and the serial number moving module is used for moving the electronic equipment serial number and the second accessory serial number of each accessory of the electronic equipment serial number to the sold equipment serial number warehouse if the found electronic equipment serial number is in the stock equipment serial number warehouse.
Further, on the basis of the above device embodiment, the first state determining module 504 specifically includes:
the serial number searching unit is used for searching the serial number of the second accessory in an accessory serial number warehouse if the first accessory serial number and the second accessory serial number of the target accessory are judged to be unmatched;
the state determining unit is configured to determine that the electronic device is in an abnormal state if the second accessory serial number is not found or the second accessory serial number is not associated with the first accessory serial number.
Further, on the basis of the above device embodiment, the electronic equipment includes a mobile phone, a computer and an intelligent household appliance.
Further, on the basis of the above device embodiment, the accessory serial number warehouse includes a CPU accessory serial number warehouse and a network card accessory serial number warehouse.

Claims (16)

1. An electronic device state processing method, comprising:
receiving an activation instruction sent by electronic equipment, wherein the activation instruction comprises an electronic equipment serial number of the electronic equipment and a first accessory serial number of each accessory;
searching in each electronic equipment serial number warehouse according to the electronic equipment serial number;
if the electronic equipment serial number is found, acquiring a second accessory serial number of each accessory of the electronic equipment in a corresponding electronic equipment serial number warehouse;
and if the first accessory serial number and the second accessory serial number of the target accessory are judged and obtained to be not matched, determining that the electronic equipment is in an abnormal state.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the electronic device serial number repository includes an inventory device serial number repository, a sold device serial number repository, a serviced device serial number repository, and a loss of device serial number repository.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein after searching in each electronic device serial number repository according to the electronic device serial number, further comprising:
and if the electronic equipment serial number is found in the loss reporting equipment serial number warehouse, determining that the electronic equipment is in an abnormal state.
4. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
if the first accessory serial number and the second accessory serial number of the target accessory are judged to be matched, the activation is successful;
and if the found electronic equipment serial number is in the stock equipment serial number warehouse, moving the electronic equipment serial number and the second accessory serial number of each accessory of the electronic equipment serial number to the sold equipment serial number warehouse.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein determining that the electronic device is in an abnormal state if it is determined that the first accessory serial number and the second accessory serial number of the target accessory are not matched comprises:
if the first accessory serial number and the second accessory serial number of the target accessory are judged to be unmatched, searching the second accessory serial number in an accessory serial number warehouse;
if the second accessory serial number is not found or the second accessory serial number is not associated with the first accessory serial number, determining that the electronic equipment is in an abnormal state.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the electronic devices comprise cell phones, computers, and smart appliances.
7. The method of claim 5, wherein the accessory serial number store comprises a CPU accessory serial number store and a network card accessory serial number store.
8. An electronic device state processing apparatus, comprising:
the electronic equipment comprises an instruction receiving module, a first accessory serial number and a second accessory serial number, wherein the instruction receiving module is used for receiving an activation instruction sent by electronic equipment, and the activation instruction comprises the electronic equipment serial number of the electronic equipment and the first accessory serial number of each accessory;
the serial number searching module is used for searching in each electronic equipment serial number warehouse according to the electronic equipment serial number;
the serial number acquisition module is used for acquiring a second accessory serial number of each accessory of the electronic equipment in the corresponding electronic equipment serial number warehouse if the serial number of the electronic equipment is found;
and the first state determination module is used for determining that the electronic equipment is in an abnormal state if the first accessory serial number and the second accessory serial number of the target accessory are judged and acquired to be not matched.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the electronic device serial number repository includes an inventory device serial number repository, a sold device serial number repository, a repair device serial number repository, and a loss of device serial number repository.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, further comprising:
and the second state determination module is used for determining that the electronic equipment is in an abnormal state if the electronic equipment serial number is found in the loss reporting equipment serial number warehouse.
11. The apparatus of claim 9, further comprising:
the activation module is used for successfully activating if the first accessory serial number and the second accessory serial number of the target accessory are judged to be matched;
and the serial number moving module is used for moving the electronic equipment serial number and the second accessory serial number of each accessory of the electronic equipment serial number to the sold equipment serial number warehouse if the found electronic equipment serial number is in the stock equipment serial number warehouse.
12. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the first state determining module specifically comprises:
the serial number searching unit is used for searching the serial number of the second accessory in an accessory serial number warehouse if the first accessory serial number and the second accessory serial number of the target accessory are judged to be unmatched;
the state determining unit is configured to determine that the electronic device is in an abnormal state if the second accessory serial number is not found or the second accessory serial number is not associated with the first accessory serial number.
13. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the electronic device comprises a cell phone, a computer, and a smart appliance.
14. The apparatus of claim 12, wherein the accessory serial number store comprises a CPU accessory serial number store and a network card accessory serial number store.
15. An electronic device, comprising:
at least one processor; and
at least one memory communicatively coupled to the processor, wherein:
the memory stores program instructions executable by the processor, the processor invoking the program instructions to perform the method of any of claims 1 to 7.
16. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program that causes a computer to perform the method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
