Business expenses are one of the major sources of income for intermediate businesses in banks. At present, banks usually calculate the business cost generated by each transaction through various trade settlement systems, wherein the business cost may include but is not limited to the handling fee, the fast mail fee, the telegraph fee and other various fees under a plurality of large cost categories of the business.
And aiming at part of designated customers or services, a corresponding preferential strategy can be set, and preferential cost corresponding to the transaction meeting the preferential condition, namely the preferential cost after preferential, is calculated through the preferential strategy.
In the prior art, generally, the service cost when no offer is made is calculated, and then the service cost when no offer is made is subjected to the offer processing to obtain the preferential service cost. In the embodiment of the present application, there may be a cost standard policy, that is, a method for calculating a service fee when there is no benefit, and the benefit policy is a policy with respect to the cost standard policy, in comparison with a policy for calculating a service fee of a transaction through the cost standard policy, the policy for calculating the service fee of the transaction through the benefit policy achieves a benefit effect, so the calculation policy for achieving the benefit effect is referred to as a benefit policy, and the service fee calculated based on the benefit policy is referred to as a benefit fee.
The application provides a method for calculating the preferential cost, which can realize simple and rapid calculation of the cost related to various services and effectively simplify the service processing flow.
The following describes the technical solutions of the present application and how to solve the above technical problems with specific embodiments. The following several specific embodiments may be combined with each other, and details of the same or similar concepts or processes may not be repeated in some embodiments. Embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The embodiment of the present application provides a method for calculating a discount cost, which may be applied to any electronic device, such as a server or a terminal, and for example, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step S101 may obtain first service attribute information of a service to be processed, where the service to be processed may be a transaction service for which a corresponding service charge has not been calculated, and the first service attribute information of the service to be processed may be related attribute information of the service to be processed itself, such as a transaction amount, a transaction number, a client number, a channel number, an organization number, a service currency, a date, and the like.
In some embodiments, the first service attribute information of the service to be processed may include a first object identifier of a service object corresponding to the service to be processed, and first service parameter information other than the first object identifier, and may further determine, according to the first object identifier, a client level corresponding to the service to be processed.
Step S102 may determine a target benefit policy matched with the service to be processed from the benefit policies based on a correspondence between the first service attribute information and the second service attribute information corresponding to the benefit policies.
In this embodiment of the application, the benefit policy may be used to calculate a benefit fee that should be received by the service to be processed, and the benefit policy may include a corresponding second service attribute, a benefit fee receiving type, a receiving index, and the like.
The second service attribute may include information used for matching with the first service attribute of the service to be processed, such as a customer identifier, a customer class, and a transaction date, and is used to determine whether the preferential policy may be applied to the service to be processed.
The preferential charge type may be a method of charging a service charge in the preferential policy, for example, a fixed charge manner, i.e., a fixed service charge is charged for one service, or a rate charge manner, i.e., a service charge is charged at a designated rate for one service.
The receiving index can correspond to the preferential fee receiving type, if the preferential fee receiving type of any preferential strategy is a fixed receiving mode, the corresponding receiving index is the fixed service fee corresponding to one service, such as 100 RMB; if the preferential charge type of any preferential strategy is in a mode of charging according to a ratio, the corresponding charging index is the preferential charge ratio, wherein the ratio can be the ratio of the service charge corresponding to one service to the service transaction amount of the service.
In this embodiment of the present application, a target benefit policy that is matched with a service to be processed may be determined from each benefit policy based on a correspondence between first service attribute information and second service attribute information corresponding to each benefit policy, where the correspondence may include a matching relationship, the first service attribute information of the service to be processed may be matched with the second service attribute information corresponding to each benefit policy, a benefit policy corresponding to the second service attribute information having a matching relationship with the first service attribute information may be used as the target benefit policy, and how to determine the target benefit policy from each benefit policy will be described in detail later.
In this embodiment of the present application, the criterion for matching the first service attribute information with the second service attribute information corresponding to each benefit policy may include: and if the content in the second service attribute information corresponding to any preferential policy comprises the first service attribute information, the first service attribute information is considered to be matched with the second service attribute information corresponding to the preferential policy. The matched judgment standard can be changed according to different service requirements.
In the embodiment of the present application, each of the benefit policies may be divided into at least two types, and different types of the benefit policies may correspond to different priorities, where the benefit policies may be classified by using multiple classification methods according to actual requirements, for example, the benefit policies may be divided into benefit policies for different service objects and benefit policies for different customer levels.
Or, a preferential strength identifier corresponding to each preferential policy may be set, and each preferential strength identifier is bound to each priority, for example, the preferential strength identifier may be a number "1, 2, 3, 4, and 5", the larger the value of the preferential strength identifier is, the larger the preferential strength representing the preferential policy is, the priority may be set to be consistent with the value of the preferential strength identifier, the larger the number of the priority is, the higher the priority representing the corresponding preferential policy is, that is, the priority and the preferential strength identifier may maintain a one-to-one correspondence relationship. For example, if the value of the offer strength identifier of one offer policy is "1" and the priority thereof is also "1", it represents that the offer strength of the offer policy is minimum and the corresponding priority is also minimum.
In addition, in some embodiments, the offer policies may be classified according to currency types, the second service attribute information of each offer policy includes the currency type to which each offer policy applies, and in a specific trade settlement system, assuming that the currency a is the most common currency in the trade settlement system, each offer policy may be classified into two types: the applicable offer policy with currency type a and the applicable offer policy with currency type other than currency a may be set as follows: the priority of the applicable preference strategy with the currency type of A currency is higher than that of the applicable preference strategy with the currency type of other currencies.
The priority may be used to determine a matching order of the second service attribute information corresponding to each preference policy and the first service attribute information of the service to be processed. In practical application, a target preferential policy corresponding to the service to be processed can be selected from the preferential policies according to the sequence of the priority from high to low.
In this embodiment of the present application, determining a target benefit policy matched with a service to be processed from each benefit policy based on a correspondence between the first service attribute information and the second service attribute information corresponding to each benefit policy may include the following steps:
according to the sequence of the priorities corresponding to the preferential strategies from high to low, the first service attribute information of the service to be processed is sequentially matched with the second service attribute information corresponding to the preferential strategies of each priority until the target preferential strategy matched with the service to be processed is determined from the preferential strategies.
In one example, the discount policies are divided into two types, i.e., a type a and a type B, where the priority of the type a discount policy is greater than the priority of the type B discount policy, when matching is performed, according to the order of the priorities corresponding to the discount policies from high to low, first matching is performed on second service attribute information corresponding to each discount policy in the type a discount policy with first service attribute information of a service to be processed, and then matching is performed on the second service attribute information corresponding to each discount policy in the type B discount policy with the first service attribute information of the service to be processed until a target discount policy matched with the service to be processed is determined from each discount policy.
In an embodiment of the present application, the method may further include:
receiving the discount strategy updating operation, and updating the discount strategy according to the discount strategy updating operation. The updating may be configuring, that is, adding a new benefit policy, or changing a configured benefit policy.
Specifically, the bank manager may configure or change the coupon policy according to the requirement.
The offer policy may include a corresponding second service attribute, an offer fee charging type, a charging index, an offer policy parameter, and the like. The preference policy parameter may refer to attribute information of the preference policy itself, and may include: policy name, policy identification, policy type, priority, etc.
A user such as a bank manager can configure the preferential policy according to the business operation regulation and regulation in advance through a preset policy parameter setting interface, wherein the configuration comprises setting of a second business attribute, a preferential fee collection type, a collection index and a preferential policy parameter. In practical application, a user can also modify and adjust the configured benefit policy according to actual requirements, including adding a new benefit policy, modifying related information of the original benefit policy, and the like.
Specifically, the policy parameter setting interface may include a policy search box, and the preference policy corresponding to the input keyword is obtained by inputting the keyword of the preference policy to be searched in the policy search box and then clicking a preset search button to query from a preset database in the transaction settlement system. The keyword may be a policy name, a policy number, a policy type, or the like. The policy parameter setting prompt message can be automatically displayed to inquire whether the administrator sets or changes the preferential policy. And if the confirmation operation of the administrator is received, entering a policy parameter setting interface corresponding to the discount policy, and setting the second service attribute, the discount fee collection type, the collection index, the discount policy parameter and the like of the discount policy.
And step S103, calculating to obtain the preferential cost which should be charged by the service to be processed according to the target preferential strategy.
In the embodiment of the application, the target preferential policy can be used for calculating the preferential fee to be charged by the service to be processed.
Specifically, the offer policy may include an offer charge type and a charge index, where the offer charge type is a fixed charge manner and a rate charge manner.
For the fixed receiving mode, the receiving index of the preferential strategy comprises fixed service cost corresponding to one service, and for the receiving mode according to the ratio, the receiving index of the preferential strategy is the receiving ratio of the preferential cost, wherein the ratio is the ratio of the service cost corresponding to one service to the service transaction amount of the service.
The method for calculating the preferential cost to be charged by the service to be processed according to the preferential cost charging type and the charging index of the target preferential policy may include the following two methods for calculating the preferential cost:
if the discount fee collection type of the target discount strategy is a fixed collection mode, taking the fixed service fee of the target discount strategy as the discount fee which is receivable by the service to be processed; for example, the fixed service fee may be 1000 currency a, and the preferential fee of the service to be processed is 1000 currency a.
And if the preferential fee collection type of the target preferential policy is a ratio collection mode, acquiring the business transaction amount of the service to be processed, and determining the preferential fee which should be collected by the service to be processed based on the preferential fee collection ratio and the business transaction amount of the target preferential policy. The transaction amount may be a transaction amount of the to-be-processed transaction, i.e. a transaction value of a transaction service itself, and is not related to the banking service, for example, if company a remittance amount C to company B, amount C is a transaction amount for the transaction. Specifically, the transaction amount may be multiplied by the preferential fee collection ratio to obtain the preferential fee corresponding to the service to be processed.
In some embodiments of the present application, if the preferential fee charging type of the target preferential policy is a rate charging manner, a preferential fee amount interval may be further set, where the preferential fee amount interval may include a maximum preferential amount and a minimum preferential amount, or may include only the maximum preferential amount, and the minimum preferential amount is not limited. When the service to be processed is preferential according to the ratio, the transaction amount of the service to be processed and the preferential fee collection ratio are multiplied to obtain preferential amount, whether the preferential amount is located in a preferential amount interval or not is detected, if the preferential amount meets the preferential amount interval, the preferential amount can be used as preferential fee, otherwise, when the preferential amount interval comprises the maximum preferential amount and the minimum preferential amount, if the preferential amount is greater than the maximum preferential amount, the maximum preferential amount is used as new preferential amount, and by the same method, if the preferential amount is less than the maximum preferential amount, the minimum preferential amount is used as new preferential amount, and the new preferential amount is used as preferential fee.
In other embodiments, in addition to setting the preferential fee collection rate, a discount rate may be set. In practical application, the to-be-processed service in some specific service scenarios is related to the number of service days, the first service attribute information may include the number of service days of the to-be-processed service, the cost of the preference policy may include a preference duration type (monthly, seasonal, yearly, etc.), and the preference rate may be determined for a conversion result corresponding to the preference duration type according to the conversion of the number of service days. After the preferential rate is determined, the result obtained by multiplying the transaction amount by the preferential fee collection rate is multiplied by the preferential rate to obtain the final preferential amount, and the final preferential amount is used as the preferential fee.
In the embodiment of the application, if the currency type of the discount policy is inconsistent with the currency type of the transaction service to be processed, conversion processing needs to be performed according to the exchange rate between the two currencies, and then the discount cost corresponding to the transaction service to be processed is obtained through calculation.
Specifically, when the preferential charge collection type (preferential amount calculation method) of the preferential policy is a fixed charge collection method, assuming that the currency type applied to the preferential policy is a currency a, that is, the currency type corresponding to the fixed service charge is a currency a, and the currency type of the service to be processed is a currency B, the fixed service charge can be converted into a currency B according to the exchange rate when the currency a is converted into the currency B, and the fixed service charge is consistent with the currency type of the service to be processed. And then the converted fixed service cost is used as the corresponding preferential cost of the service to be processed, namely the cost to be charged.
If the preferential amount calculation method of the preferential strategy is based on a rate collection mode, and the currency type of the preferential strategy is assumed to be A currency, the preferential rate collection rate and the preferential amount interval are applicable to the A currency, while the currency type of the transaction service to be processed is B currency, the transaction amount can be converted into the A currency according to the exchange rate when the B currency is converted into the A currency, so as to obtain the converted transaction amount, then the transaction amount and the preferential rate collection rate are multiplied, so as to obtain the preferential amount with the currency type of the A currency, and whether the preferential amount meets the preferential amount interval is detected. If the conversion rate is satisfied, the discount amount is converted into the B currency according to the exchange rate when the A currency is converted into the B currency, namely, the discount amount is consistent with the currency type of the transaction amount before conversion, and then the converted discount amount is used as the discount cost. If the preferential amount interval is not met, the preferential amount is adjusted according to the preferential cost amount interval, the preferential amount is converted into the currency B according to the exchange rate when the currency A is converted into the currency B after the adjustment, and then the converted preferential amount is used as the preferential cost corresponding to the service to be processed.
The method for calculating the discount cost in the embodiment of the application acquires first service attribute information of a service to be processed, and simultaneously acquires pre-configured discount strategies and second service attribute information applicable to the discount strategies, wherein the discount strategies are used for calculating the discount cost to be charged by the service to be processed. And determining a target discount strategy matched with the service to be processed from the discount strategies by matching the first service attribute information and the second service attribute information, and calculating the discount cost to be charged by the service to be processed according to the target discount strategy, so that the service processing flow is simplified, and the calculation efficiency of the discount cost is improved.
In this embodiment of the present application, the two policy types of benefit policies may include a first benefit policy for different service objects and a second benefit policy for different levels, where the level is a level to which the service object belongs. The priority of the first benefit strategy can be set to be higher than that of the second benefit strategy, and then the first service attribute information can be sequentially matched with the second service attribute information corresponding to each benefit strategy of each priority according to the sequence of the priorities corresponding to the benefit strategies from high to low until a target benefit strategy matched with the service to be processed is determined from each benefit strategy.
In this embodiment of the application, if second service attribute information matched with the first service attribute information exists in the first benefit policy, the first benefit policy corresponding to the matched second service attribute information may be determined as a target benefit policy.
And if the first discount strategy does not have second service attribute information matched with the first service attribute information, matching the first service attribute information with the second service attribute information of each second discount strategy, and determining a target discount strategy from the second discount strategies.
Specifically, the matching method for matching the first service attribute information with the second service attribute information of each first preferential policy may include the following steps:
(1) and determining each first preferential policy corresponding to the second object identifier comprising the first object identifier from the first preferential policies based on the second object identifier of each first preferential policy.
The first service attribute information of the service to be processed may include a first object identifier of a service object corresponding to the service to be processed, and first service parameter information excluding the first object identifier.
In a practical application scenario, for example, in a trade settlement system of a bank, a service object of a to-be-processed service may be a customer corresponding to the to-be-processed service, the first object identifier may be an identifier for distinguishing each customer, such as a customer name and a customer number, and the first service parameter information is other parameters of the first service attribute information except for the first object identifier. For example, when the first service attribute information of the service to be processed is a customer name a, a currency type B, a transaction date C and a transaction number D, where the customer name a is a first object identifier, the first service parameter information is the currency type B, the transaction date C and the transaction number D.
The second service attribute information of each first preferential policy comprises a second object identifier and second service parameter information except the second object identifier, and the second object identifier of each first preferential policy is consistent with the first object identifier of the service object to which the first preferential policy is applicable. To facilitate understanding of the relationship between the several parameters, the following is illustrated: if the second service attribute information of the first preferential policy is a client name A, a policy name B, a currency type C and a policy type D, wherein the client name A is a second object identifier, the first preferential policy is suitable for the service to be processed of which the first object identifier is the client name A, and the second service parameter information of the first preferential policy is the policy name B, the currency type C and the policy type D.
In this embodiment of the present application, for each first benefit policy, the second object identifier is consistent with the first object identifier of the service object to which the first benefit policy applies, and is used to describe to which service objects the first benefit policy applies.
Each first preferential strategy can be only applicable to a single business object or can be simultaneously applicable to a plurality of business objects. When any one first offer policy is applicable to a plurality of business objects, the second object identification of the first offer policy may include a plurality of customer identifications (customer name, customer number, etc.). For example, if there is a first preferential policy for the second object id including the client name a and the client name B, the first preferential policy is applied to the pending service whose first object id is the client name a or the client name B.
Determining each first preferential policy corresponding to a second object identifier including the first object identifier from the first preferential policies, where the first object identifier is matched with the second object identifier of each first preferential policy, and if a customer identifier consistent with the first object identifier exists in the second object identifier, screening the first preferential policy corresponding to the second object identifier.
For example, as shown in FIG. 2, there are three first offer policies A, B and C, where the second object of the first offer policy A is identified as "customer name a, customer name b, and customer name C"; the second object of the first preferential policy B is identified as a customer name B and a customer name c; the second object of the first coupon policy C is identified as "customer name C and customer name d".
If the first object id of the pending service is "customer name B", it may be determined from the three first benefit policies that the second object id of the first benefit policy includes the first object id, in this example, it may be determined that the second object id of the first benefit policies a and B includes the first object id, based on the corresponding second object id of the first benefit policies A, B and C.
In the embodiment of the application, if the determined number of the first discount strategies is 1, the first discount strategies are used as target discount strategies;
if the number of the determined first preferential strategies is multiple, further determining a target preferential strategy from the multiple determined first preferential strategies, and entering the step (2);
and if the first discount strategy does not have a discount strategy matched with the service to be processed, matching the first service attribute information with the second service attribute information of each second discount strategy, and determining a target discount strategy from the second discount strategies.
(2) The first service parameter information may be matched with the second service parameter information of each determined first benefit policy, and a target benefit policy may be further determined from the plurality of determined first benefit policies.
In the embodiment of the present application, the first service parameter information and the second service parameter information may be set as a currency type, that is, a first benefit policy having a currency type consistent with a service to be processed may be further determined from the determined first benefit policies by matching the first service parameter information with the determined second service parameter information of each first benefit policy.
In one example, first benefit policies a and B are determined from step (1), where the second service parameter information of the first benefit policy a may be currency a, the second service parameter information of the first benefit policy B may be currency B, and the first service parameter information of the service to be processed is currency a. And respectively matching the first service parameter information with the determined second service parameter information of each first preferential policy, so as to determine that the second service parameter information of the first preferential policy A is matched with the first service parameter information, and the second service parameter information is the currency A. I.e. the first offer policy a may be taken as the target offer policy.
In the embodiment of the application, if second service attribute information matched with the first service attribute information exists in the first benefit policy, the first benefit policy corresponding to the matched second service attribute information can be determined as a target benefit policy at will. The first coupon policy includes second service attribute information that matches the first service attribute information, and may include: the first preferential strategy comprises a first preferential strategy corresponding to a second object identifier comprising a first object identifier, or the first preferential strategy comprises second service parameter information matched with the first service parameter information.
In the embodiment of the application, if the first benefit policy does not have the second service attribute information matched with the first service attribute information, the first service attribute information is matched with the second service attribute information of each second benefit policy, and the target benefit policy is determined from the second benefit policies.
The second service attribute information of each second preferential strategy comprises a service object level applicable to the second preferential strategy and third service parameter information except the service object level; the service object level may refer to a customer level corresponding to a service to be processed to which the second preferential policy is applicable, and different customer levels may be represented by simple numbers, for example, the customer level may be "1, 2, and 3"; the customer level may also be expressed in words such as "VIP customers" and "general customers," which is not limited in this application.
The second service attribute information of the second benefit policy may include a service object level to which the second benefit policy is applicable, for example, if there is a customer level of the second benefit policy being "VIP customer", it is indicated that the second benefit policy is applicable to the pending service with the customer level being "VIP customer".
Specifically, the matching method for matching the first service attribute information with the second service attribute information of each second preferential policy may include the following steps:
(1) and determining the client level to which the first object identifier belongs, wherein the client level to which the first object identifier of the service to be processed belongs can be determined by inquiring a preset client level table through the first object identifier of the service to be processed.
(2) Matching the first service attribute information with the second service attribute information of each second preferential policy may include the following matching method:
in this embodiment of the present application, it may be determined, according to the customer level to which the first object identifier belongs, that the applicable service object level includes each second benefit policy of the customer level to which the first object identifier belongs, and if the number of the determined second benefit policies is 1, the determined second benefit policy is taken as a target policy.
If it is determined that a plurality of second benefit policies are excluded, the first service parameter information may be matched with third service parameter information corresponding to each determined second benefit policy, and a target benefit policy may be determined from the second benefit policies.
In one example, there are three second offer policies A, B and C, where the second offer policy a has business object levels of "1 and 2"; the service object level of the second preferential strategy B is '1'; the service object level of the second preferential policy C is "2 and 3", and the customer level to which the first object identifier of the service to be processed belongs is "2", then the second preferential policies a and C can be determined from the three second preferential policies.
Further, the first service parameter information is matched with third service parameter information corresponding to each determined second preferential policy, wherein the first service parameter information and the third service parameter information may be of a currency type. Assuming that the third service parameter information of the second preferential policy a is currency a, the third service parameter information of the second preferential policy C is currency B, and the first service parameter information of the service to be processed is currency a, the matching result is: the third service parameter information of the second benefit policy a is matched with the first service parameter information of the service to be processed, and the second benefit policy a can be used as a target benefit policy.
In all the matching methods, if the number of the finally matched benefit policies is greater than or equal to 2, the benefit policy with the latest release time may be used as the target benefit policy according to the policy release time of each benefit policy.
In order to more clearly understand the method for calculating the preferential cost of the present application, the method for calculating the preferential cost of the present application will be further described with reference to examples.
In one example, as shown in fig. 3, the method for calculating the preferential cost of the present application may include the following steps:
step S301, acquiring first service attribute information of a service to be processed; the first service attribute information of the service to be processed may be the relevant attribute information of the service to be processed itself, for example, transaction amount, transaction number, customer number, channel number, organization number, service currency, date, etc.;
step S302, based on the corresponding relation between the first service attribute information and the second service attribute information corresponding to each preferential strategy, determining a target preferential strategy matched with the service to be processed from each preferential strategy; specifically, each preferential policy may be divided into a first preferential policy for different service objects and a second preferential policy for different levels, where the level is the level to which the service object belongs; the priority of the first preferential strategy can be set to be higher than that of the second preferential strategy, and then the first service attribute information can be sequentially matched with the second service attribute information corresponding to each preferential strategy of each priority according to the sequence of the priorities corresponding to the preferential strategies from high to low until a target preferential strategy matched with the service to be processed is determined from each preferential strategy;
step S303, judging whether the currency type of the target preference policy is consistent with the currency type of the service to be processed, if so, entering step S304, otherwise, entering step S305;
step S304, calculating to obtain the preferential cost which should be received by the service to be processed according to the target preferential strategy, and ending the process;
step S305, conversion processing is carried out according to the target preferential strategy and the exchange rate between two currencies respectively corresponding to the service to be processed, and then preferential cost corresponding to the service to be processed is obtained through calculation; the specific scaling method is explained in step S103, and will not be discussed in detail here.
In order to more clearly explain the method for calculating the preferential cost of the present application, the following will further explain the processing method of the business data with reference to a specific example.
The application provides a method for calculating the preferential cost, which can realize simple and rapid calculation of the cost related to various services and effectively simplify the service processing flow. The method can be applied to any business scenario involving preferential calculation of business costs, which may include but is not limited to a business processing scenario in a banking system, that is, the transaction business in the present application may be a banking business, such as a transaction business related to income of banking costs in a trade settlement system (e.g., international trade settlement system) of a bank, where the related costs may refer to business costs required to be charged by the bank in the banking business, for example, various costs in a plurality of large cost categories, such as but not limited to handling fees, fast mail fees, telegraph fees, and the like of the business, and in the trade settlement system of the bank, each large cost category may be divided into a plurality of detailed categories, and the costs are dispersed in a plurality of business transaction scenarios. The scheme of the embodiment of the application can be suitable for calculating the service cost (such as commission charge) in any service transaction scene.
In practical applications, the method for calculating the discount fee provided by the embodiment of the present application may be implemented as a service data processing application (which may be a stand-alone application, or may be a plug-in/component or a functional module of another application). For example, the business data may be transaction data for a transaction service, and the business data processing application may be a transaction data management component in a transaction settlement system.
Specifically, the method for calculating the preferential cost provided by the embodiment of the present application may include the following steps:
step S1: and configuring a resource processing strategy.
Specifically, the resource processing policy may include a preference policy, and configuring the resource processing policy is to configure the preference policy.
In the prior art, generally, the service cost when no offer is made is calculated, and then the service cost when no offer is made is subjected to the offer processing to obtain the preferential service cost. In the embodiment of the present application, there may be a cost standard policy, that is, a method for calculating a service fee when there is no benefit, and the benefit policy is a policy that, compared to a cost standard policy, a service fee of a transaction is calculated through the cost standard policy, and the service fee of the transaction is calculated through the benefit policy, so that a benefit effect is achieved, and the policy is also referred to as a benefit policy.
The preferential policy can include a preferential cost calculation method and cost preferential parameters, and a user (such as an authorized bank manager or an operator) can configure the preferential policy according to the business operation regulation through a policy parameter setting interface, including setting the preferential cost calculation method and the cost preferential parameters.
The preferential fee calculation method can be a specific calculation method for performing preferential processing on the transaction amount of the service to be processed; the cost offer parameters may include a policy name, a policy number, a policy type, an offer applicable parameter (i.e., the second service attribute information in this document), a currency type corresponding to an offer amount calculation method in the offer policy, and the like.
The policy type of the benefit policy may be divided into a customer benefit policy (i.e. a single customer benefit policy) and a level benefit policy, where a level in the level benefit policy refers to a customer level, i.e. a level corresponding to an object of a transaction service. That is, customers may be classified into different classes of customers, such as general customers, VIP customers, and the like.
The currency type corresponding to the preferential cost calculation method in the preferential strategy can be one of several common currency currencies in international trade, such as currency A or currency B. The preference applicable parameter of the preference policy may include information related to a part of transaction services, and may be regarded as an applicable condition of the preference policy, that is, what transaction service a preference policy is applicable to. For a service to be processed, the preferential policy applicable to the service to be processed can be obtained by matching according to the service attribute information of the service, that is, the relevant parameters and the applicable conditions of each preferential policy, for example, there is a preferential policy that is a single customer preferential policy, and the preferential applicable parameter of the policy is "customer identification information a", which means that the preferential policy can be applicable to a transaction service including "customer identification information a" in the service attribute information.
A user such as a bank manager can configure preferential strategies according to a business operation regulation and regulation in advance through a strategy parameter setting interface, wherein the preferential strategies include a preferential amount calculation method and the setting of cost preferential parameters. In practical application, a user can modify and adjust the configured preferential policy according to actual requirements, including adding a new policy, modifying related information of the original policy, and the like. And if the confirmation operation of the administrator is received, entering a strategy parameter setting interface corresponding to the discount strategy, and setting a discount amount calculation method and a cost discount parameter of the discount strategy.
The resource handling policies may include standard fee policies, among others. Similarly, the standard fee policy may include a standard fee calculation method and a standard fee parameter, and a user (e.g., an authorized bank manager or an operator) may configure the standard fee policy according to the business operation regulation through a policy parameter setting interface corresponding to the standard fee policy, including setting the standard fee calculation method and the standard fee parameter.
The standard fee calculation method is that when the service to be processed has no applicable preference policy, the transaction service is defaulted not to be favored, and the corresponding standard fee policy is used for calculating the service fee corresponding to the transaction service.
In some embodiments, the preferential policy and the standard cost policy may also be used to calculate the service cost of the service to be processed, so as to obtain the standard service cost without preferential benefit and the preferential cost after preferential benefit (i.e. the target service cost in the following text), and then the standard service cost and the preferential cost are displayed on the interface in the service transaction system at the same time.
Step S2, obtaining first service attribute information of the service to be processed, where the first service attribute information may be related attribute information of the service to be processed itself, such as transaction amount, transaction number, customer number, channel number, organization number, service currency, date, and so on.
The transaction amount may be a transaction value of a transaction service itself, and is not related to the banking service, for example, if company a remittance amount C to company B, amount C is the transaction amount for the transaction. The corresponding business charge may be calculated based on the transaction amount.
In the business processing scenario in the banking system, the business cost may include, but is not limited to, handling fees, express mail fees, telegraph fees, and the like for the business. The service charge may be based on a transaction amount of the service to be processed. For example, a transaction is performed between company a and company B through bank C, the transaction amount is 100, and bank C needs to charge a commission fee for the transaction, and the transaction amount can be calculated by using the resource processing policy corresponding to the transaction, so as to obtain the commission fee which should be charged by the transaction.
The service attribute information is attribute information associated with the service to be processed, and in a specific embodiment, the attribute information may be a transaction date, a transaction number (service identifier), a customer number (customer identifier information), a channel number, a service currency, and the like.
Step S3, according to the strategy type of each preferential strategy, determining the priority corresponding to each preferential strategy, matching the service information of the service to be processed and the preferential application parameters of each preferential strategy in sequence from high to low according to the priority, and determining the target preferential strategy applicable to the service to be processed from a plurality of preferential strategies.
The policy type of the benefit policy may be divided into a customer benefit policy and a level benefit policy, the priority of the benefit policy (i.e., a first benefit policy for different service objects) with the policy type of the customer benefit policy may be preset to be "first priority", the priority of the benefit policy (i.e., a second benefit policy for different levels) with the policy type of the level benefit policy may be preset to be "second priority", and the "first priority" may be set higher than the "second priority".
For each offer policy, the priority corresponding to the offer policy may be determined based on the policy type in the cost offer parameter.
Since the "first priority" is preset to be higher than the "second priority", when the priority is sequentially matched from high to low, the preferential application parameters of the preferential policy with each policy type being the client preferential policy are sequentially matched with the service attribute information of the service to be processed, that is, whether the policy matched with the service to be processed exists is determined from the preferential policy of a single client.
For example, if there exists a benefit policy a, the policy type of which is a customer benefit policy, the benefit applicable parameter is "customer identification information a", and the service attribute information of the service to be processed includes "customer identification information a", which is consistent with the benefit applicable parameter of the benefit policy a, the matching between the benefit applicable parameter of the benefit policy a and the service attribute information of the service to be processed is successful, further, it can be considered that the matching between the benefit policy and the service to be processed is successful, and the benefit policy a can be taken as a target benefit policy. The customer identification information may be a customer (transaction object) name or a customer number.
If the target preferential policy is successfully determined from the preferential policies with the priority of the first priority, the preferential policies with the priority of the second priority do not need to be matched.
If the target preferential strategy cannot be determined from the preferential strategies with the priority of the first priority, matching each preferential strategy with the priority of the second priority according to the same method, namely sequentially matching preferential application parameters of the preferential strategies with the types of the class preferential strategies with the service attribute information of the service to be processed, if the service attribute information has attribute information which is consistent with the preferential application parameters, considering that the preferential strategies are successfully matched with the service to be processed, and taking the preferential strategies which are successfully matched with the service to be processed as the target preferential strategies.
The level privilege policy may also include different client level privilege policies, and when matching, the service attribute information of the service may be matched with the plurality of privilege policies of the client level according to the client level of the service to be processed, and a target privilege policy is matched from the matching, for example, there are a plurality of privilege policies applicable to a level client and a plurality of privilege policies applicable to a level client B, and when the client level of the service to be processed is a level B, the service to be processed and the plurality of privilege policies applicable to the level client B are sequentially matched.
If no discount strategy successfully matched with the service to be processed exists after all the preset discount strategies are matched, the service to be processed does not have an applicable discount strategy by default and does not need to be processed. That is, the final target service charge is the initial service charge.
In the example of the application, if the number of the target benefit policies is set to be one, that is, the customer can enjoy only one benefit at most, but in the actual implementation process, a plurality of benefit policies successfully matched with the service to be processed are screened from the benefit policies, it can be further determined whether the currency type of the screened benefit policies is consistent with the currency type of the service to be processed, and the benefit policy meeting the condition of currency type consistency can be preferentially taken as the target benefit policy. And if the plurality of preference strategies meet the condition that the currency types are consistent, taking the first preference strategy determined through the matching process from the plurality of preference strategies meeting the condition that the currency types are consistent as a target preference strategy.
Optionally, in practical applications, the specified currency type may also be configured, for example, the specified currency type is set to be a currency and B currency. When the currency type of the selected preference policy is inconsistent with the currency type of the service to be processed, and the currency type corresponding to the service to be processed is not A currency or B currency, the preference policy of which the currency type is the A currency or the B currency in the selected preference policy can be preferentially taken as a target preference policy.
Step S4, processing the transaction amount of the service to be processed according to the target benefit policy to obtain the target service cost (i.e. the benefit cost), and displaying the benefit cost to the user.
The transaction amount of the service to be processed can be processed according to the preferential cost calculation method of the target preferential strategy, and the preferential cost for the service to be processed is obtained.
Specifically, the preferential cost calculation method may include at least two methods: fixed offer (i.e., fixed receive in the foregoing) and ratioed offer (i.e., rate receive).
The fixed discount mode can set appointed discount amount, namely fixed service cost, and the fixed amount service cost is collected for each transaction. The preset fixed service cost can be directly used as preferential cost.
When preferential treatment is carried out according to the ratio, preferential treatment ratio can be preset, and preferential treatment cost intervals are set, wherein the preferential treatment cost intervals can comprise maximum preferential amount and minimum preferential amount, can also comprise maximum preferential amount, and do not limit the minimum preferential amount. When preferential treatment is carried out according to the ratio, the transaction amount and the preferential ratio can be multiplied to obtain preferential amount, whether the preferential amount is located in a preferential cost amount interval or not is detected, if the preferential amount meets the preferential cost amount interval, the preferential amount can be used as preferential cost, otherwise, when the preferential cost amount interval comprises the maximum preferential amount and the minimum preferential amount, if the preferential amount is larger than the maximum preferential amount, the maximum preferential amount is used as new preferential amount, and by the same method, if the preferential amount is smaller than the maximum preferential amount, the minimum preferential amount is used as new preferential amount, and the new preferential amount is used as preferential cost.
In the present example, in addition to setting the benefit ratio, the benefit ratio may be set. In practical application, the service to be processed in some specific service scenarios is related to the number of service days, the service attribute information may include the number of service days of the service to be processed, the cost preference parameter of the preference policy may include a preference period type (monthly, seasonal, yearly, etc.), and the preference factor may be determined for a conversion result corresponding to the preference period type according to the conversion of the number of service days.
It may be further configured that, when converting the number of business days of the service to be processed, an upward rounding operation may be performed, and when the number of business days is less than one month, the business days also need to be calculated according to one month, for example, the number of business days is 10 days, and when the discount period type of the discount policy is monthly (calculated by 30 days), the conversion result when the number of business days of 10 days is converted into monthly is "1 month", and the discount rate may be 1. If the number of business days is 31 days and the discount period type of the discount strategy is monthly (calculated by 30 days), the discount result of converting the discount number of days into monthly is 2 months, and the discount rate can be 2. If the preferential policy matched with the service to be processed does not set the preferential term type, the multiplying power can be set to be 1 by default.
After the preferential rate is determined, the result obtained by multiplying the transaction amount by the preferential rate is multiplied by the preferential rate to obtain the final preferential amount, and the final preferential amount is used as the preferential cost.
In the example of the present application, if the currency type of the benefit policy is inconsistent with the currency type of the service to be processed, conversion processing needs to be performed according to an exchange rate between two currencies, and then the benefit cost is calculated.
Specifically, when the preferential amount calculation method of the preferential policy is a fixed preferential manner, assuming that the currency type of the preferential policy is a currency a, that is, the currency type corresponding to the designated preferential amount is currency a, and the currency type of the service to be processed is currency B, the designated preferential amount may be converted into currency B according to the exchange rate when currency a is converted into currency B, and the preferential amount is consistent with the currency type of the service to be processed. And then the converted designated preferential amount is used as preferential cost.
If the preferential amount calculation method of the preferential strategy is a ratio preferential mode, assuming that the currency type of the preferential strategy is A currency, the preferential ratio and the preferential cost amount interval are applicable to the A currency, and the currency type of the service to be processed is B currency, the transaction amount can be converted into the A currency according to the exchange rate when the B currency is converted into the A currency to obtain the converted transaction amount, then the transaction amount and the preferential ratio are multiplied to obtain the preferential amount with the currency type of the A currency, and whether the preferential amount meets the preferential cost amount interval is detected. If the conversion rate is satisfied, the discount amount is converted into the B currency according to the exchange rate when the A currency is converted into the B currency, namely, the discount amount is consistent with the currency type of the transaction amount before conversion, and then the converted discount amount is used as the discount cost. If the discount fee amount interval is not met, the discount fee is adjusted according to the discount fee amount interval, the discount fee is converted into the B currency according to the exchange rate when the A currency is converted into the B currency after the adjustment, and then the converted discount fee is used as the discount fee.
After obtaining the preferential cost, the preferential cost may be displayed to the user in a user interface of the settlement system, as shown in fig. 4, in the transaction service with the service number of 000001, the calculation method of the preferential cost of the preferential policy matched to the transaction service is preferential according to the ratio, the preferential charging criterion "0.0012" may be the preferential ratio in the calculation method of the preferential cost, the actual collection amount is the preferential cost, the preferential cost is obtained by multiplying the transaction amount of the transaction service by the preferential ratio, i.e., "4300.54" in the figure, and since the preferential policy and the currency type of the service are both a currency, the display exchange rate is 1.
For the sake of understanding, the numerical values referred to above are simplified and will be illustrated as follows:
if the transaction amount of the transaction service is 10000, the currency type is currency A, and if the preferential rate in the preferential policy matched with the transaction service is 0.0015, the cost preferential cost amount interval is 0 to 100, and the currency type corresponding to the preferential policy is currency A, the transaction amount is multiplied by the preferential rate to obtain the preferential amount 15, the cost preferential cost amount interval is met, and the preferential amount can be used as the preferential cost, namely the preferential cost is 15, and the currency type is currency A. Since the preferential policy and the currency type of the service are both A currency, the exchange rate is 1.
If the calculation method of the preferential amount of the preferential strategy matched with the service to be processed is a fixed preferential, the appointed preferential amount is set as 100, the corresponding currency type is A currency, the transaction service corresponding to the preferential strategy is finished, and the service fee of the appointed preferential amount is collected. The appointed preferential amount can be directly used as the preferential fee corresponding to the transaction service.
In the above example, first service attribute information of a service to be processed is obtained, and at the same time, pre-configured benefit policies and second service attribute information applicable to the benefit policies are obtained, where the benefit policies are used to calculate a benefit fee to be charged by the service to be processed.
