The invention discloses an automatic payment method and device for vehicle-related fees in a parking lot, which can confirm the parking fee and the charging fee of a vehicle after the vehicle in the parking lot is detected to be charged, and deduct the confirmed fee required to be paid by the vehicle from a target payment account matched with a user, thereby effectively improving the payment efficiency of the user for paying the vehicle-related fees in the parking lot, improving the efficiency of driving a new energy vehicle out of the parking lot and realizing that the new energy vehicle can drive out of the parking lot without barriers. The following are detailed below.
In order to better understand the method and the device for automatically paying the vehicle-related fees in the parking lot according to the present invention, a scenario architecture to which the method for automatically paying the vehicle-related fees in the parking lot is applied is first described, specifically, the scenario architecture may be as shown in fig. 1, where fig. 1 is a schematic architecture diagram of a scenario architecture disclosed in an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the scene architecture may include an entrance and an exit of a parking lot, a plurality of charging slots and a plurality of parking slots (non-charging slots) in the parking lot, and as shown in fig. 1, one charging slot 1 and one parking slot 2, a charging device on the charging slot, a vehicle identification recognition device provided in the parking lot, a vehicle management system capable of communicating with the charging device and the vehicle identification recognition device, and a vehicle a charged on the charging slot 1 are illustrated. The vehicle management system is used for settling vehicle-related fees, and further, the scene architecture may further include a cloud platform, and at this time, the settlement of the vehicle-related fees may be performed through the cloud platform. The arrangement positions of the vehicle identification recognition equipment in the parking lot comprise an entrance and an exit of the parking lot, a charging parking space of the parking lot and other positions in the parking lot; the vehicle identification recognition device may include at least one of a license plate recognition instrument, a license plate recognition camera, and an ETC wireless communication device. The charging device is provided with one or more vehicle identification recognition devices and one or more charging connectors, and vehicles in a plurality of charging parking places can be charged simultaneously or in a time-sharing manner respectively. Each charging parking space is provided with one or more corresponding vehicle identification devices, and the parking space identification of each charging parking space is associated with the device identification of the corresponding vehicle identification device of the charging parking space. Furthermore, when a vehicle is parked in the charging parking space, the identification information of the vehicle and the parking space identification of the charging parking space have a one-to-one correspondence relationship.
If the vehicle opens the ETC service, ETC vehicle-mounted equipment is installed on the corresponding vehicle, the ETC vehicle-mounted equipment installed on the vehicle has a unique equipment identification, a corresponding relation can be established between the equipment identification (such as equipment ID) of the ETC vehicle-mounted equipment and the vehicle identification (such as license plate number) of the vehicle, and the corresponding relation can be stored in the ETC vehicle-mounted equipment and/or the vehicle management system in advance.
If the vehicle needs to be charged in the parking lot, the vehicle needs to be driven into a proper position of the charging parking place, a charging connector which is suitable for the charging parking place is selected in the charging device, and the charging connector is connected into a charging interface of the vehicle so as to charge the vehicle.
It should be noted that the scenario architecture shown in fig. 1 is only intended to show a scenario to which the automatic payment method for the vehicle-related fee in the parking lot is applied, the related vehicle, the vehicle identification recognition device, the charging device, and the vehicle management system are also only schematically shown, and specific configurations, sizes, shapes, positions, installation manners, and the like can be adaptively adjusted according to actual scenarios, and the scenario architecture shown in fig. 1 is not limited thereto.
Example one
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a method for automatically paying fees associated with vehicles in a parking lot according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method for automatically paying the vehicle-related fee in the parking lot described in fig. 2 may be applied to an automatic payment device for the vehicle-related fee in the parking lot, where the automatic payment device is applied to a vehicle management system, where the automatic payment device includes a local server or a cloud server, and the like, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto. As shown in fig. 2, the method for automatically paying the vehicle-related fee in the parking lot may include the operations of:
101. and detecting whether the charging of the target vehicle in the current scene is finished, and determining the cost required to be paid by the target vehicle after the charging of the target vehicle is detected to be finished.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the scene architecture of the current scene may refer to the scene architecture shown in fig. 1. After the target vehicle is charged, the target vehicle may be driven away from the charging parking space and driven away from the parking lot after the charging parking space is charged, or driven away from the charging parking space and driven into the parking lot parking space to park after the charging parking space is charged.
In the embodiment of the invention, the fee comprises parking fee and charging fee. Wherein, the determining the fee to be paid by the target vehicle comprises:
acquiring charging information of a target vehicle, wherein the charging information of the target vehicle comprises the initial charging time of the target vehicle, the ending charging time of the target vehicle and the charging electric quantity of the target vehicle;
and calculating the charging time of the target vehicle according to the initial charging time of the target vehicle and the ending charging time of the target vehicle, and determining the charging cost of the target vehicle as the cost required to be paid by the target vehicle according to the charging time of the target vehicle and the charging electric quantity of the target vehicle.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the vehicle management system is provided with different charging fee calculation manners, for example, the charging fee calculation may be performed directly according to the current charging time of the user and the charging fee per unit time, or the target vehicle charging fee calculation may be completed according to the charging electric quantity and the charging fee per unit electric quantity, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Therefore, the charging cost required to be paid by the vehicle is determined by combining the charging time and the charging quantity of the vehicle, and the accuracy of determining the charging cost of the vehicle can be improved; and through providing different charging fee charging modes, the flexibility and the efficiency of determining the charging fee of the vehicle can be enriched, so that the deduction efficiency of the charging fee required to be paid by the vehicle is improved, and the efficiency of driving the vehicle out of the parking lot is further improved.
In an optional embodiment, the method for automatic payment of vehicle-related fees in a parking lot may further include the operations of:
judging whether a charging device on a charging parking space in the current scene receives a charging request or not, and acquiring a user identifier corresponding to a user triggering the charging request when the judgment result is yes; judging whether a vehicle identification determination process corresponding to the vehicle on the charging parking space is triggered or not, and when the judgment result is negative, controlling the charging device on the charging parking space to enter a charging enabling state according to the user identification, and determining that the moment when the charging device on the charging parking space is controlled to enter the charging enabling state according to the user identification is the initial charging moment of the vehicle on the charging parking space;
and when the judgment result is yes, determining the vehicle identification of the vehicle in the charging parking space, controlling the charging device in the charging parking space to enter a charging enabling state according to the determined vehicle identification, and determining that the moment when the charging device in the charging parking space is controlled to enter the charging enabling state according to the determined vehicle identification is the initial charging moment of the vehicle in the charging parking space, wherein the vehicle in the charging parking space in the current scene comprises the target vehicle.
Specifically, the charge request may be triggered by a user logging into the vehicle management system and selecting a charge option. When a user needs to charge a target vehicle, the user can directly log in a vehicle management system at the mobile terminal, scan a two-dimensional code corresponding to the charging device through the mobile terminal or directly input an identifier of the charging device at an operation interface of the vehicle management system of the mobile terminal, and select a corresponding charging connector in the charging device to connect the vehicle for charging according to a charging parking space; the user may also directly log in the vehicle management system on the display interface of the charging device on the charging parking space, and select the corresponding charging connector in the charging device to connect with the vehicle for charging according to the charging parking space, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. The user can bind the identifications of a plurality of users when registering the vehicle management system, so that the user can log in the vehicle management system through the bound user identifications, for example, the user can log in the vehicle management system through a fingerprint or face recognition mode, and also can log in the vehicle management system through a system account and password input or mobile phone number verification mode.
Specifically, after the user logs in the vehicle management system and selects the charging option, the system interface pops up an operation interface of the vehicle identifier determination process, for example, whether the vehicle identifier option is selected or not is popped up, and after the user selects yes, the specific vehicle identifier is further determined, so that the vehicle corresponding to the determined vehicle identifier is charged.
Therefore, in the optional embodiment, the flexibility of the user in executing the charging operation on the system interface can be improved by controlling the charging device on the charging parking space to enter the charging enabling state according to the user identification logged in the vehicle management system to charge the vehicle and controlling the charging device on the charging parking space to enter the charging enabling state according to the vehicle identification determined by the user to charge the vehicle; furthermore, when the user charges the vehicle corresponding to the determined vehicle identifier, the user can enjoy the corresponding preference according to the charging rule of the vehicle management system, for example, when the accumulated charging time or the accumulated charging amount of the vehicle corresponding to the determined vehicle identifier reaches a preset value, the user can enjoy the discount preference of the charging fee, and the like, so that the charging experience of the user can be improved, and the charging enthusiasm of the user in the parking lot can be improved.
In this optional embodiment, further optionally, determining the vehicle identifier of the vehicle in the charging space includes:
acquiring a vehicle identifier input by a user, and determining the vehicle identifier input by the user as the vehicle identifier of a vehicle in a charging parking space; or,
the method comprises the steps that vehicle identifications selected by a user from a predetermined vehicle identification set are obtained, the selected vehicle identifications are determined as vehicle identifications of vehicles in a charging parking space, the vehicle identification set comprises a plurality of vehicle identifications, and all the vehicle identifications included in the vehicle identification set comprise one or more of vehicle identifications identified by vehicle identification devices in the charging parking space of a current scene, vehicle identifications identified by vehicle identification devices at an entrance of a parking lot, vehicle identifications identified by vehicle identification devices at other positions of the parking lot and vehicle identifications bound when the user registers in a vehicle management system; and the other positions of the parking lot do not comprise the charging parking space of the current scene and the position of the entrance of the parking lot.
Therefore, in the optional embodiment, the vehicle identifier input by the user or the vehicle identifier selected by the user from the predetermined vehicle identifier set can be determined as the vehicle identifier of the vehicle to be charged in the charging space, so that the flexibility, the portability and the efficiency of determining the vehicle identifier of the vehicle in the charging space by the user are improved.
In the embodiment of the present invention, optionally, determining the fee to be paid by the target vehicle further includes:
the method comprises the steps of obtaining parking information of a target vehicle, wherein the parking information of the target vehicle comprises the time when the target vehicle enters a parking lot, the time when the target vehicle stops and the parking fee of the parking lot in unit time;
and calculating the parking time of the target vehicle according to the time when the target vehicle enters the parking lot and the time when the target vehicle stops, and determining the parking fee of the target vehicle as the fee to be paid by the target vehicle according to the parking time of the target vehicle and the parking fee per unit time of the parking lot.
Therefore, the method and the device for determining the parking fee of the vehicle determine the parking fee required to be paid by the vehicle by combining the parking time length of the vehicle and the parking fee per unit time, and can improve the accuracy of determining the parking fee of the vehicle, thereby being beneficial to improving the deduction efficiency of the parking fee required to be paid by the vehicle and further being beneficial to improving the efficiency of the vehicle driving away from the parking lot.
In another optional embodiment, the method for automatically paying the vehicle-related fee in the parking lot may further include the operations of:
judging whether the target vehicle is driven away from the parking lot position of the current scene, and if so, determining the time when the target vehicle is driven away from the parking lot position, wherein the time when the target vehicle is driven away from the parking lot position comprises at least one of the time when the target vehicle is driven away from a charging parking space, the time when the target vehicle is driven away from an exit of the parking lot and the time when the target vehicle is driven away from the parking lot parking space;
and determining the parking ending time of the target vehicle according to the time when the target vehicle leaves the parking lot position.
In this optional embodiment, further optionally, the determining the parking ending time of the target vehicle according to the time when the target vehicle drives away from the parking lot position includes:
determining a driving-away time set of the target vehicle according to the time when the target vehicle drives away from the position of the parking lot, wherein the driving-away time set of the target vehicle comprises the time when the target vehicle drives away from the exit of the parking lot and the time when the target vehicle drives away from the charging parking space, and the driving-away time set of the target vehicle also comprises the time when the target vehicle drives away from the parking space of the parking lot; the time when the target vehicle departs from the exit of the parking lot is determined as a first departure time. The target vehicle directly drives out of the exit of the parking lot after the charging of the charging parking space, and drives out of the current charging parking space and drives out of the parking lot parking space to park, and drives out of the exit of the parking lot after the parking is finished.
From the set of departure times of the target vehicle, departure times other than the time at which the target vehicle departs from the parking lot exit are determined.
Respectively calculating the interval duration of all other driving-off moments and the first driving-off moment, and determining the interval duration of the minimum value according to all the calculated interval durations;
judging whether the interval duration of the minimum value is greater than a preset interval duration threshold value or not, and determining that the first driving-away moment is the stopping moment of the target vehicle when the judgment result is yes;
and when the judgment result is negative, determining that the other driving-away time corresponding to the interval duration of the minimum value is the stopping time of the target vehicle.
Specifically, the preset interval duration threshold is a running duration required by a vehicle to run from a charging parking space or a parking space in a parking lot to an exit of the parking lot at a normal or normally slow speed, and the running duration is determined according to a specific scene. Therefore, when the driving time period from the charging parking space or the parking lot parking space to the parking lot exit is longer than the preset interval time period threshold value (for example, in the case of non-congestion of the vehicle in the parking lot, the driving time period is too long due to the fact that the vehicle leaves the charging parking space or leaves the parking lot parking space and stays at other positions in the parking lot), the time when the target vehicle leaves the parking lot exit is determined as the parking ending time.
In this optional embodiment, the time when the target vehicle is driven out of the parking space of the parking lot, the time interval between the time when the target vehicle is driven out of the charging space and the time when the target vehicle is driven out of the exit of the parking lot are respectively calculated, the minimum time interval is determined, and the final charging ending time of the target vehicle for determining the parking fee of the target vehicle is determined by judging the minimum time interval and the preset time interval threshold, so that the accuracy of determining the parking ending time of the target vehicle can be improved, and the accuracy and the reasonability of determining the parking fee of the target vehicle are further improved.
102. A fee deduction operation matching the fee to be paid by the target vehicle is performed.
In the embodiment of the present invention, as an optional implementation manner, the performing of the fee deduction operation matched with the fee to be paid by the target vehicle includes:
determining a target user identification corresponding to a target vehicle, wherein the target user identification is the identification of a user paying the payment required by the target vehicle;
and determining a target payment account matched with the target user according to the target user identification, and deducting the cost required to be paid by the target vehicle from the target payment account. The target user logs in the vehicle management system through the user identification, and a payment account is bound in the vehicle management system and used for paying charging cost generated by charging of the vehicle and parking cost generated by parking.
In the embodiment of the invention, the target payment account comprises an automatic payment account and/or a pre-stored payment account, and the account amount in the pre-stored payment account is obtained by charging the account amount in the automatic payment account;
in the embodiment of the present invention, optionally, when the target payment account is an automatic payment account, before deducting the fee to be paid by the target vehicle from the target payment account, the method for automatically paying the vehicle-related fee in the parking lot may further include the following operations:
obtaining authorization information of a target payment account according to the target user identification, and judging whether the authorization information is used for indicating that the target payment account is allowed to automatically deduct fees;
and when the judgment result is yes, the operation of deducting the fee required to be paid by the target vehicle from the target payment account is executed.
Therefore, in the optional embodiment, after the user authorizes the automatic payment account and can automatically deduct the fee, the operation of automatically paying the fee required by the target vehicle can be completed through the automatic payment account, so that the efficiency of paying the fee required by the target vehicle and the payment safety of the user can be improved, and the complicated operation of paying the fee required by the target vehicle through inputting a payment password by the user is avoided on the premise of ensuring the payment safety; in the optional embodiment, the payment account is prestored to pay the payment required by the target vehicle, so that the condition that the payment speed is too low due to the problem of network congestion when the user pays the payment can be greatly reduced, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In the embodiment of the present invention, as another optional implementation manner, the performing of the fee deduction operation matched with the fee to be paid by the target vehicle includes:
generating a payment list of the fees to be paid by the target vehicle, and sending a payment prompt to the cloud platform, wherein the payment prompt comprises the payment list and the target user identifier, and the payment prompt is used for triggering the cloud platform to execute the following operations:
and determining a target payment account matched with the target user identification by the cloud platform, and deducting the cost required to be paid by the target vehicle from the target payment account according to the payment prompt.
The vehicle management system generates a corresponding payment list after the target vehicle generates charging cost or parking cost, the cloud platform side can store the user identification and corresponding payment account information in advance, and after the payment prompt information is received, the vehicle management system completes fee deduction operation according to the payment prompt information.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the invention, after the target vehicle is charged, the related fee required to be paid by the vehicle is deducted from the target payment account by confirming the related fee of the target vehicle and matching the target payment account with the target user identifier, so that the payment of the parking fee and the charging fee of the target vehicle is realized. In addition, when the target payment account is used for deducting the cost required to be paid by the target vehicle, the embodiment of the invention provides two payment operation modes, one mode is that the cost required to be paid by the target vehicle can be deducted by matching the target payment account with the target user identification on the vehicle management system side, the other mode is that a payment list of the cost required to be paid by the target vehicle can be generated on the vehicle management system side, a payment prompt containing the payment list and the target user identification information is sent to the cloud platform, and the cost required to be paid by the target vehicle can be deducted by matching the target payment account with the target user identification on the cloud platform side. The two payment operation realization modes can improve the success rate of paying the required payment cost of the target vehicle, reduce the operation pressure of the vehicle management system side to a certain extent when the cost deduction operation is carried out on the cloud platform side, further improve the stability of the vehicle management system, and further ensure that the vehicle can drive away from the parking lot without obstacles.
Example two
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a method for automatically paying fees associated with vehicles in a parking lot according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method for automatically paying the vehicle-related fee in the parking lot described in fig. 3 may be applied to an automatic payment device for the vehicle-related fee in the parking lot, where the automatic payment device is applied to a vehicle management system, where the automatic payment device includes a local server or a cloud server, and the like, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the method for automatically paying the vehicle-related fee in the parking lot may include the operations of:
201. detecting whether the target vehicle of the current scene is charged completely, and determining the cost required to be paid by the target vehicle after the target vehicle is detected to be charged completely;
202. performing a fee deduction operation matched with a fee to be paid by the target vehicle;
203. and determining a payment completion list of the fees according to the information of the fees to be paid by the target vehicle and the payment completion information of the fees, and pushing the payment completion list to the terminal of the target user.

In an alternative embodiment, deducting the fee to be paid by the target vehicle from the target payment account includes:
when the target payment account is an automatic payment account, deducting the fee required to be paid by the target vehicle from the target payment account;
when the target payment account is a pre-stored payment account, determining the expense type of the expense, determining an account collecting account identifier matched with the expense type, transferring the amount corresponding to the expense from the pre-stored payment account to a collection account corresponding to the account collecting account identifier according to the expense type of the expense, and finishing expense deduction.
The charging account identification matched with the expense types comprises a charging account identification corresponding to a parking lot operator and a charging parking place operator; for example, when the fee type is the parking fee, the amount of the fee corresponding to the parking fee is transferred to the collection account of the parking lot operator from the pre-stored payment account, and the fee deduction is completed.
Therefore, according to the optional embodiment, the payment flexibility of the user can be improved by deducting the cost required to be paid by the target vehicle from the automatic payment account and the pre-stored payment account, and the probability that the vehicle smoothly drives away from the parking lot due to the fact that the user cannot pay the cost required to be paid by the target vehicle when the balance of a certain account is insufficient can also be reduced.
In this optional embodiment, further optionally, when the target payment account is a pre-stored payment account, after deducting the fee required to be paid by the target vehicle from the target payment account, the method further includes:
judging whether a balance exists in the pre-stored payment account, and if so, acquiring the times of fee payment of the pre-stored payment account in a preset time length, wherein the ending time of the preset time length comprises the time when the fee required to be paid by the target vehicle is successfully deducted;
and calculating the expense payment frequency of the pre-stored payment account according to the times of expense payment of the pre-stored payment account in the preset time length and the preset time length, judging whether the expense payment frequency of the pre-stored payment account exceeds a preset payment frequency threshold value, if so, keeping the balance in the pre-stored payment account, and if not, returning the account balance of the pre-stored payment account to the account capable of automatic payment.
Therefore, according to the optional embodiment, the expense payment frequency of the user for paying the expense for the vehicle by using the pre-stored payment account is calculated, whether the balance is reserved in the account or returned to the automatic payment account is judged according to the expense payment frequency, the reservation mode of adjusting the amount of the pre-stored payment account according to the historical use habit of the user can be realized, the operation can be more suitable for the use requirement of the user, and the use experience of the user is also effectively improved.
In another alternative embodiment, the method for automatically paying the vehicle-related fees in the parking lot may further include the operations of:
when it is judged that a vehicle enters the charging parking space of the current scene in the current scene, the vehicle identification of the vehicle on the charging parking space of the current scene is identified through first vehicle identification equipment corresponding to the current scene; the first vehicle identification recognition device can recognize vehicles in one or more charging parking spaces in the current scene;

In yet another alternative embodiment, the method for automatic payment of vehicle-related fees in a parking lot may further include the operations of:
when a charging stop signal of the corresponding charging connector on the charging parking space where the target vehicle is located is detected, the charging stop time of the charging connector output by the charging device on the charging parking space where the target vehicle is located is obtained, and the charging stop time is determined as the charging stop time of the target vehicle on the charging parking space where the target vehicle is located.
The charging device on the charging parking space in the current scene comprises one or more charging connectors, and the charging parking space in the current scene comprises the charging parking space where the target vehicle is located currently.
In this optional embodiment, further optionally, the charging stop time is determined to be before the end charging time of the target vehicle in the charging parking space where the target vehicle is currently located, and the method may further include the following steps:
the method comprises the steps of determining identifications of all charging connectors corresponding to a first charging device on a charging parking space, and establishing a first association relation between a first charging stop moment of each corresponding charging connector output by the first charging device and the identification of the corresponding charging connector;

Therefore, in the optional embodiment, the association relationship between the charging connector identifier and the charging parking space identifier is established, the first charging stop time is obtained through the association relationship and the parking space identifier of the charging parking space where the target vehicle is located, and the charging stop time of the target vehicle is verified through the first charging time, so that the accuracy of the charging stop time of the target vehicle on the charging parking space is ensured, the accuracy of calculating the parking fee of the target vehicle is further improved, and the rights and interests of users are effectively guaranteed.
In yet another alternative embodiment, when it is determined that the target vehicle finishes charging, the charging fee may be directly calculated, and the operation of deducting the charging fee may be completed; the calculation of the charging fee can be completed at first, and when the target vehicle is judged to be driven away from the exit of the parking lot, the deduction operation of the charging fee and the parking fee of the target vehicle is completed; and when the target vehicle is judged to leave the exit of the parking lot, the parking fee and the charging fee of the target vehicle are calculated, and the parking fee and the charging fee of the target vehicle are uniformly deducted after the parking fee and the charging fee of the target vehicle are calculated.
Therefore, according to the optional embodiment, the deduction operation of the charging fee of the target vehicle can be completed at the exit of the parking lot when the target vehicle finishes charging and drives away, so that the flexibility of the user for paying the fee required by the target vehicle can be improved, and the payment efficiency of the user for paying the fee can be further improved.

Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of an automatic payment apparatus for vehicle-related fees in a parking lot according to an embodiment of the present invention. The device described in fig. 4 is applied to a vehicle management system, and the invention is not limited thereto. As shown in fig. 4, the apparatus may include:
the detecting module 401 is configured to detect whether charging of a target vehicle in a current scene is completed.
The first determination module 402 is configured to determine a fee to be paid by the target vehicle after the detection module detects that the target vehicle is charged.
And a fee deduction module 403 for performing fee deduction operation matching the fee to be paid by the target vehicle.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the fee includes a parking fee and a charging fee. As an optional implementation manner, the specific manner of performing the fee deduction operation matched with the fee to be paid by the target vehicle in the fee deduction module 403 includes:
determining a target user identification corresponding to a target vehicle, wherein the target user identification is an identification of a user paying the payment required by the target vehicle;
and determining a target payment account matched with the target user according to the target user identification, and deducting the cost required to be paid by the target vehicle from the target payment account.
In the embodiment of the present invention, as another alternative implementation manner, the specific manner of executing the fee deduction operation matched with the fee required to be paid by the target vehicle in the fee deduction module 403 includes:
generating a payment list of fees to be paid by the target vehicle, and sending a payment prompt to the cloud platform, wherein the payment prompt comprises the payment list and a target user identifier, and the payment prompt is used for triggering the cloud platform to execute the following operations:
and determining a target payment account matched with the target user identification by the cloud platform, and deducting the cost required to be paid by the target vehicle from the target payment account according to the payment prompt.
In the embodiment of the invention, the target payment account comprises an automatic payment account and/or a pre-stored payment account, and the account amount in the pre-stored payment account is obtained by charging the account amount in the automatic payment account.
It can be seen that, the automatic payment apparatus for vehicle-related fees in a parking lot described in fig. 4 is implemented to confirm the parking fee and the charging fee of the vehicle after detecting that the vehicle in the parking lot is charged, and directly deduct the confirmed parking fee and charging fee from the target payment account matched with the user, without separately deducting the parking fee and charging fee in the settlement account of the parking fee and in the settlement account of the charging fee, so that the deduction efficiency and accuracy of the charging fee and parking fee that the vehicle needs to pay are improved, the efficiency of the new energy vehicle driving away from the parking lot is improved, the new energy vehicle driving away from the parking lot without obstacles is realized, and the experience of the driver is improved.
In an alternative embodiment, fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of an automatic payment device for vehicle-related fees in a parking lot according to an embodiment of the present invention. The device described in fig. 5 is applied to a vehicle management system, and the invention is not limited thereto. As shown in fig. 5, the apparatus may further include:
a first obtaining module 404, configured to, when the target payment account is an account capable of automatic payment, obtain authorization information of the target payment account according to the target user identifier before the fee deduction module 403 deducts the fee that needs to be paid by the target vehicle from the target payment account;
a first judgment module 405, configured to judge whether the authorization information indicates that the target payment account is approved to automatically deduct fees;
when the first determination module 405 determines that the target vehicle needs to pay, the fee deduction module 403 is triggered to execute the operation of deducting the fee required to be paid by the target vehicle from the target payment account.
It can be seen that, with the automatic payment device for vehicle-related fees in a parking lot described in fig. 5, after the user authorizes the automatic payment account to automatically deduct the fee, the operation of automatically paying the fee required by the target vehicle can be completed through the automatic payment account, so that not only can the efficiency of paying the fee required by the target vehicle and the safety of payment be improved, but also the complicated operation of paying the fee required by the target vehicle by inputting a payment password by the user is avoided on the premise of ensuring the safety of payment; in the optional embodiment, the payment account is prestored to pay the payment required by the target vehicle, so that the condition that the payment speed is too low due to the problem of network congestion when the user pays the payment can be greatly reduced, and the use experience of the user is improved.
Further optionally, as shown in fig. 5, the first determining module 405 includes:

It can be seen that, the implementation of the automatic payment device for vehicle-related fees in the parking lot described in fig. 5 can also determine the charging fee to be paid by the vehicle by combining the charging time and the charging amount of the vehicle, and determine the parking fee to be paid by the vehicle by combining the parking time and the parking fee per unit time of the vehicle, thereby improving the accuracy of determining the parking fee of the vehicle, improving the efficiency of deducting the charging fee to be paid by the vehicle, and further improving the efficiency of driving the vehicle out of the parking lot.

It can be seen that the implementation of the automatic payment device for vehicle-related fees in a parking lot as depicted in fig. 5 can also improve the flexibility of the user performing charging operations on the system interface by controlling the charging device in the charging bay to enter the charging enabled state according to the user identifier logged in the vehicle management system to charge the vehicle and controlling the charging device in the charging bay to enter the charging enabled state according to the vehicle identifier determined by the user to charge the vehicle; furthermore, when the user charges the vehicle corresponding to the determined vehicle identifier, the user can enjoy the corresponding preference according to the charging rule of the vehicle management system, for example, when the accumulated charging time or the accumulated charging amount of the vehicle corresponding to the determined vehicle identifier reaches a preset value, the user can enjoy the discount preference of the charging fee, and the like, so that the charging experience of the user can be improved, and the charging enthusiasm of the user in the parking lot can be improved.
Further optionally, the specific manner of determining the vehicle identifier of the vehicle in the charging slot by the second determining module 407 is as follows:
acquiring a vehicle identifier input by a user, and determining the vehicle identifier input by the user as the vehicle identifier of a vehicle in a charging parking space; or,

It can be seen that the automatic payment device implementing the vehicle-related fee in the parking lot described in fig. 5 can also improve the flexibility, portability and efficiency of the user in determining the vehicle identifier of the vehicle in the charging slot by determining the vehicle identifier input by the user or the vehicle identifier selected by the user from the predetermined set of vehicle identifiers as the vehicle identifier of the vehicle to be charged in the charging slot.
In yet another optional embodiment, the apparatus further comprises:

It can be seen that, the automatic payment apparatus for implementing vehicle-related fees in a parking lot described in fig. 4 or 5 can deduct the related fees to be paid by the vehicle from the target payment account by confirming the related fees of the target vehicle and matching the target user identification with the target payment account after the target vehicle is charged, so as to realize the payment of the parking fee and the charging fee of the target vehicle. In addition, when the cost required to be paid by the target vehicle is deducted for the target through the target payment account, the embodiment of the invention provides two payment operation realization modes, one mode is that the cost required to be paid by the target vehicle can be deducted by matching the target payment account with the target user identification on the vehicle management system side, and the other mode is that a payment list of the cost required to be paid by the target vehicle can be generated on the vehicle management system side, a payment prompt containing the payment list and the target user identification information is sent to the cloud platform, and the cost required to be paid by the target vehicle can be deducted by matching the target payment account with the target user identification on the cloud platform side. The two payment operation realization modes can improve the success rate of paying the required payment cost of the target vehicle, reduce the operation pressure of the vehicle management system side to a certain extent when the cost deduction operation is carried out on the cloud platform side, further improve the stability of the vehicle management system, and further ensure that the vehicle can drive away from the parking lot without obstacles.

further, an input interface 603 and an output interface 604 coupled to the processor 602;
the processor 602 calls executable program code stored in the memory 601 for executing the steps of the method for automatically paying the vehicle-related fee in the parking lot according to the first embodiment of the present invention or the second embodiment of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A method for automatic payment of vehicle related fees in a parking lot, the method comprising:
detecting whether a target vehicle in a current scene is charged completely, and determining the cost required to be paid by the target vehicle after the target vehicle is detected to be charged completely, wherein the cost comprises parking cost and charging cost;
performing a fee deduction operation matching a fee to be paid by the target vehicle;
wherein the performing of the fee deduction operation matching the fee to be paid by the target vehicle includes:
determining a target user identifier corresponding to the target vehicle, wherein the target user identifier is an identifier of a user paying the payment required by the target vehicle;
determining a target payment account matched with the target user according to the target user identification, and deducting the cost required to be paid by the target vehicle from the target payment account; or generating a payment list of the fees to be paid by the target vehicle, and sending a payment prompt to a cloud platform, where the payment prompt includes the payment list and the target user identifier, and the payment prompt is used to trigger the cloud platform to perform the following operations:
and determining a target payment account matched with the target user identification by the cloud platform, and deducting the cost required to be paid by the target vehicle from the target payment account according to the payment prompt.
2. The method for automatically paying for vehicle-related fees in a parking lot according to claim 1, wherein the target payment account comprises an automatic payable account and/or a pre-stored payment account, and the account amount in the pre-stored payment account is charged by the account amount in the automatic payable account;
when the target payment account is the automatically payable account, before deducting the fee to be paid by the target vehicle from the target payment account, the method further comprises:
obtaining authorization information of the target payment account according to the target user identification, and judging whether the authorization information is used for indicating that the target payment account is allowed to be automatically deducted;
and when the judgment result is yes, the operation of deducting the fee required to be paid by the target vehicle from the target payment account is executed.
3. The method of automatically paying for vehicle-related fees in a parking lot as set forth in claim 2, wherein said determining a fee to be paid by said target vehicle comprises:
acquiring charging information of the target vehicle, wherein the charging information of the target vehicle comprises the initial charging time of the target vehicle, the ending charging time of the target vehicle and the charging electric quantity of the target vehicle;
calculating the charging time of the target vehicle according to the initial charging time of the target vehicle and the ending charging time of the target vehicle, and determining the charging cost of the target vehicle as the cost required to be paid by the target vehicle according to the charging time of the target vehicle and the charging electric quantity of the target vehicle;
the method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring parking information of the target vehicle, wherein the parking information of the target vehicle comprises the time when the target vehicle enters a parking lot, the time when the target vehicle finishes parking, and the parking fee of the parking lot per unit time;
and calculating the parking time of the target vehicle according to the time when the target vehicle enters the parking lot and the time when the target vehicle finishes parking, and determining the parking fee of the target vehicle as the fee required to be paid by the target vehicle according to the parking time of the target vehicle and the parking fee per unit time of the parking lot.
4. A method for automatic payment of vehicle related fees within a parking lot as defined in claim 3, further comprising:
judging whether a charging device on a charging parking space of the current scene receives a charging request or not, and acquiring a user identifier corresponding to a user triggering the charging request when the judgment result is yes; judging whether a vehicle identification determination process corresponding to the vehicle on the charging parking space is triggered or not, and when the judgment result is negative, controlling a charging device on the charging parking space to enter a charging enabling state according to the user identification, and determining that the moment when the charging device on the charging parking space is controlled to enter the charging enabling state according to the user identification is the initial charging moment of the vehicle on the charging parking space; when the judgment result is yes, determining a vehicle identifier of the vehicle in the charging parking space, controlling a charging device in the charging parking space to enter a charging enabling state according to the determined vehicle identifier, and determining that the moment when the charging device in the charging parking space is controlled to enter the charging enabling state according to the determined vehicle identifier is the initial charging moment of the vehicle in the charging parking space, wherein the vehicle in the charging parking space in the current scene comprises the target vehicle;
wherein, confirm the vehicle identification of vehicle on the charging parking stall, include:
acquiring a vehicle identifier input by the user, and determining the vehicle identifier input by the user as the vehicle identifier of the vehicle in the charging parking space; or,
acquiring vehicle identifications selected by the user from a predetermined vehicle identification set, and determining the selected vehicle identifications as vehicle identifications of vehicles in the charging parking space, wherein the vehicle identification set comprises a plurality of vehicle identifications, and all the vehicle identifications included in the vehicle identification set comprise one or more of vehicle identifications identified by vehicle identification devices on the charging parking space of the current scene, vehicle identifications identified by vehicle identification devices at an entrance of the parking lot, vehicle identifications identified by vehicle identification devices at other positions of the parking lot, and vehicle identifications bound when the user registers in a vehicle management system; and the other positions of the parking lot do not comprise the charging parking space of the current scene and the position of the entrance of the parking lot.
5. The method for automated payment of vehicle-related fees in a parking lot as recited in claim 4, further comprising:
judging whether the target vehicle is driven away from the parking lot position of the current scene, and when the judgment result is yes, determining the time when the target vehicle is driven away from the parking lot position, wherein the time when the target vehicle is driven away from the parking lot position comprises at least one of the time when the target vehicle is driven away from the charging parking space, the time when the target vehicle is driven away from the exit of the parking lot and the time when the target vehicle is driven away from the parking lot parking space;
determining the parking ending time of the target vehicle according to the time when the target vehicle leaves the parking lot position;
wherein the determining of the parking ending time of the target vehicle according to the time when the target vehicle leaves the parking lot position comprises:
determining a set of departure times of the target vehicle according to a time at which the target vehicle departs from the parking lot location, the set of departure times of the target vehicle including a time at which the target vehicle departs from the parking lot exit and a time at which the target vehicle departs from the charging parking space, the set of departure times of the target vehicle further including a time at which the target vehicle departs from the parking lot parking space;
determining the moment when the target vehicle drives away from the exit of the parking lot as a first driving-away moment;
determining, from the set of departure times of the target vehicle, other departure times except for a time at which the target vehicle departs from the parking lot exit;
respectively calculating the interval duration of all the other driving away moments and the first driving away moment, and determining the interval duration of the minimum value according to all the calculated interval durations;
judging whether the interval duration of the minimum value is greater than a preset interval duration threshold value or not, and determining that the first driving-away moment is the stopping moment of the target vehicle when the judgment result is yes;
and when the judgment result is negative, determining that the other driving-away time corresponding to the interval duration of the minimum value is the stopping time of the target vehicle.
6. The method for automated payment of vehicle-related fees in a parking lot as recited in claim 5, further comprising:
when it is judged that a vehicle enters the charging parking space of the current scene, identifying the vehicle identification of the vehicle on the charging parking space of the current scene through first vehicle identification equipment corresponding to the current scene; the first vehicle identification recognition device can recognize vehicles in one or more charging parking spaces in the current scene;
determining parking space identifiers of all the charging parking spaces corresponding to the first vehicle identifier recognition device, and establishing an association relationship between the first vehicle identifier of the vehicle on each corresponding charging parking space recognized by the first vehicle identifier recognition device and the parking space identifier of the charging parking space;
before the second vehicle identifier is determined as the vehicle identifier of the vehicle in the charging slot, the method further includes:
determining the identification information of the charging parking space corresponding to the second vehicle identification, and determining the first vehicle identification corresponding to the identification information of the charging parking space corresponding to the second vehicle identification according to the association relation;
judging whether the second vehicle identification is the same as the first vehicle identification of the vehicle in the charging parking space, and if so, executing the operation of determining the second vehicle identification as the vehicle identification of the vehicle in the charging parking space; and when the judgment result is negative, determining the first vehicle identification of the vehicle in the charging parking space as the vehicle identification of the vehicle in the charging parking space.
7. The method of claim 4, wherein the charging device in the current scene of charging slots includes one or more of the charging connectors, and wherein the current scene of charging slots includes the charging slot in which the target vehicle is currently located;
and, the method further comprises:
when a charging stop signal of a corresponding charging connector on a charging parking space where the target vehicle is currently located is detected, acquiring a charging stop time of the charging connector output by a charging device on the charging parking space where the target vehicle is currently located, and determining the charging stop time as a charging end time of the target vehicle on the charging parking space where the target vehicle is currently located; wherein,
the method further includes the step of determining the charging stop time to be before the charging end time of the target vehicle in the charging parking space where the target vehicle is currently located, and the method further includes the steps of:
determining the identifications of all the charging connectors corresponding to a first charging device on the charging parking space, and establishing a first association relation between a first charging stop time of each corresponding charging connector output by the first charging device and the identification of the corresponding charging connector;
determining identification information of a charging connector corresponding to the charging stop time, and determining the first charging stop time corresponding to the identification information of the charging connector corresponding to the charging stop time according to the first association relation;
judging whether the charging stop time is the same as the first charging stop time of the corresponding charging connector on the charging parking space, and if so, executing the operation of determining the charging stop time as the charging end time of the target vehicle on the charging parking space; and when the judgment result is negative, determining the first charging stop time of the corresponding charging connector on the charging parking space as the charging ending time of the target vehicle on the charging parking space.
8. The method for automatic payment of vehicle related fees within a parking lot as recited in any one of claims 2-7, wherein the deducting of the fee to be paid by the target vehicle from the target payment account comprises:
when the target payment account is the automatic payment account, deducting the fee required to be paid by the target vehicle from the target payment account;
when the target payment account is the pre-stored payment account, determining the expense type of the expense, determining an account collecting account identifier matched with the expense type, transferring the amount corresponding to the expense from the pre-stored payment account to a collection account corresponding to the account collecting account identifier according to the expense type of the expense, and finishing expense deduction;
when the target payment account is the pre-stored payment account, after deducting the fee required to be paid by the target vehicle from the target payment account, the method further includes:
judging whether a balance exists in the pre-stored payment account, and if so, acquiring the number of times of fee payment of the pre-stored payment account in a preset time length, wherein the ending time of the preset time length comprises the time when the fee required to be paid by the target vehicle is successfully deducted;
calculating the expense payment frequency of the pre-stored payment account according to the number of times of expense payment of the pre-stored payment account in the preset time length and the preset time length, judging whether the expense payment frequency of the pre-stored payment account exceeds a preset payment frequency threshold value, reserving the balance in the pre-stored payment account when the judgment result is yes, and returning the account balance of the pre-stored payment account to the account capable of automatic payment when the judgment result is no;
after deducting the fee to be paid by the target vehicle from the target payment account, the method further comprises:
and determining a payment completion list of the fees according to the information of the fees to be paid by the target vehicle and the payment completion information of the fees, and pushing the payment completion list to the terminal of the target user.
