at the vehicle exit passage, license plate recognition is carried out on the exiting vehicle;
when the license plate number of the vehicle is not identified or the identification of the license plate number is wrong, receiving a code scanning instruction of a vehicle user terminal;
code scanning operation is carried out according to the code scanning instruction, and the vehicle departure related information is obtained and comprises the id of a vehicle user;
matching the payment record of the parking fee charged according to time or the toll fee charged according to mileage of the vehicle according to the relevant information of the vehicle when the vehicle goes out;
and if the payment records of the vehicles are matched, correcting the payment license plate numbers in the payment records into the license plate numbers of the vehicles which are currently discharged, issuing a release instruction, and controlling equipment at a vehicle discharging passage to release the vehicles.
Further, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the following:
before the vehicle is taken out, receiving a payment instruction of a vehicle user terminal;
and carrying out payment operation of the parking fee charged according to time or the toll charged according to mileage on the vehicle according to the payment instruction, acquiring the id of the vehicle user and the license plate number of the vehicle, and recording the obtained ID and the license plate number in the payment record of the parking fee charged according to time or the toll charged according to mileage of the vehicle.
Further, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the following:
inquiring the payment record of the vehicle in a parking lot management system or a management cloud platform according to the id of the vehicle user;
and if the payment record corresponding to the id of the vehicle user is inquired, judging that the payment record of the parking fee charged according to time or the toll fee charged according to mileage of the vehicle is matched.
Further, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the following:
and the license plate recognition device or the electronic license plate recognition instrument is used for recognizing the license plate of the vehicle.
Further, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the following:
if the payment records of the parking fee charged according to time or the toll charged according to mileage of the vehicle are not matched, the license plate of the vehicle is corrected and then a payment instruction is issued, and after the user makes up the payment, the device at the vehicle exit passage is controlled to automatically release the vehicle.
Further, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the following:
and receiving the license plate number of the vehicle input by the vehicle user terminal, and correcting the license plate number of the vehicle which is out of the vehicle.
Further, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the following:
uploading the vehicle outgoing related information of the vehicle to a management cloud platform;
the step of matching the payment record of the parking fee charged according to time or the toll fee charged according to mileage of the vehicle according to the vehicle-out related information comprises the following steps:
and matching the payment record of the parking fee charged according to time or the toll fee charged according to mileage of the vehicle by the management cloud platform according to the relevant information of the vehicle.
Further, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the following:
and generating a two-dimensional code for scanning when the vehicle user terminal goes out, wherein the two-dimensional code is associated with a vehicle management system or a vehicle payment system.
Compared with the prior art, the vehicle passing processing method, the vehicle passing processing device and the storage medium provided by the invention have the advantages that the license plate of the vehicle is identified at the vehicle exit passage; when the license plate number of the vehicle is not identified or the identification of the license plate number is wrong, receiving a code scanning instruction of a vehicle user terminal; code scanning operation is carried out according to the code scanning instruction, and the vehicle departure related information is obtained and comprises the id of a vehicle user; matching the payment records of the vehicle according to the vehicle departure related information; if the payment records of the vehicles are matched, the payment license plate numbers in the payment records are corrected into the license plate numbers of the vehicles which are currently discharged, a release instruction is issued, the devices at the vehicle discharging passages are controlled to release the vehicles, so that the license plate numbers are corrected through code scanning, the vehicles are controlled to release, and the technical problem that at present, due to the fact that the vehicles cannot be normally released due to the fact that the license plate identification errors exist, the users need to participate in manual solution, and the discharging efficiency of the users is affected is solved.

1. A vehicle release processing method characterized by comprising:

when the license plate number is identified incorrectly, receiving a code scanning instruction of a vehicle user terminal;
code scanning operation is carried out according to the code scanning instruction, and the vehicle departure related information is obtained and comprises the id of a vehicle user;
matching the payment record of the parking fee according to the time or the toll fee according to the mileage of the vehicle according to the relevant information of the vehicle, wherein the payment record comprises the following steps: inquiring a payment record of a vehicle in a parking lot management system or a management cloud platform according to the id of the vehicle user, and if the payment record corresponding to the id of the vehicle user is inquired, judging the payment record of the parking fee charged according to time or the toll charged according to mileage matched with the vehicle;
if the payment records of the vehicles are matched, correcting the payment license plate numbers in the payment records into the license plate numbers of the vehicles which are currently discharged, issuing a release instruction, and controlling equipment at a vehicle discharging passage to release the vehicles;
the method comprises the following steps of at the vehicle exit passage, identifying the license plate of the exiting vehicle, and the following steps:
before the vehicle is taken out, receiving a payment instruction of a vehicle user terminal;
and carrying out payment operation of the parking fee charged according to time or the toll charged according to mileage on the vehicle according to the payment instruction, acquiring the id of the vehicle user and the license plate number of the vehicle, and recording the obtained ID and the license plate number in the payment record of the parking fee charged according to time or the toll charged according to mileage of the vehicle.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of license plate recognition of the outbound vehicle at the outbound lane comprises:
and the license plate recognition device or the electronic license plate recognition instrument is used for recognizing the license plate of the vehicle.

4. The method of claim 3, wherein the step of correcting the license plate of the departing vehicle comprises:
and receiving the license plate number of the vehicle input by the vehicle user terminal, and correcting the license plate number of the vehicle which is out of the vehicle.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein after the step of performing a code scanning operation according to the code scanning instruction to obtain the vehicle departure related information of the vehicle, the method further comprises:
uploading the vehicle outgoing related information of the vehicle to a management cloud platform;
the step of matching the payment record of the parking fee charged according to time or the toll fee charged according to mileage of the vehicle according to the vehicle-out related information comprises the following steps:
and matching the payment record of the parking fee charged according to time or the toll fee charged according to mileage of the vehicle by the management cloud platform according to the relevant information of the vehicle.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of identifying the license plate of the departing vehicle at the departing lane further comprises:
and generating a two-dimensional code for scanning when the vehicle user terminal goes out, wherein the two-dimensional code is associated with a vehicle management system or a vehicle payment system.
7. A vehicle clearance processing arrangement comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory, the computer program, when executed by the processor, implementing the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
8. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that a computer program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, which computer program, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1-6.
