Detailed Description
The application provides a method, a system and a device for supporting parking fee payment to multiple parties, which are used for improving the flexibility of parking fee payment of a parking lot.
It should be noted that, the method for supporting parking fee payment to multiple parties provided by the application can be applied to a terminal, and also can be applied to a server, for example, the terminal can be a smart phone or a fixed terminal such as a computer, a tablet computer, a smart television, a smart watch, a portable computer terminal, a desktop computer and the like. For convenience of explanation, the terminal is taken as an execution body for illustration in the application.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is an embodiment of a method for supporting payment of parking fees to multiple parties provided in the present application, the method comprising:
101. acquiring owner information of an owner;
in this embodiment, the terminal obtains the owner information of the owner, where the owner information includes the identity information of the owner or license plate information, and the license plate information is associated with the owner identity information.
102. Acquiring a first parking time length of a vehicle owner in a target parking lot;
in this embodiment, the terminal determines the vehicle of the vehicle owner according to the vehicle owner information of the vehicle owner, and obtains the first parking time of the vehicle owner in the target parking lot, specifically, the terminal may obtain license plate information of the vehicle owner, determine the entering time and the exiting time of the vehicle in the parking lot according to the license plate information, and determine the first parking time according to the entering time and the exiting time. For example, if the terminal obtains license plate information of an owner of the vehicle as XX, and determines that the entering time of the vehicle is nine points in the morning and the exiting time is ten points in the morning on the same day according to the license plate information, the first parking duration of the vehicle is 1 hour.
103. Judging whether the vehicle owner has a parking package for purchasing a first platform according to the vehicle owner information, wherein the first platform has the parking duration of a target parking lot, if so, executing step 104, and if not, executing step 106;
in this embodiment, the vehicle owner may purchase a parking package of the first platform, and after the vehicle owner purchases the parking package, the parking package may be associated and bound with vehicle owner information of the vehicle owner. Therefore, the terminal can judge whether the vehicle owner has a parking package buying the first platform or not according to the vehicle owner information of the vehicle owner. For example, whether a parking package of the first platform associated with the basic identity information or license plate information of the vehicle owner exists is judged from the basic identity information or license plate information of the vehicle owner, so that whether the vehicle owner has the parking package purchasing the first platform is judged. If yes, go to step 104, if not, go to step 106.
It should be noted that, the first platform has a parkable duration of the target parking lot, where the parkable duration is a duration that a vehicle can be parked in the target parking lot, for example, if the parkable duration is 300 hours, it indicates that the vehicle can be parked in the target parking lot for 300 hours. The first platform can formulate a parking package according to the available parking time, and the parking package can be sold to vehicle owners to obtain economic benefits. If the vehicle owner purchases the parking package of the first platform, and then the vehicle owner parks the vehicle in the target parking lot within the range of the parkable time period specified by the purchased parking package, the vehicle owner does not need to pay parking fee any more. The parkable duration of the first platform having the target parking lot may be obtained by purchasing from an operator of the target parking lot, for example, the first platform pays a certain duration purchase fee to the operator of the parking lot to obtain the parkable duration. Alternatively, the first platform side may provide the device or service owned by the first platform side to the target parking lot to exchange for the parkable duration of the target parking lot, for example, the first platform side may provide the target parking lot with a parking charging system, exchange for the parkable duration of the target parking lot according to the total value of the parking charging system, and may obtain the parkable duration of the parking lot by purchasing the parking duration of the parking lot from the owner who owns the individual parking lot, or may obtain the parkable duration by other means, which is not limited herein.
104. Acquiring a parkable time length;
in this embodiment, if the terminal determines that the vehicle owner purchases the parking package of the first platform, the terminal obtains the parking duration of the first platform in the target parking lot. For example, if the first platform acquires a parkable duration of 300 hours by purchasing the parking manager of the target parking lot, the terminal acquires the parkable duration of 300 hours of the first platform.
105. Deducting a first parking duration from the parkable duration;
in this embodiment, the terminal deducts the first parking time period of the vehicle owner in the target parking lot from the parkable time period of the first platform. For example, if the first platform is parked for 300 hours in the target parking lot, the vehicle owner is parked for 2 hours in the first parking time of the target parking lot, and after the terminal obtains the parked for 300 hours, the terminal subtracts 2 hours from 300 hours, and at this time, the remaining time of the parked time of the first platform is 298 hours.
106. Calculating a first parking cost and a first parking profit margin of a first parking duration;
in this embodiment, if it is determined that the vehicle owner does not purchase the parking package of the first platform, the terminal calculates a first parking fee and a first parking profit margin for the first parking duration. Specifically, the terminal may acquire a parking charging rule of the target parking lot, and calculate the first parking fee according to the parking charging rule and the first parking duration. For example, if the parking fee regulation of the target parking lot is 5 yuan for the first 2 hours of parking, 2 yuan per hour after 2 hours, and if the first parking time period is 5 hours, the first parking fee is 5 yuan+ (5 hours-2 hours) ×2 yuan=11 yuan. Or when the activity offers such as the red package and the discount exist, the terminal can also acquire the parking charging rule, the first parking duration and the activity offers of the target parking lot to calculate the first parking cost of the vehicle owner. For example, if there is a full-ten-minus-one, full-twenty-minus-two etc. acquisition, if the parking charge rule of the target parking lot is 5 yuan for the first 2 hours of parking, 2 yuan per hour after 2 hours, and if the first parking time period is 5 hours, the first parking charge is 5 yuan+ (5 hours-2 hours) ×2 yuan-1 yuan=10 yuan. Alternatively, the first parking fee may be calculated according to other methods, and is not limited herein. After the first parking cost is calculated, the parking cost of the target parking lot in the first parking time period is obtained, wherein the parking cost can be determined according to the operation and maintenance cost of the target parking lot, and can also be set by the first platform according to actual conditions. And calculating the first parking profit margin according to the first parking expense and the parking expense cost. Specifically, the first parking profit margin may be calculated in such a manner that the first parking profit margin is equal to the first parking fee minus the parking fee cost divided by the parking fee cost and then multiplied by one hundred percent. For example, if the first parking fee is 10 yuan, the parking fee cost is 8 yuan, and the first parking profit margin is 25% if (10 yuan-8 yuan)/(8 yuan×100% = 25) is calculated. Alternatively, the parking cost unit price of the target parking lot may be obtained, and then the first parking time unit price may be calculated according to the first parking cost and the first parking time unit price, and the first parking profit margin may be calculated according to the parking cost unit price and the first parking time unit price.
107. Judging whether the first parking profit margin reaches a preset threshold, if so, executing step 108, and if not, executing step 109;
in this embodiment, the terminal determines whether the first parking profit margin reaches the preset threshold, if yes, step 108 is executed, and if not, step 109 is executed. For example, if the preset threshold is 10%, it is determined whether the first parking profit margin is greater than or equal to 10%, if yes, step 108 is executed, and if not, step 109 is executed. It should be noted that the preset threshold may be a parking profit margin preset by the first platform, for example, may be 10%, or 15%, or other values, which are not limited herein.
108. Paying a first parking fee to the first platform and deducting a first parking duration from the parkable duration;
in this embodiment, if it is determined that the first parking profit margin reaches the preset threshold, the first parking fee settled by the vehicle owner is paid to the first platform, and specifically, the vehicle owner may settle the first parking fee by means of a field code scanning, and the first parking fee is paid to the first platform. And deducting the first parking duration from the parkable duration so as to update the parkable duration, wherein the updated parkable duration is the parkable duration minus the first parking duration. For example, if the first parking time period of the vehicle owner is 5 hours, the first parking fee is 10 yuan, and the parkable time period is 300 hours, the first platform is paid for 10 yuan of the vehicle owner fee settlement, and the updated parkable time period is 300 hours-5 hours = 295 hours, and 5 hours are subtracted from 300 hours.
109. The first parking fee is paid to the second platform.
In this embodiment, if the terminal determines that the first parking profit margin does not reach the preset threshold, the vehicle owner pays the first parking fee to the second platform, and specifically, the vehicle owner can settle the first parking fee by a site code scanning manner or an online payment manner. The second platform may be a manager of the target parking lot. For example, if the first parking fee of the vehicle owner is 10 yuan, the parking fee of 10 yuan is paid to the parking lot manager.
It should be noted that, the first platform and the second platform in this embodiment may be two independent platforms, and when the vehicle owner needs to pay the first parking fee to park the vehicle in the target parking lot, the first parking fee is paid to the first platform or the parking fee is paid to the second platform according to the method described above. Alternatively, the first platform and the second platform in this embodiment may be two sub-modules subordinate to one target platform, and after the vehicle owner parks the vehicle, the vehicle owner pays the first parking fee to the two sub-modules subordinate to the target platform according to the above method, which is not limited herein.
In this embodiment, if the vehicle owner parks the vehicle in the target parking lot, the terminal obtains the vehicle owner information of the vehicle owner and obtains the first parking duration of the vehicle owner. Judging whether the vehicle owner purchases the parking package of the first platform or not according to the vehicle owner information, deducting the first parking time length from the parkable time length of the target parking lot owned by the first platform if the vehicle owner purchases the parking package, and calculating the first parking expense and the first parking profit margin corresponding to the first parking time length if the vehicle owner does not purchase the parking package. And judging whether the first parking profit rate reaches a preset threshold value, if so, paying the first parking expense to the first platform, deducting the first parking duration from the parking duration, and if not, paying the first parking expense to the second platform. Therefore, through the scheme, the first parking fee can be paid to multiple parties based on the judgment of the first parking time length and the corresponding first parking profit margin of the vehicle owner, and the flexibility of parking fee payment is improved.
In order to make the method for supporting payment of parking fees to multiple parties provided in the present application more understandable, the method for supporting payment of parking fees to multiple parties provided in the present application is described in detail below:
in this embodiment, when a vehicle owner parks a vehicle in a target parking lot, the following two situations may be specifically divided, one is that the vehicle owner purchases a parking package of the first platform, and the other is that the vehicle owner does not purchase the parking package, and the following two situations are respectively described in the method for paying parking fees to multiple parties by using the support provided by the present application:
referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating another embodiment of a method for supporting payment of parking fees to multiple parties provided by the present application when a vehicle owner purchases a parking package on a first platform, the method comprising:
201. acquiring owner information of an owner;
202. acquiring a first parking time length of a vehicle owner in a target parking lot;
steps 201 to 202 in this embodiment are similar to steps 101 to 102 in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and are not repeated here.
203. When determining that the vehicle owner purchases the parking package of the first platform, acquiring the parking time from the virtual time account of the first platform;
optionally, in this embodiment, the first platform creates a virtual duration account, where the virtual duration account is used to manage a parkable duration, a frozen duration, a thawing duration, a consumed duration consumed by a vehicle owner for parking, and so on. And after the terminal determines that the vehicle owner purchases the parking package of the first platform, acquiring the parking time from the virtual time account of the first platform.
204. Determining the total package parking time length in the parking package;
optionally, in this embodiment, the terminal obtains a parking package purchased by the vehicle owner, and determines a package total parking duration in the package according to the parking package. For example, if the terminal obtains that the vehicle owner purchases a parking package for 4 months and rents the package for one hour a day, the terminal determines the total parking time of the package from the parking package for 30 hours.
205. Freezing a package total parking duration contained in the parkable duration;
optionally, in this embodiment, after the terminal determines the total package parking duration in the parking package, the duration corresponding to the total package duration is frozen in the parkable duration, so that the duration corresponding to the total package duration cannot be sold or used by others in the parkable duration. For example, if it is determined that the total package duration of the parking package is 30 hours, then the package is frozen for 30 hours in the parkable duration, the 30 hours being used for the vehicle owner to park in the target parking lot.
206. Acquiring a first parking time period of a first parking duration;
in this embodiment, the terminal obtains a first parking time period corresponding to a first parking duration of the vehicle owner. Specifically, the approach time and the departure time of the vehicle owner may be acquired, and the first parking period may be determined according to the approach time and the departure time. For example, if the approach time of the vehicle owner is 10 a.m., and the departure time is twelve a.m., the first parking duration is 2 hours, and the corresponding first parking time period is ten a.m. to twelve a.m..
207. Acquiring a parking time period of a parking package;
in this embodiment, the parking package may include information such as a parking period, a parked time period, a package selling price, and the like. The parking period may be one week, one month, one quarter, one year, etc., the parking period may be seven in the morning to twelve in the noon, two in the afternoon to five in the afternoon, the whole day, etc., and the package selling price may be 50 yuan, 100 yuan, etc., and is not limited thereto.
In this embodiment, the terminal determines a parking package purchased by the vehicle owner, and obtains a parkable time period of the parking package. For example, if the vehicle owner parks a package for a monthly rental, the parkable time period is from seven in the morning to twelve in the noon, with a selling price of 100 yuan. The parking time period for the terminal to obtain the vehicle owner parking package is seven in the morning to twelve in the noon.
208. Judging whether the first parking time period is all contained in the parkable time period, if yes, executing step 209, and if not, executing step 211;
in this embodiment, the terminal determines whether the first parking time period of the vehicle owner is all included in the parkable time period of the parking package, if yes, step 209 is executed, and if not, step 211 is executed. For example, if the first parking period of the vehicle owner is seven in the morning to nine in the morning and the parkable period of the parking package is seven in the morning to twelve in the noon, step 209 is performed, if the first parking period of the vehicle owner is seven in the morning to nine in the morning and the parkable period of the parking package is eight in the morning to ten in the morning, step 211 is performed when the first parking period of the vehicle owner is not all included in the parkable period of the medium parking package.
209. Deducting a first parking duration from the parkable duration;
in this embodiment, the terminal determines that the first parking period of the vehicle owner and the vehicle all include the parkable period of the medium parking package, and the vehicle owner has purchased the parking package of the first platform, so that the payment of parking fee is not required. The terminal deducts the first parking time from the parkable time of the first platform. For example, if the parkable duration is 300 hours and the first parking duration is 5 hours, the terminal deducts the first parking duration from the parkable duration of 300 hours for 5 hours, and the parkable duration after deduction is 295 hours.
210. Obtaining an undelivered time length and thawing the undelivered time length, wherein the undelivered time length is the time length of the expired vehicle of the total package parking time length and the undelivered vehicle of the vehicle owner;
optionally, in this embodiment, the terminal obtains an unparked duration of an expired vehicle in the parking package, where the vehicle owner does not park the vehicle, and thaws the unparked duration in the parkable duration, so that after the unparked duration is thawed, the unparked duration may be continuously sold to other vehicle owners, and economic benefits are obtained. Specifically, a parkable time period in the parking package may be obtained, and an unparked time period is obtained according to the first parking time period and the parkable time period, and the unparked time period is thawed, wherein the unparked time period is equal to a first parking time period subtracted from the parkable time period in the current parking time, and the first parking time period is a corresponding parking time period in the parkable time period of the parking package. For example, if the obtained parking time period in the parking package is seven in the morning to twelve in the noon, and if the first parking time period corresponding to the first parking time period of the vehicle owner is ten in the morning to twelve in the noon, the terminal may determine that the non-parking time period is seven in the morning to ten in the morning according to the first parking time period of the vehicle owner and the parking time period of the parking package, and the non-parking time period is 2 hours, and defrost the terminal from the non-parking time period for 2 hours. Alternatively, the non-parking duration may be equal to the sum of the times of the parking, the cross-package parkable time periods minus the first parking duration, the first parking duration being a duration consumed in the parkable time periods, for example, if the vehicle owner purchases a 1 month and 2 month parking package, the first parking duration of the vehicle owner corresponds to a first parking time period of 1 month 20 days to 2 months 10 days, the non-parking duration is a parking duration corresponding to a package parkable time period of 1 month 1 to 1 month 19, and the terminal thaws the non-parking duration. Alternatively, the non-parked duration may be obtained periodically to defrost the non-parked duration, and the period may be 1 day, 2 days, or one week, which is not limited herein. For example, the period is 1 day, the terminal obtains the non-parked duration every day, and if the parked period of the current day parking package is over, the vehicle owner still does not park, the duration corresponding to the current day parked period is thawed.
211. Acquiring intersection parking time length, wherein the intersection parking time length is the parking time length corresponding to the intersection of the first parking time period and the parked time period;
optionally, in this embodiment, if the terminal determines that the first parking time period corresponding to the first parking time period of the vehicle owner is not all included in the parkable time period of the medium parking package, the terminal obtains an intersection parking time period corresponding to an intersection of the first parking time period and the parkable time period. For example, if the first parking time period corresponding to the first time period of the vehicle owner is seven in the morning to twelve in the noon, the parkable time period of the parking package is nine in the morning to twelve in the noon, and the intersection of the first parking time period and the parkable time period is nine in the morning to twelve in the noon, the intersection parking time period corresponding to the intersection is 2 hours.
212. Deducting intersection parking time from the parkable time;
optionally, in this embodiment, the terminal deducts the intersection parking duration from the parkable duration. For example, if the intersection parking period is 2 hours and the parkable period is 300 hours, 2 hours are subtracted from 300 hours and the remaining parkable period is 298 hours.
213. Acquiring a difference set parking time length, wherein the difference set parking time length is the parking time length corresponding to the difference set of the first parking time period and the parkable time period;
Optionally, in this embodiment, if the terminal determines that the first parking time period corresponding to the first parking time period of the vehicle owner is not all included in the parkable time period of the medium parking package, the terminal obtains an intersection parking time period corresponding to a difference between the first parking time period and the parkable time period, so as to determine a parking time period of the vehicle owner, which is not parked in the parkable time period of the medium parking package in the first parking time period of the vehicle owner. For example, if the first parking time period corresponding to the first parking time period of the vehicle owner is seven in the morning to twelve in the noon, the parkable time period of the parking package is nine in the morning to twelve in the noon, and the difference between the first parking time period and the parkable time period is seven in the morning to nine in the morning, the difference parking time period corresponding to the difference is 2 hours.
214. Calculating a second parking cost and a second parking profit margin according to the difference parking time;
alternatively, in this embodiment, the terminal calculates the second parking fee of the difference parking duration and the second parking profit margin may calculate the second parking fee according to the parking fee rule and the difference parking duration by acquiring the parking fee rule of the target parking lot. And then after calculating the second parking cost, acquiring the parking cost, wherein the parking cost can be determined according to the operation and maintenance cost of the target parking lot, or can be set by the first platform according to actual conditions. And calculating a second parking profit margin according to the second parking expense and the parking expense cost. Specifically, the second parking profit margin may be calculated in such a manner that the second parking profit margin is equal to the second parking fee minus the parking fee cost divided by the parking fee cost and then multiplied by one hundred percent. Or, the parking cost unit price of the target parking lot can be obtained, the second parking time unit price is calculated according to the first parking cost and the difference parking time, and the second parking profit margin is calculated according to the parking cost unit price and the second parking time unit price.
215. Judging whether the second parking profit margin reaches a preset threshold, if so, executing step 216, and if not, executing step 217;
optionally, in this embodiment, the terminal determines whether the second parking profit margin reaches the preset threshold, if so, step 216 is executed, and if not, step 217 is executed. For example, if the preset threshold is 10%, it is determined whether the second parking profit margin is greater than or equal to 10%, if so, step 216 is executed, and if not, step 217 is executed. The preset threshold may be set by the first platform, for example 5%, 10%,15%, and is not limited in particular here,
216. paying a second parking fee to the first platform, and deducting a difference parking time length from the parking time length;
optionally, in this embodiment, if it is determined that the second parking profit margin reaches the preset threshold, the second parking fee settled by the vehicle owner is paid to the first platform, specifically, the vehicle owner may settle the second parking fee by means of a field code scanning, and the terminal pays the second parking fee to the first platform after obtaining the second parking fee settled by the vehicle owner. Or the owner obtains the collection account information of the first platform and pays the second parking fee to the collection account information of the first platform. After the second parking fee is paid, the terminal deducts the difference set parking time length from the parkable time length, so that the residual parkable time length is obtained, and the residual parkable time length is the parkable time length minus the difference set parking time length. Optionally, after subtracting the difference parking duration from the parkable duration, the non-parking duration in the parking package may also be obtained and thawed.
217. Paying a second parking fee to the second platform;
optionally, in this embodiment, if the terminal determines that the second parking profit margin does not reach the preset threshold, the second platform is paid for the second parking fee settled by the vehicle owner. For example, if the second parking fee is 10 yuan, then 10 yuan is paid to the second platform.
In this embodiment, the terminal obtains the owner information of the owner, obtains the first parking duration of the owner, and if the owner purchases the parking package, the terminal obtains the parkable duration from the virtual duration account of the first platform, determines the total package parking duration in the parking package, and freezes the total package parking duration in the parkable duration. Then the terminal acquires a first parking time period corresponding to the first parking time period, acquires a parkable time period in a parking package, judges whether the first parking time period is completely contained in the parkable time period, and deducts the first parking time period from the parkable time period if the first parking time period is completely contained; if the first parking time period and the parking time period of the parking package are not all contained, acquiring intersection parking time length of the first parking time period and the parking time period of the parking package, deducting intersection parking time length from the parking time length, acquiring difference parking time length of the first parking time period and the parking time period, calculating second parking cost and second parking profit according to the difference parking time length, judging whether the second parking profit reaches a preset threshold, if so, paying the second parking cost to the first platform, deducting difference parking time length from the parking time length, and if not, paying the second parking cost to the second platform. According to the scheme, the first parking package is used for planning the parking time period, if the first parking time period of the vehicle owner is in the parking time period corresponding to the parking time period of the parking package, the first parking time period is directly deducted from the parking time period, if the first parking time period is not contained, the parking cost is paid to the first platform and the corresponding parking time period is deducted based on the first parking time period and the first parking profit margin, or the first parking cost is paid to the second platform, more choices are provided for paying parking fees to multiple parties, and the flexibility of parking fee is improved.

303. When the owner is determined not to purchase the parking package of the first platform, acquiring a preset charging rule of the target parking lot and calculating first parking cost according to the preset charging rule and first parking time length;
in this embodiment, if the terminal determines that the vehicle owner does not purchase the parking package of the first platform, the terminal obtains a preset charging rule of the target parking lot and calculates the first parking cost according to the preset charging rule and the first parking duration.
304. Calculating a first parking duration unit price according to the first parking cost and the first parking duration;
In this embodiment, after calculating the first parking fee, the terminal calculates the first parking time unit price according to the first parking fee and the first parking time. The first parking duration unit price is equal to the first parking cost divided by the first parking duration, for example, if the first parking cost is 11 yuan and the first parking duration is 5 hours, the first parking duration unit price is 11 yuan/5 hours = 2.2 yuan/hour.
305. Acquiring the parking cost unit price of a target parking lot;
in this embodiment, the terminal obtains a parking cost unit price of the target parking lot, where the parking cost unit price may be formulated by the first platform according to actual situations, for example, may be determined by the first platform according to a platform duration operation cost, for example, may be 2 yuan/hour. The parking lot maintenance cost of the target parking lot can be determined, or the first platform and the second platform can be negotiated and formulated, and the method is not limited herein.
306. Calculating a first parking profit margin according to the parking cost unit price and the first parking duration unit price;
in this embodiment, the terminal calculates the first parking profit margin according to the parking cost unit price and the first parking duration unit price, in which the first parking profit margin is equal to the first parking duration unit price minus the parking cost unit price divided by the parking cost unit price and finally multiplied by one hundred percent. For example, if the parking cost unit price is 2 yuan/hour and the first parking time unit price is 2.2 yuan/hour, the first parking profit margin= (2.2 yuan/hour-2 yuan/hour)/(2 yuan/hour×100% = 10%).
307. Judging whether the first parking profit margin reaches a preset threshold, if so, executing step 308, and if not, executing step 309;
308. paying a first parking fee to the first platform and deducting a first parking duration from the parkable duration;
309. the first parking fee is paid to the second platform.
