The storage device 10 is used for storing historical parking payment information of a user, and the processor 20 is used for acquiring the historical parking payment information from the storage device 10, analyzing the historical parking payment information, further determining whether to recommend a non-sensitive payment method to the user, and recommending the non-sensitive payment method to the user when determining that the non-sensitive payment method needs to be recommended to the user.
The method for recommending a non-inductive payment method according to the embodiment of the present application is described in detail below with reference to fig. 1.
Fig. 2 shows a schematic flow chart of a recommendation method of a non-sensitive payment method provided by the present application, and with reference to fig. 2, the method is described in detail as follows:
s101, obtaining historical parking payment information of a user in a historical time period.
In the present embodiment, the history time period may be half a year, one year, or two years, and may be set as needed.
The historical parking payment information may include a payment method, a use time of the payment method, a payment place, a payment amount, and the like.
The historical parking payment information can be obtained from a payment bill of a user and can also be obtained from a storage device in which the parking payment information is stored. After parking payment is carried out by a user, the parking payment information is uniformly sent to the storage device for storage, and when the historical parking payment information needs to be acquired, the historical parking payment information can be directly acquired from the storage device.
S102, determining whether the user is a target user or not based on the historical parking payment information, wherein the target user is a potential user in a non-inductive payment mode.
In this embodiment, the historical parking payment information may be analyzed, and whether the user is a potential user in a non-sensitive payment manner is determined through the historical parking payment information. A potential user of an imperceptible payment method refers to a user who is likely to pay using the imperceptible payment method.
S103, if the user is the target user, recommending the non-inductive payment mode to the target user.
In this embodiment, if the user is a potential user of the imperceptible payment method, the imperceptible payment method may be recommended to the user. Recommending the non-inductive payment mode to the user can comprise sending introduction of the non-inductive payment mode to the user, or enabling the user to select whether to use the non-inductive payment mode for payment when the user carries out parking payment, and also directly inquiring whether the user opens the non-inductive payment mode or not, and the like, and can be set according to requirements.
In the embodiment of the application, historical parking payment information is firstly acquired, whether a user is a potential user in a non-sensitive payment mode or not is determined according to the historical parking payment information, and if the user is the potential user in the non-sensitive payment mode, the non-sensitive payment mode is recommended to the user; according to the method and the system, the potential users who make the non-inductive payment are screened out through the historical parking payment information, then the non-inductive payment mode is specifically recommended to the potential users, the probability of successful recommendation can be effectively improved through the non-inductive payment mode recommended to the potential users, namely, the probability of using the non-inductive payment mode is improved, and the payment efficiency is improved.
As shown in fig. 3, in a possible implementation manner, the implementation process of step S102 may include:
and S1021, judging whether the user uses an electronic payment mode to pay or not based on the payment mode in the historical parking payment information.
In this embodiment, the user may use a cash payment method, an electronic payment method, or the like when making a parking payment, and therefore, the payment method in the historical parking payment information of the user may include an electronic payment, or may not include an electronic payment, and therefore, it is required to obtain whether the user uses the electronic payment method by screening from the historical parking payment information.
Specifically, the electronic payment method may include wechat payment, payment treasure payment, bank card payment, and the like.
S1022, if the user does not use the electronic payment method for payment, determining that the user is not the target user.
In this embodiment, if the user never uses the electronic payment method to pay in the historical parking payment information, it indicates that the user may not use the electronic payment, and the user is not the target user, i.e. is not a potential user of the imperceptible payment method.
If the user uses the electronic payment mode to pay in the historical parking payment information, the user is shown to use the electronic payment mode, and the user may be a potential user of a non-sensitive payment mode and needs further judgment.
In the embodiment of the application, the user who does not use the electronic payment mode for payment is determined as the potential user who is not the non-inductive payment mode, a part of users can be reasonably excluded, the non-inductive payment mode does not need to be recommended to the user who is not the target user, resources can be saved, and resource waste is avoided.
As shown in fig. 3, in a possible implementation manner, after step S1021, step 102 may further include:
s1023, if the user uses the electronic payment mode to pay, determining whether the user uses a non-inductive payment mode in the electronic payment modes to pay.
In this embodiment, when the user pays in the electronic payment manner, the user may pay in an active payment manner or in a non-sensitive payment manner. The active payment mode is active code scanning payment or active payment code display payment.
In this embodiment, the method for determining whether the user is the target user by the active payment method and the non-sensitive payment method is different, and therefore, if the user uses the electronic payment method for payment, it is also necessary to determine whether the user uses the active payment method or the non-sensitive payment method for payment. And selecting different judgment methods to determine whether the user is the target user or not by determining whether the user carries out the payment in an active payment mode or a non-inductive payment mode.
S1024, if the user uses the non-inductive payment mode for payment, determining the target time for the user to use the non-inductive payment mode for payment for the last time based on the use time of the non-inductive payment mode in the historical parking payment information.
In this embodiment, the payment platform of the non-sensitive payment method may include multiple types, such as a non-sensitive payment platform in WeChat or a non-sensitive payment platform in Paibao. No matter which platform is used by the user to make the non-sensitive payment, the platform belongs to the range of non-sensitive payment modes.
If the user uses the non-inductive payment mode, the service time of the last payment using the non-inductive payment mode can be determined according to the service time of the non-inductive payment mode, and the service time of the last payment using the non-inductive payment mode is used as the target time.
S1025, determining whether the user is the target user based on the target time.
In this embodiment, whether the user is the target user may not be determined according to the target time, and if the target time does not meet the preset requirement, the user is not the target user; and if the target time meets the preset requirement, the user is the target user.
As shown in fig. 4, specifically, the implementation process of step S1025 may include:
s10251, calculating a difference between the target time and the current time.
In this embodiment, the difference between the target time and the current time is calculated, and how long the last time the user uses the non-sensitive payment method is from the current time can be determined through the difference.
S10252, if the difference is smaller than a preset time, determining that the user is not the target user.
In this embodiment, the preset time may be set as required, for example: 3 days, 6 days, etc.
If the difference value between the target time and the current time is less than the preset time, the fact that the user is a common user of the non-sensitive payment mode is indicated, the non-sensitive payment mode does not need to be recommended to the user, and the user is naturally not the target user.
S10253, if the difference is greater than or equal to the preset time, determining that the user is the target user.
In this embodiment, if the difference between the target time and the current time is greater than or equal to the preset time, it indicates that the user has not used the imperceptible payment method for a long time, and the user needs to be reminded that the user can use the imperceptible payment method to pay, so that the user is the target user.
As shown in fig. 3, in a possible implementation manner, after step S1023, step 102 may further include:
and S1026, if the user does not use the non-inductive payment mode for payment and uses an active payment mode in the electronic payment modes for payment, calculating the times of the user using the active payment mode for payment.
In this embodiment, if the user does not use the imperceptible payment method, but the user uses the active payment method, it is indicated that the user will use the electronic payment method to pay, and it can be continuously determined whether the user is the target user. Specifically, whether the user is the target user can be judged according to the number of times that the user uses the active payment mode to pay. If the user frequently uses the active payment mode, the user can be the target user if the user possibly uses the non-inductive payment mode; if the user only uses the one-time active payment method occasionally, most of the active payment methods use cash payment, and the user cannot be guaranteed to use the non-inductive payment method, the user can be determined as the target user.
S1027, if the number of times of the user paying by using the active payment method satisfies a preset condition, determining that the user is the target user, where the preset condition includes that the number of times of the user paying by using the active payment method is greater than a first preset value, and a ratio of the number of times of the user paying by using the electronic payment method to a total number of times of the user paying is greater than a preset ratio.
In this embodiment, the first preset value may be set as required, for example: 8 times, 9 times, etc. The preset ratio can be set as desired, for example: 70%, 80%, etc.
And if the number of times of paying by using the active payment mode is greater than a first preset value and the ratio of the number of times of paying by using the electronic payment mode relative to the total number of times of paying by the user is greater than a preset ratio, determining that the user is the target user. Since the user has not paid by the non-sensitive payment method, and the electronic payment method includes a non-sensitive payment method and an active payment method, the rate of paying by the electronic payment method may be the rate of paying by the active payment method.
And calculating the ratio of the first times of payment in the electronic payment mode to the total times of the historical parking payment in the historical parking payment information, and taking the ratio of the first times to the total times as the payment rate of the electronic payment mode.
As an example, if the first preset value is 5 times, the preset ratio is 70%. If the user A does not pay by using the non-inductive payment method, but the user A pays by using the active payment method, the number of times of paying by using the active payment method is 8, and the number of times of paying by using the electronic payment method is 8. The total number of historical payment of the user A is 10.
The rate of payment made by the user a using the electronic payment method is 8/10 × 100% ═ 80%.
And if the number of times is more than 5 and 80% is more than 70%, the user A is the target user.
S1028, if the number of times that the user uses the active payment mode to pay does not meet the preset condition, determining that the user is not the target user.
In this embodiment, if the number of times that the user pays using the active payment method is less than or equal to the first preset value, and/or the rate of paying using the electronic payment method is less than or equal to the preset rate, the user is not the target user.
In the embodiment of the application, whether the user is the target user is determined by the payment times of the user in the active payment mode, the user who does not use the electronic payment mode frequently for payment can be excluded, and the user who uses the electronic payment mode frequently for payment is used as the target user.
As shown in fig. 5, in a possible implementation manner, after step 103, the method may further include:
s201, verifying whether the recommendation method of the non-inductive payment mode is effective.
In this embodiment, after the imperceptible payment method is recommended to the target user, it may be verified whether the recommendation method of the imperceptible payment method is valid after a period of time after the recommendation.
S202, if the recommendation method of the non-sensitive payment mode is invalid, adjusting the first preset value and/or the preset ratio to optimize the recommendation method of the non-sensitive payment mode.
In this embodiment, if the recommendation method of the non-sensitive payment method is invalid, it indicates that the recommendation method is not reasonable, and the recommendation method needs to be optimized. Specifically, the optimization method may be to adjust one or more of the first preset value, the preset ratio, and a difference between the target time and the current time. And continuously judging whether the user is the target user or not by using the optimized recommendation method.
If the recommendation method is effective, adjustment is not needed, the target user can be continuously determined by using the recommendation method, and a non-sensitive payment mode is recommended to the target user.
In the embodiment of the application, the recommendation method can be continuously optimized by verifying whether the recommendation method is effective or not, so that the recommendation method is more accurate and the effect of the recommended non-inductive payment mode is better.
As shown in fig. 6, in a possible implementation manner, the implementation process of step S201 may include:
s2011, obtaining the payment mode of a plurality of target users for parking in a target time period, wherein the target time period is a time period after the target users recommend the non-sensitive payment mode.
S2012, determining, based on the payment methods of the plurality of target users parking in the target time period, the number of users who have paid in the target time period by using the imperceptible payment method.
In this embodiment, the payment methods of all target users in the target time period are searched, and the number of users who pay by using the non-sensible payment method is found.
S2013, if the number of the users is larger than or equal to a second preset value, determining that the recommendation method of the non-inductive payment mode is effective, wherein the second preset value is determined based on the total number of the target users.
And S2014, if the number of the users is smaller than the second preset value, determining that the recommendation method of the non-inductive payment mode is invalid.
In this embodiment, the second preset value may be determined according to the total number of the target users, for example, may be 60% of the total number of the target users.
Optionally, the usage frequency and the usage time interval of the non-sensitive payment methods used by the user who uses the non-sensitive payment methods may be determined according to the payment methods in the target time period, and then whether the recommendation method of the non-sensitive payment methods is valid may be determined according to the usage number, the usage frequency, and/or the usage time interval.
Specifically, the number of users with the use frequency greater than the third preset value is determined, and when the number of users with the use frequency greater than the third preset value is greater than the fourth preset value, it is determined that the recommendation method is effective. And when the number of the users with the use frequency larger than the third preset value is smaller than or equal to the fourth preset value, determining that the recommendation method is invalid. The third preset value may be 0.5, 0.7, 0.8, etc. The fourth preset value may be determined according to the number of the plurality of target users, for example, the fourth preset value may be a product of the number of the plurality of target users and 70%. For example, if the target time period is 30 days, the target users are four users, namely user a, user B, user C, and user D, respectively, the third preset value is 0.6, and the fourth preset value is 2. The number of times that the user A pays in a non-inductive payment mode within 30 days is 30, and the use frequency of the user A is 30/30 ═ 1; the number of times that the user B pays in the non-inductive payment mode within 30 days is 25, and the use frequency of the user A is 25/30-0.8; the number of times that the user C pays in the non-inductive payment mode within 30 days is 20, and the use frequency of the user C is 20/30 ═ 0.7; if the number of times of payment made by the user D in the non-sensitive payment method within 30 days is 16, the frequency of use of the user a is 16/30 ═ 0.5. And the users with the use frequency greater than the third preset value are three users, namely a user A, a user B and a user C. And the fourth preset value is 2, so that the number of the users with the use frequency higher than the third preset value is higher than the fourth preset value, and the recommendation method is determined to be effective. Otherwise, it is invalid.
And determining the average value of the usage time intervals of each user, and taking the average value of the usage time intervals as the target time interval of the user. Determining the number of users with the target time interval smaller than a fifth preset value, and if the number of users with the target time interval smaller than the fifth preset value is larger than a sixth preset value, determining that the recommendation method is effective; otherwise, it is invalid.
The fifth preset value may be 10 hours, 20 hours, 24 hours, or the like. The sixth preset value may be determined according to the number of the plurality of target users, for example, the sixth preset value may be a product of the number of the plurality of target users and 60%.
For example, if the target time period is 30 days, the target users are five users, namely user a, user B, user C, user D, and user E, respectively, the fifth preset value is 2 days, and the sixth preset value is 3. The time interval of the user A using the non-sensitive payment method is 1 day, the time interval of the user B using the non-sensitive payment method is 1.5 days, the time interval of the user C using the non-sensitive payment method is 3 days, the time interval of the user D using the non-sensitive payment method is 4 days, and the time interval of the user E using the non-sensitive payment method is 3 days. And the time interval for using the non-sensitive payment mode is smaller than the fifth preset value, namely the user A and the user B. And if the number of the users using the non-sensitive payment mode with the time interval smaller than the fifth preset value is smaller than the sixth preset value, determining that the recommendation method of the non-sensitive payment mode is invalid. Otherwise, it is valid. In the embodiment of the application, whether the recommendation method is effective or not can be determined by the number of the users who pay in the non-inductive payment mode, that is, by checking how many users pay in the non-inductive payment mode after recommendation, and determining whether the recommendation method is effective or not by using the number of the users paying in the non-inductive payment mode, whether the recommendation method is effective or not can be effectively evaluated, and when the recommendation method is ineffective, the recommendation method can be timely adjusted.
As shown in fig. 7, in a possible implementation manner, the recommendation method for a non-sensitive payment method may also be used to determine whether the user is a potential user of a specific non-sensitive payment method, and the specific method is described as follows;
s301, acquiring historical parking payment information of a user B in a historical time period;
s302, determining whether the user B uses an electronic payment mode to pay according to the payment mode in the historical parking payment information;
s303, if the user B does not use the electronic payment mode for payment, the user B is not a potential user of the non-inductive payment mode C;
s304, if the user B uses the electronic payment mode for payment, determining whether the user B uses a non-inductive payment mode C in the electronic payment modes for payment;
s305, if the user B uses the non-inductive payment mode C for payment, determining the target time for the user to use the non-inductive payment mode C for payment for the last time based on the use time of the non-inductive payment mode C in the historical parking payment information;
s306, calculating the difference value between the target time and the current time;
s307, if the difference is smaller than the preset time, determining that the user B is not a potential user of the non-inductive payment mode C;
s308, if the difference is greater than or equal to the preset time, determining that the user B is a potential user of the non-inductive payment mode C;
s309, if the user B does not use the non-inductive payment mode C for payment and uses an active payment mode in the electronic payment modes for payment, calculating the payment times of the user B using the active payment mode;
s310, if the number of times of payment of the user B by using the active payment mode meets a preset condition, determining that the user B is a potential user of a non-sensitive payment mode C, wherein the preset condition comprises that the number of times of payment by using the active payment mode is greater than a first preset value, and the ratio of the number of times of payment by using the electronic payment mode relative to the total number of times of payment of the user B is greater than a preset ratio;
and S311, if the number of times that the user B uses the active payment mode to pay does not meet the preset condition, determining that the user B is not a potential user of the non-sensitive payment mode C.
It should be understood that, the sequence numbers of the steps in the foregoing embodiments do not imply an execution sequence, and the execution sequence of each process should be determined by its function and inherent logic, and should not constitute any limitation to the implementation process of the embodiments of the present application.
