step 302-6: the mobile terminal saves the received identification code, caches the identification code in the cookie and saves the identification code in a local database.
Step 303: when the vehicle without the number plate drives away from the parking lot, the parking lot server generates a departure two-dimensional code based on the acquired vehicle information, the departure two-dimensional code is scanned by the mobile terminal to acquire an identification code, and if the identification code and the bound vehicle information can be inquired successfully, the exit gate is controlled to release; the method comprises the following steps:
step 303-1: when the vehicle without the number plate drives away from the parking lot, triggering a geomagnetic induction device at an exit;
step 303-2: the parking lot server receives a signal for triggering the geomagnetic induction device to feed back, and controls the exit video recording equipment to acquire the vehicle image;
step 303-3: the parking lot server identifies whether the vehicle is a vehicle without a license plate from the vehicle image, if so, the parking lot server acquires vehicle information comprising departure time, vehicle brand, vehicle type, vehicle color and the like, generates a departure two-dimensional code according to the acquired vehicle information, and pushes the departure two-dimensional code to an exit display screen;
step 303-4: the mobile terminal scans the two-dimension code displayed on the exit display screen, acquires the identification code from the cookie, and acquires the identification code from the local database if the cookie is cleared; if the identification code is not obtained, prompting a user to manually input the identification code; sending the identification code to a yard server;
step 303-5: the parking lot server inquires the identification code and the vehicle information in a local database, if the inquiry is successful, the exit gate is controlled to release, and a departure notice is sent to the mobile terminal; deleting the identification code and the vehicle information of the vehicle from a local database, and updating the number of available vehicle positions of the user; if the inquiry is not available, the vehicle is refused to pass;
step 303-6: and after the mobile terminal receives the departure notice, the cookie and the identification code used in the local database are cleared.

Claims (9)

1. A parking management apparatus for a non-number plate vehicle, comprising: the license plate-free vehicle management module is arranged on the parking lot server, and the license plate-free parking module is arranged at the mobile end;
the license plate-free vehicle management module is used for generating an identification code for the license plate-free vehicle when the license plate-free vehicle enters the field, sending the identification code to the mobile terminal and releasing the identification code, and then binding the identification code with the vehicle information collected at the entrance; when no number plate vehicle leaves the field, receiving the identification code sent by the mobile terminal, locally inquiring the identification code and the vehicle information collected at the exit, and if the inquiry is successful, releasing;
the license plate-free parking module is used for receiving the identification code sent by the parking lot server when a license plate-free vehicle enters the parking lot, and acquiring the identification code and sending the identification code to the parking lot server when the license plate-free vehicle leaves the parking lot.
2. The parking management apparatus of a non-numbered vehicle according to claim 1, wherein the non-numbered vehicle management module comprises:
the system comprises a user registration unit, a storage unit and a management unit, wherein the user registration unit is used for providing a registration Web page for a user, receiving and storing user information uploaded by the user, available parking space information of a parking lot and a user account;
the system comprises an association binding unit, a parking space information acquisition unit and a parking space information acquisition unit, wherein the association binding unit is used for verifying information uploaded by a registered user and binding user information of the registered user, available parking space information of a parking lot and a user account in an association manner if the verification is passed;
the entrance management unit is used for acquiring vehicle information and generating an identification code for the license-plate-free vehicle when the license-plate-free vehicle drives into the parking lot, and sending the identification code to the mobile terminal and releasing the vehicle;
and the departure management unit is used for acquiring the vehicle information and the identification code of the vehicle when the vehicle without the number plate drives away from the parking lot, locally inquiring the identification code and the vehicle information, and if the inquiry is successful, releasing the vehicle.
3. The parking management apparatus for a no-number plate vehicle according to claim 2, wherein the admission management unit comprises:
the license plate-free vehicle identification subunit is used for controlling the entrance camera equipment to acquire an image of an entrance vehicle after receiving a signal fed back by the geomagnetic induction device at the entrance, identifying whether the vehicle is a license plate-free vehicle or not from the image, and acquiring vehicle information from the image if the vehicle is a license plate-free vehicle;
an entry two-dimensional code generation subunit: the system comprises a vehicle information acquisition module, a two-dimensional code display module and a display module, wherein the vehicle information acquisition module is used for acquiring vehicle information;
an identification code generation subunit: the entrance gate is used for receiving an entrance request responding to a vehicle entrance two-dimensional code scanned by a user and judging whether the user has an available parking space or not after the user scans the vehicle entrance two-dimensional code, if so, generating an identification code of a vehicle without a number plate and sending the identification code to a user mobile terminal, and controlling an entrance gate to release; and binding the identification code with the vehicle information of the current vehicle, storing the binding in a local database, and updating the available vehicle number of the user.
4. The parking management apparatus for a no-number plate vehicle according to claim 3, wherein the departure management unit includes:
the license plate-free vehicle identification subunit is used for controlling the exit video recording equipment to acquire an image of the exit vehicle after receiving a signal fed back by the geomagnetic induction device at the exit, identifying whether the vehicle is a license plate-free vehicle or not from the image, and acquiring vehicle information from the image if the vehicle is a license plate-free vehicle;
two-dimensional code of leaving a court generates subunit: the system comprises a vehicle information acquisition module, a display module, an exit two-dimensional code generation module and an exit display screen, wherein the vehicle information acquisition module is used for acquiring vehicle information;
code identification subunit: the system is used for receiving the identification code sent by the mobile terminal after a user scans the two-dimension code of the vehicle leaving field, inquiring the identification code and the vehicle information in the local database, if the inquiry is successful, controlling the exit gate to release, deleting the identification code and the vehicle information of the vehicle from the local database, and updating the available parking space number of the user.
5. The parking management apparatus of a non-number plate vehicle as set forth in claim 4, wherein the non-number plate parking module comprises:
a registration unit: the parking lot management system is used for allowing a user to register in a parking lot server and uploading user information of the registered user, available parking space information of the parking lot and a user account;
the no-number vehicle entrance unit: the entrance two-dimensional code is used for prompting a user to scan the entrance display screen when a vehicle without a number plate enters the parking lot; storing the identification code returned by the yard server, caching the identification code in a cookie and storing the identification code in a local database;
the no-number vehicle departure unit: the system is used for prompting a user to scan the two-dimensional code of the exit display screen when the vehicle without the number plate drives away from the parking lot; acquiring an identification code from the cache cookie, if the identification code cannot be acquired, acquiring the identification code from a local database, and if the identification code cannot be acquired, prompting a user to manually input the identification code received in the entrance; and uploading the acquired identification code to a yard server.
6. A method for parking management of a non-license plate vehicle, comprising:
when a vehicle without a number plate drives into a parking lot, a parking lot server generates an entrance two-dimensional code based on the acquired vehicle information, scans the entrance two-dimensional code through a mobile terminal to acquire user information, generates an identification code and sends the identification code to the mobile terminal if the user has an available parking space in the parking lot, and controls an entrance gate to release;
when the vehicle without the number plate drives away from the parking lot, the parking lot server generates the two-dimensional code of leaving the parking lot based on the acquired vehicle information, the two-dimensional code of leaving the parking lot is scanned through the mobile terminal to acquire the identification code, and if the identification code and the bound vehicle information can be inquired successfully, the exit gate is controlled to release.
7. The parking management method for the no-number vehicles according to claim 6, wherein when the no-number vehicles drive into the parking lot, the parking lot server generates an entrance two-dimensional code based on the acquired vehicle information, scans the entrance two-dimensional code through the mobile terminal to acquire user information, generates an identification code and sends the identification code to the mobile terminal if the user has available parking spaces in the parking lot, and controls the entrance gate to release; the method comprises the following steps:
when a vehicle without a license plate drives into the parking lot, triggering a geomagnetic induction device at an entrance;
the parking lot server receives a signal for triggering the geomagnetic induction device to feed back, and controls the entrance video recording equipment to acquire the vehicle image;
the parking lot server identifies whether the vehicle is a license plate vehicle without a number from the vehicle image, if so, the vehicle information is acquired, an entrance two-dimensional code is generated according to the acquired vehicle information, and the entrance two-dimensional code is pushed to an entrance display screen;
the mobile terminal scans the parking lot two-dimensional code displayed on the entrance display screen and returns the user identification to the parking lot server;
the parking lot server judges whether the current user has an available parking space according to the user identification, if so, an identification code is generated and sent to the mobile terminal to control the entrance of the gate to be released; binding the identification code with the vehicle information of the current vehicle, storing the bound information in a local database, and updating the available vehicle number of the user;
the mobile terminal caches the identification code in the cookie and stores the identification code in a local database.

The parking management method for the non-number plate vehicle according to claim 7, wherein when the non-number plate vehicle is driven out of the parking lot, the parking lot server generates a two-dimensional code for departure based on the acquired vehicle information, scans the two-dimensional code for departure through the mobile terminal to acquire the identification code, and controls the exit gate to release if the identification code and the bound vehicle information can be inquired successfully; the method comprises the following steps:
when the vehicle without the number plate drives away from the parking lot, triggering the geomagnetic induction device at the exit;
the parking lot server receives a signal for triggering the geomagnetic induction device to feed back, and controls the exit video recording equipment to acquire the vehicle image;
the parking lot server identifies whether the vehicle is a license plate vehicle without a number from the vehicle image, if so, the parking lot server acquires vehicle information, generates a two-dimensional code for leaving according to the acquired vehicle information, and pushes the two-dimensional code for leaving to an exit display screen;
the mobile terminal scans the two-dimension code displayed on the exit display screen, acquires the identification code from the cookie, and if the identification code cannot be acquired, acquires the identification code from the local database; if the identification code is not obtained, prompting a user to manually input the identification code; sending the identification code to a yard server;
the parking lot server inquires the identification code and the vehicle information in a local database, if the inquiry is successful, the exit gate is controlled to be released, and a departure notice is sent to the mobile terminal; deleting the identification code and the vehicle information of the vehicle from a local database, and updating the number of available vehicle positions of the user; if the inquiry is not available, the vehicle is refused to pass;
and after the mobile terminal receives the departure notice, the cookie and the identification code used in the local database are cleared.
