The invention provides an online parking fee payment device under a parking lot network-free environment, when a vehicle is detected to leave a parking lot, license plate information of the vehicle is obtained, parking fee corresponding to the license plate information is calculated, when an electronic code is scanned, the electronic code is identified to obtain corresponding payment amount, whether the payment amount is consistent with the parking fee corresponding to the license plate information or not is judged, if so, when the vehicle corresponding to the license plate information leaves the parking lot, an exit gate is controlled to release the vehicle, namely, a mobile terminal can be directly connected with a server and complete payment, the electronic code returned by the server when the payment is completed is received and displayed, a parking lot control device scans the electronic code and identifies, the payment amount of the mobile terminal is obtained from the electronic code, when the payment amount is consistent with the parking fee corresponding to the license plate information, the exit gate is controlled to release the vehicle, even under the environment that the parking lot control equipment can not be connected with the external network, the user can also complete the payment of the parking fee in an online payment mode, and the technical problem that the parking lot control equipment can not normally charge when the parking lot control equipment can not be connected with the external network is solved.
The invention provides a second embodiment of the parking fee online payment device under the network-free environment of the parking lot based on the first embodiment. Referring to fig. 3, in this embodiment, the online payment device for parking fees in a network-free environment of a parking lot further includes:
a detection module 50, configured to detect a network connection status with the server;
a switching module 60, configured to switch to a local charging mode when detecting that the network connection with the server fails;
the identification module 20 is further configured to: when an electronic code is scanned and the local charging mode is currently active, the electronic code is identified to obtain a corresponding payment amount.
The device provided by the embodiment is suitable for detecting the network connection state between the parking lot control equipment and the server in real time under the condition that the parking lot control equipment can be connected with an external network, when the network connection between the parking lot control equipment and the server is detected to be in fault, the parking lot control equipment is switched to a local charging mode, and the parking fee is paid by adopting the two-dimensional code purchasing mode under the charging mode so as to ensure that the user can still pay on line under the condition that the network connection between the parking lot control equipment and the server is in fault.
It should be noted that, in terms of hardware implementation, the above functional modules may be embedded in or independent from the parking fee online payment device in the parking lot non-network environment in a hardware form, or may be stored in a memory of the parking fee online payment device in the parking lot non-network environment in a software form, so that the processor calls and executes operations corresponding to the above modules. The processor can be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a microprocessor, a singlechip and the like.
In addition, the invention provides the parking fee online payment system under the network-free environment of the parking lot. The parking fee online payment system under the network-free environment of the parking lot comprises a parking lot control device, a mobile terminal and a server; the parking fee online payment device under the network-free environment of the parking lot is applied to the parking lot control equipment;
the mobile terminal is used for: when a payment instruction is detected, sending an access request to the server, and receiving and displaying a payment page sent by the server;
sending a payment request input based on a payment page to a server, and receiving and displaying an electronic code returned by the server based on the payment request;
the server is configured to: when a payment request sent by a mobile terminal fee is received, sending a preset payment page to the mobile terminal for display; when a payment request sent by the mobile terminal based on the payment page is received, acquiring payment amount from the payment request; and generating corresponding electronic code information based on the payment amount and sending the electronic code information to the mobile terminal for display.
Further, the server is further configured to: when a payment request sent by the mobile terminal based on the payment page is received, obtaining payment amount from the payment request, searching an electronic code corresponding to the payment amount from pre-stored electronic codes, and sending the searched electronic code to the mobile terminal for display.
For the interaction among the parking lot control device, the mobile terminal and the server, please refer to the above embodiments, which are not described herein again.

when a vehicle is detected to leave a parking lot, acquiring license plate information of the vehicle, and calculating parking cost corresponding to the license plate information;
when the electronic code displayed on the mobile terminal is scanned, identifying the electronic code to obtain the corresponding payment amount, wherein the mobile terminal is connected with the server and completes payment, and the electronic code which is returned by the server when the payment is completed and contains the payment amount is received and displayed;
judging whether the payment amount is consistent with the parking fee corresponding to the license plate information;
if the payment amount is consistent with the parking fee, controlling an exit barrier gate to release the vehicle when the vehicle corresponding to the license plate information leaves the parking lot;
when the electronic code is scanned, before the step of identifying the electronic code to obtain the corresponding payment amount, the parking fee online payment method in the network-free environment of the parking lot further comprises the following steps:
detecting a network connection state with a server;
when the network connection between the server and the server is detected to be failed, switching to a local charging mode;
when an electronic code is scanned and the local charging mode is currently in use, the step of identifying the electronic code to obtain a corresponding payment amount is executed.
2. The method for online payment of parking fee in network-free environment of parking lot according to claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining license plate information of the vehicle and calculating parking fee corresponding to the license plate information when detecting that the vehicle leaves the parking lot comprises:
when a vehicle is detected to leave a parking lot, acquiring license plate information of the vehicle, and calculating parking time corresponding to the license plate information;
and calculating the parking fee of the vehicle according to the calculated parking time and the charging rule.

The parking fee online payment method under the parking lot network-free environment according to claim 1, wherein after the step of determining whether the payment amount is consistent with the parking fee corresponding to the license plate information, the parking fee online payment method under the parking lot network-free environment further comprises the steps of:
if the payment amount is inconsistent with the parking fee, calculating the difference amount of the payment amount and the parking fee, and outputting the prompt information of payment failure and the difference amount.
4. The parking fee online payment device under the network-free environment of the parking lot is applied to a parking lot control device, and comprises the following components:
the charging module is used for acquiring license plate information of the vehicle when the vehicle is detected to leave the parking lot, and calculating parking cost corresponding to the license plate information;
the identification module is used for identifying the electronic code displayed on the mobile terminal to acquire the corresponding payment amount when the electronic code is scanned, wherein the mobile terminal is connected with the server to complete payment, and receives and displays the electronic code containing the payment amount returned by the server when the payment is completed;
the judging module is used for judging whether the payment amount is consistent with the parking fee corresponding to the license plate information;
the control module is used for controlling an exit barrier gate to release the vehicle when the vehicle corresponding to the license plate information leaves the parking lot if the payment amount is consistent with the parking fee;
wherein, the parking fee on-line payment device under the network-free environment of the parking lot further comprises:
the detection module is used for detecting the network connection state between the detection module and the server;
the switching module is used for switching to a local charging mode when the network connection between the server and the switching module is detected to be failed;
the identification module is further configured to: when an electronic code is scanned and the local charging mode is currently active, the electronic code is identified to obtain a corresponding payment amount.

The online payment device for parking fee in parking lot network-free environment according to claim 4, wherein said charging module is further configured to: when a vehicle is detected to leave a parking lot, acquiring license plate information of the vehicle, and calculating parking time corresponding to the license plate information;
and calculating the parking fee of the vehicle according to the calculated parking time and the charging rule.

The online payment device for parking fee in parking lot network-free environment according to claim 4, wherein said charging module is further configured to: if the payment amount is inconsistent with the parking fee, calculating the difference amount between the payment amount and the parking fee;
the parking fee online payment device under the network-free environment of the parking lot further comprises:
and the output module is used for outputting the prompt information of payment failure and the difference amount.

The parking fee online payment system under the network-free environment of the parking lot is characterized by comprising parking lot control equipment, a mobile terminal and a server; wherein the parking fee online payment device in the parking lot network-free environment according to any one of claims 4 to 6 is applied to the parking lot control apparatus;
the mobile terminal is used for: when a payment instruction is detected, sending an access request to the server, and receiving and displaying a payment page sent by the server;
sending a payment request input based on a payment page to a server, and receiving and displaying an electronic code returned by the server based on the payment request;
the server is configured to: when a payment request sent by a mobile terminal fee is received, sending a preset payment page to the mobile terminal for display; when a payment request sent by the mobile terminal based on the payment page is received, acquiring payment amount from the payment request; and generating corresponding electronic code information based on the payment amount and sending the electronic code information to the mobile terminal for display.
