It should be noted that the terms used herein should be construed to have meanings consistent with the context of the present specification and should not be construed in an idealized or overly formal manner.
In the prior art, because the users are unwilling to buy the bill for congestion, part of the users are unwilling to pay in advance, but pay again when the users quickly leave the parking lot, so that the congestion in the peak period is further aggravated; however, if the free departure time set in the parking lot is too long, the purpose of urging the user to leave as soon as possible after the payment is completed cannot be achieved.
In order to solve the problems, the application provides a parking lot payment management method, a parking lot payment management system, a readable storage medium and electronic equipment, which are used for solving the congestion caused by payment of users concentrated at an exit in a peak period. When the vehicle leaves the parking lot, the information of the vehicle exiting the parking lot can be detected through the detection device at the exit of the parking lot, if the vehicle is judged to be a paid vehicle, the vehicle is released, if the vehicle is not paid, the system reminds the user to pay through an acousto-optic signal, and if the user finishes paying within a preset duration, the system sends out an exit barrier gate opening command after receiving the information of successful payment; if the user does not finish paying in the preset time, the system reminds the user to pay the parking fee again through the acousto-optic signal, so that the user is urged to pay the fee as soon as possible. Further, for long-parking vehicles, if the user still does not finish payment after the preset time passes, and the number of the current waiting vehicles exceeds the set threshold value and the vehicle is the long-parking vehicle, an exit barrier gate opening command is sent, and the user leaves the ground first and pays the fee, so that the congestion pressure is further relieved. For a better understanding of the present solution, the following description is given in connection with the examples.
As shown in fig. 1, embodiment 1 of the present invention provides a parking lot payment management method, which includes the following steps:
step S10: when the information that the vehicle arrives at the exit road gate is obtained, judging whether the vehicle is a paid vehicle or not;
step S20: if the vehicle is a paid vehicle, sending an exit barrier gate opening command, and if the vehicle is an unpaid vehicle, reminding a user of paying parking fees;
step S30: if the unpaid vehicle finishes paying within the preset time, sending an exit barrier gate opening command, and if the unpaid vehicle does not finish paying beyond the preset time, reminding the user to pay again and/or feeding back to the parking lot guard center;
the preset duration is the average payment duration of the parking lot channel where the vehicle is located in a first preset period of time counted in advance;
the first preset period refers to a period in which the vehicle is located.
In the above scheme, when the vehicle needs to leave the parking lot, when the vehicle runs through the ground induction coil arranged at the preset position of the parking lot, or when the vehicle passes through the visual field range of the camera installed at the preset position of the parking lot, the cloud end of the parking lot can acquire the information that the vehicle reaches the exit barrier in real time, and besides, the cloud end can acquire the information that the vehicle reaches the exit barrier in other modes, so that the vehicle is not limited.
It should be noted that the information that the vehicle that the cloud end obtained arrives at the exit barrier gate includes the time of departure, license plate information, information of the parking space where the vehicle was located before, payment information, etc.
When the cloud acquires information that the vehicle arrives at the exit barrier gate, judging whether the vehicle is a paying vehicle, namely, the paying vehicle for parking fee is finished, and when the vehicle is the vehicle for which the paying is finished, sending a command to the exit barrier gate of the parking lot to enable the exit barrier gate to be opened, and enabling the vehicle to successfully exit the parking lot; if the current vehicle is not a vehicle paying, namely, the parking fee paying vehicle is not completed, a reminding command is sent to the exit of the parking lot to remind the user on the vehicle of completing the payment, the vehicle can be reminded in a voice mode, if the vehicle can be played in voice for 'requesting to pay 5 yuan', the vehicle can also be reminded in a flashing mode of an indicator lamp, when the vehicle exits the parking lot at night, the vehicle can be reminded to pay by reminding the user in a combination mode of voice and the indicator lamp, and the vehicle can be reminded in other modes, so that the vehicle is not limited.
According to the reminding method, if the vehicle finishes paying in the preset time, the cloud can send a command to the exit barrier gate of the parking lot to open the exit barrier gate, the vehicle can successfully drive out of the parking lot, and if the vehicle still does not finish paying in the preset time, the reminding can be carried out again in the mode, the reminding times are not limited, or after the reminding is carried out again, the reminding is not paid yet, the reminding can be fed back to the parking lot on-duty center, or the vehicle does not finish paying in the preset time, and the reminding can be directly fed back to the parking lot on-duty center.
The preset duration is the average payment duration of the parking lot channel where the vehicle is located in a first preset period counted in advance. The vehicle can be the vehicle needing to exit the parking lot at present, and the preset duration can be reasonably and dynamically adjusted by the acquired average payment duration in the first preset period, so that the management of the parking lot on the exiting vehicle is more facilitated when the preset duration is closer to reality.
The first preset time period may be any time period within a day, for example, each hour is set as a first preset time period, 10:00-11:00, 11:00-12:00 are set, a plurality of first preset time periods are obtained, and then an average payment duration of each first preset time period is obtained through preset statistical data to be used as a preset duration.
The average payment duration can also be obtained through a statistical analysis mode according to the respective payment duration of all users parked in the parking lot in the first preset period, and when the average payment duration is calculated, in order to be more close to the actual situation, data of the payment duration obviously exceeding the payment durations of other people need to be removed, because the payment duration obviously exceeding the payment durations of other people can be caused by network faults and other reasons, and if the payment duration is counted into a statistical result, the accuracy of the average payment duration can be affected. In general, because various payment modes exist in the parking lot, the average payment time length is different in different payment modes, for example, when a vehicle enters the parking lot, the camera can automatically identify a license plate number, then the license plate number information is transmitted to the cloud end to start charging, the user can finish off-site payment through self-help code scanning before off-site, the payment two-dimension code can be an electronic two-dimension code automatically generated by the background or a paper two-dimension code pre-adhered to the exit of the parking lot, for the paper two-dimension code, after the license plate number is input by the user code scanning, payment information is generated on the user terminal, then the payment can be completed, the cost payment time length is long, for the automatically generated electronic two-dimension code, the user only needs to input a payment password after determining the amount of money, and does not need to input any other payment information. For example, if the parking lot adopts a payment mode that a user scans a code to input a license plate number to generate a payment amount, the average payment duration is 20s, and the average payment duration of the user scanning the automatic payment two-dimensional code only needs 10s, the difference of the average payment durations in the two payment modes can be obviously seen.
It should be noted that, in the present invention, the reason that the vehicle does not complete payment within the preset time period is not limited, and the reason is not limited to the network environment, the user calls, the user operates too slowly, and the account balance bound by the user is insufficient.
According to the parking lot payment management method provided by the invention, after the information that the vehicle arrives at the exit barrier gate is obtained, whether the vehicle is a paid vehicle is judged, the vehicle is further set according to the condition that the vehicle is not paid, the management of the vehicle in the parking lot is carried out by setting the preset time and further judging whether the vehicle finishes paying within the preset time, and for the vehicle which does not finish paying, the vehicle can finish paying and leaving as soon as possible by a user in a multiple reminding mode.
Further, the parking lot payment management method further comprises the following steps:
as shown in fig. 2, in step S30, if the unpaid vehicle does not complete the payment for more than a preset period of time, and the number of vehicles queued in the payment process is greater than a threshold number of vehicles, determining whether the vehicle is a long-stop vehicle;
if the vehicle is a long stop vehicle, an exit barrier opening command is issued, as shown in FIG. 4.
Further, the long-parking vehicle refers to a vehicle with a parking frequency greater than a parking frequency threshold value within a second preset period of time, and/or a vehicle with a parking time greater than a parking time threshold value within the second preset period of time.
Further, step S30 further includes: step S40: if the unpaid vehicle still does not finish the payment after the user is reminded to pay again and the third preset period of time passes, reminding the user to pay for the third time
In the above scheme, when the unpaid vehicle still does not finish the payment after the preset time, the situation may be caused by more vehicles queued in the payment process, firstly, by judging whether the number of the queued vehicles in the payment process is greater than a preset vehicle number threshold, when the number of the queued vehicles is greater than the preset vehicle number threshold, the situation that the vehicle is jammed in the payment process at this time is indicated, and secondly, the cloud further slows down the traffic jam situation of the parking lot exit due to the payment by judging whether the vehicle is a long parking vehicle. When the vehicle with the unpaid vehicle parking frequency being greater than the preset parking frequency threshold value in the second preset time period is obtained, the cloud end can consider that the unpaid vehicle is a long parking vehicle, and when the vehicle is a long parking vehicle, the cloud end sends a command to an exit gate of a parking lot at the moment to enable the exit gate to be opened, the vehicle successfully drives out of the parking lot, and meanwhile a reminding mode is adopted to remind a user of the long parking vehicle of paying; when the vehicle is not in long stop, as shown in fig. 3, the exit barrier gate is not opened first, the user is reminded of paying through modes such as sound, indicator lights and sending short messages, if the vehicle is not paid or is not paid after the third preset period, the user can be reminded to pay through a continuous reminding mode until the payment is successful, and the vehicle is released.
Through the mode of reminding many times, the vehicle payment without payment can be effectively supervised, so that fair and fair parking management is realized. The third preset period may be set to 24 hours, one week, or other length of time. In the invention, the reminding times of the vehicle which is not paid is not limited, and the vehicle which is not paid according to the regulated time after the third reminding can also be sent for paying at intervals of a third preset time interval until the user finishes paying.
In the above scheme, it is also possible to determine that the vehicle is a long-stop vehicle by acquiring whether the parking time of the unpaid vehicle in the second preset period is greater than the parking time threshold.
Optionally, the vehicle number threshold may be set reasonably according to the running condition of the parking lot, for example, the vehicle number threshold may be set to different vehicle number thresholds according to the congestion degree of different time periods, so that the set vehicle number threshold more accords with the parking condition of the actual parking lot exit, for example, when 10:00-11:00, the parking lot exit is compared to be congested, and the vehicle number threshold may be set to 5; when the traffic jam situation at the exit of the parking lot is 2:00-3:00, the traffic jam situation at the exit of the parking lot is lighter, the threshold value of the number of vehicles can be set to be 1 at the moment, the situation that the traffic jam situation is avoided, the threshold value of the number of vehicles is smaller, the cloud end mistakenly considers that the exit of the parking lot is not jammed, and whether the unpaid vehicle is a long-stop vehicle or not can not be further judged.
In the above scheme, the second preset time period may be set to one week, one month, etc., and the specific time period is not limited herein, and the cloud end may obtain the information of the long-stop vehicle by analyzing license plate data in the previous second preset time period.
For example, the parking information of all the vehicles parked in the parking lot in a period of one month can be counted, the vehicles with the parking frequency of more than 3 times, 5 times and 10 times are recorded as the long-parking vehicles, and when the parking lot is out of the park and is jammed, the users are allowed to go out of the park and pay the parking fee. The information of all the vehicles parked in the parking lot in a period of one month can be counted, and the vehicles with parking time longer than 10 hours, 20 hours and 30 hours can be recorded as long-parked vehicles. Through giving the user privileges, the comfort of the long parking owners to the parking lot can be increased, the user trust and the user viscosity are established, and the congestion is relieved.
In addition, if the number of times that the user accumulates the unpaid parking fee exceeds a certain number of times threshold, such as 2 times and 3 times, in a period of time, for example, in one month, the user is not allowed to leave the parking lot no matter whether the current vehicle is a long-parking vehicle or not or whether the parking lot is congested currently, and the user needs to pay the short time before leaving the parking lot, so that the fairness and fairness of parking fee are further ensured, and the condition of ticket escaping is reduced.
By the method, if the number of the queuing vehicles in the payment process is larger than the threshold value of the number of the vehicles, the parking lot is judged to be in a congestion state currently, at the moment, whether the vehicle which is not paid currently is a long-parking vehicle is further judged, if the vehicle which is not paid currently is the long-parking vehicle, the long-parking vehicle is released first, and the payment prompt is sent again, so that the congestion of the parking lot can be effectively relieved, and the goodness of the long-parking vehicle is increased.
The embodiment 2 of the invention provides a parking lot payment management system, which comprises the following modules:
the first judging module is used for judging whether the vehicle is a paid vehicle or not when the information of the vehicle reaching the exit barrier gate is obtained;
the processing module is used for sending an exit barrier gate opening command if the vehicle is a paid vehicle, and reminding a user of paying parking cost if the vehicle is an unpaid vehicle; if the unpaid vehicle finishes paying within the preset time, sending an exit barrier gate opening command, and if the unpaid vehicle does not finish paying beyond the preset time, reminding the user to pay again and/or feeding back to the parking lot guard center;
