if the payment to be paid is successful, the vehicle passing management system establishes a corresponding relation between a vehicle unique vehicle identifier and the deduction cost, so that after the vehicle passing management system determines the payment to be paid corresponding to the vehicle next time, the payment to be paid of the amount of money such as the deduction cost is deducted from the payment to be paid corresponding to the vehicle next time, and the payment to be paid is taken as the payment to be paid of the vehicle; or alternatively, the process may be performed,

If the to-be-paid fee is paid successfully and the currently installed usable ETC vehicle-mounted equipment is arranged on the vehicle, the vehicle passing management system can establish the corresponding relation between the unique vehicle identifier of the vehicle and the deduction fee, so that the vehicle passing management system sends a recharging prompt to the ETC settlement platform, the recharging prompt comprises the corresponding relation and is used for prompting the ETC settlement platform to recharge the ETC electronic payment account bound with the vehicle identifier, and the recharging amount is equal to the deduction fee.
It should be noted that, if the vehicle traffic management system can provide at least two of the above multiple preferential settlement modes, the vehicle traffic management system may push, to the terminal device associated in advance with the vehicle, a list of preferential settlement modes that the vehicle traffic management system can provide, so that a user of the terminal device associated in advance with the vehicle may select a suitable preferential settlement mode from the list of preferential settlement modes.
It can be seen that, in this alternative embodiment, if the relevant user of the vehicle selects the manner of charge deduction if the relevant user of the vehicle has paid the charge to be paid, the vehicle traffic management system may implement the preferential deduction of the vehicle charge by directly refunding or establishing the correspondence between the vehicle/payment account number and the deduction charge after determining the preferential charge (i.e. the deduction charge).
In yet another alternative embodiment, the vehicle passing management system settles the fee of the current passing of the vehicle according to the fee to be paid, and may include:
if the vehicle has completed payment authorization of the fee to be paid, the vehicle pass management system sends settlement data comprising the fee to be paid to the ETC settlement platform.
The settlement data is used for triggering the ETC settlement platform to execute the following operations:
and deducting the payment fee from an automatic electronic payment account bound from the vehicle-mounted ETC terminal of the vehicle according to the settlement data by the ETC settlement platform, wherein the deducted payment fee is used for paying to an operation account corresponding to the vehicle traffic management system.
Further alternatively, before the vehicle traffic management system sends settlement data including the fee to be paid to the ETC settlement platform, the vehicle traffic management system may further perform the following operations:
the vehicle passing management system judges whether the adjusted payment cost is zero, if so, the process is ended, and if not, the operation of sending settlement data comprising the payment cost to the ETC settlement platform is executed. This is advantageous in reducing unnecessary interactions of the vehicle traffic management system with the ETC settlement platform to reduce unnecessary waste of processing resources of the vehicle traffic management system.
In this alternative embodiment, if the vehicle has completed the payment authorization for the fee to be paid, the vehicle traffic management system records the fee to be paid for the vehicle as the fee to be paid. If the fact that the related user of the vehicle selects preferential deduction within a specified time period is detected, the vehicle passing management system adjusts the payment fee of the vehicle according to the deductible fee, namely, the payment fee of the vehicle is adjusted from the payment fee to be the difference between the payment fee and the deductible fee, and settlement data are sent to the ETC settlement platform, so that the ETC settlement platform directly deducts the adjusted payment fee from an automatic electronic payment account bound by a vehicle-mounted ETC terminal of the vehicle, and preferential deduction of the automatic electronic payment is further achieved.
In the above embodiment, further optionally, the deduction fee may be paid by a third party platform to an operation account corresponding to the vehicle traffic management system.
In another alternative embodiment, the method may further comprise the operations of:
the vehicle passing management system sends prompt information aiming at the corresponding payment fee to the terminal equipment which is pre-associated with the vehicle, and the prompt information is used for prompting the actual deduction fee of the current passing of the vehicle to the user of the terminal equipment which is pre-associated with the vehicle, so that the related user can know the preferential deduction result in time, and the use experience of the related user of the vehicle can be improved.
Alternatively, the terminal device mentioned in the foregoing embodiment may be a mobile terminal (such as a mobile phone) associated with a vehicle in advance, or may be a vehicle-mounted terminal (such as an ETC vehicle-mounted terminal) associated with a vehicle in advance, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Therefore, the vehicle charge deduction implementation method described by the embodiment of the invention can realize the deduction of the vehicle charge through the received deduction information after the vehicle leaves the exit passage, solves the problem that the related preferential is not used in the scene of automatically paying the vehicle charge without stopping, is beneficial to improving the use experience of a user when the vehicle charge is automatically paid without stopping, is further beneficial to the popularization of self-service electronic payment, and can avoid the occurrence of low passing efficiency at the exit passage caused by the need of using the preferential deduction when the vehicle passes through the exit passage or before the vehicle passes through the exit passage when the vehicle leaves the exit passage.
Example two
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flow chart of another implementation method of vehicle fee deduction according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method described in fig. 2 is applied to a vehicle traffic management system or a client, where the vehicle traffic management system or the client is at least used for realizing fee deduction control on vehicle traffic in an application scenario where the vehicle traffic management system or the client is located, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited, and the following embodiment is described in detail by taking a vehicle traffic management system as an example. As shown in fig. 2, the vehicle charge deduction implementation method may include:
201. After confirming that the payment of the fee to be paid of the vehicle is successful or that the vehicle completes the payment authorization of the fee to be paid, and after the vehicle leaves the exit passage, the vehicle traffic management system pushes a prompt message to a terminal device associated with the vehicle in advance or a network link of preferential information of the third party platform to the terminal device associated with the vehicle in advance.
The prompting message is used for prompting that the payment to be paid is finished or the vehicle finishes payment authorization of the payment to be paid, and/or prompting that a user of the terminal equipment which is associated with the vehicle in advance can partially or completely withhold the payment to be paid through the preferential information of the third party platform in a set limiting time period. Optionally, the offer information of the third party platform includes point offer information and/or coupon offer information. Further optionally, the prompting message includes a network link of the third party platform's offer information when the prompting message is used to prompt a user of the vehicle pre-associated terminal device to be able to partially or fully withhold the payment to be paid through the third party platform's offer information within a defined period of time.
It should be noted that, after determining the fee to be paid for the vehicle, or after confirming that the fee to be paid for the vehicle is paid successfully or that the vehicle completes the payment authorization of the fee to be paid, the vehicle traffic management system may also perform the above-described operation of pushing the prompt message to the terminal device associated in advance with the vehicle or pushing the network link of the preferential information of the third party platform to the terminal device associated in advance with the vehicle.

After pushing the network link to the terminal device pre-associated with the vehicle or pushing the prompt message comprising the network link, the vehicle traffic management system acquires the operation of deducting the fee to be paid by using the preferential information triggered after the user of the terminal device pre-associated with the vehicle opens the network link and feeds back the operation to the third party platform.
In the embodiment of the invention, the vehicle passing management system acquires the operation triggered by the user and feeds back the operation to the third party platform so as to trigger the third party platform to execute the following operations:
determining target information of the user of the triggering operation by a third party platform, wherein the target information comprises user information of the user of the triggering operation and/or deduction authorization information of the user of the triggering operation, and optionally, the deduction authorization information is used for indicating that the related user of the vehicle is allowed to partially or completely withhold the expense to be paid in a preferential deduction mode, and further optionally, the deduction authorization information can also comprise points and/or coupons used by the related user of the vehicle for authorizing the deduction of the expense to be paid;
when the preferential information comprises point preferential information, the third party platform converts the target points used for deducting the fees to be paid according to the target information and deducts the target points from a point pool corresponding to the user triggering the operation;
When the coupon information comprises coupon information, determining a coupon for deducting the fee from the fee to be paid according to the target information by the third party platform;
after deducting the target points from the pool of points and/or determining coupons for use in debiting the fees to be paid, debiting information for the fees to be paid is generated by the third party platform and sent to the vehicle traffic management system.

The vehicle passing management system detects whether deduction information aiming at the expense to be paid, which is sent by a third party platform, is received, and when the detection result of the step 203 is yes, the step 204 is triggered and executed; when the detection result in step 203 is no, the present flow may be ended.

When the deduction information sent by the third-party platform is received, the vehicle passing management system determines deduction fees deducted from the fees to be paid according to the deduction information, and adjusts the fees to be paid of the current passing of the vehicle according to the fees to be paid and the deduction fees.
In the embodiment of the invention, the fee to be paid before adjustment is the fee to be paid, and the fee to be paid after adjustment is equal to the fee to be paid minus the determined deduction fee.
205. And the vehicle passing management system settles the current passing fee of the vehicle according to the fee to be paid.
In an alternative embodiment, after confirming that the payment of the fee to be paid of the vehicle is successful or that the vehicle completes the payment authorization of the fee to be paid, and after the vehicle leaves the exit passage, the method may further include the operations of:
the vehicle passing management system detects whether a fee deduction request for the vehicle is received, and when the detection result is yes, the operation of pushing the prompt message to the terminal equipment pre-associated with the vehicle or pushing the network link of the preferential information of the third party platform to the terminal equipment pre-associated with the vehicle is executed.
It will be seen that this alternative embodiment is capable of pushing relevant offer messages to the terminal devices associated with the vehicle when the relevant user of the vehicle has a fee deduction requirement.
In this alternative embodiment, further optionally, after receiving the fee deduction request, the method may further comprise the operations of:
the vehicle passing management system judges whether the current condition meets the preferential deduction condition;
when the current condition is judged to meet the preferential deduction condition, the vehicle passing management system executes the operation of pushing the prompt message to the terminal equipment which is pre-associated with the vehicle or pushing the network link of the preferential information of the third-party platform to the terminal equipment which is pre-associated with the vehicle.
Still further optionally, the vehicle passing management system determining whether the current condition meets the preferential deduction condition may include:
the vehicle pass management system determines the type of the preferential deduction which can be used by the relevant user of the vehicle in the current field, judges whether the preferential deduction tool (such as integration and coupon) corresponding to the vehicle stored by the third party platform is matched with the determined type of the preferential deduction, and determines that the current condition meets the preferential deduction condition when the preferential deduction tool is matched with the determined type of the preferential deduction; or alternatively, the process may be performed,
the vehicle passing management system judges whether the generation time period of the to-be-paid fee is overlapped with the pre-determined preferential deduction time period, and when the generation time period is overlapped with the preferential deduction time period, the current condition is determined to meet the preferential deduction condition; or alternatively, the process may be performed,
the vehicle passing management system judges whether the passing efficiency of the current scene where the vehicle is located is lower than a certain passing efficiency threshold value after the fee to be paid is determined and before the vehicle leaves the exit passage, and when the passing efficiency is judged to be lower than the certain passing efficiency threshold value, the current condition is determined to meet the preferential deduction condition.
It can be seen that the optional embodiment can also intelligently judge whether the current condition meets the preferential deduction condition according to the current time or the traffic efficiency, and push the relevant preferential deduction information only when the preferential deduction condition is met, so that the accuracy of preferential deduction and the experience of the relevant user of the vehicle on the expense preferential deduction are improved.
Therefore, the vehicle charge deduction implementation method described by the embodiment of the invention can realize the deduction of the vehicle charge through the received deduction information after the vehicle leaves the exit passage, solves the problem that the related preferential is not used in the scene of automatically paying the vehicle charge without stopping, is beneficial to improving the use experience of a user when the vehicle charge is automatically paid without stopping, is further beneficial to the popularization of self-service electronic payment, and can avoid the condition that the passing efficiency at the exit passage is low due to the need of using the preferential deduction when the vehicle passes through the exit passage or before the vehicle passes through the exit passage when the preferential deduction process occurs after the vehicle leaves the exit passage.
It should be noted that, in the first embodiment and the second embodiment, the steps executed by the vehicle traffic management system may be executed partially or entirely by the client, that is, the method embodiment may be applied to the vehicle traffic management system or the client, and the invention is not limited.

Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a vehicle fee deduction implementation device according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the vehicle charge deduction implementation device can be applied to a vehicle passing management system or a client. As shown in fig. 3, the vehicle charge deduction realizing device may include:
The detecting module 301 is configured to detect whether deduction information for the fee to be paid, which is sent by the third party platform, is received after confirming that the fee to be paid of the vehicle is successful or that the vehicle completes payment authorization of the fee to be paid, and after the vehicle leaves the exit channel, where the fee to be paid includes parking fee or passing fee.
And the determining module 302 is configured to determine, when the detecting module 301 detects the deduction information sent by the third party platform, a deduction fee deducted from the fees to be paid according to the deduction information.
The adjusting module 303 is configured to adjust a payment fee for the current pass of the vehicle according to the payment fee and the deduction fee, where the payment fee is equal to the payment fee minus the deduction fee.
And the settlement module 304 is used for settling the current passing fee of the vehicle according to the fee to be paid.
Therefore, the device described in fig. 3 can realize deduction of the vehicle cost through the received deduction information after the vehicle leaves the exit passage, solves the problem that the related preferential price cannot be used in the scene of automatically paying the vehicle cost without stopping, is beneficial to improving the use experience of users when the vehicle cost is automatically paid without stopping, is further beneficial to popularization of self-service electronic payment, and the preferential deduction process occurs after the vehicle leaves the exit passage, so that the condition of low passing efficiency at the exit passage caused by the need of using preferential deduction when the vehicle passes through the exit passage or before the vehicle passes through the exit passage can be avoided.
In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the apparatus may further include:
a pushing module 305, configured to push, to a terminal device associated with the vehicle in advance, a network link of the offer information of the third party platform after determining the fee to be paid; or after confirming that the payment of the payment fee is successful or the vehicle completes the payment authorization of the payment fee, and after the vehicle leaves the exit channel, pushing a prompt message to the terminal device pre-associated with the vehicle, wherein the prompt message is used for prompting that the payment fee is paid or the vehicle completes the payment authorization of the payment fee, and/or prompting that the user of the terminal device pre-associated with the vehicle can partially or completely withhold the payment fee through the preferential information of the third party platform within a set limiting time period.
Wherein the offer information of the third party platform includes point offer information and/or coupon offer information.
Optionally, the prompting message is used for prompting a user of the terminal device associated with the vehicle in advance to be able to partially or completely withhold the network link of the preferential information of the third party platform when the payment is to be paid in a limited time period through the preferential information of the third party platform.

if the payment to be paid is successful, the deduction fee is returned to the payment account of the payment to be paid.

In yet another alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the apparatus may further include:
the obtaining module 306 is configured to obtain, after the pushing module 305 pushes a network link to a terminal device associated with a vehicle in advance or pushes a prompt message including the network link, an operation triggered after a user of the terminal device associated with the vehicle opens the network link to withhold a fee to be paid using the preference information, and feed back the operation to the third party platform, so as to trigger the third party platform to perform the following operations:
determining target information of the user triggering the operation by a third-party platform, wherein the target information comprises user information of the user triggering the operation and/or deduction authorization information of the user triggering the operation;
when the preferential information comprises point preferential information, the third party platform converts the target points used for deducting the fees to be paid according to the target information and deducts the target points from a point pool corresponding to the user triggering the operation;
when the coupon information comprises coupon information, determining a coupon for deducting the fee from the fee to be paid according to the target information by the third party platform;

a judging module 307, configured to judge whether the current condition satisfies the preferential deduction condition after the detecting module 301 detects that the fee deduction request is received; when the current condition is judged to meet the preferential deduction condition, triggering the pushing module 305 to execute the operation of pushing the preferential information of the third-party platform to the terminal equipment pre-associated with the vehicle; or, the pushing module 305 is triggered to execute the operation of pushing the prompt message to the terminal device pre-associated with the vehicle.
Optionally, the specific manner of determining whether the current condition meets the preferential deduction condition by the determining module 307 may include:
determining a preferential deduction type which can be used by a relevant user of the vehicle in a current field, judging whether a preferential deduction tool (such as an integral and a preferential coupon) stored by a third-party platform and corresponding to the vehicle is matched with the determined preferential deduction type, and determining that the current condition meets the preferential deduction condition when the preferential deduction tool is matched with the determined preferential deduction type; or alternatively, the process may be performed,
judging whether the generation time period of the to-be-paid fee is overlapped with a pre-determined preferential deduction time period, and determining that the current condition meets the preferential deduction condition when the generation time period is overlapped with the preferential deduction time period; or alternatively, the process may be performed,
Judging whether the traffic efficiency of the current scene where the vehicle is located is lower than a certain traffic efficiency threshold value after the fee to be paid is determined and before the vehicle leaves the exit passage, and determining that the current condition meets the preferential deduction condition when the traffic efficiency is judged to be lower than the certain traffic efficiency threshold value.
It can be seen that the apparatus described in fig. 4 can also be used for pushing the coupon related message to the terminal device associated with the vehicle when the related user of the vehicle has a fee deduction requirement, and can also be used for intelligently judging whether the current condition meets the coupon deduction condition, and pushing the related coupon deduction information only when the current condition meets the coupon deduction condition, so that the accuracy of the coupon deduction and the experience of the related user of the vehicle on the fee coupon deduction are improved.

Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of another vehicle fee deduction implementation device according to an embodiment of the present invention. The device described in fig. 5 can be applied to a vehicle traffic management system or a client. As shown in fig. 5, the apparatus may include:

Claims (7)

1. A vehicle fee deduction method based on preferential deduction information, the method comprising:
after confirming that a payment of a to-be-paid fee of a vehicle is successful or the vehicle completes payment authorization of the to-be-paid fee, detecting whether a fee deduction request, sent by a third party platform, for the to-be-paid fee of the vehicle is received by a vehicle traffic management system, wherein the to-be-paid fee comprises parking fee or passing fee;
when the fee deduction request is received, the vehicle passing management system pushes the network link of the preferential information of the third-party platform to the terminal equipment which is associated with the vehicle in advance; or alternatively, the process may be performed,
When the fee deduction request is received, the vehicle passing management system pushes a prompt message to terminal equipment which is associated with the vehicle in advance, wherein the prompt message comprises a network link of the preferential information of the third party platform;
after pushing the network link to the terminal device associated with the vehicle in advance or pushing the prompt message comprising the network link, the vehicle traffic management system acquires an operation triggered after a user of the terminal device associated with the vehicle opens the network link to use the preferential information to deduct the fee to be paid and feeds back the operation to the third party platform so as to trigger the third party platform to execute the following steps:
determining, by the third party platform, target information of a user triggering the operation, the target information including user information of the user triggering the operation and/or deduction authorization information of the user triggering the operation;
when the offer information comprises point offer information, converting, by the third party platform according to the target information, a target point used for deducting the fee to be paid and deducting the target point from a point pool corresponding to a user triggering the operation;
Determining, by the third party platform, a coupon for countering the fee from the fee to be paid according to the target information when the coupon information includes coupon information;
after deducting the target points from the pool of points and/or determining coupons for deducting fees from the fees to be paid, generating, by the third party platform and sending to the vehicle traffic management system, deduction information for the fees to be paid;
the vehicle passing management system determines deduction fees deducted from the fees to be paid according to the deduction information, and adjusts the fees to be paid of the vehicle passing this time according to the fees to be paid and the deduction fees, wherein the fees to be paid are equal to the fees to be paid minus the deduction fees;
the vehicle passing management system settles the cost of the vehicle passing this time according to the payment cost;
and paying the deduction fee to an operation account corresponding to the vehicle passing management system by the third party platform.
2. A vehicle fee deduction method based on preferential deduction information according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
The prompting message is used for prompting that the payment to be paid is finished or the vehicle finishes payment authorization of the payment to be paid, and/or prompting that a user of a terminal device which is associated with the vehicle in advance can partially or completely deduct the payment to be paid through the preferential information of the third party platform within a set limiting time period.
