The management module 11 generates a management signal according to the information identification and authority identification result, and sends the management signal to the communication module 12; the communication module 12 receives and sends the management signal to an entrance/exit gateway of a parking lot of the stereo garage so as to control the opening/closing of the entrance/exit gateway, and sends the management signal to a voice prompt device and a display device.
The cloud platform server 00 of the foregoing embodiment includes one or more cloud platform management units 10, and each cloud platform management unit 10 manages one stereo garage parking lot correspondingly, so that the cloud platform server 00 can manage a plurality of stereo garage parking lots. The communication module 12 and the management module 11 can be directly arranged in the cloud platform server 00, the communication module 12 can be communicated with a plurality of stereo garage parking lots, the management module 11 identifies information of vehicles entering and exiting the stereo garage parking lots to generate management signals, and the management signals are sent to the corresponding stereo garage parking lots through the communication module 12, so that the control of the stereo garage parking lots is realized. In the embodiment, the analysis unit 22 in the stereo garage parking lot server 20 analyzes the vehicle entering and exiting the stereo garage 30, generates a control signal, and controls the vehicle entering and exiting the stereo garage 30 through the parking controller 40, so that the control of the vehicle entering and exiting the stereo garage 30 is safer, more efficient and more accurate.

Because a vehicle enters a parking lot of the stereo garage for parking, the vehicle is usually driven to a position where a person and a vehicle in the stereo garage 30 are handed over by a person, and for safety, the vehicle needs to be controlled to enter a preset position of the stereo garage 30 when the person leaves the position range where the person and the vehicle are handed over; in one embodiment of the present invention, the sensing device 50 connected to the communication unit 21 is arranged to detect the entrance/exit information that can control the entrance of the vehicle to the preset position of the stereo garage 30, for example, the sensing device 50 is disposed outside a location range where the vehicles are handed over, and the user can transmit the entrance and exit information of the vehicle entering the garage to the sensing device 50, and the sensing device 50 transmits the received entrance and exit information to the analysis unit 22 through the communication unit 21, and the analysis unit 22 analyzes the entrance and exit information, for example, selecting a vacant position in the stereo garage 30 as a preset position according to the position information of the human-vehicle transfer of the vehicle in the stereo garage 30, analyzing a route for transferring the vehicle from the human-vehicle transfer position to the preset position, generating a control signal according to the analyzed route, sending the control signal to the parking controller 40 through the communication unit 21 to control the vehicle to enter a preset position of the stereo garage 30; when the user needs to take a car and leave the garage, the user can send the access information of taking the car and leaving the garage to the sensing device 50, the sensing device 50 sends the received access information to the analysis unit 22 through the communication unit 21, the analysis unit 22 analyzes the access information, for example, a route for transferring the car from a preset position to a human-car transfer position is analyzed according to the preset position of the car in the stereo garage 30 and the human-car transfer position to be reached, a control signal is generated according to the analyzed route, and the control signal is sent to the parking controller 40 through the communication unit 21 so as to control the car to return to the human-car transfer position from the preset position of the stereo garage 30.

When a vehicle exits from the parking lot of the stereo garage, the camera 60 transmits the collected image information to the management module 11 through the communication module 12, the management module 11 calculates parking fees and generates management signals for settling the parking fees by integrating vehicle information identified from the image information, vehicle entrance time, exit time, information related to the parking fees (such as VIP offer, sub card, monthly payment, and the like), and transmits the management signals to the charging device 80 through the communication module 12, the charging device 80 settles the parking fees by receiving the management signals transmitted by the communication module 12, the charging device 80 can collect cash and/or settle the parking fees by means of electronic transfer, and the charging device 80 preferably has a self-service settlement function, and of course, the parking lot staff can operate the charging device 80 to manually settle the payments.
The charging device 80 generates a corresponding settlement signal according to the charging settlement condition and transmits the settlement signal to the management module 11 through the communication module 12, and the management module 11 generates a management signal according to the charging settlement condition and transmits the management signal to the gateway through the communication module 12 so as to control the on/off of the gateway. Parking fee is settled through charging device 80 to this embodiment, and effectual reduction staff's work load improves stereo garage parking area management efficiency.

the cloud platform server comprises at least one cloud platform management unit, and the cloud platform management unit comprises a communication module connected with the stereo garage parking lot server and a management module in communication connection with the communication module; the communication module of the cloud platform management unit is also connected with a charging device with a self-service electronic transfer settlement function;
when a vehicle enters/exits a stereo garage parking lot, a camera with a license plate recognition function collects image information of the vehicle entering/exiting the stereo garage parking lot and recognizes a license plate number of the vehicle, and the image information and the license plate number are sent to the cloud platform management unit;
when a vehicle enters/exits the stereo garage parking lot, the management module of the cloud platform management unit carries out vehicle authority identification according to the received license plate number, and controls the opening/closing of a gateway of the entrance/exit of the stereo garage parking lot according to the vehicle authority identification result;
when a vehicle exits the stereo garage parking lot, the management module of the cloud platform management unit calculates parking cost, generates a management signal of the parking cost, and sends the management signal of the parking cost to the charging device so as to settle the parking cost of the vehicle, wherein the charging device is in communication connection with the communication module of the cloud platform server, and the mode of settling the parking cost by the charging device comprises a self-service electronic transfer mode;
and the management module of the cloud platform management unit controls the opening/closing of a barrier gate of an outlet of the parking lot of the stereo garage according to the received settlement signal of the parking fee.

The stereo garage parking lot control system of claim 1, wherein the charging device receives the management signal of the parking fee and settles the parking fee, generates a settlement signal of the parking fee according to a result of the settlement, and uploads the settlement signal of the parking fee to the management module through the communication module.

The stereo garage parking lot control system of claim 2, wherein the settlement signal of the parking fee includes a first settlement signal and a second settlement signal, the charging device transmits the first settlement signal to the management module when the settlement result is that the fee settlement is successfully completed, and the management module controls the barrier gate to be opened when receiving the first settlement signal;
and the charging device sends the second settlement signal to the management module when the settlement result is settlement failure, and the management module controls the gateway to be closed when receiving the second settlement signal.
4. The stereo garage parking lot control system of claim 3, wherein the charging device and/or the management module sends an alert prompt message when the settlement result is a settlement failure.
5. The stereo garage parking lot control system of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the stereo garage parking lot server comprises a communication unit and an analysis unit connected with the communication unit, the parking controller being connected with the communication unit; wherein:
when the communication unit receives access information of vehicles entering and exiting the stereo garage, the access information is sent to the analysis unit, the analysis unit analyzes the access information and generates a control signal, and the control signal is sent to the parking controller through the communication unit so as to control the vehicles to enter and exit the stereo garage.
6. The stereo garage parking lot control system of claim 5, further comprising: a sensing device connected with the communication unit; wherein:
when a vehicle enters a position where people and vehicles are handed over of the stereo garage, the sensing device detects access information of the vehicle entering the garage, the access information is sent to the analysis unit through the communication unit, the analysis unit analyzes the access information and generates the control signal, and the control signal is sent to the parking controller through the communication unit so as to control the vehicle to enter a preset position of the stereo garage;
when the sensing device detects the access information of taking the vehicle out of the garage, the access information is sent to the analysis unit through the communication unit, the analysis unit analyzes the access information and generates a control signal, and the control signal is sent to the parking controller through the communication unit so as to control the vehicle to return to the position where the vehicle and the person are handed over from the preset position of the stereo garage.
7. The stereo garage parking lot control system of claim 6, further comprising: a detection device connected to the camera; wherein:
when the detection device detects that a vehicle enters or exits the stereo garage parking lot, an image acquisition signal is sent to the camera, so that the camera acquires the image information.
8. The stereo garage parking lot control system of claim 7, further comprising: a display device connected with the communication module; wherein:
the communication module sends the management signal to the display device, and the display device receives the management signal and displays vehicle parking information and/or stereo garage parking lot information.
