It should be noted that the ETC fee deduction abnormality may include: the method comprises the following steps of not opening an ETC self-service payment function, an ETC electronic account arrearage, an ETC electronic account quota, closing an ETC automatic payment function, not authorizing an ETC automatic payment, not enough balance of the ETC electronic account, freezing the ETC electronic account, pulling out an OBU card of ETC vehicle-mounted equipment or other abnormal conditions which cannot successfully realize fee deduction interaction between the ETC wireless communication equipment and the ETC vehicle-mounted equipment, and the like.
It should be further noted that the embodiment of the present invention provides a method for implementing a vehicle fee deduction through an electronic automatic payment account bound with identification information, that is, besides an existing ETC fee deduction method, there are other optional fee deduction methods. In other embodiments, vehicle-related personnel can directly select the electronic automatic payment account bound with the identification information to realize vehicle fee deduction according to own requirements, and compared with the embodiment of the invention, the vehicle fee deduction is realized through the electronic automatic payment account bound with the identification information only when the ETC fee deduction is abnormal; or, the vehicle related personnel may set priorities for a plurality of selectable fee deduction modes in advance, when the vehicle related fees need to be deducted, a target fee deduction mode capable of normally deducting the fees for the vehicle may be determined according to the sequence of the priorities from top to bottom, and the fees which should be paid by the vehicle at this time are deducted from the electronic automatic payment account corresponding to the target fee deduction mode.
Therefore, the method described by the embodiment of the invention can select the electronic automatic payment account bound with the identification information to complete fee deduction according to the identification information generated by the equipment parameters corresponding to the ETC vehicle-mounted equipment installed on the vehicle when the existing ETC fee deduction is abnormal, thereby improving the success rate of automatically deducting the related fees of the vehicle, being beneficial to reducing the occurrence of the condition that the vehicle cannot pass or the vehicle passing efficiency is low due to the fact that the vehicle cannot be successfully and automatically deducted, not only improving the vehicle passing efficiency, but also improving the self-service passing experience of the related personnel of the vehicle.

Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of another processing method for the abnormal fee deduction of the ETC according to the embodiment of the present invention. The method shown in fig. 2 may be applied to a corresponding processing device, where the processing device may be a processing terminal, a processing device, a deduction management system, or a processing server, and the processing server may be a local server, a remote server, or a cloud server, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the processing method when the ETC fee deduction is abnormal may include the following operations:

When the identification result of the on-board device indicates that the first ETC wireless communication device does not identify the device identifier of the ETC on-board device installed on the vehicle, the step 203 is triggered and executed; and triggering to execute the step 202 when the vehicle-mounted device identification result shows that the first ETC wireless communication device identifies the device identification of the ETC vehicle-mounted device installed on the vehicle.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the license plate number of the vehicle is acquired, the equipment identifier of the ETC vehicle-mounted equipment installed on the vehicle can be determined through the license plate number. It should be noted that the device identifier that the first ETC wireless communication device does not recognize the ETC vehicle-mounted device installed on the vehicle may specifically include:
the equipment identification recognized by the first ETC wireless communication equipment is empty, namely the equipment identification of the ETC vehicle-mounted equipment is not recognized; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,

And the processing method when the ETC deduction is abnormal can comprise the following operations:
when the vehicle is detected to enter a preset ETC fee deduction pre-identification area, acquiring a vehicle-mounted equipment identification result of second ETC wireless communication equipment in the ETC fee deduction pre-identification area;
when the identification result of the vehicle-mounted equipment indicates that the second ETC wireless communication equipment does not identify the equipment identification of the ETC vehicle-mounted equipment installed on the vehicle, determining that ETC fee deduction is abnormal for the vehicle;
when the vehicle-mounted equipment identification result shows that the second ETC wireless communication equipment identifies the equipment identification of the ETC vehicle-mounted equipment installed on the vehicle, the communication result of the second ETC wireless communication equipment and the ETC vehicle-mounted equipment is obtained;

Optionally, the determining whether the communication result meets a preset abnormal condition may include:
judging whether the communication result is empty or not, and if so, determining that the communication result meets a preset abnormal condition; if not, judging whether the communication result indicates that the current state of the ETC electronic account is one of the abnormal state sets, and if so, determining that the communication result meets a preset abnormal condition.
Optionally, the abnormal state set may include one or more of a null state (i.e., a state in which the ETC electronic account is not recognized), an insufficient balance state, a frozen state, a locked state, and an unauthorized state, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present invention.
The device identifier of the ETC vehicle-mounted device installed on the vehicle, which is not identified by the second ETC wireless communication device, may be any device identifier which is not identified by the second ETC wireless communication device, or may be a device identifier which is not identified by the second ETC wireless communication device.
It should be noted that, for the related description of the above corresponding steps, refer to the detailed description of step 101-103 in the first embodiment, which is not repeated herein.
It should be further explained that if it is determined that there is an abnormality in the ETC fee deduction for the vehicle in the ETC fee deduction pre-recognition area and it is further determined that the electronic automatic payment account bound with the identification information is determined, fee deduction for the vehicle related fee can be directly completed in the ETC fee deduction pre-recognition area, so that the vehicle can be directly released later, and vehicle passing efficiency is improved.
Therefore, the method described by the embodiment of the invention can intelligently judge whether ETC fee deduction is carried out on the vehicle subsequently in advance according to the vehicle-mounted equipment identification result of the ETC wireless communication equipment arranged in the ETC fee deduction pre-identification area or the communication result of the ETC vehicle-mounted equipment installed on the identified vehicle when the vehicle enters the preset ETC fee deduction pre-identification area, if the ETC fee deduction is abnormal, the electronic automatic payment account bound with the identification information can be determined in advance, the efficiency of determining the electronic automatic payment account is improved, the success rate of automatically deducting the vehicle related fee is improved, the situations that the vehicle cannot pass or the vehicle passing efficiency is low due to the fact that the vehicle cannot pass successfully are reduced are favorably reduced, the vehicle passing efficiency is improved, and self-service passing experience of vehicle related personnel is improved.
In an optional embodiment, after acquiring the electronic automatic payment account previously bound with the target identification information, the method may further include the following operations:
detecting whether the vehicle enters a preset ETC fee deduction area or not;

In another optional embodiment, after deducting the vehicle fees payable from the electronic automatic payment account, the method may further comprise the operations of:
detecting whether the fee to be paid by the vehicle is successfully deducted from the electronic automatic payment account, and controlling the vehicle to be released when the detection result is yes; and when the detection result is negative, deducting the fee to be paid by the vehicle from other electronic payment accounts bound with the vehicle.

Still further optionally, the determining sub-module 3015 is further configured to determine whether a certain piece of identification information corresponds to the vehicle when it is determined that the interval duration is less than or equal to the duration threshold; when it is determined that certain identification information corresponds to a vehicle, the second determination sub-module 3014 is triggered to perform the above-described operation of determining certain identification information as target identification information corresponding to the vehicle.
Therefore, the optional embodiment can generate the identification code bearing the target identification information after generating the target identification information corresponding to the vehicle according to the device parameters corresponding to the ETC vehicle-mounted device installed on the vehicle, so that when the ETC fee deduction is abnormal, the vehicle related personnel directly show the identification code bearing the target identification information to perform subsequent fee deduction processes, and the operation is convenient. Claims (12)

1. A processing method for ETC fee deduction abnormity is characterized by comprising the following steps:
when the situation that ETC fee deduction is abnormal is detected, determining target identification information corresponding to a vehicle, wherein the target identification information is generated according to equipment parameters corresponding to ETC vehicle-mounted equipment installed on the vehicle;
and acquiring an electronic automatic payment account which is bound with the target identification information in advance, and deducting the fee to be paid by the vehicle from the electronic automatic payment account.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the determining target identification information corresponding to the vehicle includes:
detecting whether a scanning operation of a user terminal for an authorized identification code set in a scene where the vehicle is currently located exists, wherein the scanning operation is used for logging in a deduction management system corresponding to the authorized identification code;
when the scanning operation is detected to exist, determining target identification information corresponding to the vehicle according to account information of the user terminal logging in the fee deduction management system;
the determining target identification information corresponding to the vehicle according to the account information of the user terminal logging in the deduction management system includes:
determining vehicle information bound with the account information according to the account information of the user terminal logging in the fee deduction management system;
judging whether the vehicle information bound with the account information is matched with the vehicle;
and when the vehicle information bound with the account information is judged to be matched with the vehicle, determining the identification information bound with the account information as target identification information corresponding to the vehicle.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the determining target identification information corresponding to the vehicle includes:
receiving a scanning result sent by a scanning device in a scene where the vehicle is located currently, wherein the scanning result is generated by scanning an identification code which is shown by a user and bears certain identification information by the scanning device;
and determining the certain identification information as target identification information corresponding to the vehicle.
4. The method for processing when ETC deduction is abnormal according to claim 3, wherein before said determining the certain identification information as target identification information corresponding to the vehicle, the method further comprises:
judging whether the certain identification information corresponds to the vehicle;
when the certain identification information is judged to correspond to the vehicle, the operation of determining the certain identification information as the target identification information corresponding to the vehicle is executed; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
judging whether the interval duration between the moment of receiving the scanning result and the moment of detecting that the ETC fee deduction on of the vehicle is abnormal is less than or equal to a predetermined duration threshold value or not;
and when the interval duration is judged to be less than or equal to the duration threshold, executing the operation of determining the certain identification information as the target identification information corresponding to the vehicle.
5. The method for processing when ETC deduction is abnormal according to claim 4, wherein after determining that the interval time length is equal to or less than the time length threshold value, the method further comprises:
judging whether the certain identification information corresponds to the vehicle;
and when the certain identification information is judged to correspond to the vehicle, executing the operation of determining the certain identification information as the target identification information corresponding to the vehicle.
6. The method for processing ETC deduction abnormality according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the method further comprises:
when a vehicle is detected to enter a preset ETC fee deduction area, acquiring a vehicle-mounted equipment identification result of first ETC wireless communication equipment in the ETC fee deduction area;
when the identification result of the vehicle-mounted equipment shows that the first ETC wireless communication equipment does not identify the equipment identification of the ETC vehicle-mounted equipment installed on the vehicle, determining that ETC fee deduction is abnormal for the vehicle;
when the vehicle-mounted equipment identification result shows that the first ETC wireless communication equipment identifies the equipment identification of the ETC vehicle-mounted equipment installed on the vehicle, obtaining a fee deduction interaction result of the first ETC wireless communication equipment and the ETC vehicle-mounted equipment;
and when the fee deduction interaction result shows that the fee deduction is not successful, determining that the ETC fee deduction for the vehicle is abnormal.
7. The method for processing ETC deduction abnormality according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the method further comprises:
when a vehicle is detected to enter a preset ETC fee deduction pre-identification area, acquiring a vehicle-mounted equipment identification result of second ETC wireless communication equipment in the ETC fee deduction pre-identification area;
when the vehicle-mounted device identification result shows that the second ETC wireless communication device does not identify the device identification of the ETC vehicle-mounted device installed on the vehicle, determining that ETC fee deduction is abnormal for the vehicle;
when the vehicle-mounted equipment identification result shows that the second ETC wireless communication equipment identifies the equipment identification of the ETC vehicle-mounted equipment installed on the vehicle, acquiring a communication result of the second ETC wireless communication equipment and the ETC vehicle-mounted equipment;
judging whether the communication result meets a preset abnormal condition or not;
and when the communication result is judged to meet the abnormal condition, determining that ETC fee deduction is performed on the vehicle.
8. The processing method for ETC fee deduction abnormality according to claim 7, wherein after acquiring the electronic automatic payment account previously bound to the target identification information, the method further comprises:
detecting whether the vehicle enters a preset ETC fee deduction area or not;
when the vehicle is detected to enter the ETC fee deduction area, whether the vehicle is successfully deducted fee is detected;
when detecting that the vehicle is successfully buckled, controlling to release the vehicle;
and when the vehicle is detected not to be successfully charged, deducting the fee to be paid by the vehicle from the electronic automatic payment account.
9. The method for processing ETC deduction abnormality according to any one of claims 6 to 8, wherein after deducting a fee to be paid by the vehicle from the electronic automatic payment account, the method further comprises:
controlling the vehicle to be released when the fee that the vehicle should pay is successfully deducted from the electronic automatic payment account;
when the vehicle payable fee is not successfully deducted from the electronic automatic payment account, deducting the vehicle payable fee from other electronic payment accounts bound with the vehicle.
10. A processing device for ETC fee deduction abnormality, characterized by comprising:
