Fig. 1 is an application scenario schematic diagram of a recommendation method of a non-inductive payment method according to an embodiment of the present application, where the recommendation method of a non-inductive payment method may be used to recommend a non-inductive payment method to a user. The storage device 10 is used for storing historical parking payment information of a user, the processor 20 is used for acquiring the historical parking payment information from the storage device 10, analyzing the historical parking payment information, further determining whether to recommend a non-inductive payment mode to the user, and recommending the non-inductive payment mode to the user when determining that the non-inductive payment mode needs to be recommended to the user.
The following describes a recommendation method of the non-inductive payment method according to the embodiment of the present application in detail with reference to fig. 1.
Fig. 2 shows a schematic flow chart of a recommendation method of a non-inductive payment method provided by the application, and referring to fig. 2, the method is described in detail as follows:
s101, acquiring historical parking payment information of a user in a historical time period.
In this embodiment, the history period may be half a year, one year, or two years, and may be set as needed.
The historical parking payment information may include payment means, usage time of the payment means, payment place, payment amount, and the like.
The historical parking payment information can be obtained from a payment bill of the user, and can also be obtained from a storage device storing the parking payment information. After parking payment, the user uniformly sends the parking payment information to the storage device for storage, and the historical parking payment information is directly obtained from the storage device when the historical parking payment information is required to be obtained.
S102, determining whether the user is a target user or not based on the historical parking payment information, wherein the target user is a potential user of a non-inductive payment mode.
In this embodiment, the historical parking payment information may be analyzed, and whether the user is a potential user in a non-inductive payment manner may be determined through the historical parking payment information. A potential user of a non-inductive pay mode refers to a user who is likely to pay using the non-inductive pay mode.
And S103, if the user is the target user, recommending the non-inductive payment mode to the target user.
In this embodiment, if the user is a potential user of the non-inductive payment method, the non-inductive payment method may be recommended to the user. Recommending the non-inductive payment mode to the user can comprise sending the introduction of the non-inductive payment mode to the user, or when the user parks to pay, the user can select whether to pay by using the non-inductive payment mode, the user can be directly inquired whether to open the non-inductive payment mode, and the like, and the setting can be carried out according to the needs.
In the embodiment of the application, the historical parking payment information is firstly obtained, then whether the user is a potential user of the non-inductive payment mode is determined according to the historical parking payment information, and if the user is the potential user of the non-inductive payment mode, the non-inductive payment mode is recommended to the user; according to the application, the potential users of the non-inductive payment are screened out through the historical parking payment information, then the non-inductive payment mode is recommended to the potential users in a targeted manner, and the probability of successful recommendation can be effectively improved through recommending the non-inductive payment mode to the potential users, namely the probability of using the non-inductive payment mode is improved, and the payment efficiency is improved.
As shown in fig. 3, in one possible implementation, the implementation procedure of step S102 may include:
s1021, judging whether the user pays by using an electronic payment mode or not based on the payment mode in the historical parking payment information.
In this embodiment, the user may use a cash payment method, an electronic payment method, etc. when performing parking payment, so that the payment method in the historical parking payment information of the user may or may not include electronic payment, and therefore, whether the user uses the electronic payment method needs to be screened from the historical parking payment information.
Specifically, the electronic payment mode may include WeChat payment, payment device payment, bank card payment, and the like.
And S1022, if the user does not pay by using the electronic payment mode, determining that the user is not the target user.
In this embodiment, if the user pays in the historical parking payment information by never using the electronic payment method, it is indicated that the user may not use the electronic payment, and the user is not the target user, that is, is not a potential user of the non-inductive payment method.
If the user pays in the historical parking payment information by using the electronic payment mode, the user is indicated to use the electronic payment mode, and the user is a potential user of a non-inductive payment mode and needs to further judge.
In the embodiment of the application, the users who pay in the unused electronic payment mode are determined as potential users who are not in the noninductive payment mode, so that a part of users can be reasonably excluded, the noninductive payment mode is not required to be recommended to the users who are not in the target users, the resources can be saved, and the resource waste is avoided.
As shown in fig. 3, in one possible implementation, after step S1021, step 102 may further include:
S1023, if the user pays by using the electronic payment modes, determining whether the user pays by using the non-inductive payment mode in the electronic payment modes.
In this embodiment, the user may pay by using an electronic payment method, or pay by using an active payment method or pay by using a non-inductive payment method. The active payment mode is active code scanning payment or active code showing payment and the like.
In this embodiment, the method of determining whether the user is the target user by the active payment method and the non-inductive payment method is different, so if the user pays by using the electronic payment method, it is also necessary to determine whether the user pays by using the active payment method or the non-inductive payment method. And determining whether the user is a target user or not by determining whether the user pays in an active payment mode or a non-inductive payment mode and selecting different judging methods.
S1024, if the user pays by using the non-inductive payment mode, determining the target time of the last payment by using the non-inductive payment mode by the user based on the use time of the non-inductive payment mode in the historical parking payment information.
In this embodiment, the payment platform of the non-inductive payment manner may include various types, such as a non-inductive payment platform in WeChat or a non-inductive payment platform in Payment device. No matter which platform is used by the user to make the non-inductive payment, the non-inductive payment method belongs to the range of non-inductive payment modes.
If the user uses the non-inductive payment mode, the use time of the non-inductive payment mode is determined according to the use time of the non-inductive payment mode, and the use time of the non-inductive payment mode for payment is used as the target time.
S1025, determining whether the user is the target user based on the target time.
In this embodiment, whether the user is the target user may not be determined according to the target time, and if the target time does not meet the preset requirement, the user is not the target user; if the target time meets the preset requirement, the user is the target user.
As shown in fig. 4, in particular, the implementation procedure of step S1025 may include:
s10251, calculating the difference value between the target time and the current time.
In this embodiment, the difference between the target time and the current time is calculated, and it can be determined how long the user has been away from the current time by using the non-inductive payment method for the last time.
And S10252, if the difference value is smaller than the preset time, determining that the user is not the target user.
In this embodiment, the preset time may be set as needed, for example: 3 days, 6 days, etc.
If the difference between the target time and the current time is smaller than the preset time, the user is a common user of the non-inductive payment mode, the non-inductive payment mode is not required to be recommended to the user, and the user is not the target user naturally.
S10253, if the difference value is greater than or equal to the preset time, determining that the user is the target user.
In this embodiment, if the difference between the target time and the current time is greater than or equal to the preset time, it is indicated that the user has not used the non-inductive payment method for a long time, and the user needs to be reminded of paying by using the non-inductive payment method, and the user is the target user.
As shown in fig. 3, in one possible implementation, after step S1023, step 102 may further include:
S1026, if the user does not pay by using the non-inductive payment mode and the user pays by using the active payment mode in the electronic payment modes, calculating the number of times that the user pays by using the active payment mode.
In this embodiment, if the user does not use the non-inductive payment method, but the user uses the active payment method, it is indicated that the user uses the electronic payment method to pay, and whether the user is the target user can be continuously determined. Specifically, whether the user is a target user can be judged according to the number of times that the user pays by using the active payment mode. If the user frequently uses the active payment mode, the user can be the target user if the user is indicated that the user possibly uses the non-inductive payment mode; if the user uses the active payment method only once occasionally, and most of the users use cash payment, the user cannot be guaranteed to use the non-inductive payment method, and the user can be determined as not being the target user first.
S1027, if the number of times the user pays by using the active payment mode meets a preset condition, determining that the user is the target user, wherein the preset condition comprises that the number of times the user pays by using the active payment mode is larger than a first preset value, and the ratio of the number of times the user pays by using the electronic payment mode to the total number of times the user pays is larger than a preset ratio.
In this embodiment, the first preset value may be set as required, for example: 8 times, 9 times, etc. The preset ratio may be set as desired, for example: 70%, 80%, etc.
And if the number of times of payment by using the active payment mode is larger than a first preset value and the ratio of the number of times of payment by using the electronic payment mode to the total number of times of payment by the user is larger than a preset ratio, determining that the user is a target user. Since the user does not pay using the non-inductive payment method, and the electronic payment method includes the non-inductive payment method and the active payment method, the rate of payment by the electronic payment method may be the rate of payment by the active payment method.
Calculating the ratio of the first time of payment by using the electronic payment mode to the total time of historical parking payment in the historical parking payment information, and taking the ratio of the first time to the total time as the ratio of payment by using the electronic payment mode.
As an example, if the first preset value is 5 times, the preset ratio is 70%. If the user a does not pay by using the non-inductive payment method, but the user a pays by using the active payment method, the number of times of paying by using the active payment method is 8, and the number of times of paying by using the electronic payment method is 8. The total number of historical payments for user a was 10.
The rate of payment by user a using electronic payment means is 8/10 x 100% = 80%.
8 Times more than 5 times, 80% more than 70%, user A is the target user.
And S1028, if the number of times that the user pays by using the active payment mode does not meet the preset condition, determining that the user is not the target user.
In this embodiment, if the number of payments made by the user using the active payment method is less than or equal to the first preset value and/or the rate of payments made using the electronic payment method is less than or equal to the preset rate, the user is not the target user.
In the embodiment of the application, whether the user is the target user is determined by the number of times that the user pays by using the active payment mode, so that the user who pays by using the electronic payment mode frequently can be excluded, and the user who pays by using the electronic payment mode frequently can be taken as the target user.
As shown in fig. 5, in a possible implementation manner, after step 103, the method may further include:
S201, verifying whether a recommendation method of the non-inductive payment mode is effective.
In this embodiment, after recommending the non-inductive payment method to the target user, it may also be verified whether the recommendation method of the non-inductive payment method is effective after a period of time after the recommendation.
S202, if the recommendation method of the non-inductive payment mode is invalid, adjusting the first preset value and/or the preset ratio to optimize the recommendation method of the non-inductive payment mode.
In this embodiment, if the recommendation method of the non-inductive payment method is invalid, it is indicated that there is an unreasonable point in the recommendation method, and the recommendation method needs to be optimized. Specifically, the optimization method may be to adjust one or more of the first preset value, the preset ratio, and the difference between the target time and the current time. And continuously judging whether the user is a target user or not by using the optimized recommendation method.
If the recommendation method is effective, adjustment is not needed, the recommendation method can be used for continuously determining the target user, and the non-inductive payment mode is recommended to the target user.
In the embodiment of the application, the recommendation method can be continuously optimized by verifying whether the recommendation method is effective, so that the recommendation method is more accurate, and the effect of the recommended non-inductive payment mode is better.
As shown in fig. 6, in one possible implementation, the implementation procedure of step S201 may include:
S2011, obtaining payment modes of parking of a plurality of target users in a target time period, wherein the target time period is a time period after the non-inductive payment modes are recommended to the target users.
S2012, based on the payment modes of the plurality of target users for parking in the target time period, determining the quantity of users, who pay in the target time period, by using the non-inductive payment modes in the plurality of target users.
In this embodiment, the payment methods of all target users in the target time period are searched, and the number of users who pay by using the non-inductive payment method is found.
S2013, if the number of users is greater than or equal to a second preset value, determining that the recommendation method of the non-inductive payment mode is effective, wherein the second preset value is determined based on the total number of the plurality of target users.
S2014, if the number of the users is smaller than the second preset value, determining that the recommendation method of the non-inductive payment mode is invalid.
In this embodiment, the second preset value may be determined according to the total number of target users, for example, may be 60% of the total number of target users, or the like.
Optionally, the use frequency and the use time interval of the non-inductive payment mode used by the user using the non-inductive payment mode can be determined according to the payment mode in the target time period, and then whether the recommendation method of the non-inductive payment mode is effective is determined according to the use quantity, the use frequency and/or the use time interval.
Specifically, the number of users with the use frequency larger than the third preset value is determined, and when the number of users with the use frequency larger than the third preset value is larger than the fourth preset value, the recommendation method is determined to be effective. And when the number of users with the frequency of use being greater than the third preset value is less than or equal to the fourth preset value, determining that the recommendation method is invalid. The third preset value may be 0.5, 0.7, 0.8, etc. The fourth preset value may be determined according to the number of the plurality of target users, for example, the fourth preset value may be a product of the number of the plurality of target users and 70%. As an example, if the target period is 30 days, the plurality of target users are four users, user a, user B, user C, and user D, respectively, the third preset value is 0.6, and the fourth preset value is 2. The number of times that the user a pays by using the non-inductive payment mode within 30 days is 30 times, and the use frequency of the user a is 30/30=1; the number of times of payment by the user B in a 30-day non-inductive payment mode is 25, and the use frequency of the user A is 25/30=0.8; the number of times that the user C pays by using the non-inductive payment mode is 20 in 30 days, and the use frequency of the user C is 20/30=0.7; the number of payments made by user D using the non-inductive payment method within 30 days is 16, and the frequency of use by user a is 16/30=0.5. The users with the use frequency larger than the third preset value are three users, namely user A, user B and user C. And because the fourth preset value is 2, if the number of users with the use frequency larger than the third preset value is larger than the fourth preset value, determining that the recommendation method is effective. Otherwise, it is not effective.
The average value of the using time interval of each user is determined, and the average value of the using time interval is taken as the target time interval of the user. Determining the number of users with the target time interval smaller than a fifth preset value, and if the number of users with the target time interval smaller than the fifth preset value is larger than the sixth preset value, determining that the recommendation method is effective; otherwise, it is not effective.
The fifth preset value may be 10 hours, 20 hours, 24 hours, or the like. The sixth preset value may be determined according to the number of the plurality of target users, for example, the sixth preset value may be a product of the number of the plurality of target users and 60%.
As an example, if the target period is 30 days, the plurality of target users are five users, respectively, user a, user B, user C, user D, and user E, the fifth preset value is 2 days, and the sixth preset value is 3. The time interval of the user A using the non-inductive payment mode is 1 day, the time interval of the user B using the non-inductive payment mode is 1.5 days, the time interval of the user C using the non-inductive payment mode is 3 days, the time interval of the user D using the non-inductive payment mode is 4 days, and the time interval of the user E using the non-inductive payment mode is 3 days. There are two users a and B who use the non-inductive pay mode with a time interval less than the fifth preset value. And if the number of users using the non-inductive payment mode with the time interval smaller than the fifth preset value is smaller than the sixth preset value, determining that the recommendation method of the non-inductive payment mode is invalid. And vice versa. In the embodiment of the application, whether the recommendation method is effective or not can be determined by the number of users paying by using the non-inductive payment mode, namely, whether the recommendation method is effective or not can be effectively evaluated by checking how many users pay by non-inductive payment after recommendation and determining whether the recommendation method is effective or not by using the number of users paying by non-inductive payment, and the recommendation method can be timely adjusted when the recommendation method is ineffective.
As shown in fig. 7, in one possible implementation manner, the recommendation method of the above-mentioned non-inductive payment method may also be used to determine whether the user is a potential user of a specific non-inductive payment method, where the specific method is as follows;
S301, acquiring historical parking payment information of a user B in a historical time period;
S302, determining whether the user B pays by using an electronic payment mode according to the payment mode in the historical parking payment information;
