when a vehicle is detected to enter a parking lot, vehicle identification information is obtained, the starting moment when the vehicle enters the parking lot is recorded, and whether the vehicle is bound with a registered payment account is inquired from a corresponding cloud platform of the parking lot according to the vehicle identification information;
when the vehicle binds a registered payment account number, controlling a parking lot barrier gate to automatically release the vehicle when the vehicle is detected to exit the parking lot, recording the exit time of the vehicle exiting the parking lot, and acquiring parking time according to the starting time and the exit time;
and generating the vehicle parking fee information according to the parking time, sending the vehicle parking fee information to a corresponding cloud platform of a parking lot, and applying the registered payment account number bound by the vehicle to finish on-line parking fee payment, wherein when the registered user has a plurality of payment account numbers, the parking control system acquires the payment account number with the highest priority as the payment account number, and the payment account number is correspondingly stored with the vehicle and is used as an account number for automatic payment when the vehicle leaves the parking lot.

The parking fee payment method of claim 1, wherein the registering a payment account includes an automatic payment account, the sending vehicle parking fee information to a corresponding cloud platform, and the applying the vehicle-bound registered payment account to complete the online payment of the parking fee step includes:
and sending the vehicle parking fee information to a corresponding cloud platform of the parking lot, applying the automatic payment account number bound by the vehicle to automatically complete online payment of the parking fee, and receiving automatic payment success information corresponding to the automatic payment account number.

The parking fee payment method of claim 1, wherein the generating of the vehicle parking fee information according to the parking time and the sending of the vehicle parking fee information to a corresponding cloud platform of a parking lot, the applying of the registered payment account number bound to the vehicle comprises:
and when detecting parking discount expense information corresponding to the vehicle binding registration payment account, generating the vehicle parking expense information according to the parking time and the parking discount expense information and sending the parking expense information to the vehicle binding registration payment account.

The parking fee payment method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the generating the vehicle parking fee information according to the parking time and sending the vehicle parking fee information to the registered payment account number bound to the vehicle on the corresponding cloud platform of the parking lot comprises:
if the vehicle is detected to be in arrears to stop, accumulating the arrears and the stop fee information generated according to the stop;
and sending the accumulated arrearage parking fee and the parking fee information generated according to the parking to a registered payment account number bound by the vehicle for payment.
6. A parking fee payment apparatus, comprising:

and the sending module is used for generating the vehicle parking fee information according to the parking time and sending the vehicle parking fee information to a registered payment account number bound by the vehicle on a corresponding cloud platform of the parking lot so as to complete on-line parking fee payment, wherein when the registered user has a plurality of payment account numbers, the parking control system obtains the payment account number with the highest priority as the payment account number, and the payment account number is correspondingly stored with the vehicle and is used as an account number for automatic payment when the vehicle leaves the parking lot.
7. The parking fee payment apparatus of claim 6, wherein the registered payment account comprises an automatic payment account, and the sending module comprises:
