The invention provides a parking lot charging method, which is mainly applied to a parking lot charging device, and in a first embodiment of the parking lot charging method, referring to fig. 1, the parking lot charging method comprises the following steps:
step S10, when a vehicle is detected in the exit passage of the parking lot, acquiring the license plate information of the vehicle and the departure time of the vehicle from the parking lot, and acquiring the entry time of the vehicle in the parking lot according to the license plate information;
in the parking lot charging method, the current vehicle entering the parking lot (entering) can be detected through the camera, and the license plate information or the electronic license plate information of the vehicle is identified or acquired by utilizing other forms such as shooting or video recording of the camera and is recorded together with the vehicle entering time. The identification or acquisition mode of the camera is not uniquely fixed. When the license plate of the vehicle is in the form of a solid license plate, the license plate information can be obtained in a mode of shooting or video recording, a photo with license plate number information of the vehicle is obtained, and the license plate number information in the photo is extracted through calculation of a preset photo deduction algorithm to obtain the license plate information; when the license plate of the vehicle is in the form of an electronic license plate, the license plate information can be acquired by directly scanning and recording through the radio wave function of the camera, analyzing through a preset algorithm and extracting the electronic license plate information so as to acquire the license plate information. Of course, the manner of acquiring the license plate information includes, but is not limited to, the above listed manners.
The entrance time is the time when the camera detects that a vehicle enters the parking lot. And linking the license plate information and the associated relation of the entrance time together through data link and recording the linked relation in a database, wherein the database is stored in a storage unit preset by a parking lot charging device or a system platform and is used as reference data for a subsequent parking fee calculation function.
The storage of the license plate information and the entrance time can be local storage, namely, the record of the information can be stored in any storage unit such as a memory of the camera, a data card and the like; or the data can be stored by uploading the data to a system platform; and the parking fee can be stored at two ends (namely the camera and the system platform) simultaneously, so that the safety of information and the convenience of parking fee calculation can be guaranteed to the maximum extent, and the functional fault caused by incapability of calculating the parking fee due to the damage of one end is avoided.
Step S20, generating a graphic code comprising the information of the current parking fee of the vehicle according to the acquired license plate information, the entering time and the leaving time;
the license plate information and the time of entry may be provided in step S10, and step S20 may call step S10 the information stored on the camera or system platform, and the time of departure, i.e., the recorded time when the vehicle is detected in the exit lane of the parking lot in step S10. And calculating the parking fee of the current time according to a preset charging mode by combining the license plate information, the entrance time and the exit time, and generating a corresponding graphic code.
The parking fee calculation can have different standards according to different modes, and the calculation form of the different standards comprises but is not limited to the following situations:
1. a normal mode, which is calculated by a fixed preset algorithm, for example, according to a fixed fee in a unit time, such as 15 yuan/hour, 90 yuan/day, etc.;
2. in the holiday mode, parking fee is calculated in the modes of holiday fee reduction and exemption, parking time donation and the like;
3. in the accumulated coupon mode, the parking fee is discounted or reduced to calculate the parking fee through accumulated points of the user or full deduction of a coupon or a shopping list of a shopping mall;
4. and in the level mode, the member level is improved by calculating the parking times of the vehicle owner, and the parking fees of different levels are calculated by using different calculation standards.
The graphic code has the advantages of convenience, rapidness and safety, can be used for scanning and paying by a user, has diversified expression forms, can be a bar code, a two-dimensional code, a three-dimensional code or even a four-dimensional code, has information not only limited to a simple parking fee payment code, and can be inserted with parking fees, license plate information, parking duration and the like recorded by the parking, including but not limited to the auxiliary text or the picture for helping the user to know all information of the parking.
Step S30, displaying the graphic code on a display terminal or a vehicle-mounted terminal at the departure channel;
step S30 is to display the graphic code of the current parking of the user at a position where the user can easily notice, and to directly let the user understand the manner of paying the parking fee by displaying the graphic code to the user, thereby eliminating the step of the user asking or leaving the vehicle to handle the procedure. The user can directly scan the graphic code through the scanning function of the software supported by the graphic code (including but not limited to the following software: WeChat, Payment treasures, Unionpay cards, electronic purses and the like), select the payment mode corresponding to the graphic code (including but not limited to the following modes: WeChat payment, Payment treasures, Unionpay cards, electronic purse payment, electronic coupon payment, point payment and the like), and jump to a third-party payment software interface to complete parking fee payment.
If the vehicle-mounted terminal in the user vehicle is bound with the parking lot or has the capability of receiving the same graphic code at the same time, the graphic code can be displayed on the vehicle-mounted terminal, the display terminal at the departure channel and the multi-terminal display at the vehicle-mounted terminal are realized, and the user can conveniently obtain information and perform subsequent operation.
And step S40, when payment completion information generated by the fact that the user scans the graphic code to complete the payment of the parking fee is received, controlling the barrier gate at the exit passage to be released.
When the user finishes the payment of the parking fee, the third-party software feeds back information of finishing the payment, at the moment, the parking lot charging device generates a control instruction, and the control instruction executes the function of releasing the barrier gate before the vehicle exit passage, so that the vehicle can rapidly leave the parking lot through the barrier gate
According to the invention, when a vehicle is detected in a vehicle exit passage of the parking lot, license plate information of the vehicle and departure time of the vehicle from the parking lot are obtained, and entrance time of the vehicle in the parking lot is obtained according to the license plate information; then generating a graphic code comprising the information of the current parking fee of the vehicle according to the acquired license plate information, the entry time and the exit time; then displaying the graphic code on a display terminal at the departure channel; and finally, when payment completion information generated by the fact that the user scans the graphic codes to complete parking fee payment is received, controlling the barrier gate at the exit passage to be released. Through the above process, when the car owner pays the parking lot fee, the rapid payment is only needed by utilizing the graphic code, the work flow about the parking fee can be completed without paying overlong waiting time, the charging process of the parking lot is simplified, the management of the parking lot to the vehicles is facilitated, the congestion condition caused by too many vehicles in the parking lot due to too many vehicles waiting in a queue is prevented, and the reutilization of empty parking spaces is facilitated.

In this embodiment, a user may input a predefined operation instruction, create an account ID specific to the user according to the instruction input by the user, such as a user name, a vehicle license number, a vehicle brand, a vehicle model, a contact information, and bind instruction information input by the user. The account will become a way for the user to receive the graphic code payment information and other prompting messages generated and sent by the parking lot charging device. Meanwhile, the account records all parking records and parking fee information records of the corresponding user, and the user can inquire the payment information of the parking fee or the payment information of the parking fee in the past in real time or at any time after the payment is finished.
Further, on the basis of the second embodiment of the parking lot charging method of the present invention, a third embodiment of the parking lot charging method is proposed, referring to fig. 3, the difference between the third embodiment and the second embodiment is that,
the step of displaying the graphic code on the display terminal at the departure lane comprises:
step S31, judging whether the vehicle-mounted terminal of the vehicle is a binding account;
step S32, when the vehicle-mounted terminal of the vehicle is a binding account, pushing the graphic code to the vehicle-mounted terminal and/or displaying the graphic code on a display terminal at the departure channel;
and step S33, when the vehicle-mounted terminal of the vehicle is not a binding account, displaying the graphic code on the display terminal at the departure channel.
In the embodiment, whether the vehicle-mounted terminal of the vehicle is a bound account is judged, and a corresponding subsequent operation process is selected according to different judgment results; when the vehicle-mounted terminal of the vehicle is judged to be the bound account, the graphic code is pushed to the vehicle-mounted terminal and/or displayed on a display terminal at the departure channel, and a user can scan any graphic code to pay the parking fee; and when the vehicle-mounted terminal of the vehicle is judged not to be the bound account, the graphic code is displayed on the display terminal at the departure channel, and the user can scan the graphic code to pay the parking fee.
And for the vehicle-mounted terminal judged as the bound account, the graphic code, the prompt information received by the account and the like can be displayed on the vehicle-mounted terminal through the account. The information and the function of the graphic code are consistent and synchronous with the information and the function of the graphic code displayed on the display terminal at the departure channel, that is, the graphic code received by the user account and the graphic code displayed on the display terminal at the departure channel are also used for paying the parking fee, and when any one of the graphic code received by the user account or the graphic code displayed on the display terminal at the departure channel is scanned and paid by the user, the state change of the graphic code and the graphic code is changed correspondingly.

3. the user can actively click the offline payment function button on the parking lot charging device because the amount of money on the equipment with the scanning payment function or the third-party software of the equipment is not enough to deduct the parking fee.
When the user is faced with the situation that the graphic code payment can not be carried out, the prompt message informs the user of carrying out the off-line payment by using cash, credit cards and other modes. The display form of the prompt message can be text or picture displayed on a display terminal on the parking lot charging device, or voice notification can be carried out through a loudspeaker. Meanwhile, the off-line payment mode needs the butt joint of off-line personnel, and prompt information is sent to a preset receiving terminal so as to inform the staff of waiting for the vehicle user to pay the parking fee at a preset off-line payment place. The offline payment function informs workers in advance, and the charging setting is carried out before a user arrives at a preset offline payment place, so that the accuracy of the charging amount of the parking fee and the information of the account of the corresponding user is ensured. The staff sets up the charge in advance by receiving the prompt message, has avoided work efficiency's low, has also saved the time that the user waited before predetermineeing the offline payment place, has improved whole parking area charge work flow.
Further, on the basis of the fourth embodiment of the parking lot charging method of the present invention, a fifth embodiment of the parking lot charging method is proposed, and referring to fig. 5, the difference between the fifth embodiment and the fourth embodiment is that the step of displaying the graphic code on the display terminal at the departure lane further includes:
step S70, when detecting that the user can not pay the graphic code under the current state, recording and displaying the parking fee information;
and step S80, converting the current parking fee information state into a state to be paid, prompting a user to pay according to a preset time interval, and simultaneously controlling the release of the barrier gate at the exit passage.
In this embodiment, when it is detected that the user cannot pay any parking fee at the current time, the parking fee information of this time is recorded, the current parking fee information state is converted into a state to be paid, the state is displayed to inform the user of the information, the user is prompted to pay at intervals of a preset time interval, and the release of the barrier gate at the exit passage is controlled. The function can realize the original target of improving the efficiency of the user when the user leaves the field quickly, meanwhile, because the license plate information, the mobile phone number and the like in the account have the records of identification marks, the user corresponding to the account can be accurately found through the account and the parking fee information, and the user is informed to pay the parking fee in time through the account prompt information, the mobile phone short message and other modes. On one hand, the system not only ensures the convenient and fast departure efficiency of the user, but also ensures the correct execution of the parking lot charging system.
In addition, after the step of displaying the graphic code on the display terminal at the departure lane or the vehicle-mounted terminal, the method further comprises the following steps: meanwhile, the offline payment function is supported, and when the offline payment is finished, the graphic code automatically disappears.
