(5) and after the identity verification is passed, the user mobile terminal receives an electronic receipt or an electronic invoice of parking payment generated by the third-party platform, wherein the electronic receipt or the electronic invoice is pushed by the cloud server to the third-party platform after an automatic payment deduction request is initiated and the payment is successfully deducted.
In this embodiment, when the cloud server 20 performs parking payment based on the license plate number acquired by the mobile terminal 10 of the user, in order to improve convenience and security of parking payment, the cloud server 20 needs the mobile terminal 10 of the user to submit the face image of the user, so as to verify whether the identity of the user corresponding to the face image submitted by the mobile terminal 10 of the user is legal or not, and if the identity is legal, the identity verification is passed.

a user mobile terminal scans and collects a first license plate image of a parked vehicle;
uploading the first license plate image to a cloud server so that the cloud server can identify the license plate number of the parked vehicle, or identifying the first license plate image to obtain the license plate number, and uploading the license plate number and/or the first license plate image to the cloud server;
the cloud server starts parking charging or carries out parking payment based on the license plate number;
the cloud server acquires on-site parking space occupation information through the parking space state sensor so as to judge whether occupied fee evading vehicles exist or not;
if occupied fee-evading vehicles exist, screening out the occupied area positions of parking spaces of the fee-evading vehicles from all the space occupation information based on the user mobile terminal position information synchronously uploaded when the user mobile terminal uploads the license plate images and/or the license plate numbers;
and issuing the area position of the occupied parking space of the fee evasion vehicle to the administrator mobile terminal.
2. The method of managing curb parking according to claim 1, further comprising:
when the first license plate image of the parked vehicle is scanned and collected, the user mobile terminal also scans and collects a first face image;
uploading the first face image to a cloud server for the cloud server to perform identity verification based on face recognition;
and after the identity verification is passed, receiving an electronic receipt or an electronic invoice of the parking payment, which is generated by the third-party platform and pushed by the cloud server after the automatic deduction request is initiated to the third-party platform and the deduction is successful.
3. The method of managing curb parking according to claim 2, further comprising:
the parking space state sensor detects the parking state of the vehicle on the parking space in real time and uploads the detection result to the site server;
the on-site server generates parking space occupation information based on the detection result and pushes the parking space occupation information to the cloud server in real time, wherein the parking space occupation information comprises: the parking space occupation state is compared with the parking space occupation state.
4. The method of managing curb parking according to claim 3, further comprising:
the cloud server checks the parking space occupation information uploaded by the field server based on the number of license plate numbers currently subjected to parking charging so as to judge whether occupied fee evasion vehicles exist or not;
if occupied fee evasion vehicles exist, screening out the occupied area positions of parking spaces of the fee evasion vehicles from all the parking space occupation information based on terminal position information synchronously uploaded when a license plate image is uploaded by a user mobile terminal;
and issuing the area position of the occupied parking space of the fee evasion vehicle to the administrator mobile terminal.
5. The method of managing curb parking according to claim 4, further comprising:
and the mobile terminal of the administrator receives the parking space occupation information, the vehicle charging information and the parking payment information which are pushed by the cloud server in real time and an electronic receipt or an electronic invoice generated by a third-party platform, so that the administrator can patrol and examine the occupied vehicle or invoice the paid vehicle.
6. The method of managing curb parking according to claim 1, further comprising:
scanning and collecting a second license plate image of the parked vehicle by the administrator mobile terminal;
uploading the second license plate image to a cloud server for the cloud server to identify the license plate number of the parked vehicle, or identifying the second license plate image to obtain the license plate number, uploading the license plate number and/or the second license plate image to the cloud server, and receiving a management service page related to the license plate number returned by the cloud server; or
Scanning and collecting a second face image by the administrator mobile terminal;
and uploading the second face image to a cloud server for identity verification based on face recognition by the cloud server, and receiving a management service page returned by the cloud server after the identity verification is passed.

the administrator mobile terminal activates vehicle occupation charging service in the management service page so that the cloud server can perform parking charging on occupied fee evasion vehicles; or

the user mobile terminal is further configured to: when the first license plate image of the parked vehicle is scanned and collected, a first face image is also scanned and collected; uploading the first face image to a cloud server;
the cloud server is further configured to: receiving the first face image and carrying out face recognition so as to carry out identity verification based on face recognition; and after the identity verification is passed, initiating an automatic deduction request to a third-party platform and pushing an electronic receipt or an electronic invoice of the parking payment generated by the third-party platform to the user mobile terminal after the deduction is successful.
