the first identification unit 401 is used for the mobile phone terminal to identify a first two-dimensional code, wherein the first two-dimensional code is a two-dimensional code generated by the identification terminal according to the license plate information of the vehicle and the domain name of the service platform after the license plate information of the vehicle is identified by the identification terminal;
a first sending unit 402, configured to send license plate information of a vehicle to a service platform through a first two-dimensional code by a mobile phone terminal, so that the service platform generates a second two-dimensional code and sends the second two-dimensional code to the mobile phone terminal, where the second two-dimensional code is a two-dimensional code generated by the service platform after authentication is performed according to the license plate information of the vehicle;

The parking lot equipment is in an off-line state in the whole process, and the authentication of the vehicle and the access of the vehicle in the parking lot can be realized by identifying the two-dimensional code through the mobile phone terminal.

a second recognition unit 501, configured to recognize license plate information of a vehicle by a terminal;
a first generating unit 502, configured to generate a first two-dimensional code by the terminal according to license plate information of the vehicle and a domain name of the service platform;
the second display unit 503 is configured to display the first two-dimensional code on the terminal, so that the mobile phone terminal sends the license plate information of the vehicle to the service platform according to the data information of the first two-dimensional code;
a third identifying unit 504, configured to lock the generated second two-dimensional code after the license plate information is authenticated by the terminal identification service platform;
the control unit 505 is configured to, when the identification result of the second two-dimensional code is successful, control the barrier gate to open by the terminal;
and a third display unit 506 for displaying a reason why the vehicle is not allowed to pass when the recognition result of the second two-dimensional code is failure.
In this embodiment, the third identification unit 504 may include a reading module 5041 and a decryption module 5042.
The reading module 5041 is used for reading the second two-dimensional code data information after the license plate information is authenticated by the service platform through the terminal;
and the decryption module 5042 is configured to decrypt the second two-dimensional code data by the terminal so that the terminal obtains an identification result of the second two-dimensional code.
Referring to fig. 6, the parking lot offline access control device in the embodiment of the present application is described in detail below, and another embodiment of the parking lot offline access control device in the embodiment of the present application includes:
the receiving unit 601 is used for the service platform to receive the license plate information of the vehicle sent by the mobile phone terminal through the first two-dimensional code, wherein the first two-dimensional code is a two-dimensional code generated by the identification terminal according to the license plate information of the vehicle and the domain name of the service platform after the identification terminal identifies the license plate information of the vehicle;
an authentication unit 602, configured to authenticate license plate information of a vehicle according to a configured service rule by a service platform;
the second sending unit 603 is configured to send, to the mobile phone terminal, the second two-dimensional code generated by locking after the license plate information of the vehicle is authenticated by the service platform, so that the identification terminal controls the barrier gate to be opened and closed according to the second two-dimensional code displayed by the mobile phone terminal.
In this embodiment, the second transmitting unit 603 may include a second transmitting module 6031 and a third transmitting module 6032.
The second sending module 6031 is configured to, when the vehicle is in the parking lot exit state, send payment information corresponding to license plate information of the vehicle to the mobile phone terminal after the service platform authenticates the license plate information of the vehicle;
and a third sending module 6032, configured to, after receiving the payment result of the payment information, send, by the service platform, the authenticated and locked second two-dimensional code to the mobile phone terminal.
Referring to fig. 7, the parking lot offline entrance/exit control apparatus in the embodiment of the present application is described in detail below, and another embodiment of the parking lot offline entrance/exit control apparatus in the embodiment of the present application includes:
a processor 701, a memory 702, an input/output unit 703, a bus 704;
the processor 701 is connected with the memory 702, the input/output unit 703 and the bus 704;
the processor 701 performs the following operations:
identifying a first two-dimensional code, wherein the first two-dimensional code is a two-dimensional code generated by the identification terminal according to the license plate information of the vehicle and the domain name of the service platform after the license plate information of the vehicle is identified by the identification terminal;
the license plate information of the vehicle is sent to the service platform through the first two-dimensional code, so that the service platform generates a second two-dimensional code and sends the second two-dimensional code to the mobile phone terminal, and the second two-dimensional code is a result two-dimensional code generated by the service platform after authentication is carried out according to the license plate information of the vehicle;
and after the second two-dimension code is received, displaying the second two-dimension code so that the identification terminal controls the opening and closing of the barrier according to the second two-dimension code.
Optionally, the functions of the processor 701 correspond to the steps in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and are not described herein again.

Claims (10)

1. An off-line access control method for a parking lot, comprising:
the mobile phone terminal identifies a first two-dimensional code, wherein the first two-dimensional code is a two-dimensional code generated by the identification terminal according to license plate information of a vehicle and a domain name of a service platform after the identification terminal identifies the license plate information of the vehicle;
the mobile phone terminal sends the license plate information of the vehicle to the service platform through the first two-dimensional code so that the service platform generates a second two-dimensional code and sends the second two-dimensional code to the mobile phone terminal, wherein the second two-dimensional code is generated by the service platform after authentication according to the license plate information of the vehicle;
and after the mobile phone terminal receives the second two-dimension code, the mobile phone terminal displays the second two-dimension code, so that the identification terminal controls the opening and closing of the barrier according to the second two-dimension code.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein when the vehicle is in a parking lot exit state, the second two-dimensional code is a two-dimensional code generated by the service platform after authentication is performed according to license plate information of the vehicle and successful payment is received by the mobile phone terminal.
3. The method according to any one of claims 1 or 2, wherein the information of the second two-dimensional code comprises whether to allow traffic information, voice prompt information and display screen prompt information.
4. An off-line access control method for a parking lot, comprising:
the terminal identifies the license plate information of the vehicle;
the terminal generates a first two-dimensional code according to the license plate information of the vehicle and the domain name of the service platform;
the terminal displays the first two-dimensional code, so that the mobile phone terminal sends the license plate information of the vehicle to the service platform according to the data information of the first two-dimensional code;
the terminal identifies a second two-dimensional code generated by locking the license plate information after the license plate information is authenticated by the service platform;
when the identification result of the second two-dimensional code is successful, the terminal controls a barrier gate to be opened;
and when the identification result of the second two-dimensional code is failure, the terminal displays the reason for not allowing the vehicle to pass.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the step of identifying, by the terminal, the second two-dimensional code generated by locking the license plate information after the license plate information is authenticated by the service platform comprises:
the terminal reads second two-dimensional code data information after the license plate information is authenticated by the service platform;
and the terminal decrypts the second two-dimensional code data so that the terminal can acquire the identification result of the second two-dimensional code.
6. An off-line access control method for a parking lot, comprising:
the method comprises the steps that a service platform receives license plate information of a vehicle sent by a mobile phone terminal through a first two-dimensional code, wherein the first two-dimensional code is a two-dimensional code generated by an identification terminal according to the license plate information of the vehicle and a domain name of the service platform after the identification terminal identifies the license plate information of the vehicle;
the service platform authenticates the license plate information of the vehicle according to the configured service rule;
and the service platform sends a second two-dimensional code generated by locking after authenticating the license plate information of the vehicle to the mobile phone terminal so that the identification terminal controls the opening and closing of the barrier according to the second two-dimensional code displayed by the mobile phone terminal.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the step of sending, to the mobile phone terminal, the second two-dimensional code generated by locking after the license plate information of the vehicle is authenticated by the service platform comprises:
when the vehicle is in a parking lot exit state, the service platform authenticates the license plate information of the vehicle and then sends payment information corresponding to the license plate information of the vehicle to the mobile phone terminal;
and after receiving the payment result of the payment information, the service platform sends the second two-dimensional code generated by locking after authentication to the mobile phone terminal.
8. An offline access control device for a parking lot, comprising:
the first identification unit is used for identifying a first two-dimensional code by the mobile phone terminal, wherein the first two-dimensional code is a two-dimensional code generated by the identification terminal according to the license plate information of the vehicle and the domain name of the service platform after the license plate information of the vehicle is identified by the identification terminal;
the first sending unit is used for sending the license plate information of the vehicle to the service platform through the first two-dimensional code by the mobile phone terminal so that the service platform generates a second two-dimensional code and sends the second two-dimensional code to the mobile phone terminal, and the second two-dimensional code is a two-dimensional code generated by the service platform after authentication is carried out according to the license plate information of the vehicle;
and the first display unit is used for displaying the second two-dimensional code by the mobile phone terminal after the mobile phone terminal receives the second two-dimensional code, so that the identification terminal controls the opening and closing of the barrier according to the second two-dimensional code.

the second identification unit is used for identifying the license plate information of the vehicle by the terminal;
the first generating unit is used for generating a first two-dimensional code by the terminal according to the license plate information of the vehicle and the domain name of the service platform;
the second display unit is used for displaying the first two-dimensional code by the terminal so that the mobile phone terminal sends the license plate information of the vehicle to the service platform according to the data information of the first two-dimensional code;
the third identification unit is used for identifying a second two-dimensional code generated by locking the license plate information after the license plate information is authenticated by the service platform through the terminal;
the control unit is used for controlling the barrier gate to be opened when the identification result of the second two-dimensional code is successful;
and the third display unit is used for displaying the reason why the vehicle is not allowed to pass through by the terminal when the identification result of the second two-dimensional code is failure.
10. An offline access control device for a parking lot, comprising:
