The account information is registered by the user according to information such as a mobile phone number, an identity card number or a license plate number, and at least one payment account such as a payment bank, a WeChat, a Unionpay card or an ETC account is bound in an associated manner. And when the management cloud platform finds the account information corresponding to the license plate information, the license plate information is legal license plate information, and the access point information in the vehicle access request is acquired. When the high-speed toll collection system detects that a vehicle passes through an identification line of a common lane, license plate recognition equipment is started to obtain license plate information of the vehicle, and a management cloud platform searches a database according to the license plate information and judges whether the license plate information has corresponding account information. And when the management cloud platform finds the account information corresponding to the license plate information, the license plate information is legal license plate information, and the access point information in the vehicle access request is acquired. And storing the license plate information of the vehicle and the station entering information in a correlation manner so as to calculate the toll at a later period.
Step S15, when receiving the license plate information and the entry site sent by the high-speed charging system, the management cloud platform stores the license plate information and the entry site in a correlation manner;
step S16, if the vehicle arrival request is the ordinary arrival request, the management cloud platform judges whether account information associated with the license plate information exists;
step S17, when the management cloud platform judges that account information associated with the license plate information exists, the management cloud platform judges that the license plate information is legal license plate information, and opens a gate to release the license plate information;
step S18, when the management cloud platform judges that account information associated with the license plate information does not exist, the management cloud platform judges that the license plate information is illegal license plate information and generates registration reminding information to remind a user of account registration.
Specifically, when the management cloud platform determines that the station entry request is a common station entry request, that is, a user enters a station through a common channel, and after the license plate information of the vehicle is acquired through the license plate recognition device, the management cloud platform searches a database according to the license plate information and judges whether the license plate information has corresponding account information. Whether an ETC account payment success identification is generated or whether an ETC account payment failure identification is generated is monitored through detection, so that whether the ETC account payment is successful is judged. When an ETC account payment failure mark or a related instruction is detected, the ETC account payment failure is judged, other account numbers corresponding to the user are obtained through the license plate information, the corresponding amount of money of the other account numbers is deducted according to the toll, and the automatic payment of the toll is completed.

and step S63, the management cloud acquires the inbound vehicle type information corresponding to the vehicle according to the license plate information, and checks the vehicle according to the inbound vehicle type information and the outbound vehicle type information.
In this embodiment, the model information of the vehicle is further obtained, so as to verify whether the toll of the vehicle corresponds to the correct toll according to the model information. I.e. to verify whether the arrival and current departure points of the vehicle are statistically correct. When the high-speed charging system detects that a vehicle enters a station, vehicle type information of the vehicle is further acquired through a camera or vehicle identification equipment connected through communication and is used as the vehicle type information of the vehicle entering the station, and the vehicle type information of the vehicle entering the station and license plate information are sent to a management cloud platform for associated storage. When the high-speed charging system detects that a vehicle is out of the station, vehicle type information of the vehicle is obtained through corresponding equipment and is used as out-of-station vehicle type information, and the out-of-station vehicle type information is sent to the management cloud platform. And the management cloud platform acquires corresponding in-station vehicle type information according to the license plate information and judges whether the in-station vehicle type information is matched with the out-station vehicle type information. If the two-way toll calculation is matched, the outbound vehicle is consistent with the inbound vehicle, the inbound point of the vehicle is correct to the current outbound point, and the toll calculation is correct. Therefore, the vehicle can be checked according to the inbound vehicle type information and the outbound vehicle type information.

the management cloud platform acquires the toll of the vehicle according to the license plate information and sends the toll to the high-speed charging system;
the license plate information and the toll of the vehicle and the charging code scanning equipment which is used for paying the toll of the vehicle corresponding to the license plate information are displayed through a plurality of payment prompt screens, so that the payment code on the user terminal is scanned through the charging code scanning equipment corresponding to the license plate information to charge, or the user performs the payment of the toll through the user terminal scanning payment graphic code.
2. The method for paying the toll of the vehicle according to claim 1, wherein a prompt screen is provided at the exit passage, and the method for paying the toll of the vehicle further comprises:
when the management cloud platform acquires the toll of the vehicle, displaying license plate information and the toll of the vehicle through the payment prompt screen so as to facilitate verification of a user;
and after scanning any payment graphic code, the user terminal inputs the license plate information, obtains a payment order corresponding to the license plate information and completes payment of the toll.
