Referring to fig. 1, which is a schematic view of an application scenario for implementing transaction processing according to an embodiment of the present application, in fig. 1, a server may be set by a platform operator providing third-party services, and various transaction applications may be provided to registered users through the server, so as to implement transaction functions including order creation or transaction payment among different users. In fig. 1, a consumer may register a first account on a server in advance, and log in the server to obtain a transaction function by using a first terminal. The merchant may also register a second account in the server in advance, and log in the server using the second terminal to obtain the transaction function. The terminal in the embodiment of the present application may specifically refer to various terminals having a network connection function, for example, a mobile phone, a tablet Computer, a Point of sale (POS) terminal, and the like, and certainly, the application in a Personal Computer (PC) is not excluded in the embodiment of the present application.
Taking an offline home service application scenario as an example, when a consumer wants to perform a transaction operation with a merchant, the consumer may log in a server based on a first account on a first terminal, the merchant may log in the server based on a second account on a second terminal, and then the first terminal serves as a transaction operation initiator to initiate an order to the merchant. After the merchant accepts the order, the server may monitor whether the merchant arrives at the location to determine whether the merchant arrives at the consumer for service. In the order payment phase, when a transaction request for paying or receiving the order is acquired, whether the consumer and the merchant are in the same geographical area for transaction can be judged, and according to the monitoring result and the judgment result, the server can monitor whether the transaction is real before deducting money from the user, so that false transaction is prevented, and the reliability of transaction processing is improved, which will be described in detail with reference to fig. 2.
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart of an embodiment of a transaction processing method according to the present application, which can be applied to a server, includes the following steps 201 to 204:
at step 201, the location of the customer initiating the order is obtained.
At step 202, it is monitored whether the merchant party accepting the order has reached the location.
In step 203, when a transaction request for paying or receiving the order is obtained, it is determined whether the consumer party and the merchant party are in the same geographical area for transaction.
At step 204, it is determined whether to allow the transaction based on the monitoring result and the determination result.
The scheme provided by the embodiment of the application is suitable for application scenes such as off-line home service (such as take-out, home maintenance, home cleaning and the like). In such a scenario, the normal transaction flow is: the consumer carries out order operation through the transaction platform, and initiates an order request to the merchant to request the merchant to provide service for the merchant, wherein the order request may include order information set by the consumer, such as name, telephone number, transaction location information, and the like. The merchant user can respond to the order request and reach the consumer according to the position set by the consumer to provide service for the consumer; after the service is finished, the consumer user can initiate a transaction request for payment, and pay the consumption cost of the consumer user in an interactive mode with the terminal of the merchant.
In the application scenario, when detecting that the consumer initiates an order, the server may obtain a location where the consumer is located, that is, a transaction location. When it is detected that the merchant receives the order, the geographical location of the merchant can be obtained in real time through a positioning manner such as a Global Positioning System (GPS) to monitor whether the merchant arrives at the transaction location, so as to serve as a basis for determining whether the merchant really provides service for the consumer.
In the order payment phase, a payment request initiated by the consumer for the order or a collection request initiated by the merchant for the order may be initiated, and the payment request initiated by the consumer for the order or the collection request initiated by the merchant for the order is collectively referred to as a transaction request in this embodiment. The party initiating the request is referred to as a transaction requesting party, and the party making the transaction request is referred to as a transaction responding party. The transaction requesting party may send the transaction request to the server through the first terminal, for example, the transaction request may be triggered through a transaction request option button and the like arranged on an application interface of the first terminal, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.
In practical application, when the transaction requester initiates a transaction request through the first terminal, the first terminal may generate a payment feature code for the transaction requester according to the transaction request, the payment feature code may be a two-dimensional payment code or an audio including a specific channel sound wave, the payment feature code may carry information such as an account identifier of the transaction requester, and the merchant may scan the two-dimensional payment code of the first terminal through the second terminal or acquire the audio through an audio component, so as to respond to the transaction request of the transaction requester.
The server can judge whether the two transaction parties are in the same geographical area when the consumer party and the merchant party perform the transaction, and the judgment is used as a basis for judging whether the two transaction parties perform real transaction through terminal interaction face to face.
Certainly, in other application scenarios, the merchant may also initiate a transaction request as a transaction initiator, when the merchant initiates the transaction request through the second terminal, the second terminal may generate a collection feature code for the merchant according to the transaction request, where the collection feature code may be a two-dimensional collection code or an audio including a sound wave of a specific channel, and the collection feature code may carry information such as an account identifier of the merchant, and an application interface of the second terminal may display the two-dimensional collection code or output the audio. The consumer side serves as a transaction responder and can respond to a transaction request by scanning the two-dimensional cash register code of the second terminal through the first terminal or acquiring the audio through the audio component.
In an optional implementation manner, when the transaction request for paying or receiving the order is obtained, determining whether the consumer party and the merchant party are in the same geographic area for performing a transaction includes:
a first geographic location is obtained at which a transaction requester initiates the transaction request.
And acquiring a second geographic position when the transaction responder responds to the transaction request.
And judging whether the consumer party and the merchant party are in the same geographical area to carry out transaction according to the first geographical position and the second geographical position, wherein one of the merchant party and the consumer party is a transaction requesting party, and the other one of the merchant party and the consumer party is a transaction responding party.
In this embodiment, the first geographic location or the second geographic location may specifically refer to geographic location coordinates where the transaction requesting party and the transaction responding party are located. The server can initiate a geographic position acquisition request to the terminal, and the terminal can adopt various geographic position judgment technologies to acquire geographic position information and feed the geographic position information back to the server according to the request. For example, when the terminal is a smart phone, the terminal may obtain the geographical location information based on a GPS (Global Positioning System), may also obtain the geographical location information by a base station ranging method of a mobile operator network, or obtain the geographical location information by an a-GPS (Assisted GPS) method that performs joint Positioning by combining the base station ranging and the GPS method, which is not described in detail in this embodiment of the present application.
Whether the consumer and the merchant are in the same geographic area may refer to whether the geographic location coordinates of the consumer and the merchant are the same, whether the geographic location distance between the consumer and the merchant is far or near, whether the geographic location of the consumer and the merchant is within a set geographic range, and the like.
For example, it can be determined that the two parties of the transaction are in the same or different geographical areas by judging whether the difference between the geographical positions of the two parties is small, it can be determined that the two parties are in the same geographical area when the geographical positions of the two parties are judged to be very close, and it can be determined that the two parties are in different geographical areas if the difference between the geographical positions of the two parties is large. Specifically, the geographical position difference is used as a standard for judging the same geographical area, and can be flexibly configured in practical application.
Alternatively, the geographic area may also be a geographic area with a preset size, for example, a rectangular geographic area with a length of five meters and a width of five meters, or a circular geographic area with a radius of three meters, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment of the application. And judging whether the transaction requesting party and the transaction responding party are in the same geographical area when in transaction, wherein the geographical position information of both transaction parties can be in the geographical area with the preset size.
In an optional implementation manner, the determining, according to the first geographic location and the second geographic location, whether the consumer party and the merchant party are in the same geographic area for transaction may include:
a distance is calculated between the first geographic location and the second geographic location.
And determining whether the consumer and the merchant are in the same geographical area for transaction according to the distance and a preset distance threshold.
In the embodiment of the application, the geographic position can be a specific geographic coordinate, and the distance between the transaction requesting party and the transaction responding party during transaction can be calculated by using a distance formula between two points. The preset distance threshold value can be preset values of 2 meters, 3 meters and the like, and can be flexibly configured in practical application. Comparing the distance with a preset distance threshold value, it can be determined that the consumer party and the merchant party are in the same or different geographical areas when conducting the transaction. If the distance is greater than the preset distance threshold, it can be determined that the two parties of the transaction are in different geographic areas when the transaction is carried out. In the embodiment, the distance calculation mode is adopted to determine that the two transaction parties are in different geographic areas, the calculation amount is small, and the transaction processing speed can be improved.
In practical applications, various strategies can be set for determining whether to allow the transaction according to the monitoring result and the judgment result. For example, when the merchant party arrives at a location where the consumer party is located and the consumer party and merchant party are in the same geographic area for conducting a transaction, a determination is made to allow the transaction. Under the normal transaction condition, the merchant side should reach the place set by the consumer side to provide service, and after the service is provided, the consumer side and the merchant side perform terminal interaction on the other side to make order payment. Therefore, if the strategy is met, the reliability of the transaction is considered to be high, and the transaction is determined to be allowed.
Or, when the merchant party does not reach the position of the consumer party and the merchant party are not in the same geographical area for transaction, determining that the transaction is not allowed. If the merchant does not reach the place where the consumer is located, the merchant can be considered as not providing real service, and the two transaction parties are not in the same geographical area during transaction, the transaction is more likely to be false transaction, the transaction between the two parties cannot be allowed, the false transaction can be prevented by the method, and the security and the reliability of transaction processing are improved.
In addition to the above example, in practical applications, the server may set other policies according to requirements, for example, when it is detected that the merchant does not reach the location of the consumer, no transaction is allowed when the consumer and the merchant are in the same geographic area during the transaction.
Referring to fig. 3A, which is a flowchart of an embodiment of a transaction processing method according to the present application, the embodiment describes in detail a transaction processing process in conjunction with the application scenario shown in fig. 1, where the application scenario is an offline-to-home service scenario, and in the scenario, a merchant terminal held by a merchant party providing a service and a user terminal held by a consumer party purchasing the service may be included, and the embodiment includes the following steps 301 to 310:
step 301: and the merchant terminal and the user terminal log in the server after starting respective transaction application.
In this embodiment, in order to implement a transaction between a merchant and a consumer, an Application (APP) may be installed on a merchant terminal and a client terminal, respectively, and after the APP for the transaction is started, the server is logged in through a registered account name and a registered password. The server may provide transaction functions for the merchant and the consumer through the transaction application, for example, provide a merchant interface of the merchant, in which goods or services provided by the merchant may be displayed, and the consumer may purchase goods or services of the merchant through the merchant interface.
Step 302: the user terminal sends an order request to the server and sends the position of the order request.
In this embodiment, based on a transaction APP started by a user terminal, a user may perform an order operation on a merchant interface provided by the transaction APP to request a merchant to provide services for the merchant, for example, the user may click a request option of a shopping service on the merchant interface to trigger the user terminal to send an order request to a server, where the order request may include personal information set by a consumer, such as a name, a mobile phone, a geographic location, and the like.
Step 303: the server sends an order request to the merchant terminal.
In this embodiment, the server may feed back the order information to the merchant when receiving the order request.
Step 304: and the merchant terminal responds to the order request and sends the position.
In this embodiment, based on the transaction APP started by the merchant terminal, the server may feed back an order request to the merchant, and the merchant may obtain information related to the order and confirm that the order is received to provide service for the consumer, for example, the request may be a request option for confirming service on a click terminal application interface, so as to trigger the merchant terminal to respond to the order request, and at the same time, the current geographic location of the merchant terminal may be sent to the server according to the request of the server.
Step 305: and the server recommends a path to the position of the consumer for the merchant according to the current geographic position of the merchant.
After determining the merchant side which accepts the order, the server acquires the geographic position of the merchant side, determines a path reaching the position of the consumer side according to the geographic position of the merchant side, and pushes the path to the merchant side. The server may obtain the route by using a map search or other techniques.
Step 306: the server detects whether the merchant party has reached the location where the consumer is located.
The server can acquire the position information of the merchant in real time to monitor the movement track of the merchant terminal and determine whether the merchant terminal reaches the transaction position of the consumer.
Step 307: the merchant side reaches the position of the consumer side to provide service for the consumer side.
After the merchant arrives at the transaction location where the consumer is, the merchant terminal can be used for interacting with the user terminal of the consumer to confirm the start of service. For example, the interaction manner may be that the merchant side clicks a service starting option on an application interface of the merchant side terminal to trigger the server to return an interaction feature code for interaction, for example, a two-dimensional code or a sound wave, for example, for the server, and the consumer side may scan or acquire the interaction feature code by using the user terminal of the consumer side to complete field interaction, so that the server confirms that the merchant side arrives at the transaction location and starts service. In practical application, other interaction modes such as Bluetooth and wifi can be adopted.
Step 308: the consumer sends a transaction request to make a payment and sends the current location.
In this embodiment, when the merchant completes the service, the consumer may click a request option of the payment operation on an application interface of the transaction APP based on a payment function provided by the transaction APP started by the user terminal to trigger the user terminal to send a transaction request to the server, and the server may feed back the payment two-dimensional code to the user terminal and obtain the current geographic location information of the user terminal when receiving the transaction request.
Referring to fig. 3B, a schematic diagram of a user terminal initiating a transaction request in this embodiment is shown, where "a request option for payment operation" may specifically be an application icon "generate a payment code" shown in fig. 3B, and after a consumer clicks the application icon, a payment two-dimensional code for the payment operation at this time may be generated, and the payment two-dimensional code may generally carry encrypted identification information of an account of the consumer, so as to represent user information of the payment at this time. As shown in fig. 3B, a schematic diagram of a two-dimensional code in the present embodiment is shown.
Step 309: the merchant terminal responds to the transaction request of the user terminal.
In this embodiment, based on a transaction APP started by a merchant terminal, a merchant may click a request option of a payment receiving operation on an application interface of the transaction APP to trigger the merchant terminal to obtain a payment two-dimensional code of a client terminal, so as to respond to a transaction request of the client terminal, and a server may obtain geographic location information of the merchant terminal at this time when it is detected that the merchant terminal responds to the transaction request.
Referring to fig. 3C, a schematic diagram of the merchant terminal responding to the transaction request in this embodiment is shown, where the "request option for payment receiving operation" may specifically be an application icon "scan" shown in fig. 3C, after the merchant clicks the application icon, the merchant terminal may scan the two-dimensional code of the client terminal through a code scanner or a camera module on the merchant terminal, and identify information carried in the two-dimensional code to obtain consumer information of the current payment, so as to respond to the transaction request of the user terminal, display personal information of the consumer in an application interface of the merchant terminal, and further display an input box for obtaining a transaction amount, where the server may obtain geographic location information of the merchant terminal when detecting that the merchant terminal responds to the transaction request of the user terminal.
Step 310: and judging whether the two parties are in the same geographical area according to the positions of the two parties, and determining whether the transaction is allowed according to the monitoring result of the judgment result.
According to the embodiment, the server can monitor whether the merchant party reaches the consumer party to provide service before the transaction is finally completed, and monitors whether the transaction parties are in the same position to carry out face-to-face transaction, and the monitoring is used as a basis for determining whether the transaction is real, so that the risk of false transaction can be reduced through the process, the false transaction is prevented, and the security of transaction processing is improved.
Corresponding to the embodiment of the transaction processing method, the application also provides an embodiment of the transaction processing device.
