Wherein a communication bus 802 is used to enable the connection communication between these components. The user interface 803 may include a display (e.g., touch screen, LCD, CRT, holographic imaging or projector, etc.), a keyboard, or a pointing device (e.g., mouse, trackball, touch pad or touch screen, etc.). The memory 805 may be a high-speed RAM memory or a non-volatile memory (e.g., a disk memory). The memory 805 may alternatively be a storage device separate from the processor 801 described above.
It will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that the parking management apparatus configuration shown in fig. 8 does not constitute a limitation of the parking management apparatus, and may include more or less components than those shown, or some components in combination, or a different arrangement of components.
In this embodiment, the memory 805 stores at least an operating system for implementing various basic services and for processing hardware-based tasks; the network communication module is used for realizing wired connection or wireless connection to a network and providing channel resources for data connection of the management platform; and the parking charge management program provided by the embodiment of the invention. In addition, the memory 805 may also be used to store a virtual resource sharing system for implementing an access control interface between the operating system and the hardware layer.
In the parking charge management apparatus shown in fig. 7: the network interface 804 is mainly used for connecting a network system and performing data communication with the network system; the user interface 803 is mainly used for interacting with a user and receiving an instruction triggered by the user; and the processor 801 may be configured to invoke the parking charge management program stored in the memory 805 for performing the steps performed in the parking charge management method described in the corresponding embodiment of fig. 1.
Based on the parking charge management method described in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a computer-readable storage medium, for example, the non-transitory computer-readable storage medium may be a Read Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like. The storage medium stores computer instructions for executing the parking charge management method described in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 1, which is not described herein again.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware, or may be implemented by a program instructing relevant hardware, where the program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and the above-mentioned storage medium may be a read-only memory, a magnetic disk or an optical disk, etc.

Claims (7)

1. A parking unmanned charge management method, the method comprising:
when a target vehicle arrives at an exit of a parking lot, sending a parking fee deduction instruction to an ETC device at the exit;
when the mark of failure of the fee deduction of the parking fee sent by the ETC equipment is received, automatically switching to an alternative self-service online payment mode;
when an identification that the parking fee deduction is successful, which is sent by the ETC equipment, is received, recording an ETC parking fee deduction record of the target vehicle;
after recording the ETC parking fee deduction record of the target vehicle, if a fee refunding condition is triggered, executing a fee refunding process;
after the refund process is finished, correcting the ETC parking fee deduction record according to the target refund amount, and sending the corrected ETC parking fee deduction record to an ETC settlement platform;
after the ETC parking fee deduction record of the target vehicle is recorded, if the fee returning condition is not triggered, the ETC parking fee deduction record is sent to an ETC settlement platform;
wherein the executing of the refund process comprises:
receiving application information sent by a user terminal, wherein the application information comprises preferential application information or refund application information, the preferential application information is used for indicating that the preferential information is used for paying the ETC parking fee deduction record of a target vehicle, and the refund application information is used for indicating that the refund application is carried out on the ETC parking fee deduction record of the target vehicle;
determining a target refund amount according to the application information;
the executing the refund process further comprises:
and sending a refund instruction to the ETC equipment, wherein the refund instruction is used for indicating the ETC equipment to refund the target refund amount to a payment account corresponding to the target vehicle.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining a target refund amount based on the application information comprises:
when the application information is favorable application information, receiving payment information paid by using a coupon or member credit aiming at the ETC parking fee deduction record;
and determining the money corresponding to the coupon or the member score as a target refund amount.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein said determining a target refund amount based on said application information comprises:
when the application information is refund application information, judging whether the refund application information accords with a refund rule or not, wherein the refund application information comprises refund application amount and refund reasons;
and when the refund application information accords with the refund rule, determining the refund application amount as a target refund amount.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein before the transmitting the parking fee deduction accounting command to the ETC device at the gate, the method further comprises:
and acquiring parking fee information of the target vehicle, wherein the parking fee information at least comprises the license plate number, the payment amount and the parking duration of the target vehicle.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to determining a target refund amount based on the application information, the method further comprises:
auditing the application information;
and after the verification is passed, determining the target refund amount according to the application information.
6. A parking charge management device comprising a processor and a memory, said memory having stored therein at least one computer instruction, said instruction being loaded and executed by said processor to implement the steps performed in the parking charge management method of any one of claims 1 to 5.
7. A computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon at least one computer instruction, which is loaded and executed by a processor to perform the steps performed in the parking charge management method of any one of claims 1 to 5.
