In the prior art, as users do not want to buy the bill for the jam, part of the users do not want to pay in advance, but pay when the users fast drive out of the parking lot, so that the jam in the peak period is further aggravated; however, if the free leaving time set in the parking lot is too long, the purpose of urging the user to leave as soon as possible after the payment is completed cannot be achieved.
In order to solve the above problems, the present application provides a parking lot payment management method, system, readable storage medium and electronic device, which are used for solving the congestion caused by the situation that a user concentrates on an exit to pay in a peak period. When the vehicle leaves the parking lot, the information of the vehicle leaving the parking lot exit is detected through a detection device at the parking lot exit, if the vehicle is judged to be a paid vehicle, the vehicle is released, if the vehicle is not a paid vehicle, the system reminds a user to pay through an acousto-optic signal, if the user finishes paying within a preset time, the system sends an exit barrier gate opening command after receiving the information of successful payment; if the user does not finish the payment within the preset time, the system prompts the user to pay the parking fee through the acousto-optic signal again, so that the user is supervised to pay the departure as soon as possible. Further, for the long-stop vehicle, if the user does not finish payment after the preset time, and the number of the vehicles waiting at present exceeds the set threshold value and the vehicle is the long-stop vehicle, an exit barrier gate opening command is sent, and the user leaves the field and pays the payment first, so that the congestion pressure is further relieved. For better understanding of the present solution, the following description is given with reference to the examples.
Example 1:
as shown in fig. 1, an embodiment 1 of the present invention provides a parking lot payment management method, including the following steps:
step S10: when information that a vehicle arrives at an exit barrier is acquired, whether the vehicle is a paid vehicle is judged;
step S20: if the vehicle is a paid vehicle, sending an exit barrier gate opening command, and if the vehicle is an unpaid vehicle, prompting a user to pay parking fee;
step S30: if the toll-free vehicle finishes paying within the preset time, sending an exit barrier gate opening command, and if the toll-free vehicle does not finish paying beyond the preset time, reminding the user of paying again and/or feeding back to a parking lot watching center;
the preset time length is the average payment time length of a parking lot channel where the vehicle is located in a first preset time period counted in advance;
the first preset time period is a time period in which the vehicle is located.
In the above scheme, when the vehicle needs to leave the parking lot, when the vehicle travels through the ground induction coil set at the reserved position of the parking lot, or when the visual field range of the camera installed at the preset position of the parking lot is reached, the cloud end of the parking lot can acquire the information that the vehicle reaches the exit barrier in real time, and besides, the cloud end can acquire the information that the vehicle reaches the exit barrier through other modes, and the limitation is not made here.
It should be noted that the information that the vehicle arrives at the exit gate, which is acquired by the cloud, includes departure time, license plate information, information of a parking space where the vehicle is located, payment information, and the like.
When the vehicle is the vehicle which finishes payment, a command can be sent to the exit barrier gate of the parking lot to open the exit barrier gate, and the vehicle successfully drives out of the parking lot; if the current vehicle is an unpaid vehicle, namely when the vehicle does not pay the parking fee, a prompt command is sent to the exit of the parking lot to remind a user on the vehicle of paying the fee, the user can be reminded in a voice mode, if the user can broadcast the 'pay 5 yuan' in a voice mode, the user can also remind in a flashing mode of an indicator lamp, when the vehicle drives out of the parking lot at night, the user can be reminded of paying the fee in a mode of combining the voice mode and the indicator lamp, the vehicle can also be reminded in other modes, and the vehicle is not limited.
Through the reminding, if the vehicle finishes paying within the preset time, the cloud end can send a command to the exit barrier gate of the parking lot, so that the exit barrier gate is opened, the vehicle successfully exits the parking lot, if the vehicle still does not finish paying within the preset time, the payment reminding can be carried out again through the method, the reminding times are not limited, or after the reminding, the vehicle still does not pay, the vehicle can be fed back to the parking lot watch center, or the vehicle does not finish paying within the preset time, and the vehicle can be directly fed back to the parking lot watch center.
The preset time length is the average payment time length of a parking lot passage where the vehicle is located in a first preset time period, wherein the average payment time length is counted in advance. The vehicle can be the vehicle that needs to roll off the parking area at present, and it is long to pay fee through the average of acquireing at first preset period, and length of time is predetermine in dynamic adjustment that can be reasonable for when predetermineeing length of time and more pressing close to reality, be favorable to the management of parking area to the vehicle that drives off more.
The first preset time period may be any one time period within a day, for example, each hour is set as a first preset time period, 10:00-11:00, 11:00-12: 00.
The average payment duration can be obtained through a statistical analysis mode according to respective payment durations of all users who have stopped in the parking lot within a first preset time period, and when the average payment duration is calculated, in order to be closer to the actual situation, data that the payment duration obviously exceeds the payment duration of other people need to be removed. Generally speaking, as the parking lot has various payment methods and also causes different average payment durations under different payment methods, for example, when a vehicle enters the parking lot, a camera automatically identifies a license plate number, then the license plate number information is transmitted to a cloud to start charging, a user can finish leaving the parking lot by paying through a self-help code scanning before leaving the parking lot, the payment two-dimensional code can be an electronic two-dimensional code automatically generated by a background or a paper two-dimensional code pre-pasted at an exit of the parking lot, for the paper two-dimensional code, after the license plate number is input by scanning the code by the user, payment information is generated on a user terminal, then payment can be finished, the payment duration is long, the payment information is obtained in advance through the cloud in the automatically generated electronic two-dimensional code, and the user only needs to input a payment password after determining the amount, and in this case, the counted average payment time of the parking lot passage where the current vehicle is located in the departure time period is shorter than the average payment time required by the payment mode of inputting the license plate number after the user scans the paper two-dimensional code. For example, if the parking lot adopts a payment mode that a user scans a code to input a license plate number to generate a payment amount, the average payment time length is 20s, the average payment time length of the user scanning an automatic payment two-dimensional code is only 10s, and the difference of the average payment time lengths under the two payment modes can be obviously seen.
It should be noted that, the reason why the vehicle does not complete the payment within the preset time period is not limited in the present invention, and the reasons are not limited to the network environment, the user making and receiving calls, the user operation being too slow, and the account balance bound by the user being insufficient.
According to the parking lot payment management method, after the information that the vehicle arrives at the exit gate is obtained, whether the vehicle is a payment vehicle is judged, then further setting is carried out according to the condition that the vehicle is not paid, the management of the vehicle in the parking lot is carried out by setting the preset time length and further judging whether the vehicle finishes payment within the preset time length, and for the vehicle which does not finish payment, a user can finish payment and leaving as soon as possible in a multiple reminding mode.
Further, the parking lot payment management method further comprises the following steps:
as shown in fig. 2, in step S30, if the toll is not paid after the toll-free vehicle exceeds the preset time period, and the number of queued vehicles is greater than the threshold value of the number of vehicles in the toll-free process, it is determined whether the vehicle is a long-stop vehicle;
if the vehicle is a long stop vehicle, an exit barrier opening command is issued, as shown in fig. 4.
Further, the long-stop vehicle refers to a vehicle with a parking frequency greater than a parking frequency threshold value in a second preset time period, and/or a vehicle with a parking time greater than a parking time threshold value in the second preset time period.
Further, step S30 is followed by: step S40: if the toll collection vehicle does not finish the toll collection after the third preset time period after reminding the user to collect the toll again, reminding the user to collect the toll for the third time
According to the scheme, when the unpaid vehicle still does not finish payment after the preset time, the situation is probably caused by more vehicles queued in the payment process, whether the number of the queued vehicles is greater than a preset vehicle number threshold value is judged, if so, the situation shows that congestion occurs in the payment process at the moment, and then the cloud end further slows down the traffic congestion situation at the exit of the parking lot due to payment by judging whether the vehicle is a long-stop vehicle. The method comprises the steps that when a vehicle with a parking frequency larger than a preset parking frequency threshold value is parked by an unpaid vehicle within a second preset time period, the unpaid vehicle can be regarded as a long-stop vehicle, when the long-stop vehicle is parked, the cloud sends a command to an exit barrier of a parking lot at the moment, so that the exit barrier is opened, the vehicle successfully exits the parking lot, and meanwhile, a user of the long-stop vehicle is reminded to pay by adopting the reminding mode; when the vehicle does not belong to the long-stop vehicle, as shown in fig. 3, the exit barrier is not opened at first, the user is reminded to pay in the modes of sound, indicator light, short message sending and the like, if the vehicle which does not pay is not paid after the third preset time period, the user can be reminded to pay in the mode of continuous reminding until the payment is successful, and the vehicle is released.
Through the mode of reminding many times, can supervise effectively that the vehicle that does not pay collects fee to realize fair and fair parking management. The third preset period may be set to 24 hours, a week, or other length of time. It should be noted that, in the present invention, the number of times of reminding for the vehicle that has not paid is not limited, and for the vehicle that has not paid according to the specified time after the third reminding, the vehicle that has not paid according to the specified time may also send a payment reminding again every third preset time period until the user finishes paying.
In the above scheme, the vehicle can be judged to be a long-stop vehicle by obtaining whether the parking time of the unpaid vehicle in the second preset time period is greater than the parking time threshold.
Optionally, the vehicle number threshold may be reasonably set according to the operation condition of the parking lot, for example, the vehicle number threshold may be set according to the congestion degrees in different time periods, so that the set vehicle number threshold more conforms to the parking condition at the exit of the actual parking lot, for example, when the speed is 10:00-11:00, the traffic congestion at the exit of the parking lot is generally compared, and the vehicle number threshold may be set to 5; when the traffic jam condition of the exit of the parking lot is light at 2:00-3:00, the vehicle number threshold value can be set to be 1 at the moment, so that the situation that the traffic jam condition is relatively small, the cloud mistakenly considers that the exit of the parking lot is not jammed, and whether the unpaid vehicle is a long-stop vehicle or not can not be further judged.
In the scheme, the second preset time period can be set to be one week, one month and the like, the length of the specific time period is not limited, and the cloud end can obtain information of the long-stop vehicle by analyzing the license plate data in the second preset time period.
For example, the parking information of all vehicles parked in the parking lot within a one-month time period can be counted, the vehicles parked more frequently than 3 times, 5 times and 10 times are recorded as long-stop vehicles, and when the parking lot is out of the parking lot and is congested, the part of users are allowed to go out of the parking lot first and then pay the parking fee. The information of all vehicles parked in the parking lot in a one-month time period can be counted, and the vehicles parked for more than 10 hours, 20 hours and 30 hours are marked as long-stop vehicles. By giving privilege to the users, the good sensitivity of the long-stop vehicle owner to the parking lot can be increased, the user trust level and the user viscosity are established, and the congestion is relieved.
In addition, the method can also be set, if the number of times of accumulated unpaid parking fees of the user exceeds a certain threshold value of times, such as 2 times and 3 times, within a period of time, for example, in one month, the vehicle is not allowed to drive away from the parking lot no matter whether the current vehicle is a long-stop vehicle or whether the current parking lot is congested or not, and the user can leave the parking lot when defaulting before the user needs to pay, so that the fairness and justness of parking fees are further guaranteed, and the occurrence of ticket evasion is reduced.
By the method, if the number of queued vehicles is larger than the threshold value of the number of vehicles in the payment process, the parking lot is judged to be in a congestion state currently, at the moment, whether the vehicles which are not paid currently are long-stop vehicles is further judged, if the vehicles are long-stop vehicles, the long-stop vehicles are released firstly, and the payment prompt is sent again, so that the congestion of the parking lot can be effectively relieved, and the goodness of the long-stop vehicle owners is increased.

the embodiment 2 of the invention provides a parking lot payment management system, which comprises the following modules:
the first judgment module is used for judging whether the vehicle is a paid vehicle or not when the information that the vehicle reaches the exit barrier is acquired;
the processing module is used for sending an exit barrier gate opening command if the vehicle is a paid vehicle, and prompting a user to pay parking fee if the vehicle is an unpaid vehicle; if the toll-free vehicle finishes paying within the preset time, sending an exit barrier gate opening command, and if the toll-free vehicle does not finish paying beyond the preset time, reminding the user of paying again and/or feeding back to a parking lot watching center;

Further, the long-stop vehicle refers to a vehicle with a parking frequency greater than a parking frequency threshold value in a second preset time period, and/or a vehicle with a parking time greater than a parking time threshold value in the second preset time period.
Further, the processing module is further configured to: and if the toll is reminded again, after a third preset time period, the toll-free vehicle still does not finish paying, and then the toll-free vehicle reminds the user for the third time.
