As shown in fig. 1, the method is applied to an ETC wireless communication device that needs to identify an application scenario of a vehicle, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto. As shown in fig. 1, the method for implementing vehicle self-service payment based on the ETC device may include the following operations:
101. the ETC wireless communication equipment acquires the vehicle-mounted terminal identification of at least one target ETC vehicle-mounted terminal in the coverage range of the ETC wireless communication equipment.
In the embodiment of the invention, the ETC vehicle-mounted terminals are mounted on the vehicle, each ETC vehicle-mounted terminal has a unique corresponding vehicle-mounted terminal identification, the vehicle identification (such as a vehicle license plate number) of the vehicle where the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal is located and the ETC electronic payment account number (namely the associated ETC account number) bound by the vehicle have a corresponding relation, and the ETC wireless communication equipment has a corresponding coverage range. Optionally, the coverage area of each ETC wireless communication device is divided into a plurality of location areas in advance, for example, in a scene of a parking lot, the coverage area of the ETC wireless communication device may be divided into a plurality of parking spaces, that is, the ETC wireless communication device covers a plurality of parking spaces, and optionally, each parking space has a unique corresponding parking space identifier; for another example, in a highway scene or a parking lot scene, the coverage area of the ETC wireless communication device may be divided into a plurality of passage channels for vehicles to pass through, that is, the ETC wireless communication device covers the plurality of passage channels, and optionally, each passage channel has a channel identifier uniquely corresponding thereto. When the ETC wireless communication equipment covers a plurality of position areas, a plurality of vehicles can enter or exist in the coverage range of the ETC wireless communication equipment at a certain moment or within a certain time period.
102. The ETC wireless communication equipment determines the position of each target ETC vehicle-mounted terminal in the current scene, and obtains the associated ETC account number of each target ETC vehicle-mounted terminal according to the vehicle-mounted terminal identification of each target ETC vehicle-mounted terminal.
In the embodiment of the invention, the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal is installed on a vehicle, and the position of the target ETC vehicle-mounted terminal in the current scene is also the position of the vehicle provided with the target ETC vehicle-mounted terminal in the current scene. Further, if the current scene is a parking lot scene, the determined position can be a parking space where the target ETC vehicle-mounted terminal is located, and can also be a passing channel where the target ETC vehicle-mounted terminal is located; and if the current scene is an expressway scene, determining the position to be a passing channel where the target ETC vehicle-mounted terminal is located.
Still further, when the determined position is a parking space, the corresponding position may be represented by a parking space identifier, or may be represented by a position coordinate (or a position coordinate range), where the position coordinate (or the position coordinate range) may be determined based on a coordinate system established in a current scene, or may be determined based on a coordinate system established in a coverage area of the ETC wireless communication device, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention; when the determined position is a passage, the corresponding position may be represented by a passage identifier, or may be represented by a position coordinate (or a position coordinate range), where the position coordinate (or the position coordinate range) may be determined based on a coordinate system established in a current scene, or may be determined based on a coordinate system established in a coverage area of the ETC wireless communication device, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
103. The ETC wireless communication equipment establishes a corresponding relation between the position of each target ETC vehicle-mounted terminal in the current scene and the associated ETC account of the target ETC vehicle-mounted terminal.
In the embodiment of the invention, the corresponding relation between the position of each target ETC vehicle-mounted terminal and the associated ETC account of the target ETC vehicle-mounted terminal is used for charging the vehicle cost generated by the vehicle corresponding to the target ETC vehicle-mounted terminal in the current scene and/or automatically deducting the vehicle cost. In other optional embodiments, the correspondence between the location of each target ETC vehicle-mounted terminal and the associated ETC account of the target ETC vehicle-mounted terminal may also be used to determine the location of each vehicle according to the location of each target ETC vehicle-mounted terminal, provide a vehicle service matching with the vehicle according to the location of the vehicle, and charge the fee generated by the vehicle service and/or automatically deduct the vehicle fee obtained by the charging.
In the embodiment of the present invention, a parking space of a parking lot is taken as an example for explanation, assuming that a certain ETC wireless communication device covers parking space 1, parking space 2 and parking space 3, when two vehicles enter the coverage area of the ETC wireless communication device at the same time, the ETC wireless communication device obtains a vehicle-mounted terminal identifier of an ETC vehicle-mounted terminal of each vehicle and determines an associated ETC account number of each vehicle according to the vehicle-mounted terminal identifier of the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal, that is, the associated ETC account number of vehicle 1 is account number 1, the associated ETC account number of vehicle 2 is account number 2, and determines the parking space where each vehicle is located, if vehicle 1 is located at parking space 1 and vehicle 2 is located at parking space 3, the ETC wireless communication device establishes a corresponding relationship between parking space 1 and account number 1 and a corresponding relationship between parking space 3 and account number 2, and the related fees generated by subsequent vehicle 1 at parking space 1 can be directly deducted from account number 1, the related fee of the vehicle 2 in the parking space 3 can be directly deducted from the account 2, wherein the related fee can include at least one of parking space, charging fee, refueling fee, car washing fee, and the like.
In the embodiment of the present invention, a "highway passing channel" is taken as an example for explanation, assuming that a certain ETC wireless communication device covers a channel 1, a channel 2 and a channel 3, when two vehicles enter the coverage of the ETC wireless communication device at the same time, the ETC wireless communication device obtains a vehicle-mounted terminal identifier of an ETC vehicle-mounted terminal of each vehicle and determines an associated ETC account of each vehicle according to the vehicle-mounted terminal identifier of the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal, that is, the associated ETC account of the vehicle 1 is account 1, the associated ETC account of the vehicle 2 is account 2, and determines a passing channel where each vehicle is located, for example, the vehicle 1 is located in the channel 2 and the vehicle 2 is located in the channel 3, the ETC wireless communication device establishes a corresponding relationship between the channel 2 and the account 1 and a corresponding relationship between the channel 3 and the account 2, subsequently and directly deducts a related fee generated by the vehicle 1 from the account 1 and controls a wing gate of the channel 2 to open, to clear the vehicle 1 and subsequently deduct the associated fare incurred by the vehicle 2, which may include the toll, directly from the account number 2 and control the wing gate of the corridor 3 to open to clear the vehicle 2.
Therefore, the implementation of the vehicle self-service payment implementation method based on the ETC equipment can accurately identify the vehicle corresponding to the vehicle-mounted terminal identifier of each ETC vehicle-mounted terminal, and can establish the corresponding relation between the position of the vehicle and the associated ETC account number of the vehicle, so that the accuracy rate of vehicle charging and/or automatic fee deduction can be improved, and the use experience of a user on ETC electronic automatic payment can be improved; in addition, under the scene that the vehicle needs to be provided with the service, the position where the vehicle corresponding to the vehicle-mounted terminal identification of each ETC vehicle-mounted terminal is located can be accurately identified, and the efficiency and the accuracy rate of providing the matching service for the vehicle can also be improved.
In an optional embodiment, the obtaining, by the ETC wireless communication device, the vehicle-mounted terminal identifier of at least one target ETC vehicle-mounted terminal entering the coverage area of the vehicle-mounted terminal may include:
the ETC wireless communication equipment acquires a vehicle-mounted terminal identifier of at least one target ETC vehicle-mounted terminal entering the coverage range of the ETC wireless communication equipment; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
the ETC wireless communication equipment receives the vehicle-mounted terminal identification of the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal sent by the background server which establishes a connection relation with the ETC wireless communication equipment in advance, and the vehicle-mounted terminal identification is used as the vehicle-mounted terminal identification of at least one target ETC vehicle-mounted terminal in the coverage range of the ETC wireless communication equipment.
It can be seen that this optional embodiment can provide two ways of obtaining the on-vehicle terminal identification of the ETC on-vehicle terminal, that is: the vehicle-mounted terminal identification of at least one target ETC vehicle-mounted terminal entering the coverage range of the ETC wireless communication equipment can be wirelessly sensed and acquired by the ETC wireless communication equipment (the wireless coverage range of the ETC wireless communication equipment can be directly understood at the moment), so that the pressure of a background server can be relieved, and the influence of the wireless communication signal intensity with the background server is avoided; in addition, the ETC wireless communication equipment can also obtain the vehicle-mounted terminal identification of at least one target ETC vehicle-mounted terminal in the coverage range of the ETC wireless communication equipment from the background server, so that the accuracy and the efficiency of the obtained vehicle-mounted terminal identification of the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal can be further improved.
In this optional embodiment, further optionally, the vehicle-mounted terminal identifier of the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal, which is sent to the ETC wireless communication device by the background server, is determined by the background controller through the following operations:
detecting whether at least one application client triggers scanning operation of the associated two-dimensional codes aiming at the coverage range of the ETC wireless communication equipment or not by a background server; when the detection result is yes, determining the user identity of each application client;
and determining the vehicle-mounted terminal identification of the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal corresponding to the user identity of each application client by the background server according to the user identity of each application client, and taking the vehicle-mounted terminal identification of the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal sent to the ETC wireless communication equipment.
Therefore, the optional embodiment can enable the ETC wireless communication equipment to determine the vehicle-mounted terminal identification of the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal in the coverage range of the ETC wireless communication equipment through the mode of the associated two-dimensional code of the coverage range of the ETC wireless communication equipment scanned by the user, and the efficiency and the accuracy of the acquired vehicle-mounted terminal identification are improved.
In another alternative embodiment, the determining, by the ETC wireless communication device, the position of each target ETC vehicle-mounted terminal in the current scene may include:
when the vehicle-mounted terminal identification of the target ETC vehicle-mounted terminal acquired by the ETC wireless communication equipment is sent by the background server, the ETC wireless communication equipment determines the position of each target ETC vehicle-mounted terminal in the current scene according to the associated two-dimensional code scanned by the user using the application client according to the user identification corresponding to the vehicle-mounted terminal identification of each target ETC vehicle-mounted terminal, wherein each position in the coverage range of the ETC wireless communication equipment has the associated two-dimensional code uniquely corresponding to the position; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
when the vehicle-mounted terminal identification of the target ETC vehicle-mounted terminal acquired by the ETC wireless communication equipment is collected by the ETC wireless communication equipment, the ETC wireless communication equipment determines the position of each target ETC vehicle-mounted terminal in the current scene according to the license plate identification recognized by the vehicle identification recognition equipment arranged in the coverage range of the ETC wireless communication equipment and the vehicle-mounted terminal identification of the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal corresponding to the recognized license plate identification, wherein the unique vehicle identification recognition equipment which is arranged correspondingly to each position in the coverage range of the ETC wireless communication equipment exists.
It can be seen that this optional embodiment can make ETC wireless communication equipment confirm the position that ETC vehicle-mounted terminal is located through the mode of the correlation two-dimensional code of the ETC wireless communication equipment's of user scanning coverage, can also confirm the position that ETC vehicle-mounted terminal is located through the license plate sign that ETC wireless communication equipment's coverage's vehicle identification equipment discerned, enriched the definite mode of the position that the vehicle of confirming to install ETC vehicle-mounted terminal is located, and can further improve the accuracy of the position that the vehicle of installing ETC vehicle-mounted terminal is located through the mode of scanning correlation two-dimensional code or the mode of discerning the license plate sign through vehicle identification equipment.
In yet another optional embodiment, after the ETC wireless communication device obtains the vehicle-mounted terminal identification of at least one target ETC vehicle-mounted terminal entering the coverage area of the ETC wireless communication device, the method further comprises:
and the ETC wireless communication equipment starts charging operation on the vehicle corresponding to each target ETC vehicle-mounted terminal.
Therefore, in the optional embodiment, in a scene where the vehicle needs to be charged, after the vehicle-mounted terminal identifier of the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal entering the coverage area is identified, the charging operation is started for the corresponding vehicle, so that the corresponding vehicle is timely and accurately charged, and the accuracy of the paid fee obtained by charging when the subsequent charging is finished is improved.
In this optional embodiment, after the ETC wireless communication device establishes a correspondence between a location of each target ETC vehicle-mounted terminal and an associated ETC account of the target ETC vehicle-mounted terminal, the method further includes:
the ETC wireless communication equipment detects whether target vehicles needing to finish charging exist in vehicles corresponding to all target ETC vehicle-mounted terminals;
when the target vehicle is detected to exist, the ETC wireless communication equipment finishes the charging operation aiming at the target vehicle, and the vehicle fee to be paid by the target vehicle is obtained.
In this optional embodiment, it is further optional that the ETC wireless communication device detects whether there is a target vehicle that needs to finish charging in vehicles corresponding to all target ETC vehicle-mounted terminals, and may include:
the ETC wireless communication equipment detects whether an ETC vehicle-mounted terminal which leaves the coverage range of the ETC wireless communication equipment exists in all target ETC vehicle-mounted terminals, and when the detection result is yes, the ETC wireless communication equipment determines that target vehicles which need to finish charging exist in vehicles corresponding to all the target ETC vehicle-mounted terminals, and the target vehicles comprise vehicles corresponding to the ETC vehicle-mounted terminals which leave the coverage range of the ETC wireless communication equipment in all the target ETC vehicle-mounted terminals; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
the ETC wireless communication equipment detects whether all target ETC vehicle-mounted terminals have ETC vehicle-mounted terminals of the associated two-dimensional codes of the coverage range of the ETC wireless communication equipment scanned by the user application client corresponding to the user identification, when the detection result is yes, it is determined that target vehicles needing to finish charging exist in the vehicles corresponding to all the target ETC vehicle-mounted terminals, and the target vehicles comprise vehicles corresponding to the ETC vehicle-mounted terminals of the associated two-dimensional codes of the coverage range of the ETC wireless communication equipment scanned by the user application client corresponding to the user identification in all the target ETC vehicle-mounted terminals.
It should be noted that, no matter the ETC wireless communication device acquires the vehicle-mounted terminal identifier of the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal through wireless acquisition, or acquires the vehicle-mounted terminal identifier of the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal through the background server, after the ETC wireless communication device establishes the corresponding relationship between the position where the vehicle is located and the associated ETC account number of the vehicle, as long as it is detected that the user uses the client to scan the associated two-dimensional code of the coverage range of the ETC wireless communication device, the user can be determined to trigger the end of the charging request.
In this alternative embodiment, after detecting that there is an ETC in-vehicle terminal that leaves the coverage of the ETC wireless communication device, the ETC wireless communication device may further perform the following operations:
the ETC wireless communication equipment starts timing at the moment when a certain ETC vehicle-mounted terminal is detected to leave the coverage range of the ETC wireless communication equipment, judges whether the certain ETC vehicle-mounted terminal enters the coverage range of the ETC wireless communication equipment again or not in the process of timing to a preset time length, and executes the above-mentioned determination that target vehicles needing to finish charging exist in vehicles corresponding to all target ETC vehicle-mounted terminals when the judgment result is negative. Therefore, the condition that the ETC wireless communication equipment detects errors or the vehicle temporarily moves to cause the vehicle charging to be ended in advance can be reduced, and the accuracy of determining the vehicle which needs to be charged is improved.
In this optional embodiment, when it is determined that the certain ETC vehicle-mounted terminal enters the coverage area of the ETC wireless communication device again in the process of counting the time to the preset time length, the ETC wireless communication device defaults that the certain ETC vehicle-mounted terminal is still located in the coverage area, and continues to perform the charging operation on the vehicle corresponding to the certain ETC vehicle-mounted terminal.
In this optional embodiment, after detecting that all target ETC vehicle-mounted terminals have the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal of the two-dimensional code associated with the coverage area of the ETC wireless communication device, the ETC wireless communication device may further perform the following operations:
the ETC wireless communication equipment sends a service ending prompt to service equipment which provides service for a vehicle corresponding to an ETC vehicle-mounted terminal, wherein the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal scans the associated two-dimensional code in the coverage area of the ETC wireless communication equipment by using an application client at present, so that the service equipment stops providing service for the vehicle.
Therefore, the optional embodiment can finish charging when the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal is detected to leave the coverage area of the ETC wireless communication equipment, and the user can finish charging the vehicle in a mode of scanning the associated two-dimensional code.
In yet another alternative embodiment, the method may further include the operations of:
after the charging operation is finished on the target vehicle, the ETC wireless communication equipment deducts the vehicle cost to be paid by the target vehicle from the associated ETC account of the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal of the target vehicle according to the corresponding relation; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
after the charging operation on the target vehicle is finished, the ETC wireless communication device sends a fee deduction instruction aiming at the target vehicle to at least one other ETC wireless communication device, so that any other ETC wireless communication device receiving the fee deduction instruction deducts vehicle fees to be paid by the target vehicle from an associated ETC account of the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal of the target vehicle when the vehicle-mounted terminal identification of the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal of the target vehicle is detected, wherein the fee deduction instruction at least comprises the vehicle-mounted terminal identification of the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal of the target vehicle and the vehicle fees to be paid by the target vehicle.
In yet another optional embodiment, any of the ETC wireless communication devices in the above application scenarios deducts the vehicle fee to be paid by the target vehicle from the associated ETC account of the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal of the target vehicle after receiving a fee deduction instruction triggered by the user and directed to the target vehicle, where the fee deduction instruction at least includes the vehicle-mounted terminal identifier of the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal of the target vehicle and the vehicle fee to be paid by the target vehicle.
Therefore, in the optional embodiment, after the vehicle is charged, the automatic deduction of the vehicle fee can be realized, and the automatic deduction of the vehicle fee can also be realized according to the fee deduction instruction triggered by the user. When vehicle fees are automatically deducted, the fee deduction can be completed by the ETC wireless communication equipment corresponding to the position where the vehicle is located, fee deduction can be completed by any ETC wireless communication equipment in the current scene when a fee deduction instruction is received, fee deduction modes of the vehicle fees are enriched, and fee deduction success rate can be improved.
Example two
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of another vehicle self-service payment implementation method based on the ETC device disclosed in the embodiment of the invention. The method described in fig. 2 is applied to a vehicle self-service payment implementation system including at least an ETC wireless communication device and a background server, and optionally, the system may further include an application client, that is: in the embodiment of the present invention, a detailed description is given by taking an example in which the vehicle-mounted terminal identifier of the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal acquired by the ETC wireless communication device is transmitted by the background server. As shown in fig. 2, the method for implementing vehicle self-service payment based on the ETC device may include the following operations:
201. and the application client scans the associated two-dimensional code in the current scene according to the scanning operation triggered by the user.
202. And after the associated two-dimensional code is scanned, the application client logs in a corresponding background server.
203. The background server determines the user identity of the application client and the two-dimension code identity of the associated two-dimension code scanned by the application client.

213. The ETC wireless communication equipment receives the charging ending prompt and ends the charging operation of the vehicle corresponding to the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal according to the charging ending prompt to obtain the vehicle cost to be paid by the vehicle.
214. The ETC wireless communication equipment deducts the vehicle fee to be paid from the associated ETC account number of the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal.
It should be noted that there may be multiple application clients scanning the associated two-dimensional code at a certain time or a certain period of time, and the operation performed by each application client is the same.
Therefore, the implementation of the vehicle self-service payment implementation method based on the ETC equipment, which is described by the embodiment of the invention, can determine the vehicle-mounted terminal identification corresponding to the user identity identification according to the associated two-dimensional code scanned by the user using the application client, so as to determine the position of the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal identified by the vehicle-mounted terminal identification in the current scene, and also enable the user to finish the charging operation in a manner of scanning the associated two-dimensional code by the application client, so that the operation is convenient, the vehicle corresponding to the vehicle-mounted terminal identification of each ETC vehicle-mounted terminal can be accurately identified, the accuracy of vehicle charging and/or automatic fee deduction can be improved, and the use experience of the ETC electronic automatic fee payment by the user can be improved; in addition, under the scene that the vehicle needs to be provided with the service, the vehicle corresponding to the vehicle-mounted terminal identification of each ETC vehicle-mounted terminal can be accurately identified, and the efficiency and the accuracy of providing the matching service for the vehicle can also be improved.
EXAMPLE III
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a vehicle self-service payment implementation device based on an ETC device according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the apparatus may be applied to an ETC wireless communication device that needs to identify an application scenario of a vehicle, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto. As shown in fig. 3, the apparatus may include:
the first obtaining module 301 is configured to obtain a vehicle-mounted terminal identifier of at least one target ETC vehicle-mounted terminal entering a coverage area of the vehicle-mounted terminal.
The determining module 302 is used for determining the position of each target ETC vehicle-mounted terminal in the current scene.

Therefore, the implementation of the device described in fig. 3 can accurately identify the vehicle corresponding to the vehicle-mounted terminal identifier of each ETC vehicle-mounted terminal, and can also establish the corresponding relationship between the vehicle position and the associated ETC account number of the vehicle, which is beneficial to improving the accuracy of vehicle charging and/or automatic fee deduction, and is further beneficial to improving the use experience of the user on the electronic automatic fee payment of the ETC; in addition, under the scene that the vehicle needs to be provided with the service, the position where the vehicle corresponding to the vehicle-mounted terminal identification of each ETC vehicle-mounted terminal is located can be accurately identified, and the efficiency and the accuracy rate of providing the matching service for the vehicle can also be improved.
In an optional embodiment, a specific manner for the first obtaining module 301 to obtain the vehicle-mounted terminal identifier of at least one target ETC vehicle-mounted terminal entering the coverage area may be as follows:

the fee deduction control module 308 is configured to deduct, according to the correspondence relationship, vehicle fees to be paid by the target vehicle from an associated ETC account of the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal of the target vehicle after the charging operation of the charging end module 307 on the target vehicle is ended; or, after the charging operation of the charging ending module 307 for the target vehicle is ended, a fee deduction instruction for the target vehicle is sent to at least one other ETC wireless communication device, so that any other ETC wireless communication device receiving the fee deduction instruction deducts the vehicle fee to be paid by the target vehicle from the associated ETC account of the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal of the target vehicle when the vehicle-mounted terminal identification of the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal of the target vehicle is detected, wherein the fee deduction instruction at least comprises the vehicle-mounted terminal identification of the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal of the target vehicle and the vehicle fee to be paid by the target vehicle.
In another optional embodiment, any ETC wireless communication device in the application scene deducts the vehicle fee to be paid by the target vehicle from the associated ETC account of the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal of the target vehicle after receiving the deduction instruction which is triggered by the user and is aimed at the target vehicle.
It can be seen that the implementation of the apparatus described in fig. 4 can realize automatic deduction of vehicle fees after the vehicle charging is finished, and can also realize automatic deduction of vehicle fees according to the deduction instruction triggered by the user. When vehicle fees are automatically deducted, the fee deduction can be completed by the ETC wireless communication equipment corresponding to the position where the vehicle is located, fee deduction can be completed by any ETC wireless communication equipment in the current scene when a fee deduction instruction is received, fee deduction modes of the vehicle fees are enriched, and fee deduction success rate can be improved.

the ETC wireless communication equipment acquires a vehicle-mounted terminal identifier of at least one target ETC vehicle-mounted terminal entering the coverage range of the ETC wireless communication equipment;
the ETC wireless communication equipment determines the position of each target ETC vehicle-mounted terminal in the current scene, and acquires the associated ETC account number of each target ETC vehicle-mounted terminal according to the vehicle-mounted terminal identification of each target ETC vehicle-mounted terminal;
the ETC wireless communication equipment establishes a corresponding relation between the position of each target ETC vehicle-mounted terminal in the current scene and an associated ETC account of the target ETC vehicle-mounted terminal;
and the corresponding relation between the position of each target ETC vehicle-mounted terminal and the associated ETC account of the target ETC vehicle-mounted terminal is used for charging the vehicle cost generated by the vehicle corresponding to the target ETC vehicle-mounted terminal in the current scene and/or automatically deducting the vehicle cost.
2. The ETC device-based vehicle self-service payment realization method according to claim 1, wherein the ETC wireless communication device acquires the vehicle-mounted terminal identification of at least one target ETC vehicle-mounted terminal entering the coverage area of the ETC wireless communication device, and the method comprises the following steps:
the ETC wireless communication equipment acquires a vehicle-mounted terminal identifier of at least one target ETC vehicle-mounted terminal entering the coverage range of the ETC wireless communication equipment; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
the ETC wireless communication equipment receives the vehicle-mounted terminal identification of the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal sent by the background server which establishes a connection relation with the ETC wireless communication equipment in advance, and the vehicle-mounted terminal identification of at least one target ETC vehicle-mounted terminal in the coverage range of the ETC wireless communication equipment is used as an entry.

The ETC-device-based vehicle self-service payment realization method according to claim 2, wherein the vehicle-mounted terminal identification of the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal sent by the background server to the ETC wireless communication device is determined by the background controller through the following operations:
detecting, by the background server, whether at least one application client triggers a scanning operation of an associated two-dimensional code for a coverage area of the ETC wireless communication device; when the detection result is yes, determining the user identity of each application client;
and the background server determines the vehicle-mounted terminal identification of the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal corresponding to the user identity identification of each application client according to the user identity identification of each application client, and the vehicle-mounted terminal identification is used as the vehicle-mounted terminal identification of the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal sent to the ETC wireless communication equipment.
4. The ETC device-based vehicle self-payment implementation method according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the determining of the position of each target ETC vehicle-mounted terminal in the current scene by the ETC wireless communication device comprises:
when the vehicle-mounted terminal identification of the target ETC vehicle-mounted terminal acquired by the ETC wireless communication equipment is sent by the background server, the ETC wireless communication equipment determines the position of each target ETC vehicle-mounted terminal in the current scene according to the associated two-dimensional code scanned by a user using an application client according to the user identification corresponding to the vehicle-mounted terminal identification of each target ETC vehicle-mounted terminal, wherein each position in the coverage range of the ETC wireless communication equipment has the associated two-dimensional code uniquely corresponding to the position; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
when ETC wireless communication equipment acquires the vehicle-mounted terminal identification of the target ETC vehicle-mounted terminal is acquired by the ETC wireless communication equipment, the ETC wireless communication equipment identifies the license plate identification which is identified according to the vehicle identification equipment which is arranged in the coverage range of the ETC wireless communication equipment and identifies the vehicle-mounted terminal identification of the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal which corresponds to the license plate identification, and each target ETC vehicle-mounted terminal is located in the current scene, wherein the unique vehicle identification equipment which is arranged correspondingly to each position in the coverage range of the ETC wireless communication equipment exists.

the ETC wireless communication equipment detects whether a target vehicle needing to finish charging exists in the vehicles corresponding to all the target ETC vehicle-mounted terminals;
when the target vehicle is detected to exist, the ETC wireless communication equipment finishes the charging operation aiming at the target vehicle, and the vehicle fee to be paid by the target vehicle is obtained.

The ETC device-based vehicle self-service payment realization method according to claim 5, wherein the ETC wireless communication device detects whether a target vehicle which needs to finish charging exists in all vehicles corresponding to the target ETC vehicle-mounted terminal, and the method comprises the following steps:
the ETC wireless communication equipment detects whether an ETC vehicle-mounted terminal which leaves the coverage range of the ETC wireless communication equipment exists in all the target ETC vehicle-mounted terminals, and when the detection result is yes, the target vehicles which need to finish charging exist in the vehicles corresponding to all the target ETC vehicle-mounted terminals, and the target vehicles comprise all the vehicles corresponding to the ETC vehicle-mounted terminals which leave the coverage range of the ETC wireless communication equipment in the target ETC vehicle-mounted terminals; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
