Disclosure of Invention
The application provides a correlation method, a correlation device and correlation equipment, which are used for correlating a mainboard of the equipment with each device of the equipment more quickly and accurately.
In a first aspect, the present application provides an association method, comprising: the association device sends an identification acquisition instruction to the equipment, wherein the identification acquisition instruction is used for requesting to acquire the identification of the mainboard of the equipment and the identification of the first device of the equipment. The association means receives a response message from the device, the response message including an identification of the motherboard and an identification of the first device. The association device sends the identifier of the mainboard and the identifier of the first device to the management system, so that the management system records the association relationship between the identifier of the mainboard and the identifier of the first device. According to the scheme, the association device sends the instruction to the equipment to obtain the identifier of the mainboard of the equipment and the identifier of the first device of the equipment, and then the obtained identifier of the mainboard and the identifier of the first device are sent to the management system, so that association between the mainboard of the equipment and the first device of the equipment can be achieved. In addition, the identification of the main board and the identification of the first device are sent out by the equipment through corresponding messages, so that the accuracy is high.
In a possible implementation manner, the identifier of the motherboard is burned into a chip of the motherboard, and the identifier of the first device is burned into a chip of the first device. The identification of the mainboard is burnt into the chip of the mainboard, and the identification of the first device is burnt into the chip of the first device, so that the equipment can acquire the identification of the mainboard and the identification of the first device, generate a response message and send the response message to the association device.
In a possible implementation manner, the identifier obtaining instruction includes type information of the first device, and the identifier obtaining instruction is specifically configured to request to obtain an identifier of the first device corresponding to the type information of the first device, where the type of the first device includes one or more of the following: camera, display screen. In the scheme, the type information of the first device in the identifier acquisition instruction indicates the type of the device to be associated, and then the device acquires the identifier of the first device of the corresponding type for association.
In a second aspect, the present application provides a further associated method, comprising: the device receives an identification acquisition instruction from the association means. And the equipment acquires the identifier of the mainboard of the equipment and the identifier of the first device of the equipment according to the identifier acquisition instruction. The equipment sends a response message aiming at the identification acquisition instruction to the association device, wherein the response message comprises the identification of the mainboard and the identification of the first device. In the method, after receiving an identification acquisition instruction sent by an association device, the equipment sends the identification of the main board and the identification of the first device to the association device so as to associate the main board of the equipment with the first device.
In a possible implementation manner, the acquiring, by the device according to the identifier acquiring instruction, an identifier of a motherboard of the device and an identifier of a first device of the device includes: and the equipment acquires the identifier of the mainboard and the identifier of the first device from a memory of the mainboard of the equipment according to the identifier acquisition instruction. The mainboard of the equipment acquires and stores the identifier of the mainboard of the equipment and the identifier of the first device of the equipment into the memory of the mainboard in advance, and when the equipment receives the identifier acquisition instruction, the identifier of the mainboard and the information of the corresponding first device can be called from the memory of the mainboard, so that the association between the mainboard of the equipment and the first device of the equipment can be completed more quickly.
In a possible implementation manner, before the apparatus receives the identifier obtaining instruction from the association device, the apparatus further includes: the equipment acquires the identifier of the mainboard from the chip of the mainboard and stores the identifier of the mainboard in a memory of the mainboard. The device obtains an identification of the first device from a chip of the first device and stores the identification of the first device in a memory of the motherboard. In the scheme, the equipment acquires the identifier of the mainboard from the chip of the mainboard in advance and acquires the identifier of the first device from the chip of the first device, and stores the identifier of the first device into the memory of the mainboard, and the identifier of the mainboard and the identifier of the first device can be directly acquired from the memory of the mainboard subsequently when the devices are associated, so that the association speed of the devices can be improved.
In a third aspect, the present application provides an association apparatus, which includes a transmitting unit and a receiving unit. The sending unit is used for sending an identification obtaining instruction to the device, wherein the identification obtaining instruction is used for requesting to obtain an identification of a mainboard of the device and an identification of a first device of the device, and is used for sending the identification of the mainboard and the identification of the first device to the management system, so that the management system records an association relation between the identification of the mainboard and the identification of the first device. And the receiving unit is used for receiving a response message from the equipment, and the response message comprises the identification of the mainboard and the identification of the first device. According to the scheme, the association device sends the instruction to the equipment to obtain the identifier of the mainboard of the equipment and the identifier of the first device of the equipment, and then the obtained identifier of the mainboard and the identifier of the first device are sent to the management system, so that association between the mainboard of the equipment and the first device of the equipment can be achieved. In addition, the identification of the main board and the identification of the first device are sent out by the equipment through corresponding messages, so that the accuracy is high.

And acquiring the identifier of the mainboard of the equipment and the identifier of the first device of the equipment according to the identifier acquisition instruction. And sending a response message aiming at the identification acquisition instruction to the association device, wherein the response message comprises the identification of the mainboard and the identification of the first device. In the scheme, after receiving the identification acquisition instruction sent by the association device, the equipment sends the identification of the main board and the identification of the first device to the association device so as to associate the main board of the equipment with the first device.
In a possible implementation manner, the processor is specifically configured to obtain, according to the identifier obtaining instruction, an identifier of the motherboard and an identifier of the first device from a memory of the motherboard. The mainboard of the equipment acquires and stores the identifier of the mainboard of the equipment and the identifier of the first device of the equipment into the memory of the mainboard in advance, and when the equipment receives the identifier acquisition instruction, the identifier of the mainboard and the information of the corresponding first device can be called from the memory of the mainboard, so that the association between the mainboard of the equipment and the first device of the equipment can be completed more quickly.
In a possible implementation manner, the device further includes a motherboard, where the motherboard is configured to obtain an identifier of the motherboard from a chip of the motherboard, and store the identifier of the motherboard in a memory of the motherboard. And the chip is used for acquiring the identification of the first device from the chip of the first device and storing the identification of the first device in the memory of the mainboard. In the scheme, the mainboard of the equipment acquires the identifier of the mainboard from the chip of the mainboard in advance and acquires the identifier of the first device from the chip of the first device, and stores the identifier into the memory of the mainboard, and the identifier of the mainboard and the identifier of the first device can be directly acquired from the memory of the mainboard subsequently when the devices are associated, so that the association speed of the devices can be improved.
In a fifth aspect, the present application provides a network device, comprising:
a memory for storing program instructions;
a processor, configured to call the program instructions stored in the memory, and execute the method according to any of the foregoing first aspect or embodiments of the first aspect according to the obtained program.
In a sixth aspect, the present application provides a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon computer-executable instructions for causing a computer to perform the method of any of the preceding first aspects or embodiments thereof.
Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more clear, the present application will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. The particular methods of operation in the method embodiments may also be applied to apparatus embodiments or system embodiments. In the description of the present application, the term "plurality" means two or more unless otherwise specified.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a possible system architecture provided by the present application. The system architecture includes an association apparatus 101, a device 102, and a management system 103. The association apparatus 101 may be a computer or a computer with specific software installed therein, the device 102 may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, or the like, and the management system 103 may be a server, a cloud device, or the like. The association apparatus 101 is connected to the device 102, and the association apparatus 101 is connected to the management system 103.
Based on the system architecture shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 is a flow chart illustrating an associated method provided by the present application. The association method may be performed by the association apparatus 101 in fig. 1. The method comprises the following steps:
step 201, the association apparatus sends an identifier obtaining instruction to the device.
The identification acquisition instruction is used for requesting to acquire an identification of a mainboard of the equipment and an identification of a first device of the equipment.
In step 202, the association apparatus receives a response message from the device.
The response message includes an identification of the motherboard and an identification of the first device. The identifier may be a Serial Number (SN).
Step 203, the association device sends the identifier of the motherboard and the identifier of the first device to the management system, so that the management system records the association relationship between the identifier of the motherboard and the identifier of the first device.
According to the scheme, the association device sends the instruction to the equipment, the identifier of the mainboard of the equipment and the identifier of the first device of the equipment are obtained, and then the obtained identifier of the mainboard and the identifier of the first device are sent to the management system, so that the association between the mainboard of the equipment and the first device of the equipment can be realized. In addition, the identification of the main board and the identification of the first device are sent out by the equipment through corresponding messages, so that the accuracy is high.
In a possible implementation manner, the identifier obtaining instruction in step 201 includes type information of the first device, and the identifier obtaining instruction is specifically configured to request to obtain an identifier of the first device corresponding to the type information of the first device, where the type of the first device includes one or more of the following: camera, display screen.
The foregoing step 201 is described below by using a specific example, for example, in a mobile phone production process, if a camera of the mobile phone needs to be associated with a motherboard of the mobile phone. And after the association device is communicated with the mobile phone, sending an identification acquisition instruction to the mobile phone, wherein the first device type information included in the identification acquisition instruction is a camera, and after receiving the identification acquisition instruction, the mobile phone sends the identification of the camera to the association device in the subsequent steps. And if the camera and the display screen of the mobile phone need to be associated with the mainboard of the mobile phone respectively, the first device type information included in the identification acquisition instruction is the camera and the display screen. Of course, the type of the first device is not limited to the camera and the display screen, and may be a speaker, for example.
In a possible implementation manner, in step 202, the association apparatus receives a response message sent by the device, where the response message includes an identifier of a motherboard of the device and an identifier of the first device corresponding to the first device type information in the identifier obtaining instruction.
And after receiving the response message sent by the equipment, the association device sends the identifier of the mainboard and the identifier of the first device, which are included in the response message, to the management system. The management System may be, for example, a Manufacturing enterprise Manufacturing process Execution System (MES). And after receiving the identifier of the mainboard and the identifier of the first device, the management system associates the identifier of the mainboard with the identifier of the first device. For example, after the SN number of the main board of a certain mobile phone is 100000, the SN number of the camera of the mobile phone is 2000001, and the association device acquires the SN number of the main board of the mobile phone and the SN number of the camera, the main board SN number and the camera SN number of the mobile phone are sent to the MES system, and the MES system records that the main board with the SN number of 100000 and the camera with the SN number of 200001 are in an association relationship, that is, after the mobile phone leaves the factory, the SN number of the camera of the mobile phone can be queried through the main board SN number of the mobile phone, and after the SN number of the camera is acquired, some specific information of the camera, such as information of the generation date and model of the camera, can be further obtained.
The above is the association method provided by the present application and executed by an association apparatus, and the following describes an association method, which is executed by a device 102, as shown in fig. 3, and includes:
in step 301, the device receives an identifier obtaining instruction from an association apparatus.
Step 302, the device obtains the identifier of the motherboard of the device and the identifier of the first device of the device according to the identifier obtaining instruction.
Step 303, the device sends a response message to the association apparatus, where the response message includes the identifier of the motherboard and the identifier of the first device.
According to the method, after the equipment receives the identification obtaining instruction sent by the association device, the identification of the main board and the identification of the first device are sent to the association device, so that the main board of the equipment is associated with the first device.
In a possible implementation manner, the identifier obtaining instruction received in step 301 includes type information of the first device, where the type information of the first device is used to indicate a type of the first device that needs to obtain the identifier of the first device, where the type of the first device includes one or more of the following: camera, display screen.
For the above step 302, in one possible implementation, the following may be implemented: and the equipment acquires the identifier of the mainboard and the identifier of the first device from a memory of the mainboard of the equipment according to the identifier acquisition instruction. The memory of the mainboard is a certain component or module with a memory function on the mainboard.
In a possible implementation manner, before the step 301, the method may further include: the equipment acquires the identifier of the mainboard from the chip of the mainboard and stores the identifier of the mainboard in a memory of the mainboard. The device obtains an identification of the first device from a chip of the first device and stores the identification of the first device in a memory of the motherboard. The step may be executed when the device is powered on, for example, the device may obtain the identifier of the motherboard from the chip of the motherboard and the identifier of the first device from the chip of the first device in advance, and store the identifiers in the memory of the motherboard, and may subsequently directly obtain the identifier of the motherboard and the identifier of the first device from the memory of the motherboard when performing device association, thereby increasing the speed of device association.
Based on the association method provided in fig. 2, the present application provides an association apparatus, which may execute the association method shown in fig. 2, as shown in fig. 4, the apparatus includes:
a sending unit 401, configured to send an identifier obtaining instruction to a device.
The identification acquisition instruction is used for requesting to acquire the identification of the mainboard of the equipment and the identification of the first device of the equipment, and is used for sending the identification of the mainboard and the identification of the first device to the management system, so that the management system records the association relationship between the identification of the mainboard and the identification of the first device.
A receiving unit 402, configured to receive a response message from the device, where the response message includes an identifier of the motherboard and an identifier of the first device.
In a possible implementation manner, the identifier of the motherboard is burned into a chip of the motherboard, and the identifier of the first device is burned into a chip of the first device. Based on the method shown in fig. 3, the present application further provides a device, which may execute the association method shown in fig. 3, and the device includes a processor, and the processor is configured to perform the following actions:
and receiving an identification acquisition instruction from the association device.
And acquiring the identifier of the mainboard of the equipment and the identifier of the first device of the equipment according to the identifier acquisition instruction.
And sending a response message aiming at the identification acquisition instruction to the association device, wherein the response message comprises the identification of the mainboard and the identification of the first device.
In the scheme, after receiving the identification acquisition instruction sent by the association device, the equipment sends the identification of the main board and the identification of the first device to the association device so as to associate the main board of the equipment with the first device.
In a possible implementation manner, the processor is specifically configured to obtain, according to the identifier obtaining instruction, an identifier of the motherboard and an identifier of the first device from a memory of the motherboard. The mainboard of the equipment acquires and stores the identifier of the mainboard of the equipment and the identifier of the first device of the equipment into the memory of the mainboard in advance, and when the equipment receives the identifier acquisition instruction, the identifier of the mainboard and the information of the corresponding first device can be called from the memory of the mainboard, so that the association between the mainboard of the equipment and the first device of the equipment can be completed more quickly.
In a possible implementation manner, the device further includes a motherboard, where the motherboard is configured to obtain an identifier of the motherboard from a chip of the motherboard, and store the identifier of the motherboard in a memory of the motherboard. And the chip is used for acquiring the identification of the first device from the chip of the first device and storing the identification of the first device in the memory of the mainboard. In the scheme, the mainboard of the equipment acquires the identifier of the mainboard from the chip of the mainboard in advance and acquires the identifier of the first device from the chip of the first device, and stores the identifier into the memory of the mainboard, and the identifier of the mainboard and the identifier of the first device can be directly acquired from the memory of the mainboard subsequently when the devices are associated, so that the association speed of the devices can be improved.

Based on the same concept as the embodiment, the application also provides a network device.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a network device provided in the present application. As shown in fig. 4, the network device 500 includes:
a memory 501 for storing program instructions;
a processor 502 for calling the program instructions stored in the memory and executing the associated method described in any of the foregoing embodiments according to the obtained program.
Based on the same concept as the above embodiments, the present application also provides a computer storage medium storing computer-executable instructions for causing a computer to perform the association method described in any one of the foregoing embodiments.
It should be noted that the division of the units in the present application is schematic, and is only one division of logic functions, and there may be another division manner in actual implementation. In the present application, each functional unit may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one module. The integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, and can also be realized in a form of a software functional unit.
