Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the following embodiments and the accompanying drawings.
To solve the technical problem of the present application, referring to fig. 1, a flowchart of steps of a road parking management method of the present application is shown, which may specifically include the following steps:
step S1: receiving a parking space induction signal generated by a parking space detector when a vehicle enters or leaves;
in the embodiment of the application, the vehicle entering refers to a process that a user finds a parking space on the roadside of a city and pours or enters the vehicle into the parking space. In the process that a vehicle enters or is poured into a parking space, the parking space detector detects the entering information of the vehicle and generates a parking space induction signal aiming at the entrance of the vehicle. Vehicle departure refers to the process of the vehicle leaving the parking space. The parking space detector detects the leaving signal of the vehicle and generates a parking space induction signal aiming at the leaving of the vehicle.
The parking space detector can be in an active detection mode or a passive trigger detection mode. The parking space detector can be an infrared detector, a geomagnetic sensor or a pressure sensor and the like, so as to detect the entrance of the vehicle or the departure of the vehicle. During concrete implementation, this parking stall detector can set up in the parking stall is close to the edge line of road center direction, and this edge line is a line that the vehicle can all pass through when the vehicle enters the field or the vehicle leaves the field, through setting up the parking stall detector in this position, can realize the comparatively accurate detection to the parking stall.
Preferably, the parking space detector is a geomagnetic sensor. Geomagnetic sensor can be used to detect the existence and the motorcycle type discernment of vehicle, uses most in prior art, adopts geomagnetic sensor as the parking stall detector of this application, can the implementation cost of this application that significantly reduces.
Based on above-mentioned earth magnetism sensor's description, parking stall induction signal can include earth magnetism trigger information, motorcycle type identification information and the serial number or the locating information of parking stall. In the concrete implementation, the parking space induction signal also comprises the triggering time of the signal, and the system applying the method can judge whether the currently received parking space induction signal is a signal triggered by the vehicle entering or leaving according to the triggering time and the vehicle type identification information.
Step S2: receiving a vehicle identification signal sent by the vehicle identifier when the vehicle enters or leaves;
in a preferred embodiment of the present application, the vehicle identifier is a radio frequency identification, RFID, device; the radio frequency identification RFID device may be fixed or may be mobile. When the parking space is fixed, the RFID equipment is installed on the parking space where the parking space detector is located, and the serial number or the positioning information of the parking space is preset in the RFID equipment; when the vehicle is active, the RFID equipment can be held in a hand, a parking manager manages the RFID equipment, and when the vehicle arrives or leaves, the license plate of the vehicle is scanned and the number or the positioning information of the parking space is input. Correspondingly, an RFID tag which can be identified by the RFID equipment is preset on the vehicle; the RFID label comprises the identity information of the registered owner user; the step S2 may specifically include:
and receiving the identity information of the owner user, which is sent by the RFID equipment when the vehicle enters or leaves.
In the embodiment of the application, the owner user can register the identity in the system applying the method in advance, and the registration items can include the real name, license plate number, mobile phone number, vehicle type, bank card and other binding information of the owner user. Therefore, when the vehicle owner user enters or leaves the parking space managed by the system, the RFID equipment on the parking space can automatically upload the acquired identity information of the vehicle owner user to the system, and according to the registration items, the system can conveniently carry out identity verification on the vehicle owner user and complete the subsequent charging and deduction items. Therefore, the whole parking process is not influenced by the mobile phone signal of the owner user, further not influenced by the mobile phone APP, the WeChat public number, the Payment treasure service window and the like, and the payment is more convenient.
Step S3: judging whether the parking space induction signal is matched with the vehicle identification signal when a vehicle enters or leaves;
in this application, judge whether parking stall sensing signal matches mainly there is the following condition with vehicle identification signal:
1. and matching and judging whether vehicles are accurately stopped in the parking spaces. The method can be various, and judgment can be carried out through the vehicle type. In an optional embodiment of the present application, the determination may also be performed according to a time difference triggered when the two signals enter (or leave) the vehicle, where the parking space sensing signal and the vehicle identification signal both include a timestamp; step S3 may include the steps of:
and respectively judging whether the difference value between the timestamp in the parking space induction signal and the timestamp in the vehicle identification signal is within a preset threshold value when the vehicle enters the field or leaves the field. In this application, if the difference of the timestamps of two signals is within the preset threshold, it indicates that the parking space induction signal matches with the vehicle identification signal, and the vehicle is in a vehicle entering state or a vehicle leaving state. The judgment method is simple and high in accuracy.
2. The parking space induction signals and the serial numbers or the positioning information of the parking spaces in the vehicle identification signals are matched and judged, so that the condition that the vehicle occupies the road and parks or the adjacent parking space cost is mistakenly collected in the later period is avoided. The parking space detector and the vehicle identifier can also comprise a positioning chip, and the positioning signals collected by the parking space detector and the vehicle identifier respectively are judged. The parking space induction signal and the vehicle identification signal both comprise positioning information; therefore, step S3 may specifically include the following steps:
and judging whether the positioning information in the parking space induction signal is matched with the positioning information in the vehicle identification signal. The method and the device can determine whether the two signals are matched by comparing whether the positioning information in the two signals is within an error range.
Step S4: when the judgment result is matched, generating parking entrance charging information aiming at the entrance of the vehicle or generating parking departure settlement information aiming at the departure of the vehicle;
for the vehicle entrance scenario, when the determination result is a match, the step of generating parking entrance charging information for the vehicle entrance may include:
when the judgment result for vehicle entrance is matched, generating parking entrance charging information for vehicle entrance according to the identity information of the owner user; the parking entrance charging information comprises preset free parking time; the parking admission charging information in the embodiment of the present application may further include a license plate number, identity information of the vehicle user, parking charging criteria, and the like.
The method may further comprise:
and after the free parking time length timing is finished, starting consumption timing to generate a parking consumption time length data chain.
In practice, a vehicle owner user may temporarily occupy a parking space wholly or partially due to reversing or other reasons, so that free parking time is reserved in the embodiment of the application, and the vehicle owner user is more humanized. And when the free timing time duration is over, the system automatically starts consumption timing according to the generated parking entrance charging information to generate a parking consumption time duration data chain, wherein the data chain can comprise each consumption timing time duration, and the total parking price corresponding to the consumption timing time duration according to the parking charging standard. For example, the total time of consumption timing is 5 hours, the parking unit prices are different within 1 to 2 hours, 2 to 3 hours and 3 to 5 hours, and can be set in a step manner, for example, 1 yuan is charged per hour for 1 to 2 hours; in 2 to 3 hours, 3 yuan is charged per hour, and in 3 to 5 hours, 5 yuan is charged per hour. Through the stage setting mode, the handling speed of the owner user can be promoted, the vehicle is prevented from staying on the roadside for a long time, the phenomena of roadside disorderly parking and long-term road occupation parking are reduced, and the parking turnover rate is improved.
The generating of the parking departure settlement information for the departure of the vehicle when the determination result is a match may include:
and when the judgment result aiming at the vehicle departure is matched, generating parking departure settlement information aiming at the vehicle departure according to the data chain of the parking consumption duration. The parking departure settlement information can comprise the parking total price, the license plate number, the name of the owner user, the card number of the deduction bank card and other information corresponding to the parking consumption time.
In this embodiment of the present application, when the determination result is mismatch, the method further includes:
continuously checking whether the parking space induction signal is matched with the vehicle identification signal within a preset time;
and when the verification result is matched, generating parking entrance charging information aiming at the entrance of the vehicle or generating parking departure settlement information aiming at the departure of the vehicle.
In order to avoid system errors, the embodiment of the application is additionally provided with two signal matching verification processes, the situation that signals are inconsistent in a short time due to the fact that adjacent parking space detectors or vehicle identifiers are triggered carelessly in the vehicle entering process or the vehicle leaving process is avoided by judging in a preset time period, and partial fuzzy judgment data (such as vehicles which are not determined to be in a parking space) are screened out by adopting preset time, so that the complaint rate can be reduced, and the expense of vehicles adjacent in position is avoided being mistakenly received.
Step S5: and sending the parking entrance charging information or the parking exit settlement information to the owner user corresponding to the vehicle.
When the vehicle enters the parking lot, when the judgment result is matched or the verification result is matched, the parking lot entering charging information is sent to the vehicle owner user corresponding to the vehicle, so that the vehicle owner user can be reminded, the parking charging is about to start, and the vehicle owner user can conveniently check or confirm whether the parking lot entering process is operated or not. If the owner user does not enter the parking space, the owner user can feed back the parking event through a telephone or a webpage and other channels.
When the vehicle leaves, when the judgment result is matched or the verification result is matched, the parking leaving settlement information is sent to the vehicle owner user corresponding to the vehicle, so that the vehicle owner user is informed that the parking charging is finished, and the vehicle owner user can know the parking fee deduction.
The foregoing is a management method for registered owner users, but when the verification result is a mismatch or the preset time is over, to further determine a specific situation, the embodiment of the present application provides the following method, which may specifically include:
judging the signal triggering duration of the parking space induction signal;
if the signal triggering duration of the parking space induction signal is greater than a preset threshold value, generating parking space parking information aiming at the entrance of a vehicle according to the vehicle identification signal;
and waiting for payment of the owner user corresponding to the parking information of the parking space within a preset free parking time.
In practice, there may be a situation that the vehicle is not verified within a preset time (for example, the vehicle owner is a novice vehicle, and the parking process is very tortuous); or the verification result does not match, which indicates that the owner user is not the owner user registered in the system. At the moment, the system can judge that the parking space is occupied according to the triggering duration of the parking space sensing signal, and generate parking space parking information aiming at the entrance of the vehicle, wherein the parking space parking information comprises confirmation information that the vehicle is in the parking space, and the identity information of the vehicle owner user in the parking space is unregistered information. At the moment, the unregistered owner user can actively pay in modes of manually collecting cash, WeChat or code scanning payment by a payment treasure and the like. For the unregistered owner user, the management mode of prepayment is adopted, so that the owner user can be prevented from occupying the lane and parking without paying for a long time.
When the preset free parking time length is over, based on the above, the method of the embodiment of the present application further includes:
judging whether a vehicle owner user corresponding to the parking space parking information pays a fee or not;
if the judgment result is payment, generating a parking consumption bill after the vehicle leaves the field;
if the judgment result is that the fee is not paid, generating an inspection work order;
and sending the parking consumption bill or the inspection work bill to the owner user corresponding to the parking information of the parking space. The parking information of the parking space comprises the license plate number of the vehicle, and the corresponding vehicle owner user can be found according to the license plate number to generate an inspection work order, so that the parking credit management of the vehicle owner user is realized.
In addition, when the verification result is not matched, the method comprises the following steps:
and sending the registration invitation of the RFID tag to the owner user corresponding to the vehicle. Therefore, the registration amount of the system is increased, and the parking manageability of the urban road parking spaces is improved.
Referring to fig. 2, a flow chart of the present application is shown for implementing vehicle entrance; referring to fig. 3, a flow chart of an implementation of the present application from the vehicle standpoint is shown.
In conclusion, the novel parking management method is adopted for charging the urban roadside parking spaces, the 'Ningkexiao receiving and not mistaken receiving' criteria are adopted, and whether the parking space induction signals are matched with the vehicle identification signals or not is judged when the vehicles enter the parking space or leave the parking space respectively, so that the wrong receiving of the adjacent vehicles can be avoided, and the complaint rate is reduced. By adopting the method of identifying the registered identity information of the vehicle owner user through radio frequency, the subsequent charging and fee deduction items can be automatically completed, the whole parking process is not influenced by a mobile phone signal of the vehicle owner user, further not influenced by a mobile phone APP, a WeChat public number, a Payment service window and the like, and the payment is more convenient. Meanwhile, through modes of prepayment, work order inspection and the like, a responsibility supervision system can be established, the phenomena of roadside disorderly parking and long-term road occupation parking are reduced, and the driving and parking order is standardized.
For static traffic, the embodiment of the application relieves the contradiction between supply and demand of the parking space, reduces the phenomena of roadside disorderly parking and long-term road occupation parking, and improves the turnover rate of the parking space; for dynamic traffic, the driving and parking order is standardized, the average speed and the road network passing efficiency are improved, and citizens are guided to go out; for urban management, traffic jam is effectively treated, environmental pollution is improved, automobile industry development and urban management are balanced, and sustainable development is guaranteed.
