the user payment terminal scans and identifies the payment electronic code information, finishes payment and receives electronic code information of successful payment;
the self-service payment machine scans and identifies the electronic code information of successful payment received by the user payment terminal, judges that the vehicle corresponding to the self-service payment request is successful in payment, and sends the payment success information to the parking management system of the parking lot;
inquiring whether the vehicle successfully pays the parking fee or not according to the vehicle identity information when the vehicle is detected to leave the parking lot;
when the fact that the vehicle is successfully paid and the vehicle is required to be paid and parked is detected to be time-consuming, the automatic release of the vehicle outlet barrier gate is controlled;
when the fact that the vehicle is not successfully paid and the vehicle is required to be paid and parked is detected, obtaining the amount of the vehicle which is not paid;

generating a self-service payment request according to the vehicle identity information and the payment mode received by the self-service payment machine;
when the self-service payment request is detected, the payment-required parking fee is acquired, and payment electronic code information is correspondingly generated and displayed according to the payment-required parking fee and the payment mode.
