Or the payment can be uniformly and regularly paid to merchants in a mode of days, weeks and months later to form delayed settlement.
In another embodiment, if the merchant uses deferred settlement, the service intermediary may provide additional compensation to the merchant, i.e., when the merchant is deferred for payment, the corresponding amount of compensation may be provided to the merchant.
In still another embodiment, in the step S3, before sending the deduction request to the matched payment account, the type of the payment account used by the user may be obtained, and when the type of the payment account of the user is a specified credit card or debit card for payment, some benefits or preferential benefits are additionally provided to the user; that is, the user may additionally obtain a benefit when making a payment using a designated payment account type, such as providing a discount at the time of payment, providing a cashback after payment, or providing a gift service, etc., which will not be described in detail herein.
In summary, the method for processing request information provided in the embodiment of the present application is applied to a payment scenario, and receives a deduction request sent by a merchant terminal and obtains identification information of a user; the identification information of the user comprises at least one of fingerprint information and a face image of the payment user; matching a payment account corresponding to the identification information of the user in a preset binding relation between the identification information and the payment account, and sending the deduction request to the matched payment account so as to deduct the corresponding payment amount from the payment account; and receiving the payment amount paid by the payment account and transferring the payment amount into a bank account corresponding to the merchant. According to the application, the payment account bound by the user biological identification information is obtained by obtaining the user biological identification information of the user, so that the payment is deducted from the payment account, the convenience in payment is improved, and the user does not need to use terminal equipment.
Referring to fig. 2, in an embodiment of the present application, there is further provided a processing apparatus for requesting information, including:
a first image acquisition unit 10, configured to acquire first co-image information of a user and a resource selected by the user; the first same-frame image information carries shooting time;
an acquisition unit 20 for receiving request information sent by a request terminal and acquiring identification information of a user; the identification information of the user comprises at least one of fingerprint information and a face image of the payment user; the request information is information which is made by the request terminal according to the resource;
a sending unit 30, configured to match a target account corresponding to the identification information of the user in a preset binding relationship between the identification information and the target account, and send the request information to the matched target account, so as to process the request information through the target account;
a receiving unit 40, configured to receive a processing result of the target account on the request information, and feed back the processing result to a request account corresponding to the request terminal;
a storage unit 50, configured to bind and store the first same-block diagram information and the current processing result record of the target account in a database; the processing result record carries data change information of the target account, target account information and processing time.
In this embodiment, the method for processing request information is applied to a payment scenario, where the resource selected by the user is a product consumed/purchased by the user, the request terminal is a merchant terminal, the request information is a deduction request sent by the merchant terminal, the request account is a merchant's bank account, the target account is a payment account of the user, and the data modification information includes a payment amount of the payment account. After the user purchases the product in the store of the merchant to consume, the user needs to pay to the merchant, at present, the user usually uses cash or scans the two-dimensional code to pay, the payment mode is complicated, the payment flow is long, the queuing payment time of the user is long, and the user experience is not facilitated.
In this embodiment, the payment device is applied to the payment scenario, so that the payment operation of the user is simplified, the cashing manpower is reduced, and the queuing payment time of the user is obviously shortened.
Specifically, as described in the first image acquisition unit 10, when the user pays, the user and the product consumed by the user are photographed in a frame, that is, the user and the consumer product purchased by the user are photographed in the same photo, so that the consumer product and the user can be conveniently associated. It can be understood that the first image information may be photographed by a merchant terminal, and the photographing time information is automatically carried during photographing. It should be appreciated that if the consumer product is an edible food product, the process of obtaining the first co-image information of the user and the consumer product should be performed prior to the user eating the food product.
As described in the above-described acquisition unit 20, the deduction request issued by the merchant terminal is received, and the identification information of the user (consumer) is acquired. The deduction request is a request message made by the merchant terminal according to the total value of the product consumed by the user, the deduction request comprises a request to deduct the amount corresponding to the total value of the product consumed from the payment account of the user to the merchant bank account, the deduction request is sent to the server, and the server can receive the deduction request sent by the merchant terminal. The identification information refers to identification information for identifying a user, and in this embodiment, the identification information may be fingerprint information or a face image of the user; in other embodiments, the identification information may be iris information, voiceprint information, etc. of the user. The identification information of the user can be collected by the merchant terminal and then sent to the server, and the server can acquire the identification information of the user.
As described in the foregoing sending unit 30, in the binding relationship between the preset identification information and the payment account, the payment account corresponding to the identification information is matched, and a deduction request is sent to the matched payment account, so as to deduct the corresponding payment amount from the payment account. The binding relation between the identification information of the user and the payment account thereof is preset in the server, specifically, the binding relation between the payment account such as a bank card, a credit card or a WeChat and the like and the face image or fingerprint information of the user is pre-bound in the terminal, and the binding relation is stored in the server after being established; meanwhile, the user can set the consumption limit and daily consumption times, so that the risk of theft and brushing is reduced as much as possible. When the server acquires the identification information of the user during payment, matching a payment account corresponding to the identification information in a preset binding relation between the identification information and the payment account, and sending a deduction request to the matched payment account, namely deducting the corresponding consumption amount from the matched payment account; since the identification information of the user is usually unique, the identification information can replace the payment password of the user, i.e. after the identification information of the user is identified, the identification information can be equivalent to the payment password of the user. Therefore, in this embodiment, when the corresponding payment amount is deducted from the payment account, password verification is not required again. Of course, in order to enhance property security of the payment account, a digital payment password may be further set, and no further description is given here.
After the payment account is paid, the intermediary service provider corresponding to the server may receive the payment amount paid by the payment account and transfer the payment amount to the bank account corresponding to the merchant as described in the receiving unit 40. The tax may also be automatically calculated based on the total revenue of the merchant bank account after the merchant bank account receives payment from the payment account. In the embodiment, in the payment scene, the fingerprint information or the face image of the user is used for directly paying, so that the payment operation of the user is simplified, the cashing manpower is reduced, the queuing payment time of the user is obviously shortened, and the user experience is improved.
As described in the above storage unit 50, the first frame image information and the current payment record of the payment account are bound and stored in a database, so that the user's current first frame image information and the current payment record can be conveniently associated. The payment record carries the payment amount, the payment account information and the payment time.
In an embodiment, a corresponding bill may be generated according to the deduction request and sent to the user terminal, and may be sent by means of mail, information, public number, etc.; after a single consumption, the user has a single bill record, and each month generates a monthly consumption list and sends the monthly consumption list to the user terminal.
Specifically, the first image acquisition unit 10 includes:

Specifically, in the payment scenario, if a first payment record of a first payment account corresponding to a certain user has objection, a consumption complaint may be proposed for the first payment record, and a consumption complaint instruction for the first payment account is correspondingly made. And receiving a consumption complaint instruction of the first payment account and acquiring a first payment record complaint by the consumption complaint instruction according to the complaint unit. Then, as described in the comparison unit, acquiring the user image in the first same-frame image information bound by the first payment record, that is, acquiring the user image when the first payment account is used for payment, and comparing the user image with the preset user image of the first payment account to determine whether the user image is the same person; when the user binds the identification information with the first payment account, an image of the user may be obtained, and the image may be used as a preset user image of the first payment account. And comparing the similarity of the image of the user paid by using the first payment account with the preset user image, and identifying whether the user is used by the user or not according to the similarity and the preset value.
If the similarity is smaller than the preset value, the user does not use the first payment account, the corresponding payment amount of the first payment record is obtained, and the corresponding payment amount is returned to the first payment account, so that the money of the user is prevented from being damaged, and the rights and interests of the user are guaranteed. If the similarity is larger than the preset value, the user can use the device, and complain about failure.

it can be understood that in the payment scenario, the selected product is the consumer product of the user, the selected time is the consumption time, and the shooting time is automatically recorded when the first same frame image information is shot, and the shooting time can be equal to the consumption time of the user. In other embodiments, the user's consumption time may also be obtained from the payment time in the payment record. The user and the consumer product of the user can be identified from each piece of first frame image information through a convolutional neural network model or an image identification algorithm; the process of identifying an image using a convolutional neural network model or an image identification algorithm is a common technique for those skilled in the art, and will not be described herein.
The first statistics unit is used for counting all selected resources corresponding to the same user;
all consumer products purchased by the same user are counted in this embodiment. Based on the statistics, the user's preference habits for the product may be obtained.
The first classification unit is used for dividing the selection time into a plurality of time periods according to fixed time intervals and counting the resources which are selected by the same user and correspond to the selection time included in each time period; and generating a statistical table of the resources selected by the same user in each time period.
In order to facilitate further statistics, in this embodiment, the first classification unit performs classification statistics on all the consumer products of the same user according to the consumption time, so as to generate a statistics table of the consumer products of the same user in a corresponding time period; i.e. statistics of the purchase records of the products by the user during different time periods in order to obtain the preferences of the individual user during corresponding different time periods. For example, habit preferences of products purchased by a certain user every day may be obtained, or habit preferences of products purchased by a certain user at a certain quarter may be obtained.
In an embodiment, the processing apparatus for requesting information further includes:
the second identification unit is used for acquiring the consumption time of the user according to the shooting time of each first in-frame image information and identifying the consumption product in each first in-frame image information based on a convolutional neural network model or an image identification algorithm; the present process is similar to the above-described execution process of the first identification unit, and will not be described again.
And the second classification unit is used for carrying out classification statistics on the consumer products according to the consumption time to generate a statistical table of the consumer products in a corresponding time period.
The second sorting unit differs from the first sorting unit described above in that the different consumption times are counted, i.e. the habit preferences of all products purchased by the user are not specific to a particular user. The embodiment is convenient for obtaining the hobbies of the customer group.
In one embodiment, the processing apparatus for requesting information further includes:
the second image acquisition unit is used for receiving the user acquired by the request terminal and second same-frame image information after the use of the resource after the user uses the resource;
the residual quantity identification unit is used for identifying the user and the residual quantity after the resource is used from the second identical-frame image information based on a convolutional neural network model or an image identification algorithm;
A preference obtaining unit, configured to obtain a preference of the user for the resource according to the remaining amount after the use of the resource;
the reminding unit is used for counting the preference of all users for the resources and calculating the proportion of preference of all users for the resources; judging whether the proportion is larger than a preset value, and if not, pushing reminding information which needs to be changed to the resource to the request terminal.
In one embodiment, the device is used in catering industry, and the consumer product is a dish. The second identical-frame image information acquired by the second image acquisition unit comprises the residual menu allowance of the user. As described in the above-mentioned margin recognition unit, the margin of the user and the menu may be recognized from each piece of the second identical image information by the convolutional neural network model or the image recognition algorithm; the process of identifying an image using a convolutional neural network model or an image identification algorithm is a common technique for those skilled in the art, and will not be described herein.
According to the preference obtaining unit, obtaining the food preference of the user for the dishes according to the allowance of the dishes; if the remaining amount of the dishes is small (can be less than a preset value), the user can be considered to prefer the dishes; if the remaining amount of the dish is large (greater than the preset value), the user may be considered to dislike the dish. In other embodiments, the ratio of the remaining quantity of the dish to the dish on the dish may be compared, and when the ratio is smaller than the threshold value, the user may consider that the user prefers the dish; according to the reminding unit, the proportion of the dishes which are loved in all users is counted, whether the dishes are popular or not is judged according to the relation between the proportion and the preset value, and if not, a merchant is reminded of improvement, so that the merchant can develop more menus more pertinently, and the clients are reserved.
In one embodiment, the receiving unit 40 includes: receiving the payment amount paid by the payment account and transferring the payment amount into a bank account corresponding to the merchant; specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
the receiving subunit is used for receiving the payment amount paid by the payment account and temporarily storing the payment amount;
and the settlement subunit is used for carrying out unified settlement on the amount which is required to be paid to the merchant in the preset period when the preset period is reached, and transferring the uniformly settled payment amount to a bank account corresponding to the merchant.
In this embodiment, the present scheme also provides financial services, so that the funds of the user and the merchant enjoy higher profits. For example, after receiving payment paid to a merchant by a payment account of a user, the payment is not immediately transferred to a bank account of the merchant, but the amount paid to the merchant by the user is uniformly settled according to months or weeks, and then the payment is uniformly settled to the merchant to form delayed settlement. Or the payment can be uniformly and regularly paid to merchants in a mode of days, weeks and months later to form delayed settlement.
In another embodiment, if the merchant uses deferred settlement, the service intermediary may provide additional compensation to the merchant, i.e., when the merchant is deferred for payment, the corresponding amount of compensation may be provided to the merchant.
In still another embodiment, the sending unit 30 may further obtain the type of the payment account used by the user before sending the deduction request to the matched payment account, and provide some benefits or advantages to the user when the payment account type of the user is a specified credit card or debit card for payment; that is, the user may additionally obtain a benefit when making a payment using a designated payment account type, such as providing a discount at the time of payment, providing a cashback after payment, or providing a gift service, etc., which will not be described in detail herein.
In summary, the processing device for request information provided in the embodiment of the present application is applied to a payment scenario, and receives a deduction request sent by a merchant terminal and obtains identification information of a user; the identification information of the user comprises at least one of fingerprint information and a face image of the payment user; matching a payment account corresponding to the identification information of the user in a preset binding relation between the identification information and the payment account, and sending the deduction request to the matched payment account so as to deduct the corresponding payment amount from the payment account; and receiving the payment amount paid by the payment account and transferring the payment amount into a bank account corresponding to the merchant. According to the application, the payment account bound by the user biological identification information is obtained by obtaining the user biological identification information of the user, so that the payment is deducted from the payment account, the convenience in payment is improved, and the user does not need to use terminal equipment.
Referring to fig. 3, in an embodiment of the present application, there is further provided a computer device, which may be a server, and an internal structure thereof may be as shown in fig. 3. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, and a database connected by a system bus. Wherein the computer is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, computer programs, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage media. The database of the computer device is used to store biometric information, image information, etc. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a method of processing request information.
The processor executes the steps of the method for processing the request information:
acquiring first same-block diagram information of a resource selected by a user; the first same-frame image information carries shooting time;

In summary, the method, the device, the computer equipment and the storage medium for processing request information provided in the embodiments of the present application are used for receiving a deduction request sent by a merchant terminal and obtaining identification information of a user when the method, the device, the computer equipment and the storage medium are applied to a payment scene; the identification information of the user comprises at least one of fingerprint information and a face image of the payment user; matching a payment account corresponding to the identification information of the user in a preset binding relation between the identification information and the payment account, and sending the deduction request to the matched payment account so as to deduct the corresponding payment amount from the payment account; and receiving the payment amount paid by the payment account and transferring the payment amount into a bank account corresponding to the merchant.
