the credit granting mechanism checks approval and access of the user, checks overdue conditions, personal credit and blacklist conditions of the user in the line, calls an RSD system to perform risk investigation and the like. The approval and admission are passed, the loan is opened for an account, the loan is entrusted to be paid to a designated public account, and the loan is used for paying ETC cost of the user and the like, or the loan is independently supported by the user and is used for fund turnover of truck operation.
The post-loan management and overdue processing can be carried out when the loan is overdue due to the fact that the loan origin information cannot be deducted due to the full amount during the period of loan deposit, as follows: the system automatically freezes the outstanding credit line, sends a loan overdue prompt short message to the user, and unfreezes when the account state returns to normal; and starting short messages and call collection work of the client, sending the overdue loan information to a third-party platform when the client is overdue for more than 1 day, and carrying out follow-up loan collection by the third party. In addition, the credit granting organization and the third party sign a responsibility guarantee agreement to guarantee the whole amount of the loan. The third party pays a certain amount of deposit to the appointed deposit account, and compensates the overdue loan which fails to be collected.
The ETC loan product establishes a set of complete and standard credit granting access model and credit granting limit calculation model based on vehicle ETC passage data, reasonably evaluates capital turnover pressure in the aspects of toll and oil charge borne by truck drivers or freight companies in operation, and provides reasonable-level manageability loan for the truck drivers or the freight companies.
The embodiment of the invention screens the high-quality users meeting the conditions.
