if the payment records of the vehicles are matched, correcting the payment license plate numbers in the payment records into the license plate numbers of the vehicles which are currently discharged, issuing a release instruction, and controlling equipment at a vehicle discharging passage to release the vehicles;
the method comprises the following steps of at the vehicle exit passage, identifying the license plate of the exiting vehicle, and the following steps:
before the vehicle is taken out, receiving a payment instruction of a vehicle user terminal;
and carrying out payment operation of the parking fee charged according to time or the toll charged according to mileage on the vehicle according to the payment instruction, acquiring the id of the vehicle user and the license plate number of the vehicle, and recording the obtained ID and the license plate number in the payment record of the parking fee charged according to time or the toll charged according to mileage of the vehicle.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of license plate recognition of the outbound vehicle at the outbound lane comprises:
