In order to avoid the occurrence of the situation or reduce the loss caused by the situation, some image acquisition devices such as cameras can be erected in the second area, in addition, the signal detection can be carried out on the objects to be selected on the shelf, if the signal of a certain object to be selected is found to be abnormal, an alarm can be given, and the camera at the corresponding position can be started to carry out image acquisition. If the situation that the user appears at the position is collected, the identity of the user can be identified by collecting the biological characteristic information, the behavior of the user can be judged through a pre-stored behavior model and the like, and if the behavior of the user is abnormal, the situation can be uploaded to a credit system of a network payment system, so that the credit record of the user is influenced by bad behaviors of the user. If the user behavior cannot be identified whether the user behavior is abnormal, manual intervention can be reminded, and the like.
In order to facilitate signal detection of each object to be selected, a radio frequency tag may be configured for each object to be selected, or may also be referred to as an electronic tag or a transponder, where the tag includes a coupling element and a chip, each tag has a unique electronic code, and a high-capacity electronic tag has a storage space that can be written by a user and is attached to an object to identify a target object. In this way, the signal detection can be performed on each object to be selected through the RFID equipment. RFID is a communication technology that can identify a specific object and read and write related data by radio signals without establishing mechanical or optical contact between an identification system and the specific object. Based on the principle, the detection signal can be periodically sent to the radio frequency tag of each object to be selected through the RFID device, if a normal response signal can be received, the signal representing the corresponding object to be selected is normal, otherwise, if a normal response signal cannot be received, the signal representing the corresponding object to be selected may have been damaged, and of course, the radio frequency tag of the object to be selected may be invalid, and therefore, the user nearby may be further confirmed through behavior analysis and the like.
After the user completes the selection of the object in the second area, the user can take the selected object to the third area for settlement. In an alternative implementation, isolation gates may be deployed at the third zone, wherein the first isolation gate 105 is used to isolate the second zone from the third zone and the second isolation gate 106 is used to isolate the third zone from the manual processing path, such that there is a distinct boundary between the second zone and the third zone through such first isolation gate. In addition, in an optional manner, a sensing module may be further installed at the first isolation door, and is configured to automatically open the first isolation door when sensing that the user approaches the first isolation door from the second area, and close the first isolation door after sensing that the user enters the third area.
After entering the third zone through the first isolation door, the settlement process can be entered. Specifically, in the third area, a second biometric acquisition module 102, a selected object information identification module 104, and a second control module (not shown in the figure) may be disposed. The second biometric obtaining module 102 may also be an image capturing device such as a camera, or other devices that can be used to collect the biometric features of the user, and may collect the biometric features of the user entering the third area and about to leave the store. The collected biological characteristics can be submitted to a control center system, and the previously stored binding relation information is inquired to determine the first identity identification information having the binding relation with the biological characteristics.
On the other hand, the selected object information identification module 104 of the third area can perform information identification on the selected object of the user. Specifically, the information identification may be performed in various manners, wherein a preferable manner may be that the selected object may be provided with a radio frequency tag, so that the identification operation may be performed by the RFID device. By the method, quick information identification can be realized, a user does not need to take the selected objects out of containers such as shopping baskets one by one, and information identification is not influenced even if the objects selected by the user are shielded mutually and the like. Moreover, even if the number of the selected objects is large, the quick identification can be realized, and the condition of queuing of the user is avoided.
In the concrete implementation, the radio frequency tag of the object to be selected can directly carry resource information such as price of the object, so that the resource information of each selected object can be identified through the information identification, and then the resource information of each selected object is added to determine the resource information to be paid.
Or, in another implementation, the candidate objects placed in the second area of the physical store may correspond to data objects published by third-party merchants in the network sales platform. That is, the candidate objects in the physical store may be from a third-party merchant, and may be regarded as the third-party merchant placing a part of the inventory in the physical store for sale, or the physical store purchasing in advance from the third-party merchant and selling to the consumer user through the physical store, and so on. In this case, since the object to be selected has a corresponding data object in the network sales system, the network sales system usually stores the detailed information of each data object, including the resource information thereof. Therefore, in this case, the tag of the candidate object in the entity store may carry only identification information such as an ID of the corresponding data object, and need not carry resource information such as a price. In this way, the information of the selected object recognized by the device such as the RFID may be identification information of a data object corresponding to the selected object in the network sales system. Thereafter, the second control module may query the network sales system for details of such data objects to obtain corresponding resource information and the like.
The resource information query through the network sales system has the advantages that when the user identity information is acquired in the first area, the second identity information registered in the network sales system by the user can be acquired, and therefore the second control module can submit the second identity information to the network sales system. In a network sales system, there are usually information of different user levels, and resource information of the same data object may be different for different user levels, for example, a user with a high level may enjoy some kind of benefit, and so on. Therefore, in this case, when the network sales system receives the identifier of the data object and the second identification information, the network sales system may further determine the resource information of the data object according to the second identification information, and then return the resource information to the second control module.
In addition, if the information submitted to the network sales system by the second control module includes the identification information of the identified data object and the second identification information of the user, the network sales system may further generate a transaction order according to the identification information of the data object and the second identification information. Therefore, after the user finishes shopping in the physical shop, the user can also check the order details of the transaction through the client of the network sales system.
And the second control module can perform addition processing after acquiring the resource information corresponding to each selected object to acquire the resource information needing to be paid. In addition, the identity identification information registered in the network payment system by the entity shop can be determined according to the preconfigured information, and then the first identity identification information, the resource information to be paid and the identity identification information paved in the network payment system by the entity shop can be submitted to the network payment system, and the network payment system produces a payment order and completes payment. In the payment process, if the user signs the withholding protocol, the withholding operation can be directly finished without executing additional operation by the user.
It should be noted that after the payment is completed, the user can leave the store with the selected object. If the payment fails, a second isolation door can be opened, a manual processing channel is entered, calculation is completed through a manual settlement mode, and the like. In addition, if the corresponding transaction order is generated in the online sales system, after the entity store application system completes payment, the corresponding transaction order in the online sales system may also be set to a paid or completed state.
In summary, in the embodiment of the present application, the physical store may be divided into a first area, a second area, and a third area, wherein the binding of the biometric characteristic of the user to the first identity identification information registered by the user in the network payment system may be completed in the first area, and then the user may complete the selection of the object in the second area, and finally, the information recognition of the selected object may be completed in the third area, and the settlement may be completed using the previously bound first identity identification information. Therefore, after the binding of the user information is finished, the user is not required to perform other operations except for selecting the object, and therefore the learning and operating cost of the user can be reduced. In addition, since the operations such as recognition and calculation of the selected object can be completed in the third area, it is not necessary to provide a large number of image pickup devices in the second area, and therefore, the hardware cost of the physical shop can be reduced, which is convenient for popularization.
The technical solutions provided in the embodiments of the present application are described in detail above as a whole. The following description of specific embodiments is presented in terms of several different aspects.
Example one
Referring to fig. 2, the first embodiment provides a physical store application system, including:
the system comprises a first subsystem 201 arranged in a first area and a second subsystem arranged in the first area, wherein the first subsystem is used for obtaining biological characteristic information of a user about to enter a store and first identity identification information registered in a preset network payment system and binding the biological characteristic and the first identity identification information;
the object to be selected is arranged in the second area;
a second subsystem 202 disposed in the third area, configured to obtain a biological feature of the user about to leave the store, determine, according to the identified biological feature, first identity identification information having a binding relationship with the user about to leave the store, and perform information identification on a selected object of the user about to leave the store, so as to generate a payment order and complete payment according to the first identity identification information and information of the selected object;
the first zone, the second zone and the third zone are arranged in a physical shop.
In specific implementation, the binding relationship information generated by the first subsystem 201 may be stored in the control center system, and when the second subsystem 202 needs to perform settlement, the first identity information of the user may be acquired from the control center system. The control center system can be deployed in the entity shop, or can be deployed in the cloud server.
In a specific implementation, the first subsystem may include: the system comprises a first biological characteristic acquisition module, an identity identification module and a first control module; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the first biological characteristic acquisition module is used for acquiring the biological characteristics of the user entering the store;
the identity identification module is used for identifying first identity identification information registered in a preset network payment system by a user entering a store;
and the first control module is used for binding the acquired biological characteristics and the identified first identity identification information and submitting the binding relation information to a server for storage.
In a specific implementation, the first biometric acquisition module may include an image capturing module, configured to acquire facial features of a user entering a store. Alternatively, other devices may be included for obtaining biometric characteristics of the user, such as a fingerprint, iris, etc.
The identity identification module may be specifically configured to provide a preset graphic code, identify second identity identification information registered by a user in the network sales system when the graphic code is scanned by a preset network sales system client, and determine first identity identification information corresponding to the second identity identification in a network payment system having an association relationship with the network sales system.
In practical application, in order to avoid the terminal device being falsely used by other users, the first control module may be further configured to obtain real-name authentication information corresponding to the first identity identification information from the network payment system according to the first identity identification information, and perform identity verification on the store-entering user by comparing the obtained biometric features with user biometric feature information included in the real-name authentication information. After the verification is passed, the user is allowed to enter the store.
In a specific implementation, the second subsystem may include: the system comprises a second biological characteristic acquisition module, a selected object information identification module and a second control module; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the second biological characteristic acquisition module is used for acquiring the biological characteristics of the user about to leave the store;
the selected object information identification module is used for carrying out information identification on the selected object of the user about to leave the store;
the second control module is used for inquiring the control center system according to the acquired biological characteristics to acquire first identity identification information which has a binding relationship with the control center system, determining resource information to be paid according to the information of the selected object, submitting the first identity identification information, the resource information to be paid and the identity identification information paved in the network payment system by the entity store to the network payment system, and producing a payment order and completing payment by the network payment system.
In a specific implementation, the selected object may have a radio frequency tag, and at this time, the selected object information identification module may specifically include: and the radio frequency identification RFID equipment is used for identifying the information of the selected object through the radio frequency tag.
In one implementation, the radio frequency tag carries resource information of a selected object; at this time, the selected object information identification module is specifically configured to identify resource information of the selected object through the RFID device.
Or, in another implementation manner, the selected object may correspond to a data object published in a preset network sales system, and the radio frequency tag carries data object identification information of the corresponding data object in the network sales system. In this case, the selected object information identification module may be specifically configured to: and identifying the data object identification information corresponding to the selected object through the RFID equipment, and inquiring and acquiring the resource information corresponding to the data object identification information through the network sales system.
In a specific implementation, the first subsystem may be further configured to obtain second identification information registered by the user about to enter the store in the online sales system. At this time, the second control module may be further configured to provide the second identity information to the network selling system when the resource information corresponding to the data object identity information is obtained through the query of the network selling system.
Thus, the resource information corresponding to the data object identification may be related to the second identity information. That is, the resource information of the same selected object may be different for different users.
In addition, the network sales system can also be used for generating a transaction order according to the second identity identification information and the identification information of the data object, and providing the transaction order for the user through a network sales system client.
In practical applications, the third region may include a first isolation gate, and the first isolation gate is used to isolate the second region from the third region; in an optional manner, the first isolation door is provided with a sensing module (ultrasonic detection device, etc.) for opening the first isolation door when sensing that the user approaches the first isolation door from the second area, and closing the first isolation door after sensing that the user enters the third area. In addition, the second control module can also be used for opening the second isolation door and entering a manual processing channel if the payment fails after the order is generated.
In order to avoid that a user destroys a to-be-selected object in the second area or reduce the occurrence probability of the situation, the to-be-selected object placed in the second area may be provided with a radio frequency tag, and an RFID device may be further disposed in the second area, and is configured to detect the state of each to-be-selected object in the second area through the radio frequency tag of each to-be-selected object, and send an alarm signal when an abnormal target to-be-selected object is detected.
In addition, a third biological characteristic acquisition module and a third control module can be deployed in the second area; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the third control module is configured to start the third biological characteristic obtaining module at a position corresponding to the target object to be selected when the RFID device sends an alarm signal;
the third biological characteristic acquisition module is used for acquiring the biological characteristics of the user at the corresponding position so as to determine the identity information of the corresponding user and perform user behavior analysis.
Example two
The second embodiment provides a data object information processing system, and referring to fig. 3, the system may specifically include:
a control center system 302, a network payment system 303 and a physical store application system 301;
the control center system 302 is configured to receive and store binding relationship information submitted by the entity store application system, and when receiving a query request of the entity store application system, provide first identity identification information bound to biometric information carried in the request;
the network payment system 303 is configured to generate a payment order according to the first identity information submitted by the entity store application system, the resource information to be paid, and the identity information laid in the network payment system by the entity store, and complete payment.
For specific implementation of the entity store application system, reference may be made to the first embodiment and other descriptions in the description, and details are not repeated here.
EXAMPLE III
The third embodiment provides a store-entering user information control method from the perspective of a first control module deployed in a first zone, and referring to fig. 4, the method may include:
s401: obtaining biological characteristic information of a user about to enter a store and first identity identification information registered in a preset network payment system;
a user entering the first zone may be considered a user who is about to enter the store. The biometric information and the first identification information may be obtained by an identification device disposed in the first area, which may be referred to in the foregoing description.
S402: and binding the biological characteristics and the first identity identification information to be used for determining the corresponding first identity identification information according to the binding relation information when the biological characteristics of the user about to leave the store are obtained, carrying out information identification on the selected object of the user about to leave the store, generating a payment order according to the first identity identification information and the information of the selected object and completing payment.
For ease of understanding, the processing flow of the first area will be described below by way of a specific example. As shown in fig. 5, the specific processing flow may include:
step 1, scanning codes through a gate in a first area;
step 2, the two-dimension code identification equipment acquires code content;
step 3, identifying the code content;
step 4, judging whether effective first identity identification information is identified, if so, entering the subsequent step, otherwise, performing exception prompt;
step 5, carrying out biological feature identification on the user;
step 6, identity verification is carried out on the user, if the user passes the identity verification, the subsequent step is carried out, and otherwise, abnormity is prompted;
step 7, the gate machine opens the gate, and the user can enter the second area;
and 8, storing the user information in a warehouse, namely binding the first identity identification information and the biological characteristic information and storing the bound information.
Example four
In a fourth embodiment, from the perspective of the second control module in the third area, a method for controlling the user information leaving the store is provided, and referring to fig. 6, the method may specifically include:
s601: obtaining biometric information of a user about to leave a store;
a user entering the third zone may be considered a user about to leave the store, for which the biometric information may be collected first.
S602: inquiring according to the biological characteristic information to obtain first identity identification information which has a binding relationship with the biological characteristic information, wherein the first identity identification information is identity identification information registered in a preset network payment system, and the binding relationship is established by identifying the biological characteristics of the user and the first identity identification information when the user enters a store;
if the binding relationship information is stored in the control center system, an inquiry request can be sent to the control center system, the request carries the biological characteristic information of the user, and the control center system determines the corresponding first identity identification information and returns the first identity identification information to the second control module.
S603: obtaining information of the selected object of the user about to leave the store, and determining resource information needing to be paid according to the information of the selected object;
the information of the selected objects of the user about to leave the store can be identified through equipment such as RFID, and the identification process can be mainly used for identifying resource information such as prices of the selected objects and further determining the resource information needing to be paid.
S604: and submitting the first identity identification information, the resource information to be paid and the identity identification information laid in the network payment system by the entity store to the network payment system, and producing a payment order and completing payment by the network payment system.
After the first identity identification information and the resource information to be paid are determined, the identity identification information laid in the network payment system by the entity store can be determined according to the preset configuration information, and then the information of the first identity identification information, the identity identification information and the resource information to be paid are submitted to the network payment system, so that a payment order can be produced and payment can be completed by the network payment system. If the user signs the withholding protocol in advance, the user is not required to perform operations such as inputting a payment password and the like, and the payment operation can be completed.
For ease of understanding, the processing flow of the first area will be described below by way of a specific example. As shown in fig. 7, the specific processing flow may include:
step 1, triggering ultrasonic detection equipment by a consumer user;
step 2, judging whether a settlement area (namely a third area) is occupied or not;
step 3, if no person exists in the settlement area, opening a first isolating door;
step 4, ultrasonically triggering the first isolating door to close;
step 5, the camera collects images to compare faces; that is, the acquired image is compared with the biological characteristics acquired in the first area, if matching information exists, corresponding first identity identification information can be obtained, and the subsequent steps are carried out, otherwise, abnormity is prompted;
step 6, reading the information of the selected object through the RFID equipment;
step 7, establishing a payment order in the network payment system according to the first identity identification information and the information of the selected object;
and 8, judging whether the payment is successful, if so, pushing the order to the user, otherwise, opening a second isolating door and entering a manual processing channel.
EXAMPLE five
In a fifth embodiment, from the perspective of the control center system, a user information processing method is provided, and referring to fig. 8, the method may specifically include:
s801: receiving and storing binding relation information between the user biological characteristics and the first identity identification submitted by the entity shop application system;
s802: when an inquiry request of an entity store application system is received, first identity identification information bound with biological characteristic information carried in the request is provided, so that the entity store application system generates a payment order and completes payment according to the first identity identification information and the information of a selected object after performing information identification on the selected object of a user about to leave the store.
EXAMPLE six
As described above, the candidate object in the entity store may have a corresponding data object in the preset network selling system, in this case, the tag of the candidate object may carry identification information such as an ID of the corresponding data object, and the entity store application system may obtain resource information of the data object by querying the network selling system. To this end, the sixth embodiment provides a data object information processing method from the perspective of the network sales system server, and referring to fig. 9, the method may include:
s901: the method comprises the following steps that a network sales system server receives a data object resource information query request submitted by a physical store application system, wherein the request is generated in the following mode: the entity store application system obtains biological characteristic information of a user about to enter a store and first identity identification information registered in a preset network payment system in advance, and binds the biological characteristic with the first identity identification information; for the user who is about to leave the store, acquiring the biological characteristics of the user, determining first identity identification information according to the binding relation information, identifying a selected object of the user who leaves the store in the entity store, acquiring an identification of a corresponding data object in the network sales system, and generating the query request according to the identification of the data object;
in a specific implementation, after the user selects the object in the second area, the user enters a third area for settlement, and a control module in the entity store application system submits a data object resource information query request to the network sales system server.
S902: and returning the resource information corresponding to the data object identification to an entity shop application system, determining the resource information to be paid by the entity shop application system according to the resource information corresponding to the data object, submitting the first identity identification information, the resource information to be paid and the identity identification information paved in the network payment system by the entity shop to the network payment system, and producing a payment order and completing payment by the network payment system.
During specific implementation, when the entity store application system obtains the first identity identification information, second identity identification information registered in the network sales system of the user can also be obtained; and carrying the second identity information in the query request. At this time, the resource information corresponding to the data object identifier may be determined according to the second identity identifier information, and may be returned to the entity store application system. For example, the user level and other information are determined according to the second identity information, and then the resource information of each data object for the current second identity information is determined according to the preset resource rule and the like.
In addition, in practical application, the network sales system server may further generate a trade order according to the second identity information and the identification information of the data object, so as to provide the trade order to the user through the network sales system client. And after the entity shop application system finishes payment, the transaction order is set to be in a paid or finished state.
The technical solutions provided in the embodiments of the present application are introduced from various angles, where the parts that are not described in detail in each embodiment may refer to the descriptions of other parts in the specification of the present application, and are not described herein again.
Corresponding to the embodiment, the embodiment of the present application further provides a store-entering user information control device, referring to fig. 10, the device may include:
an information obtaining unit 1001 for obtaining biometric information of a user who is about to enter a store and first identity identification information registered in a preset network payment system;
an information binding unit 1002, configured to bind the biometric characteristic and the first identity information, so as to determine, according to binding relationship information, corresponding first identity information when obtaining a biometric characteristic of a user about to leave a store, perform information identification on a selected object of the user about to leave the store, generate a payment order according to the first identity information and information of the selected object, and complete payment.
Corresponding to the fourth embodiment, the embodiment of the present application further provides an off-store user information control apparatus, and referring to fig. 11, the apparatus may include:
a biometric information obtaining unit 1101 for obtaining biometric information of a user about to leave the store;
an identity information obtaining unit 1102, configured to query the biometric information to obtain first identity information having a binding relationship with the biometric information, where the first identity information is identity information registered in a preset network payment system, and the binding relationship is established by identifying a biometric characteristic of the user and the first identity information when the user enters a store;

Fig. 14 illustrates an architecture of a computer system that may include, in particular, a processor 1410, a video display adapter 1411, a disk drive 1412, an input/output interface 1413, a network interface 1414, and a memory 1420. The processor 1410, video display adapter 1411, disk drive 1412, input/output interface 1413, network interface 1414, and memory 1420 may be communicatively coupled via a communication bus 1430.
The processor 1410 may be implemented by a general-purpose CPU (Central Processing Unit), a microprocessor, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), or one or more Integrated circuits, and is configured to execute related programs to implement the technical solution provided in the present Application.
The Memory 1420 may be implemented in the form of a ROM (Read Only Memory), a RAM (Random Access Memory), a static storage device, a dynamic storage device, or the like. The memory 1420 may store an operating system 1421 for controlling the operation of the computer system 1400, and a Basic Input Output System (BIOS) for controlling low-level operations of the computer system 1400. In addition, a web browser 1423, a data storage management system 1424, an icon font information processing system 1425, and the like may also be stored. The icon font information processing system 1425 may be an application program that implements the operations of the foregoing steps in this embodiment of the application. In summary, when the technical solution provided by the present application is implemented by software or firmware, the relevant program codes are stored in the memory 1420 and called to be executed by the processor 1410.
The input/output interface 1413 is used for connecting an input/output module to input and output information. The i/o module may be configured as a component in a device (not shown) or may be external to the device to provide a corresponding function. The input devices may include a keyboard, a mouse, a touch screen, a microphone, various sensors, etc., and the output devices may include a display, a speaker, a vibrator, an indicator light, etc.
The network interface 1414 is used for connecting a communication module (not shown in the figure) to enable the device to interact with other devices. The communication module can realize communication in a wired mode (such as USB, network cable and the like) and also can realize communication in a wireless mode (such as mobile network, WIFI, Bluetooth and the like).
The bus 1430 includes a path that allows information to be transferred between various components of the device, such as the processor 1410, the video display adapter 1411, the disk drive 1412, the input/output interface 1413, the network interface 1414, and the memory 1420.
In addition, the computer system 1400 may also obtain information of specific retrieving conditions from the virtual resource object retrieving condition information database 1441 for performing condition judgment, and the like.
It should be noted that although the above-described apparatus only shows the processor 1410, the video display adapter 1411, the disk drive 1412, the input/output interface 1413, the network interface 1414, the memory 1420, the bus 1430 and the like, in a specific implementation, the apparatus may also include other components necessary for proper operation. Claims (27)

1. A physical store application system, comprising:
the system comprises a first subsystem arranged in a first area and used for acquiring biological characteristic information of a user about to enter a store and first identity identification information registered in a preset network payment system and binding the biological characteristic and the first identity identification information;
the object to be selected is arranged in the second area;
the second subsystem is arranged in the third area and used for obtaining the biological characteristics of the user about to leave the store, determining first identity identification information in a binding relationship with the biological characteristics according to the recognized biological characteristics, and performing information recognition on the selected object of the user about to leave the store so as to generate a payment order and finish payment according to the first identity identification information and the information of the selected object;
the first area, the second area and the third area are arranged in a physical shop;
the object to be selected placed in the second area is provided with a radio frequency tag; the second area is also internally provided with RFID equipment, a third biological characteristic acquisition module and a third control module;
the RFID equipment is used for detecting the state of the object to be selected in the second area through the radio frequency tag of the object to be selected, and sending an alarm signal under the condition that the abnormal target object to be selected is detected;
the third control module is configured to start the third biological feature obtaining module at a position corresponding to the target object to be selected under the condition that the RFID device sends an alarm signal;
the third biological characteristic acquisition module is used for acquiring the biological characteristics of the user at the corresponding position so as to determine the identity information of the corresponding user, and performing user behavior analysis to obtain abnormal behaviors associated with the credit information of the corresponding user.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the first subsystem comprises: the system comprises a first biological characteristic acquisition module, an identity identification module and a first control module;
the first biological characteristic acquisition module is used for acquiring the biological characteristics of the user entering the store;
the identity identification module is used for identifying first identity identification information registered in a preset network payment system by a user entering a store;
and the first control module is used for binding the acquired biological characteristics and the identified first identity identification information and submitting the binding relation information to a server for storage.
3. The system of claim 2, wherein the first biometric acquisition module comprises an image capture module configured to acquire facial features of a user entering the store.
4. The system according to claim 2, wherein the id identification module is specifically configured to provide a preset graphic code, and when the graphic code is scanned through a preset network sales system client, identify second id information registered by the user in the network sales system, and determine first id information corresponding to the second id in the network payment system having an association relationship with the network sales system.
5. The system of claim 2, wherein the first subsystem further comprises:
and the identity verification subsystem is used for acquiring real-name authentication information corresponding to the first identity identification information from the network payment system according to the first identity identification information, and comparing the acquired biological characteristics with the user biological characteristic information included in the real-name authentication information to verify the identity of the user entering the store.
6. The system of claim 1, wherein the second subsystem comprises: the second biological characteristic acquisition module, the selected object information identification module and the second control module;
the second biological characteristic acquisition module is used for acquiring the biological characteristics of the user about to leave the store;
the selected object information identification module is used for carrying out information identification on the selected object of the user about to leave the store;
the second control module is used for inquiring the control center system according to the acquired biological characteristics to acquire first identity identification information which has a binding relationship with the control center system, determining resource information to be paid according to the information of the selected object, submitting the first identity identification information, the resource information to be paid and the identity identification information paved in the network payment system by the entity store to the network payment system, and producing a payment order and completing payment by the network payment system.
7. The system of claim 5, wherein the selected object has a radio frequency tag thereon;
the selected object information identification module includes: and the radio frequency identification RFID equipment is used for identifying the information of the selected object through the radio frequency tag.
8. The system of claim 7, wherein the radio frequency tag carries resource information of the selected object;
the selected object information identification module is specifically configured to identify resource information of the selected object through the RFID device.
9. The system of claim 6, wherein the selected object corresponds to a data object published in a preset network sales system, and the radio frequency tag carries data object identification information of the corresponding data object in the network sales system;
the selected object information identification module is specifically configured to: and identifying the data object identification information corresponding to the selected object through the RFID equipment, and inquiring and acquiring the resource information corresponding to the data object identification information through the network sales system.
10. The system of claim 9, wherein the first subsystem is further configured to obtain second identification information of the user about to enter the store registered in the online sales system;
the second control module is further configured to provide the second identity information to the network selling system when the resource information corresponding to the data object identity information is obtained through the network selling system through query.

a control center system, a cyber payment system, and the physical store application system of any one of claims 1 to 14;
the control center system is used for receiving and storing the binding relationship information submitted by the entity store application system, and providing first identity identification information bound with the biological characteristic information carried in a request when receiving a query request of the entity store application system;
and the network payment system is used for generating a payment order according to the first identity identification information submitted by the entity store application system, the resource information to be paid and the identity identification information laid in the network payment system by the entity store, and completing payment.

the biological characteristics and the first identity identification information are bound, so that when the biological characteristics of the user leaving the store are obtained, the corresponding first identity identification information is determined according to the binding relation information, information identification is carried out on the selected object of the user leaving the store, a payment order is generated according to the first identity identification information and the information of the selected object, and payment is completed; detecting the state of a to-be-selected object through a radio frequency tag of the to-be-selected object in an entity shop, acquiring biological characteristics of a user at a corresponding position under the condition that an abnormal target to-be-selected object is detected, so as to determine identity identification information of the corresponding user, analyzing user behaviors, and associating the obtained abnormal behavior with credit information of the corresponding user; the upcoming user is located in a first zone; the about-to-exit user is located at a third zone; the object to be selected and the radio frequency tag are located in a second area.
17. A method for controlling information of an off-store user is characterized by being applied to a scene of an entity store, wherein a first area, a second area and a third area are arranged in the entity store; the method comprises the following steps:
obtaining biometric information of a user about to leave a store;
inquiring according to the biological characteristic information to obtain first identity identification information which has a binding relationship with the biological characteristic information, wherein the first identity identification information is identity identification information registered in a preset network payment system, and the binding relationship is established by identifying the biological characteristics of the user and the first identity identification information when the user enters a store;
obtaining information of the selected object of the user about to leave the store, and determining resource information needing to be paid according to the information of the selected object;
submitting the first identity identification information, the resource information to be paid and the identity identification information laid in the network payment system by the entity store to the network payment system, and producing a payment order and completing payment by the network payment system; detecting the state of a to-be-selected object through a radio frequency tag of the to-be-selected object in an entity shop, acquiring biological characteristics of a user at a corresponding position under the condition that an abnormal target to-be-selected object is detected, so as to determine identity identification information of the corresponding user, analyzing user behaviors, and associating the obtained abnormal behavior with credit information of the corresponding user; the upcoming user is located in a first zone; the about-to-exit user is located at a third zone; the object to be selected and the radio frequency tag are located in a second area.
18. A user information processing method is characterized by being applied to a scene of a physical shop, wherein a first area, a second area and a third area are arranged in the physical shop; the method comprises the following steps:
receiving and storing binding relation information between the user biological characteristics and the first identity identification, which are submitted by the entity shop application system;
when an inquiry request of an entity store application system is received, first identity identification information bound with biological characteristic information carried in the request is provided, so that the entity store application system generates a payment order and completes payment according to the first identity identification information and the information of a selected object after performing information identification on the selected object of a user about to leave a store; detecting the state of a to-be-selected object through a radio frequency tag of the to-be-selected object in an entity shop, acquiring biological characteristics of a user at a corresponding position under the condition that an abnormal target to-be-selected object is detected, so as to determine identity identification information of the corresponding user, analyzing user behaviors, and associating the obtained abnormal behavior with credit information of the corresponding user; an upcoming user is located in a first zone; the about-to-exit user is located at a third zone; the object to be selected and the radio frequency tag are located in a second area.

The method of claim 19, wherein the physical store application system, upon obtaining the first identification information, also obtains second identification information registered with the network sales system of the user; the query request also carries the second identity identification information;
the step of returning the resource information corresponding to the data object identifier to the entity shop application system includes:
and determining resource information corresponding to the data object identification according to the second identity identification information, and returning the resource information to the entity shop application system.
21. The method of claim 20, further comprising:
and generating a trade order according to the second identity identification information and the identification information of the data object, so as to provide the trade order for the user through a network sales system client.
