The Internet-free unattended parking lot management system according to claim 1, wherein: the vehicle sensor comprises a ground sensing coil, a ground sensing signal detector, an infrared correlation radar and other equipment capable of detecting the passing of a vehicle, the obtained information is transmitted back to a brake lock device and a front service management terminal after detection, whether the data information is written into a database is judged, the vehicle sensor is normally in a closed state and only works in an open state, the front service management terminal controls a switch to only act on the vehicle, and the vehicle sensor is used for detecting the information of the passing of the vehicle after being opened.
11. The Internet-free unattended parking lot management system according to any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein: the use flow of the management system is as follows:
(1) when a vehicle enters the field, acquiring vehicle data by a license plate recognition device at the entrance, and transmitting the data to a front-end service management terminal;
(2) the preposed service management end receives the license plate information sent by the entrance license plate recognition equipment, processes and sends an operation instruction to: entrance gate lock equipment, entrance voice broadcasting equipment and vehicle sensors are turned on; the entrance gate lock device executes a gate opening instruction, the entrance voice broadcasting device broadcasts license plate information, and the vehicle sensor is opened in an activated state;
(3) after the vehicle enters the field, the vehicle sensor detects the information after the vehicle enters the field, and feeds back to: entrance gate lock equipment, a front service management end; the entrance gate lock equipment executes a gate closing instruction, and the front-end service management end packages, sends and records the vehicle entrance time point, the picture and the vehicle related data to the database after receiving the information instruction returned by the vehicle sensor;
(4) when the vehicle leaves the field, the license plate recognition device at the leaving field port acquires vehicle data and transmits the data to the front-end service management terminal for processing;
(5) the method comprises the steps that a preposed service management end firstly identifies and screens data in a database by using acquired vehicle information, the screened data comprise an entrance time point and vehicle related data, a parking time period from the entrance time point to the time point is calculated according to the data, so that cost and a three-party identifier are calculated, and the processed data are converted into dynamic two-dimensional codes;
(6) the preposed service management end issues data and instructions to: an off-site port display device and an off-site port voice broadcasting device; the off-site port display equipment displays the generated dynamic two-dimensional code, and the off-site port voice broadcasting equipment broadcasts the vehicle information;
(7) after the owner scans the dynamic two-dimensional code through the user side, the acquired data is submitted to a cloud server and a payment request is initiated;
(8) the cloud server initiates a payment request to the three-party payment mechanism through the payment module, and judges whether the request is successful or not to return a result to the user side through callback communication data of the three-party system;
(9) the user side receives a result returned by the cloud server, starts a Bluetooth function, completes matching with the Bluetooth adapter, and sends the received result to the front-end service management side through Bluetooth;
(10) the preposed service management end receives the returned result data, judges and processes the result data, and sends an instruction to: the system comprises field-departure gate lock equipment, field-departure information display equipment, field-departure speech broadcasting equipment and a vehicle sensor; the field-off gate machine executes a gate opening instruction, the field-off display equipment displays vehicle field-off information, the field-off voice broadcasting equipment broadcasts the field-off information, and a vehicle sensor is turned on;
(11) after the vehicle leaves the field, the vehicle sensor detects the vehicle information and feeds back to: the system comprises field exit gate lock equipment and a front service management end; and the leaving gate lock equipment executes a gate closing instruction, and the preposed service management end writes the vehicle leaving information into a database.
