Detailed Description
The application will be described in detail hereinafter with reference to the drawings in conjunction with embodiments. It should be noted that, without conflict, the embodiments of the present application and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other.
In order to solve the problems that in the prior art, a user is required to actively find a secret payment-free subscription entrance provided by a merchant, so that subscription efficiency is reduced and subscription success rate is influenced. The embodiment provides a subscription page pushing method, as shown in fig. 1, including:
And step 101, when a user finishes order payment operation, acquiring historical subscription information corresponding to the user and fatigue degree information recommended by the user for subscription.
The historical subscription information comprises whether a user signs up for the free-secret payment, whether the user has a contract release record (whether the free-secret payment is closed), subscription time, contract release time and the like, wherein the fatigue degree information of the user for subscription recommendation comprises historical subscription recommendation time and historical subscription recommendation times, the historical subscription recommendation time refers to the time of recommending the subscription to the user for the time closest to the current time, the historical subscription recommendation times refer to the times of recommending the subscription to the user in a period of time, the historical subscription recommendation times refer to the times of recommending the subscription to the user from the last time of the user to the current period of time, and the historical subscription recommendation times refer to all times of recommending the subscription to the user for the user not having the free-secret payment.
The embodiment of the invention is mainly suitable for the scene of actively pushing the subscription page to the user when the user finishes the payment operation. The execution main body of the embodiment of the invention is a device and equipment capable of pushing subscription to a user, and the device and the equipment can be specifically arranged at the side of a client or the side of a server.
For the embodiment of the invention, when the user purchases the commodity at the client, the user can enter a commodity purchasing page, purchase the commodity additionally, submit an order and select a corresponding payment mode to finish payment. When a user finishes paying, the client can detect whether the user has signed up for the non-secret payment, and if the user has signed up for the non-secret payment, the client does not recommend the non-secret payment to the user; if the user does not sign up for the secret payment, historical sign up information of the user and fatigue degree information recommended by the user for sign up need to be obtained.
Specifically, by inquiring past subscription conditions and contract release conditions of the user, historical subscription information corresponding to the user can be obtained, including whether the user has subscribed, whether the user has contract release records, contract release time and the like, and meanwhile, by inquiring past subscription conditions recommended to the user, historical subscription recommendation time and historical subscription recommendation times corresponding to the user, namely fatigue degree information of the user for subscription recommendation, can be determined, the historical subscription recommendation time and the historical subscription recommendation times can reflect the fatigue degree of the user for subscription recommendation, the closer the subscription recommendation time is to the current time, or the higher the historical subscription recommendation times are, the higher the fatigue degree of the user for subscription recommendation is, if the user is recommended to the user at the moment, the user is likely to be disturbed, and the user is caused to be disfelt; in contrast, the longer the subscription recommendation time is from the current time, the lower the historical subscription recommendation times are, which means that the fatigue degree of the user on subscription recommendation is lower, if the user is recommended to sign up at the moment, the user is not disturbed, the user is not disliked, and the success of the countersignature is likely.
Therefore, the embodiment of the invention not only can actively push the subscription page to the user and improve the subscription efficiency and the subscription success rate of the non-secret payment, but also can push the subscription to the user at a proper time by combining the historical subscription information of the user and the fatigue degree information recommended by the user for subscription, thereby avoiding disturbing the user and causing the user to feel bad.
Step 102, based on the historical subscription information and the fatigue degree information, judging whether the user meets preset subscription recommendation conditions.
The preset subscription recommendation conditions comprise a first subscription recommendation condition and a second subscription recommendation condition, and the first subscription recommendation condition and the second subscription recommendation condition can be set according to actual requirements.
In order to avoid disturbing a user and causing user dislike when signing recommendation, the embodiment of the invention comprehensively considers the historical signing information of the user and the fatigue degree information of the user for signing recommendation, and if the user currently meets the preset signing recommendation condition, signing recommendation is carried out on the user; if the user does not meet the preset subscription recommendation condition, the user is not subjected to subscription recommendation at present so as not to cause user dislike.
For the embodiment of the invention, in order to further improve the control precision of subscription recommendation, the subscription recommendation conditions under different conditions are different. Specifically, firstly, judging whether a user has a contract release record free of dense payment according to historical subscription information, if the user has the contract release record, judging whether fatigue degree information of the user for subscription recommendation meets a first subscription recommendation condition, wherein the first subscription recommendation condition is more severe than a second subscription recommendation condition, and recommending subscription to the user when the user meets the first subscription recommendation condition; if the user does not have the offer record, whether the fatigue degree information of the user recommended to the subscription meets the second subscription recommendation condition or not needs to be judged, and when the user meets the second subscription recommendation condition, the subscription is recommended to the user. Specific procedures for whether the user satisfies the first subscription recommendation condition and the second subscription recommendation condition are detailed in steps 203-206.
And step 103, if the user meets the preset subscription recommendation condition, generating and displaying a subscription page free of secret payment so as to recommend subscription to the user.
For the embodiment of the present invention, when generating and displaying the subscription page, step 103 specifically includes: and generating the contract signing floating layer page free of the close payment in the payment result page corresponding to the order, and displaying the contract signing floating layer page to the user. Specifically, if the user is judged to meet the preset subscription recommendation condition after the user finishes the payment operation, a subscription floating layer page free of dense payment is popped up on a payment result page, and the user can select to finish the free dense subscription through the subscription floating layer page and can skip the subscription.
It should be noted that, the above process may be directly executed in the client, or the client may return the collected historical subscription information and the fatigue degree information of the user for subscription recommendation to the server, and the server determines whether the user meets the subscription condition, and feeds back the determination result to the client, if the client determines that the feedback result is that the user meets the preset subscription recommendation condition, the user generates a subscription floating layer page on the payment result page.
Compared with the prior art that a user actively finds a subscription entrance provided by a merchant to initiate subscription, the subscription page pushing method provided by the embodiment of the application can acquire historical subscription information corresponding to the user and fatigue information recommended by the user for subscription when the user finishes order payment operation; based on the historical subscription information and the fatigue degree information, judging whether the user meets preset subscription recommendation conditions or not; and if the user meets the preset subscription recommendation condition, generating and displaying a subscription page free of secret payment so as to recommend subscription to the user. Therefore, under the condition that the user meets subscription recommendation, the subscription page without dense payment is pushed to the user, the user can be prevented from needing to go through a longer operation path to find a subscription entrance, the subscription flow can be simplified, the subscription efficiency and the subscription success rate without dense payment are improved, meanwhile, the subscription page can be pushed to the user at a proper time by combining the fatigue degree information and the historical subscription information of the user for subscription recommendation, interference to the user can be avoided, the dislike of the user is not caused, and in addition, the pushing of the subscription page is the last link in the payment flow, and normal payment of the user is not blocked.
Further, as a refinement and extension of the specific implementation manner of the foregoing embodiment, another subscription page pushing method is provided, as shown in fig. 2, where the method includes:
step 201, when a user completes an order payment operation, historical subscription information corresponding to the user and fatigue information recommended by the user for subscription are obtained.
For the embodiment of the present invention, the specific process of obtaining the historical subscription information of the user and the fatigue degree information recommended by the user for subscription is the same as step 101, and will not be described here again.
And 202, judging whether a secret payment-free offer record exists for the user according to the historical subscription information.
For the embodiment of the invention, if the user has a contract release condition, the historical subscription information can contain the contract release record and the contract release time of the user, so that whether the user has the contract release record can be judged by inquiring the historical subscription information of the user, and if the user has the contract release record, a more severe condition (a first subscription recommendation condition) is adopted to judge whether the user is suitable for pushing the contract at present; if the user does not have a offer record, a slightly relaxed condition (second subscription condition) is used to determine whether it is currently appropriate to push a subscription to the user.
And 203, if the user has the offer record, judging whether the fatigue degree information meets the first subscription recommendation condition.
The fatigue degree information comprises historical subscription recommendation time and historical subscription recommendation times corresponding to the user. For the embodiment of the present invention, in order to determine whether the fatigue information recommended by the user for the subscription meets the first subscription recommendation condition, step 203 specifically includes: and judging whether the time length of the historical subscription recommended time from the current time is longer than a first preset time length or not, and whether the historical subscription recommended times are smaller than the first preset times or not. The first preset duration and the first preset times can be set according to actual needs.
For example, the first preset duration is set to 30 days, the first preset times are set to 3 times, and after determining that the user has a offer record, whether the duration of the historical subscription recommended time from the current time is greater than 30 days or not is determined, and whether the historical subscription recommended times are less than 3 times or not is determined.
And 204, if the fatigue degree information meets the first subscription recommendation condition, generating and displaying a subscription page free of secret payment.
In a specific application scenario, step 204 specifically includes: if the duration is longer than the first preset duration and the historical signing recommendation times are smaller than the first preset times, generating and displaying a signing page free of secret payment; if the duration is less than or equal to the first preset duration or the historical subscription recommendation number is greater than or equal to the first preset number, subscription is not recommended to the user.
In the example immediately above, if the duration of the historical subscription recommended time from the current time is greater than 30 days and the number of times of historical subscription recommended by the user is less than 3, determining that the user currently meets the first subscription recommended condition, and generating the subscription floating layer page free of dense payment in the payment result page corresponding to the order; if the time length of the historical signing recommendation time from the current time is less than or equal to 30 days or the number of times of historical signing recommendation corresponding to the user is greater than or equal to 3, determining that the user does not meet the first signing recommendation condition currently and does not recommend signing to the user. The subscription floating layer page free of the secret payment is shown in fig. 3, and the user can skip the floating layer page and can sign the secret payment free through the floating layer page.
Step 205, if the user does not have the offer record, determining whether the fatigue degree information meets the second subscription recommendation condition.
For the embodiment of the present invention, in order to determine whether the fatigue information recommended by the user for the subscription meets the second subscription recommendation condition when the user does not have the offer record, step 205 specifically includes: judging whether the historical signing recommended times are larger than a second preset times or not; if the historical signing recommendation times are greater than the second preset times, judging whether the time length of the historical signing recommendation time from the current time is greater than a second preset time length, and if the time length is greater than the second preset time length, generating and displaying a signing page free of secret payment; if the duration is less than or equal to the second preset duration, not recommending subscription to the user. The second preset times and the second preset time period can be set according to actual requirements.
For example, the second preset time is 3 times, the second preset time length is 30 days, when the user does not have a resolution record, whether the historical subscription recommendation time is more than 3 times is firstly determined, if the historical subscription recommendation time is more than 3 times, whether the time length of the historical subscription recommendation time from the current time is more than 30 days is determined, if the time length of the historical subscription recommendation time from the current time is more than 30 days, the user is determined to currently meet the second subscription recommendation condition, and the secret payment-free subscription floating layer page is generated in a payment result page corresponding to the order; if the time length of the historical signing recommendation time from the current time is less than or equal to 30 days, determining that the user does not meet the second signing recommendation condition currently, and recommending no signing to the user currently.
And 206, if the fatigue degree information meets the second subscription recommendation condition, generating and displaying a subscription page free of secret payment.
In a specific application scene, if the historical subscription recommended time is smaller than or equal to the second preset time, judging whether the duration of the historical subscription recommended time from the current time is longer than a third preset duration, wherein the third preset duration is smaller than the second preset duration; and if the duration is longer than the third preset duration, generating and displaying a subscription page free of secret payment. If the duration is less than or equal to the third preset duration, not recommending subscription to the user. The second preset duration and the third preset duration can be set according to actual requirements, but in the setting process, in order to ensure the recommendation accuracy of the subscription page, the third preset duration needs to be smaller than the second preset duration.
For example, setting the third preset duration to be 7 days, if the historical signing recommendation frequency of the user is 2 times and is smaller than the second preset frequency for 3 times, judging whether the current time of the historical signing recommendation time is greater than 7 days, and if the current time of the historical signing recommendation time is greater than 7 days, generating the signing floating layer page free of dense payment in a payment result page corresponding to the order; if the historical subscription recommended time is less than or equal to 7 days from the current time, no subscription is recommended to the user. Therefore, the historical subscription information of the user and the fatigue degree information of the user for subscription recommendation can be combined, and the user can be recommended in a subscription manner at a proper time, so that the user is prevented from being disturbed, and the user is prevented from being disliked.
In order to clear the specific implementation process of the scheme, the process of pushing the subscription page to the user by combining the historical subscription information of the user and the fatigue degree information of the user for subscription recommendation is generally described below.
As shown in fig. 4, after the user completes the payment operation, it is first detected whether the user has signed up for the non-secret payment, and if the user has signed up for the non-secret payment, the subscription is not recommended to the user; if the user does not sign up for the secret free payment, judging whether a contract release record exists in the historical subscription information of the user (whether the secret free payment is closed or not), if the contract release record exists, judging whether the historical subscription recommendation time is less than 3 times and the time length of the historical subscription recommendation time from the current time exceeds 30 days, and if the historical subscription recommendation time of the user is less than 3 times and the time length of the historical subscription recommendation time from the current time exceeds 30 days, generating and displaying a secret free payment subscription recommendation page to the user; if the historical subscription recommendation times of the user are more than or equal to 3 times, or the time length of the historical subscription recommendation time from the current time is not longer than 30 days, the subscription is not recommended to the user.
Further, if the historical subscription information of the user does not have a resolution record (aiming at the user who does not open the secret payment), firstly judging whether the historical subscription recommendation number of the user is more than 3 times, if the historical subscription recommendation number is more than 3 times, continuously judging whether the time length of the historical subscription recommendation time from the current time exceeds 30 days, and if the time length exceeds 30 days, generating and displaying a secret payment-free subscription recommendation page to the user; if it is not more than 30 days, no subscription is recommended to the user. Further, if the historical signing recommendation times are smaller than or equal to 3 times, judging whether the time length of the historical signing recommendation time from the current time exceeds 7 days, and if so, generating and displaying a signing recommendation page free of secret payment to a user; if 7 days are not exceeded, no subscription is recommended to the user.
Further, as a specific implementation of the method shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, this embodiment provides a subscription page pushing device, as shown in fig. 5, including: an acquisition unit 31, a determination unit 32, and a presentation unit 33.
