The method comprises the steps of (a) calculating parking cost in real time through time of a vehicle in a parking lot and parking preferential information, sending vehicle payment information and settlement links to a user account number bound with the vehicle, updating the payment information in real time, when the user finishes payment in the parking lot, driving out of the parking lot within a preset time, otherwise continuing charging, for example, when the user does not drive out of the parking lot after 15 minutes of finishing payment in the parking lot, continuing charging from the time of payment by the user;
the commercial tenant of the parking lot comprises the parking lot and a market where the parking lot is located, the commercial tenant system of the parking lot stores user information (such as member information and the like) and/or preferential conditions and the like, for example, after 10 times of parking is completed in one month, 8 times of parking fee are paid, 9 times of primary member parking fee are paid, 7 times of advanced member parking fee are paid, and the like, parking preferential information corresponding to the user information is acquired from the commercial tenant system of the parking lot, for example, the matched preferential information is a coupon of free parking for 2 hours acquired by a user after the consumption of the market.
The charging module 20 is configured to generate vehicle payment information according to the parking preference information and the vehicle parking time;
the time when the vehicle arrives at the parking lot and leaves the parking lot is used as the parking time for calculating the parking fee, the server generates vehicle payment information, namely, the real payment amount of the parking fee to be paid by the user is calculated according to the parking preference and the parking time provided by the commercial tenant of the parking lot, the real payment amount is obtained by subtracting the preferential amount from the payable amount, and the generated vehicle payment information can comprise the payable amount, the preferential information, the preferential amount, the real payment amount and the like.

a coupon unit 21, configured to generate vehicle payment information according to the parking time and the member coupon information and/or coupon information when the parking coupon information matched according to the user information is the member coupon information and/or coupon information;
and a full unit 22 for generating vehicle payment information according to the parking time when the parking preference information is not matched according to the user information.

The merchant may provide paper parking coupons in the case of user consumption or release of promotional material to the user, such parking coupons may not be matched with user information in advance in the system, and the user may need to add and/or use the paper parking coupons, so that the user can use the paper parking coupons when parking is in online electronic settlement. Manually inputting a coupon code or a scan code; if the user has a paper parking coupon, the parking coupon information of the paper parking coupon can be input by means of scanning a two-dimensional code or inputting a paper parking coupon code and the like, when the coupon input information is detected, the system automatically checks whether the coupon is valid or not and coupon information, when the coupon is valid, vehicle payment information is generated according to the parking time and the input coupon information, and when the coupon is invalid, the user is prompted whether the input of the coupon is wrong or not; when the user does not have the coupon or does not use the coupon, vehicle payment information is generated according to the parking time when no coupon confirmation information is detected. Of course, the information of the coupon may be input after checking by the parking lot staff, or may be input by the user, or may be input in time-consuming for settlement of parking, or may be input into the user's account in advance, or of course, the coupon input into the user's account in advance may be detected when parking coupon information corresponding to the user information is acquired. Through setting up the input interface of preferential information, can input the paper parking coupon that the user obtained into the server to make the user in online electronic settlement parking time consuming still can use paper parking coupon, combine the preferential information of off-line with the vehicle payment information on-line, make the user can be convenient select the payment mode. Of course, the generated vehicle payment information may be modified by setting the coupon information, and the vehicle payment information is generated by default by selecting the coupon information with the highest coupon amount and the vehicle parking time, and of course, the user may need to modify the used coupon for some reasons, for example, the coupon with the coupon amount of 20 yuan (the highest coupon amount) is selected by default, but the user wants to use another coupon with the coupon amount of 10 yuan which is about to expire, and then the modification can be performed by modifying part of the coupon information in the vehicle payment information.
According to the embodiment, the paper parking coupon acquired by the user can be input into the server through the input interface of the coupon information, so that the paper parking coupon can still be used when the user parks in an on-line electronic settlement manner, off-line coupon information is combined with on-line vehicle payment information, and the user can conveniently select a payment mode.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a functional block diagram of a second embodiment of an on-line docking preference device for a parking lot according to the present application. The user can settle the parking fee on line through the payment system of the parking lot, and the account number of the user is associated in the payment system, so that the vehicle payment information can be sent to the account number of the user, if the vehicle payment information is a member of the parking lot, the vehicle payment information can be matched with whether the vehicle payment information is a member through the license plate number of the user, the mobile phone account number and the like, but for the member of the mall where the parking lot is located, the mall is required to open member information to a server of the parking lot to match, and of course, the member information is generally required to be matched when the member is added independently for protecting the member information. Since the mall will provide coupons for cooperative parking lots or self-owned parking lots to consumers, including coupons applicable to all consumers in the mall, e.g., consuming full 300 th free parking for 2 hours, etc., and including parking coupon information for members, e.g., 8 points for monday through friday parking fees, 9 points for weekend parking fees, etc. Setting an interface for adding members, and generating a member information input dialog box and a parking lot and/or market information selection dialog box when an added member instruction is detected; for example, a linked parking lot has a cooperative relationship with multiple markets, and a linked market may also have a cooperative relationship with multiple parking lots; of course, the parking lot payment system provided by the embodiment of the application can be used for associating a plurality of parking lots with a mall, so that a user can provide a parking lot and/or mall information selection dialog box when binding member information, and can accurately match and check whether the member information input by the user is consistent with corresponding information in the member information and the mall management system. The user inputs the member information through the member information input dialog box, such as a member card number, a member registration mobile phone number, a short message verification code and the like, and checks whether the member information is consistent with the corresponding information in the parking lot or market information and the member management system; when the member information is consistent with the corresponding information in the parking lot or market information and the member management system, outputting member adding success information; and outputting the member failure adding information when the member information is inconsistent with the corresponding information in the parking lot or market information and the member management system. The user can enjoy the benefits of the parking lot and/or the mall by associating the member information of the parking lot and/or the mall with the user information of the parking lot.
In the embodiment, the member information of the parking lot and/or the market is associated with the user information of the parking lot, so that the user can enjoy the benefits derived from the parking lot and/or the market at any time.
The embodiment of the application also provides equipment for realizing the on-line docking preference of the parking lot, which comprises a memory, a processor and a program which is stored in the memory and can be operated on the parking lot and is used for realizing the on-line docking preference of the parking lot when the program for realizing the on-line docking preference of the parking lot is executed by the processor.
The embodiment of the application also provides a computer readable storage medium, which stores a program of the on-line docking coupon of the parking lot, and the method for realizing the on-line docking coupon of the parking lot is realized when the program of the on-line docking coupon of the parking lot is executed by a processor.

Claims (7)

1. The method for realizing the on-line docking preference of the parking lot is applied to a server for parking management and is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
the server acquires license plate information of a vehicle bound with user information in an account of a user in a parking lot or a commercial tenant system of a market where the parking lot is located, wherein the account of the user in the parking lot commercial tenant system is added with information of an electronic coupon in advance, and the information of the electronic coupon is used as parking coupon information corresponding to the user information;
time-consuming on-line electronic settlement parking, wherein the server acquires parking preferential information corresponding to the user information;
the server generates vehicle payment information according to the parking preferential information and the parking time of the vehicle bound with the user information;
the server sends the vehicle payment information and the settlement link to a user account for online electronic settlement of parking fees;
wherein before the step of obtaining the license plate information of the vehicle bound with the user information in the account of the user and taking the information of the electronic coupon as the parking preferential information corresponding to the user information, the method further comprises the following steps:
when a vehicle enters a detection range of a device for identifying the vehicle at a parking lot entrance, the server receives license plate information of the vehicle;
and the server acquires user information bound with the vehicle from a merchant system of a parking lot where the vehicle is located according to the license plate information.
2. The method of on-line docking offers in a parking lot of claim 1, wherein the step of generating vehicle payment information by the server according to the parking offer information and a parking time of the vehicle bound to the user information includes:
when the parking preferential information matched according to the user information is the information of the electronic coupons in the account of the user, the server generates vehicle payment information according to the parking time and the information of the electronic coupons;
and when the parking preferential information is not matched according to the user information, the server generates vehicle payment information according to the parking time.
3. The method of on-line docking offers in a parking lot of claim 2, wherein the server generates vehicle payment information according to the parking time, further comprising:
the server sends a coupon input prompt and no coupon confirmation information;
the server generating vehicle payment information according to the parking time comprises the following steps:
when the coupon input information is detected, the server generates vehicle payment information according to the parking time and the input coupon information;
and when no preferential confirmation information is detected, the server generates vehicle payment information according to the parking time.
4. The method for online docking offers in a parking lot of claim 1, wherein before the step of obtaining license plate information of a vehicle bound to user information in an account of a user in a parking lot or a merchant system of a mall where the parking lot is located, the server further comprises:
when the member adding instruction is detected, a member information input dialog box and a parking lot and/or market information selection dialog box are generated;
checking whether the member information is consistent with the corresponding information in the parking lot or market information and the member management system;
when the member information is consistent with the corresponding information in the parking lot or market information and the member management system, outputting member adding success information;
and outputting the member failure adding information when the member information is inconsistent with the corresponding information in the parking lot or market information and the member management system.
5. An apparatus for on-line docking offers in a parking lot, comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a parking information acquisition module and a parking information acquisition module, wherein the acquisition module is used for adding information of an electronic coupon into an account of a user in a parking lot or a commercial tenant system of a market where the parking lot is located in advance, acquiring license plate information of a vehicle bound with user information in the account of the user, taking the information of the electronic coupon as parking preferential information corresponding to the user information, and acquiring parking preferential information corresponding to the user information from the commercial tenant system of the parking lot when parking is in online electronic settlement; the acquisition module is also used for receiving license plate information of the vehicle when the vehicle enters a detection range of a device for identifying the vehicle at the entrance of the parking lot; the server acquires user information bound with the vehicle from a merchant system of a parking lot where the vehicle is located according to the license plate information;
the charging module is used for generating vehicle payment information according to the parking preferential information and the parking time of the vehicle bound with the user information;
and the sending module is used for sending the vehicle payment information and the settlement link to a user account for online electronic settlement of parking fees.
6. An apparatus for on-line docking offers in a parking area, the apparatus comprising a memory, a processor, and a program stored in the memory and operable on the processor, the program for on-line docking offers, when executed by the processor, implementing a method for on-line docking offers in a parking area as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4.
7. A computer readable storage medium storing a program of on-line docking offers for a parking lot, which when executed by a processor implements a method of on-line docking offers for a parking lot as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4.
