Description

Highway toll collection method, server, system and storage medium
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to the field of traffic information, and in particular, to a highway toll collection method, server, system, and storage medium.
Background
With the advancement of national infrastructure, the mileage of national roads is rapidly increasing. In order to maintain a good use state of the road surface, it is necessary to charge a road fee to maintain road maintenance. In the conventional toll collection method, toll gates are provided at both the entrance and the exit of a road. The driver gets the information card at the entrance and returns the information card at the road exit, and the staff can calculate the mileage and the charge of this vehicle traveling according to the data on the information card, and pass the vehicle after the driver charges with cash, but this mode needs the great and the efficiency of passing is not high of artifical consumption.
In the related art, some charging gates are provided with an etc (electronic Toll collection) charging device based on a radio frequency communication technology. When the intelligent electronic card is used specifically, a user needs to put a chip card or an electronic tag which can be identified by an ETC system on the front part of a vehicle. When a vehicle approaches a charging gate, an ETC charging device arranged at the gate establishes microwave special short-range communication with an ETC chip card or an electronic tag, and reads data on the ETC chip card. And performing background settlement processing with a bank through a computer networking technology to deduct the fee of the account corresponding to the ETC chip card. The ETC chip card adopts a special vehicle special principle, and if a normal fee deduction process is to be completed, the license plate number and the information in the chip card must be matched.
With the improvement of living standard of people, vehicles have become an indispensable vehicle in people's life. However, due to the fact that the vehicle is high in value cost and high in purchase and later maintenance cost, a part of users are more inclined to rent the vehicle when traveling needs. If the renter needs to use the ETC charging function on the rented vehicle, the ETC account bound to the vehicle separately needs to be paid after the renting is finished. Sometimes, the renter does not pay, and the owner bound to the ETC account needs to take the responsibility of paying.
In addition, part of the chip cards have a small amount password-free payment function corresponding to the accounts. In the related reports, the event that lawbreakers maliciously deduct fees from the chip cards by using the loopholes of the ETC wireless payment function appears. For example, after the user leaves the car, a lawbreaker approaches the car by using a device such as a POS machine to acquire data on the chip card, and charges the corresponding account of the chip card.
Therefore, in the related art, the highway toll charges are charged for vehicles, and the payment mode has the problem of poor safety.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of specific embodiments of the present disclosure is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present disclosure, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a highway toll system according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. The system comprises:
a first gate controller 100 located at an entrance of an expressway, a second gate controller 200 located at an exit of the expressway, and an expressway toll collection system server 300 in communication connection with the first gate controller and the second gate controller, respectively;
the first gate controller 100 is configured to collect first biological characteristic information of the driver; transmitting a highway entrance message including the first biometric information to the highway tolling system server 300;
the second gate controller 200 is configured to collect second biometric information of the driver; transmitting a highway exit message including the second biometric information to the highway tolling system server 300;
the first gate controller 100 and the second gate controller 200 are also used to open or close gates according to the control of the highway tolling system server 300.
The following is a detailed description of a highway toll method flowchart shown in fig. 2. The method may be applied to the highway tolling system server 300 as shown in fig. 1. The method comprises the following steps:
s21, receiving a highway entrance message sent by a first gate controller at a highway entrance, wherein the highway entrance message comprises first biological characteristic information of a driver collected by the first gate controller and position information of the highway entrance.
Wherein the first biometric information includes at least one of the following information of the driver: facial feature information, vein feature information, fingerprint feature information, palm print feature information.
Taking the facial feature information as an example, a camera is arranged on the first gate controller. The camera can automatically adjust the pitch angle and continuously shoot the face image of the driver. In addition, can also handle many different angle driver face images through setting up a plurality of cameras to promote the precision of gathering facial feature information.
The first gate controller transmits a highway entrance message to a highway toll system server based on the facial feature information and the position information of the first gate after acquiring the effective facial feature information. For example, the highway entry message may characterize "facial feature information number: 12345+ Chongqing circular line high speed G93 Chongyang to Chengdu section No. 3 inlet ". And the highway toll system server analyzes and stores the information after receiving the highway entrance message.
And S22, receiving a highway exit message sent by a second gate controller positioned at a highway exit, wherein the highway exit message comprises second biological characteristic information of the driver collected by the second gate controller and position information of the highway exit.
Similar to the function of the first gate controller, the second gate controller may transmit a corresponding highway exit message, such as "facial feature information number: 12345+ Chongqing circular line high speed G93 Chongyang to Chengdu section No. 6 outlet.
And S23, when the second biological characteristic information is determined to be matched with the first biological characteristic information, calculating to obtain fee information according to the position information of the highway entrance and the position information of the highway exit.
After receiving the information of the exit of the expressway, the expressway toll server pairs the entrance information and the exit information with the same number of the facial feature information, thereby obtaining the charge information by calculation according to the position information of the entrance of the expressway and the position information of the exit of the expressway.
In an alternative embodiment, the second biometric information and the first biometric information represent the same biometric information of the driver. For example, cameras for acquiring face images are respectively arranged on the first gate controller and the second gate controller, and the acquired first biological feature information and the acquired second biological feature information are both facial feature information of the driver.
In another alternative embodiment, the second biometric information and the first biometric information represent different biometric information of the driver. For example, if the first gateway controller fails to acquire valid facial feature information, a prompt that driver fingerprint feature information needs to be acquired can be sent to the driver when the vehicle approaches the gateway, and the fingerprint feature information input by the driver can be acquired. While the second portal controller collects valid facial feature information. Correspondingly, the first biological characteristic information included in the highway entrance message received by the highway toll server is the fingerprint characteristic information of the driver, and the second biological characteristic information included in the highway exit message received by the highway toll server is the facial characteristic information of the driver. The highway toll server can determine the identity of the driver through different biological characteristic information, and as long as the identity of the driver is consistent, the second biological characteristic information is determined to be matched with the first biological characteristic information.
And S24, charging the driver according to the fee information.
According to the technical scheme, the first biological characteristic information of the driver is collected through the first gate controller positioned at the entrance of the expressway, the second biological characteristic information of the driver is collected through the second gate controller positioned at the exit, and when the first biological characteristic information is determined to be matched with the second biological characteristic information, the fee is calculated according to the entrance position information and the exit position information, and the fee is charged to the driver. Therefore, the user who actually uses the vehicle can be identified through the biological characteristic information of the driver, the road toll is collected for the user, and the safety of the highway road toll payment technology is improved.
In one possible implementation, the highway ingress message further includes first vehicle information of a vehicle, the highway egress message further includes second vehicle information of the vehicle, the method further comprising: when the second biological characteristic information is determined not to be matched with the first biological characteristic information, judging whether the first vehicle information is matched with the second vehicle information; if the first vehicle information is matched with the second vehicle information, calculating to obtain cost information according to the position information of the highway entrance and the position information of the highway exit; charging the vehicle based on the fee information. Wherein the vehicle information may include a license plate number of the vehicle.
That is to say, in order to avoid the situation that the driver is replaced midway to cause the condition that the vehicle cannot pay, the embodiment of the present disclosure may enter the vehicle information at the same time when the biometric information is entered at the entrance and the exit of the expressway, so that, at the exit of the expressway, if the matched biometric information cannot be found for the biometric information of the driver, the matched vehicle information entered at the entrance of the expressway may be found for the vehicle information entered at the exit of the expressway, thereby determining the entrance position and the exit position of the vehicle, so as to charge for the vehicle.
The charging by the expressway toll collection system server based on the fee information will be described in detail below.
In one possible implementation, the charging the driver according to the fee information includes: and generating a two-dimensional code for payment according to the expense information, and sending a charging request message to the second gate controller, wherein the charging request message comprises the two-dimensional code, and the two-dimensional code is used for scanning the two-dimensional code by using a payment device for payment by the driver.
On the basis of fig. 1, as shown in fig. 3, the second gate controller 200 includes a display screen 210, and the second gate controller 200 is configured to display the two-dimensional code through the display screen 210 when receiving a charging request message sent by the highway charging system server.
As shown in fig. 3, the highway tolling system further includes a payment system server 400 for initiating a transfer from an account of a driver to an account of the highway tolling system server upon receiving a payment request message generated by the driver scanning the two-dimensional code using a payment device.
Wherein the payment device may be a driver's cell phone. The mobile phone is provided with payment software. The account of the driver may be an account with a highway charging function registered in advance by the driver, or may be a third party payment account, which is not limited in this disclosure.
In another possible implementation manner, when the user registers in the highway toll collection system server in advance, the biometric information of the user may be bound to the smart terminal of the user, for example, a mobile phone number of a reserved smart phone. In this way, the highway toll collection system server can inquire the intelligent terminal of the user according to the biological characteristic information of the user, wherein the biological characteristic information of the user and the intelligent terminal of the user are bound when the user registers the highway toll collection server, and a toll request message is sent to the intelligent terminal, so that the user can pay through the intelligent terminal.
For example, the charging request message sent to the user intelligent terminal may include a two-dimensional code carrying the fee information for identifying payment, so that the user mobile phone may directly pay after identifying the two-dimensional code, and in addition, the charging request message may also include a bank account and fee information of the highway charging system server, so that the user may transfer money to a collection account of the highway charging system server according to the fee information.
In another possible implementation manner, the charging the driver according to the fee information includes: and charging from an account of the driver prestored in the highway charging system server according to the fee information, wherein the account of the driver and the biological characteristic information of the driver are bound when the driver registers in the highway charging system server.
Specifically, the charging from the account of the driver prestored in the highway charging system server according to the fee information includes: sending a charging request message to the second gate controller, the charging request message including the fee information;
receiving a charging confirmation message sent by the second gate controller, wherein the charging confirmation message comprises third biological characteristic information which is input by the second gate controller after the charging request message is received;
and deducting a fee from the account of the driver according to the charging confirmation message, wherein the driver authorizes the expressway charging system server to perform charging confirmation through the biological characteristic information of the driver when registering the expressway charging system server.
Therefore, for a driver, the toll can be paid only by inputting the biological characteristic information of the driver at the exit of the expressway, and the payment mode is faster and more convenient. Meanwhile, each payment needs to verify the biological characteristic information input by the driver, namely, each payment needs to be confirmed by the driver, and the payment safety is improved.
In another possible implementation manner, the charging the driver according to the fee information includes: the highway toll system sends a toll request message to the vehicle according to the fee information; and the vehicle receives a charging request message sent by the highway charging system and prompts a driver to pay according to the charging request message.
For example, the charging request message includes a two-dimensional code, and the method further includes: and the vehicle displays the two-dimension code, and the two-dimension code is used for the driver to scan the two-dimension code by using a payment device to pay. The information represented by the two-dimensional code can be a road toll bill generated by the highway toll system according to the distance traveled by the vehicle on the highway. For example, the two-dimensional code can be displayed on a vehicle-mounted display screen, and after a driver or a passenger in the vehicle scans the two-dimensional code device through a payment device such as a mobile phone or an intelligent bracelet, the driver or the passenger checks bill information, and if the payment is confirmed to be correct, a payment password is input to confirm payment.
For another example, after receiving the charging request message, the method further includes: the vehicle prompts the driver to input third biological characteristic information; collecting the third biological characteristic information input by the driver; sending a charging confirmation message including the third biological characteristic information to the highway charging system, wherein the charging confirmation message is used for charging in an account of the driver prestored in the highway charging system server, and the driver binds the account of the driver and the biological characteristic information of the driver when registering in the highway charging system server. Wherein the third biometric information includes at least one of the following information of the driver: fingerprint characteristic information, vein characteristic information and palm print characteristic information.
Therefore, for a driver, the road toll can be paid only by inputting the biological characteristic information of the driver on the vehicle, and the payment mode is faster and more convenient. Meanwhile, each payment needs to verify the biological characteristic information input by the driver, namely, each payment needs to be confirmed by the driver, and the payment safety is improved.
In another possible implementation manner, the highway service system may further send a charging request message to a mobile phone of the driver, the payment application software on the mobile phone displays the bill information, and the driver inputs the fingerprint password to confirm payment after confirming that the fee is correct.
