Further, when a user drives a vehicle to leave the parking lot, scanning the two-dimensional code at an outlet of the parking lot, detecting whether the current unlicensed vehicle leaves the parking lot by a parking system through a monitoring camera at the outlet of the parking lot, namely acquiring a temporary electronic license plate number allocated to the unlicensed vehicle before, detecting whether the current parking fee of the vehicle is paid or not, if not, the interface content pushed by the parking system is a payment order corresponding to the temporary electronic license plate number, and checking and clicking to confirm by the user to pay; if the current fee is paid, the parking system sends a release instruction to the field equipment so as to release the current vehicle; if the current vehicle is detected to have no temporary electronic license plate number, the pushed interface content is service functions such as customer service help and a use instruction, so that the user can ask for help according to the current situation or can automatically solve the problem according to the use instruction.
In this embodiment, for a non-registered user, a corresponding pushing interface can be obtained by scanning the two-dimensional code of the parking lot, where the current code scanning position of the user is different, and the content in the corresponding pushing interface is also different. By the parking lot charging method, corresponding application interfaces are pushed for different users, and the parking experience of the users is greatly improved.
Furthermore, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a parking lot management program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when executed by a processor, the parking lot management program implements the following operations:
receiving code scanning information sent by a user terminal through scanning a two-dimensional code, and acquiring user identity identification information according to the code scanning information;
according to the user identity identification information, parking data corresponding to the user identity identification information is inquired in the parking system to obtain an inquiry result;
and pushing a corresponding interface to the user terminal according to the query result.
Further, the parking lot management program when executed by the processor further performs the following operations:
receiving user identity identification information returned by the user terminal based on the code scanning information;
and inquiring license plate information corresponding to the user identity identification information in the parking system, and inquiring parking data corresponding to the license plate information to obtain a corresponding inquiry result.
Further, the parking lot management program when executed by the processor further performs the following operations:
inquiring license plate information corresponding to the user identity identification information in the parking system, and determining the current position of a vehicle corresponding to the license plate information;
and judging whether the vehicle is currently in the parking lot or not, and inquiring whether the current parking fee of the vehicle is paid or not.
Further, the parking lot management program when executed by the processor further performs the following operations:
if the vehicle is currently in the parking lot and the current parking fee of the vehicle is not paid, pushing an interface containing application functions to the user terminal, wherein the application functions at least comprise a payment function and a vehicle searching function;
if the vehicle is currently in the parking lot and the current parking fee of the vehicle is paid, pushing an interface containing service functions to the user terminal, wherein the service functions at least comprise a vehicle searching function and a parking fee invoice acquisition function;
and if the vehicle is currently at the exit of the parking lot and the current parking fee of the vehicle is not paid, pushing an interface containing a payment function to the user terminal.
Further, the parking lot management program when executed by the processor further performs the following operations:
if the license plate information corresponding to the user identification information is not inquired in the parking system, pushing an interface containing service functions to the user terminal, wherein the service functions at least comprise contacting a customer service center.
Further, the parking lot management program when executed by the processor further performs the following operations:
receiving code scanning information sent by a user terminal through scanning a two-dimensional code, and determining the current position of the user terminal based on the code scanning information sent by scanning the two-dimensional code;
and pushing a corresponding interface to the user terminal based on the current position of the user terminal.
Further, the parking lot management program when executed by the processor further performs the following operations:
if the user terminal is currently in the parking lot, pushing an interface containing application functions to the user terminal, wherein the application functions at least comprise a payment function, a car searching function and a parking fee invoice acquisition function;
and if the user terminal is at the exit of the parking lot, acquiring the current license plate information at the exit of the parking lot, judging whether the current parking fee corresponding to the current license plate information is paid, and if not, pushing an interface containing a payment function to the user terminal.
In the scheme provided by this embodiment, code scanning information sent by the user terminal by scanning the two-dimensional code is received, corresponding user identification information is acquired according to the received code scanning information, parking data corresponding to the user identification information is queried in the parking system, and a corresponding interface is pushed to the user terminal according to different queried results. According to the parking lot management method, the method for enabling the user to enter the parking system quickly and conveniently is provided for the user through scanning the two-dimensional code, so that the user can complete corresponding parking transaction processing through a pushed interface, user experience in the parking lot management system is greatly improved, and meanwhile working efficiency of the parking lot is improved.

Claims (8)
1. A parking lot management method is applied to a parking lot management system and comprises the following steps:
receiving code scanning information sent by a user terminal through scanning a two-dimensional code, and acquiring user identity identification information according to the code scanning information;
according to the user identification information, parking data corresponding to the user identification information is inquired in the parking lot management system to obtain an inquiry result;
pushing a corresponding interface to the user terminal according to the query result;
the step of pushing the corresponding interface to the user terminal according to the query result comprises the following steps:
inquiring license plate information corresponding to the user identity identification information in the parking lot management system, and determining the current position of a vehicle corresponding to the license plate information;
judging whether the vehicle is currently in a parking lot or not, and inquiring whether the current parking fee of the vehicle is paid or not;
if the vehicle is currently in the parking lot and the current parking fee of the vehicle is not paid, pushing an interface containing application functions to the user terminal, wherein the application functions at least comprise a payment function and a vehicle searching function;
if the vehicle is currently in the parking lot and the current parking fee of the vehicle is paid, pushing an interface containing service functions to the user terminal, wherein the service functions at least comprise a vehicle searching function and a parking fee invoice obtaining function.
2. The parking lot management method according to claim 1, wherein the step of querying parking data corresponding to the user identification information in the parking lot management system according to the user identification information to obtain a query result comprises:
receiving user identity identification information returned by the user terminal based on the code scanning information;
and inquiring license plate information corresponding to the user identity identification information in the parking lot management system, and inquiring parking data corresponding to the license plate information to obtain a corresponding inquiry result.
3. The parking lot management method according to claim 1, wherein the step of pushing the corresponding interface to the user terminal according to the query result comprises:
and if the vehicle is currently at the exit of the parking lot and the current parking fee of the vehicle is not paid, pushing an interface containing a payment function to the user terminal.
4. The parking lot management method according to claim 2, wherein after the step of querying the license plate information corresponding to the user identification information in the parking lot management system, the method further comprises:
if the license plate information corresponding to the user identification information is not inquired in the parking lot management system, pushing an interface containing a service function to the user terminal, wherein the service function at least comprises a contact customer service center.
5. The parking lot management method according to claim 1, characterized in that:
receiving code scanning information sent by a user terminal through scanning a two-dimensional code, and determining the current position of the user terminal based on the code scanning information sent by scanning the two-dimensional code;
the current position of the user terminal at least comprises a parking lot, a parking lot entrance and a parking lot exit.
6. The parking lot management method according to claim 5, wherein the step of pushing the corresponding interface to the user terminal based on the current location of the user terminal comprises:
if the user terminal is currently in the parking lot, pushing an interface containing application functions to the user terminal, wherein the application functions at least comprise a payment function, a car searching function and a parking fee invoice acquisition function;
and if the user terminal is at the exit of the parking lot, acquiring the current license plate information at the exit of the parking lot, judging whether the current parking fee corresponding to the current license plate information is paid, and if not, pushing an interface containing a payment function to the user terminal.
7. A parking lot management device characterized by comprising: a memory, a processor and a parking lot management program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the parking lot management program when executed by the processor implementing the steps of the parking lot management method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
8. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that a parking lot management program is stored thereon, which when executed by a processor implements the steps of the parking lot management method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
