Claims (7)

1. A parking fee charging method is applied to a cloud platform and comprises the following steps:
when a vehicle enters a parking lot, acquiring the license plate number of the vehicle through a license plate recognition instrument at an entrance of the parking lot, and recording the vehicle entering time of the vehicle;
acquiring parking space state change information, wherein the parking space state change information at least comprises a parking space number and a vehicle entering or leaving a parking space, the parking space state change information is sent when a parking space detector detects that the vehicle corresponding to the parking space number enters or leaves the parking space, and the time of parking space state change when the vehicle leaves the parking space is recorded as the vehicle leaving time of the vehicle; the corresponding parking space state change information when the vehicle enters the parking space also comprises a license plate number of the vehicle;
determining a target vehicle based on the parking space state change information, and generating an electronic payment order of the target vehicle according to the current parking cost of the target vehicle;
sending the electronic payment order to a terminal corresponding to the target vehicle so as to complete the payment of the parking fee of the target vehicle;
the step of generating the electronic payment order of the target vehicle according to the parking fee of the target vehicle comprises the following steps:
inquiring the vehicle approach time of the target vehicle, and determining the vehicle approach time as the current approach time of the target vehicle; determining the time of the parking space state change when the target vehicle leaves the parking space as the current leaving time of the target vehicle;
determining the parking fee of the target vehicle based on the current entering time and the current leaving time of the target vehicle, and generating an electronic payment order of the target vehicle according to the parking fee;
wherein the step of determining the target vehicle based on the parking space state change information includes:
and acquiring a parking record list corresponding to the parking space number, inquiring the license plate number of the vehicle with the vehicle departure time closest to the current time in the parking record list based on the time sequence, and determining the vehicle corresponding to the license plate number as the target vehicle.
2. The parking fee charging method as set forth in claim 1, wherein after the step of sending the electronic payment order to the terminal corresponding to the target vehicle for completing the payment of the parking fee of the target vehicle, further comprising:
and when the successful payment of the parking fee of the target vehicle is detected, releasing the target vehicle.

The parking fee charging method is applied to a parking fee charging system, the parking fee charging system comprises a cloud platform, a license plate recognition instrument at an entrance of a parking lot and a parking space detector of the parking lot, and the parking fee charging method comprises the following steps:
when a vehicle enters a parking lot, a license plate recognition instrument at an entrance of the parking lot acquires a license plate number of the vehicle; the cloud platform records the vehicle approach time of the vehicle;
when detecting that the vehicle enters or leaves a parking space, the parking space detector sends parking space state change information to the cloud platform, wherein the parking space state change information at least comprises a parking space number and the fact that the vehicle enters or leaves the parking space; the parking space state change information is sent to the cloud platform when a parking space detector detects that a vehicle corresponding to the parking space number enters or leaves the parking space; the cloud platform records the time of the parking space state change when the vehicle leaves the parking space as the vehicle departure time of the vehicle; the corresponding parking space state change information when the vehicle enters the parking space also comprises a license plate number of the vehicle;
the cloud platform determines a target vehicle based on the parking space state change information, generates an electronic payment order of the target vehicle according to the current parking cost of the target vehicle, and sends the electronic payment order to a terminal corresponding to the target vehicle;
after the terminal receives the electronic payment order, the payment of the parking fee of the target vehicle is completed based on user operation;
the step of generating the electronic payment order of the target vehicle by the cloud platform according to the parking fee of the target vehicle comprises the following steps:

determining the parking fee of the target vehicle based on the current entering time and the current leaving time of the target vehicle, and generating an electronic payment order of the target vehicle according to the parking fee of the target vehicle;
the cloud platform determines a target vehicle based on the parking space state change information, and the method comprises the following steps:
and acquiring a parking record list corresponding to the parking space number, inquiring the license plate number of the vehicle with the vehicle departure time closest to the current time in the parking record list based on the time sequence, and determining the vehicle corresponding to the license plate number as the target vehicle.
4. The parking fee charging method as set forth in claim 3, wherein the parking fee charging system further comprises a departure lane license plate recognizer, the method further comprising:
the departure channel license plate recognition instrument acquires license plate information of a current departure vehicle and sends the license plate information to the cloud platform;
the cloud platform determines a target vehicle based on the license plate information, generates an electronic payment order of the target vehicle, and sends the electronic payment order to a terminal corresponding to the target vehicle;
and after receiving the electronic payment order, the terminal completes the payment of the parking fee of the target vehicle based on the user operation.

A parking fee charging apparatus, characterized by comprising: memory, processor and a parking fee charging program stored on said memory and operable on said processor, said parking fee charging program when executed by said processor implementing the steps of the parking fee charging method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 2.
6. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium has stored thereon a parking fee charging program, which when executed by a processor implements the steps of the parking fee charging method according to any one of claims 1 to 2.

A parking fee charging system, characterized in that the parking fee charging system comprises: the parking fee charging method comprises a cloud platform, a license plate recognition instrument at an entrance of a parking lot and a parking space detector of the parking lot, wherein when the cloud platform, the license plate recognition instrument at the entrance of the parking lot and the parking space detector of the parking lot are executed, the steps of the parking fee charging method according to any one of claims 3 to 4 are realized.
