the driver intelligent terminal is used for submitting driver information and a corresponding license plate number to the registration charging cloud platform for registration and obtaining a driver ID from the registration charging cloud platform; acquiring positioning information broadcasted by a wireless positioning base station, and transmitting the acquired positioning information to the registration charging cloud platform in combination with the driver ID;
the registration charging cloud platform is used for obtaining a corresponding driver ID according to the license plate number in the license plate information and obtaining driver position information transmitted by the driver intelligent terminal according to the obtained driver ID; obtaining vehicle position information according to the equipment ID of the license plate recognizer in the license plate information; and if the position of the driver and the corresponding vehicle are in the same area, registering and charging the corresponding vehicle, and sending the registration and charging result to the intelligent driver terminal.
2. The system of claim 1, further comprising: managing an intelligent terminal on site; wherein,
the field management intelligent terminal is used for submitting the parking lot number and the parking lot field management personnel information to the registration charging cloud platform for registration;
and the registration charging cloud platform is also used for generating an abnormal notice when the position of the driver and the position of the vehicle are not in the same area, and sending the abnormal notice to the field management intelligent terminal of the corresponding parking lot and the intelligent terminal of the driver corresponding to the actual registration of the corresponding vehicle.
3. The system of claim 1 or 2, wherein the driver intelligent terminal is further used for generating authorization information when a driver agrees to rent a vehicle, and transmitting the authorization information to the registration charging cloud platform for re-registration; and obtaining a driver ID from the registration charging cloud platform; wherein, the authorization information includes: the renter information, the license plate number and the original driver information.
4. The system of claim 1 or 2, wherein the registration charging cloud platform is further configured to generate a driver ID by using the driver information and the corresponding license plate number transmitted from the driver intelligent terminal during registration, store the driver information, the license plate number, and the driver ID in a one-to-one correspondence, and transmit the driver ID to the driver intelligent terminal.
5. The system of claim 3, wherein the registration charging cloud platform is further configured to generate a driver ID according to the authorization information, store the original driver information, the renter information, the license plate number, and the driver ID in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and transmit the driver ID to the driver intelligent terminal.
6. The system of claim 1 or 2, wherein the driver intelligent terminal is an intelligent handheld device or an intelligent wearable device with networking function of an actual driver of the vehicle in a parking lot.
