Abstract

And when the account pointed by the identification result of the second facial image is judged to be inconsistent with the account pointed by the identification result of the first facial image, generating a payment code according to the order corresponding to the account. And sending the payment code to a second display device, wherein the second display device is also used for displaying the payment code. In the order settlement method provided by the embodiment of the invention, a set of unmanned settlement flow is designed, so that the shopping experience of a user can be improved, and the labor cost of a settlement link in an entity storefront can be reduced. When a customer checks out, the user ID is authenticated through the face of the user by capturing the face of the user; then using RFID technology to detect the goods attached with RFID labels through the RFID sensing network area, thereby reading the goods; and acquiring a commodity list and cost information by capturing the time relation between the user information and the RFID commodity identification, so that the commodity and the user are associated, and an order is formed in the character account of the user, thereby realizing automatic cost settlement. Further comprises: a second image recognition device disposed between the exit of the settlement area and the tag scanning device, for acquiring a second face image of the customer passing through the tag scanning device;

Further, the device also comprises a gate switch;
the central control system is also used for sending a control command to the gate switch after finishing the settlement process of the order execution;
The gate switch is used for controlling the gate to be opened or closed according to a control command sent by the central control system, and the gate is arranged at the outlet of the settlement area and blocks the outlet channel of the settlement area when the gate is in a closed state.

receiving a face image acquired by first image recognition equipment, carrying out identity recognition according to the face image, and determining an account according to the identity recognition result;
receiving scanning data sent by a tag scanning device, and identifying the commodity according to the scanning data to obtain a commodity list, wherein the scanning data is obtained by the tag scanning device through scanning a tag on the commodity;
Generating an order corresponding to the account according to the commodity list;
executing settlement on the order;
further comprises:
re-checking the account before performing the settlement, including:
receiving a second facial image acquired by a second image recognition device;
detecting whether an account pointed by the identity recognition result of the second face image is consistent with the account pointed by the identity recognition result of the face image, if so, checking successfully;
further comprises:
generating a selection instruction according to a touch operation of a customer on a first display device when a plurality of face images are acquired by a first image recognition device, wherein the selection instruction points to one of the first face images acquired by the first image recognition device;
further comprises:
recording the time when the account is successfully determined according to the identity recognition result;
extracting a time stamp of the scanning data sent by the tag scanning equipment, wherein the time stamp is used for representing the scanned time of the commodity;
determining commodities corresponding to the account according to the time when the account is determined and the time stamp of the scanning data, and generating a commodity list according to the commodities associated with the account;
further comprises: the commodity list, the order and the identification result are sent to a second display device, wherein the second display device is used for displaying the commodity list, the order and the identification result so that a customer who is settling can see the commodity list and the amount of the shopping, and meanwhile, the attention of the customer is attracted to the second display device; a second image recognition device installed below the second display device collects a face image of a customer currently viewing the second display device as a second face image; after executing the settlement process for the order, sending result information to a second display device, wherein the result information is used for indicating success or failure of the settlement process executed for the order, and the second display device is also used for displaying the result information;
When the account pointed by the identity recognition result of the second face image is judged to be inconsistent with the account pointed by the identity recognition result of the first face image, generating a payment code according to the order corresponding to the account; and sending the payment code to a second display device, wherein the second display device is also used for displaying the payment code.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein generating an order for the account from the inventory comprises:
invoking a payment account number corresponding to the account;
and generating an order in the payment account according to the commodity list.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein said performing settlement on said order comprises:
extracting the authorization information of the account, and detecting whether the account has a deduction protocol according to the authorization information;
if yes, obtaining the authorized amount corresponding to the deduction protocol, and detecting whether the amount of the order is smaller than or equal to the authorized amount;
if yes, carrying out settlement processing on the order through the payment account.
4. The method as recited in claim 1, further comprising:
Detecting whether the operation information contains a designated character or not after receiving the operation information sent by the second display device;
if yes, carrying out settlement processing on the order through the payment account.
5. The method as recited in claim 1, further comprising:
after the settlement process is completed for the order execution, a control command is sent to a gate switch, the control command is used for triggering the gate switch to be opened, the gate switch is used for controlling the gate to be opened or closed, the gate is arranged at the outlet of the settlement area, and the outlet channel of the settlement area is blocked when the gate is in a closed state.
6. The method as recited in claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring the association relation between the goods and the RFID tag, and storing the association relation into a goods database, wherein the RFID tag which has the association relation with the goods is adhered to one goods;
and scanning the RFID labels stuck on the commodities through the label scanning equipment to obtain scanning data, wherein the label scanning equipment comprises at least one RFID sensor which is sequentially arranged along the channel edge of the settlement area.
7. An order settlement system, comprising:
the central control system is used for receiving the face image acquired by the first image recognition equipment, carrying out identity recognition according to the face image and determining an account according to the identity recognition result; receiving scanning data sent by a label scanning device, identifying the commodity according to the scanning data, and obtaining a commodity list, wherein the scanning data is obtained by the label scanning device through scanning a label on the commodity; generating an order corresponding to the account according to the commodity list; then executing settlement on the order;
the first image recognition device is arranged at the entrance of the settlement area and is used for acquiring the face image of a customer entering the settlement area;
the label scanning equipment is used for scanning the commodity entering the settlement area and obtaining the scanning data;
further comprises:
a second image recognition device disposed between the exit of the settlement area and the tag scanning device, for acquiring a second face image of the customer passing through the tag scanning device;
the central control system is also used for receiving a second facial image acquired by the second image recognition equipment; detecting whether an account pointed by the identity recognition result of the second face image is consistent with the account pointed by the identity recognition result of the face image, and if so, checking successfully;
Further comprises:
the first display device is used for displaying the face image acquired by the first image identification device; receiving touch operation of a customer to generate a selection instruction, and then sending the selection instruction to the central control system;
the central control system is further used for generating a selection instruction according to the touch operation of a customer on the first display device when the number of the face images acquired by the first image identification device is multiple, wherein the selection instruction points to one of the first face images acquired by the first image identification device;
the central control system is also used for recording the time when the account is successfully determined according to the identification result; extracting a time stamp of the scanning data sent by the tag scanning equipment, wherein the time stamp is used for representing the scanned time of the commodity; determining commodities corresponding to the account according to the time when the account is determined and the time stamp of the scanning data, and generating a commodity list according to the commodities associated with the account;
further comprises:
the second display device is used for displaying the commodity list, the order and the identification result; the method is also used for displaying result information after the settlement process is executed;
The central control system is further used for sending the commodity list, the order and the identification result to the second display device so that a customer who is settling can see the commodity list and the amount of the shopping, and meanwhile, the attention of the customer is attracted to the second display device; a second image recognition device installed below the second display device collects a face image of a customer currently viewing the second display device as a second face image;

the central control system is further used for generating a payment code according to the order corresponding to the account when the account pointed by the identity recognition result of the second face image is judged to be inconsistent with the account pointed by the identity recognition result of the first face image, and sending the payment code to the second display device;
the second display device is further configured to display the payment code.

The system of claim 7, wherein the central control system is specifically configured to extract authorization information of the account, and detect whether a deduction agreement exists in the account according to the authorization information; if yes, obtaining the authorized amount corresponding to the deduction protocol, and detecting whether the amount of the order is smaller than or equal to the authorized amount; if yes, carrying out settlement processing on the order through a payment account.

the second display device is further configured to receive a touch operation of a customer, generate operation information including a specified character, and send the operation information to the central control system;
