Abstract
The technical scheme of the invention comprises an automatic recovery method of an equipment serial number based on cloud storage, which comprises the following steps: establishing an equipment information base and storing the equipment information base in a cloud server, wherein the equipment information base comprises serial number information of equipment when the equipment leaves a factory; when the equipment is started, reading related serial number information, uploading the serial number information to a cloud server, and comparing the serial number information with an equipment information base; recovering the error serial number according to the comparison result; the equipment comprises a main controller module and functional modules, wherein all the functional modules are connected with the main controller module, each module stores a unique module serial number corresponding to each module, and the module serial number of the main controller module is used as an equipment serial number. When the main controller module for storing the equipment serial number is replaced due to failure or the storage medium of the module is in error to cause the equipment serial number to change, the equipment serial number is automatically recovered through a cloud storage technology; manual intervention is not needed, and the risk of errors caused by manual entry is avoided.

Background
Professional medical equipment has a machine serial number, the serial number corresponds to the function of the equipment, the serial number has uniqueness, and the serial number is generally stored in a memory chip of an equipment main control module and attached to a nameplate label of the machine. The user and manufacturer of the device can manage and remotely maintain the upgrade of the device through the serial number. However, when a module of the device storing a unique serial number is replaced due to a failure, the serial number is changed, and the correct serial number of the device can be manually re-entered only, which is very troublesome and easy to enter errors, thereby bringing great inconvenience to manufacturers and users. More importantly, the unmatched serial numbers of the devices may cause the manufacturers to perform wrong maintenance and upgrade on the devices, with clinical risks.
At present, most of the methods adopt an RFID electronic tag besides manual serial number entry. Compared with the common bar code label, the RFID electronic label has higher price which is dozens of times of the common bar code label. In addition, the RFID technology faces security problems, mainly manifested by illegal reading and malicious tampering of RFID electronic tag information.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention aims to provide an automatic recovery method of an equipment serial number based on cloud storage, which realizes automatic recovery of the equipment serial number through a cloud storage technology when the main controller module storing the unique serial number of the equipment is replaced due to a fault or the storage medium of the module is mistaken to cause the equipment serial number to change; and the risk of manual entry error is avoided because of no manual intervention. Meanwhile, the safety and the effectiveness of the equipment serial number are ensured under the condition of not increasing the hardware cost.

And when the matching similarity is more than 0% and less than 50%, judging that the equipment serial number in the main controller module in the equipment is changed, running a serial number recovery program, acquiring an equipment information linked list stored in the cloud server, reading the equipment serial number in the equipment information linked list, and writing the equipment serial number into a self storage chip.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the automatic recovery method of the equipment serial number based on the cloud storage, when the main controller module which stores the unique equipment serial number of the equipment is replaced due to a fault or the storage medium of the module is in error to cause the equipment serial number to be changed, the automatic recovery of the equipment serial number is realized through the cloud storage technology; manual intervention is not needed, and the risk of errors caused by manual entry is avoided. the equipment serial number stored in the main controller accounts for 50% of the matching similarity, and when the equipment serial number is damaged, the main control module storing the equipment serial number is changed, so that when the matching similarity is smaller than 50%, the judgment can be made that not only the equipment serial number is changed, but also part of module serial numbers (at least the module serial number of the main control module) are changed, and after the equipment serial number is recovered, the changed module serial number is updated to the corresponding position of the equipment information base.
Compared with the prior art, the method has the following advantages: 1) and the risk of manual entry error is avoided because of no manual intervention. 2) The technology is realized by adopting a software algorithm, has no additional hardware cost, is produced in large batch of products and has good cost performance. 3) The risk that information is illegally read and maliciously tampered by adopting the RFID electronic tag is avoided. 4) By adopting the cloud storage technology, all the equipment information is stored on the cloud server, so that the problem of equipment information loss caused by equipment aging and hardware performance reduction is solved.

the equipment comprises a main controller module and functional modules, wherein all the functional modules are connected with the main controller module, each module stores a unique module serial number corresponding to each module, and the module serial number of the main controller module is used as an equipment serial number;
the recovering of the error sequence number according to the comparison result is executed by the main controller module, and comprises the following steps:
acquiring the matching similarity from the cloud server, and executing corresponding actions according to the value of the matching similarity, wherein the actions specifically comprise:
when the matching similarity is 0%, judging that the equipment is new equipment registered for the first time, and requesting the cloud server to add an equipment information linked list of the equipment into an equipment information base;
when the matching similarity is 100%, judging that the equipment is registered equipment and the information of each module of the equipment is complete and effective;
when the matching similarity is more than 50% and less than 100%, judging that the module serial number of at least one functional module in the equipment is changed, and requesting the cloud server to update the changed module serial number to a corresponding position in an equipment information base;
and when the matching similarity is more than 0% and less than 50%, judging that the equipment serial number in the main controller module in the equipment is changed, running a serial number recovery program, acquiring an equipment information linked list stored in the cloud server, reading the equipment serial number in the equipment information linked list, writing the equipment serial number into a self storage chip, and replacing the changed equipment serial number.
