The area identification matched with the target identification uniquely corresponding to a certain vehicle is determined according to the target identification after the vehicle passing management equipment receives the target identification uniquely corresponding to the certain vehicle sent by the vehicle identification equipment in the current running channel of the certain vehicle. The vehicle identification device and the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal are in communication connection with the vehicle passing management device respectively.
202. The vehicle passing management device selects a first ETC antenna matched with the first ETC settlement platform from a plurality of predetermined ETC antennas.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as an optional implementation manner, the selecting, by the vehicle passage management device, a first ETC antenna that matches the first ETC settlement platform from among a plurality of predetermined ETC antennas may include:
when the identification information comprises the target identification, the vehicle passing management equipment inquires the bank identification of the bank to which the bank card corresponding to the ETC electronic account bound with the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal belongs from a plurality of predetermined bank ETC card issuing platforms according to the target identification, and selects the ETC antenna matched with the bank identification from a plurality of predetermined ETC antennas to serve as the first ETC antenna matched with the first ETC settlement platform.
In this optional embodiment, when the target identifier is a vehicle identifier of a certain vehicle, it is determined that the vehicle identifier of the certain vehicle corresponds to the terminal identifier of the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal through the unique correspondence between the vehicle identifier and the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal.
In this optional implementation manner, the multiple bank ETC card issuing platforms may include, but are not limited to, at least one of an e-commerce bank ETC card issuing platform, a wide bank ETC card issuing platform, a chinese bank ETC card issuing platform, a construction bank ETC card issuing platform, and a delivery bank ETC card issuing platform, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. Each bank ETC card issuing platform corresponds to one ETC antenna respectively, namely each bank corresponds to one ETC antenna respectively.
In this optional embodiment, the correspondence between each bank and its matching ETC antenna is established in advance. The corresponding relationship between each bank and the matched ETC antenna may be established by the vehicle communication management device, or may be pre-established by the bank ETC card issuing platform and then sent to the vehicle communication management device, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. Furthermore, the corresponding relation between each bank and the matched ETC antenna is stored in the vehicle passing management equipment in advance, so that the corresponding relation between each bank and the matched ETC antenna is established in advance and stored in advance, the determining efficiency and accuracy of the ETC antenna are improved, and the settlement accuracy and efficiency of the cost required to be paid by the vehicle are improved.
Therefore, in the optional implementation mode, the bank identification of the bank to which the bank card belongs, corresponding to the ETC electronic account bound with the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal of the vehicle, is acquired, and the ETC antenna matched with the ETC settlement platform, corresponding to the ETC electronic account bound with the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal of the vehicle, can be determined.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as another optional implementation manner, the selecting, by the vehicle passage management device, a first ETC antenna matched with the first ETC settlement platform from a plurality of predetermined ETC antennas may include:
when the identification information includes the above-mentioned lane identification, the vehicle passage management device selects an ETC antenna that matches the lane identification from a plurality of ETC antennas determined in advance as a first ETC antenna that matches the first ETC settlement platform.
In this optional embodiment, each channel corresponds to one ETC antenna, and each ETC antenna corresponds to one ETC settlement platform. Similarly, the corresponding relation between each channel and the matched ETC antenna is established in advance. The corresponding relationship between each channel and the matched ETC antenna may be established by the vehicle communication management device, may also be established in advance by the ETC antenna of the corresponding channel, and may also be established in advance by the vehicle identification device of the corresponding channel, and then sent to the vehicle communication management device. Further, the correspondence relationship of each lane with its matching ETC antenna is stored in advance in the vehicle passage management device. Establish the corresponding relation through every passageway rather than the ETC antenna that corresponds in advance like this and save in advance, be favorable to improving the definite efficiency and the accuracy of ETC antenna to be favorable to improving the settlement accuracy and the efficiency of the expense settlement of vehicle.
In this optional embodiment, further optionally, when the identification information includes a lane identifier, the vehicle passage management device may select, as the first ETC antenna matched with the first ETC settlement platform, an ETC antenna matched with the lane identifier from among a plurality of predetermined ETC antennas, and may include:
the vehicle passing management equipment determines a second ETC settlement platform corresponding to an ETC antenna matched with a current driving channel of a certain vehicle according to the channel identification, and judges whether the second ETC settlement platform is the same as a first ETC settlement platform matched with an ETC electronic account or not;
if the vehicle passing management equipment is the same as the ETC antenna, the ETC antenna corresponding to the current running channel of a certain vehicle is determined to be a first ETC antenna matched with the first ETC settlement platform by the vehicle passing management equipment;
if not the same, the vehicle passing management equipment determines a third ETC settlement platform corresponding to each ETC antenna in all ETC antennas except the ETC antenna matched with the current driving channel of a certain vehicle, and screens the ETC antennas corresponding to the ETC settlement platform the same as the first ETC settlement platform from all the third ETC settlement platforms to serve as the first ETC antennas matched with the first ETC settlement platform.
Therefore, in the optional embodiment, the ETC antenna matched with the ETC settlement platform corresponding to the ETC electronic account bound by the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal of the vehicle can be determined by determining the current driving channel of the vehicle; further, when judging that the ETC antenna assorted ETC settlement platform that the passageway that the vehicle is currently travelling corresponds is inequality with the ETC electronic account assorted ETC settlement platform that corresponds with the vehicle, with other ETC antennas that correspond with the same ETC settlement platform of the ETC electronic account assorted ETC settlement platform that corresponds with the vehicle as with ETC electronic account assorted ETC settlement platform, can improve and match the possibility to suitable ETC antenna for the vehicle to improve the possibility that the vehicle can carry out the expense settlement.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as a further optional implementation manner, the selecting, by the vehicle passage management device, a first ETC antenna that matches the first ETC settlement platform from among a plurality of predetermined ETC antennas may include:
when the identification information includes the above-mentioned area identification, the vehicle passage management device selects an ETC antenna that matches the area identification from among a plurality of ETC antennas determined in advance, as a first ETC antenna that matches the first ETC settlement platform.
In this alternative embodiment, the region identifiers are distinguished according to provinces and cities, for example: a beijing area logo, a guangdong area logo, and the like. Further, when the owned quantity of the vehicles equipped with the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal in the area is greater than or equal to a preset owned quantity threshold of vehicles (for example, 80 ten thousand), the area identifier corresponding to the area may further include a plurality of area sub-identifiers, for example: the Guandong region tag can include a Guangzhou city region tag, a Shenzhen region tag, an Dongguan region tag, and the like. The area identification is subdivided into the plurality of area sub-identifications according to the condition of the number of vehicles in the area, the determination accuracy of the ETC antenna can be further improved, the condition that the ETC settlement platform is overloaded to cause the vehicle expense settlement due to the fact that the same ETC settlement platform is used for carrying out the expense settlement of the vehicles in the same area due to the fact that the number of the vehicles is too large can be reduced, and therefore the accuracy of the expense settlement of the vehicles is facilitated.
In this optional embodiment, each ETC antenna corresponds to one area, and each ETC antenna corresponds to one ETC settlement platform, that is, each area corresponds to one ETC settlement platform. Further, when the area identifier includes a plurality of area sub-identifiers, that is, the area includes a plurality of sub-areas, each sub-area corresponds to one ETC antenna, for example: the Guangzhou city region corresponds to an ETC antenna, and the Shenzhen city region corresponds to an ETC antenna. Similarly, the corresponding relation between each area and the matched ETC antenna is established in advance. The correspondence between each region and the matched ETC antenna may be established by the vehicle communication management device, may be pre-established by the ETC antenna of the corresponding region, or may be pre-established by the region planning office of the corresponding region, and then sent to the vehicle communication management device. Further, the correspondence relationship of each region with its matching ETC antenna is stored in advance in the vehicle passage management apparatus. The ETC antenna determining method and the ETC antenna determining device are favorable for improving the determining efficiency and accuracy of the ETC antenna, and therefore the settlement accuracy and efficiency of the vehicle expense settlement are improved.
Therefore, in the optional implementation mode, the ETC antenna matched with the ETC settlement platform corresponding to the ETC electronic account bound by the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal of the vehicle can be determined by determining the region to which the license plate of the vehicle belongs.
It is thus clear that the ETC antenna that the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal of vehicle bound the ETC electronic account assorted ETC settlement platform corresponds can enough improve the definite possibility of ETC antenna through the ETC antenna that arbitrary one of above target identification, passageway identification and the three kinds of modes of area identification are confirmed, can also enrich the definite mode of ETC antenna, improve the intelligent function of the current management equipment of vehicle.
In the embodiment of the present invention, it should be noted that, when the identification information includes the target identifier, the lane identifier, and the area identifier at the same time, the vehicle passage management device determines, according to the identifier levels from top to bottom, the ETC antenna corresponding to the ETC settlement platform matched with the ETC electronic account bound to the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal of the vehicle until the ETC antenna is determined. The identification levels of the target identification, the channel identification and the area identification are sequentially reduced. Like this when the identification information that the vehicle corresponds includes a plurality of signs, the ETC antenna that ETC electronic account assorted ETC settlement platform of vehicle corresponds is confirmed according to the grade height of sign grade, can enough determine the ETC antenna of matching, can reduce again because repeated definite ETC antenna leads to carrying out the condition emergence of repeated charge settlement to the vehicle, reduces the phenomenon that the indiscriminate expense of deducting that probably appears, is favorable to promoting user's experience and feels.
203. The vehicle passing management equipment sends expense settlement information aiming at a certain vehicle to the first ETC antenna, so that the first ETC antenna sends expense settlement information to an ETC vehicle-mounted terminal of the certain vehicle and receives settlement success information returned by the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal, receives settlement success information fed back by the first ETC antenna, and sends settlement success information to the first ETC settlement platform, and the settlement success information is used for the first ETC settlement platform to finish automatic deduction of expenses corresponding to the expense settlement information from an ETC electronic account bound by the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal.
In the embodiment of the invention, the expense settlement information at least comprises the expense to be paid corresponding to the current passing of a certain vehicle. Further optionally, the fee settlement information may further include a target identifier uniquely corresponding to a certain vehicle. Still further, if the current scene is a parking lot parking scene, the fee settlement information may further include at least one of a parking duration of a certain vehicle, a time of entering the parking lot, a time of exiting the parking lot, a parking lot entry identifier, a parking lot exit identifier, a parking lot identifier, and a fee calculation manner (for example, charging by hour, charging by number, and the like), and further optionally, the fees to be paid for the current pass of the certain vehicle may include a sub-parking fee generated when the certain vehicle parks in the parking lot parking scene and/or a sub-service fee generated by vehicle services (for example, charging services, vehicle cleaning services, vehicle beauty, and the like) enjoyed by the certain vehicle in the parking lot parking scene and/or a sub-service fee generated by other services (for example, dining services and the like) corresponding to a vehicle user of the certain vehicle. When the fees to be paid corresponding to the current pass of a certain vehicle only comprise the sub-parking fees, the parking time length of the certain vehicle is used for calculating the sub-parking fees; when the fees to be paid corresponding to the current pass of a certain vehicle only comprise sub-service fees, the parking duration of the certain vehicle is used for representing the duration of providing the vehicle service for the certain vehicle, and can also be used for verifying or verifying the duration of providing the vehicle service for the certain vehicle, and the embodiment of the invention is not limited; if the current scene is a road segment scene, the fee settlement information may further include at least one of a time when a certain vehicle enters a toll collection road segment, a time when the certain vehicle exits the toll collection road segment, an identifier of an entrance toll station, and an identifier of an exit toll station. Therefore, the more the content included in the expense settlement information is, the more the ETC settlement platform can verify the expense to be paid by the vehicle according to the expense settlement information, the more the accuracy of the expense settlement of the vehicle can be improved, and the condition that the expense settlement error of the vehicle is reduced. Still further optionally, the fee settlement information may further include an antenna identification of the first ETC antenna. Like this through the antenna sign with the ETC antenna send to the ETC settlement platform that corresponds, can make ETC settlement platform know the transmission path of the expense settlement information of vehicle.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the settlement success information is used to indicate that the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal of a certain vehicle has successfully completed settlement of fees due to a certain vehicle, and the settlement success information may include at least one of an ETC vehicle-mounted terminal identifier of a certain vehicle, a vehicle identifier of a certain vehicle, a lane identifier where a certain vehicle is located, fees for successful settlement, a fee settlement time, and a bank identifier corresponding to a bank matching an ETC electronic account bound to the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal. Therefore, the specific content of the settlement success information is determined and the specific content included by the settlement success information is fed back to the vehicle passing management equipment, so that the vehicle passing management equipment can know the detailed and accurate settlement condition of the vehicle, and the accuracy of deducting the payment charge of the vehicle from the ETC electronic account bound by the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal of the vehicle by the ETC settlement platform can be improved.
In the embodiment of the invention, the cost corresponding to the information for automatically deducting the fee settlement from the ETC electronic account bound by the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal by the first ETC settlement platform is the payment required for the current passing of a certain vehicle.
In an optional embodiment, the method for selecting the ETC antenna in the vehicle settlement of the fee may further include the steps of:
when determining to exist in a plurality of ETC antennas with first ETC settlement platform assorted first ETC antenna, one of them ETC antenna is selected from a plurality of ETC antennas to the current management equipment of vehicle, as the second ETC antenna with first ETC settlement platform matching to establish the corresponding relation of first ETC settlement platform and second ETC antenna.
In this optional embodiment, optionally, as an optional implementation, the vehicle passage management device may screen one of the plurality of ETC antennas as a second ETC antenna matched with the first ETC settlement platform, and may include:
the vehicle passing management equipment determines an ETC antenna corresponding to a current running channel of a certain vehicle as a second ETC antenna matched with the first ETC settlement platform; or alternatively
The vehicle passing management equipment screens any one ETC antenna from the plurality of ETC antennas to serve as a second ETC antenna matched with the first ETC settlement platform; or
The vehicle passing management device screens, from the plurality of ETC antennas, ETC antennas which meet a predetermined communication condition including at least one of a number of communications equal to or less than a predetermined number of communications threshold (e.g., 20) within a time period of a predetermined length of time (e.g., one week, one natural month, etc.), a communication signal strength equal to or greater than a predetermined communication signal strength threshold (e.g., 80 dbm) within the time period, and a communication signal stability equal to or greater than a predetermined signal stability threshold (e.g., 0.8) within the time period, as a second ETC antenna which matches the first ETC settlement platform, wherein the communication signal stability ranges from 0 to 1, and the higher the value of the communication signal stability indicates that the communication signal is more stable), and the cutoff time of the predetermined length of time is a time at which it is determined that the first ETC antenna matching the first ETC settlement platform does not exist in the plurality of ETC antennas. Further, if the number of the ETC antennas meeting the communication condition is greater than 1, the ETC antenna with the least number of communication times is used as the ETC antenna matched with the ETC settlement platform matched with the ETC electronic account bound with the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal of the vehicle, so that the ETC antenna resource is fully utilized; or the ETC antenna with the strongest communication signal intensity is used as the ETC antenna matched with the ETC settlement platform matched with the ETC electronic account bound with the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal of the vehicle, so that the transmission efficiency of the expense settlement information of the vehicle is facilitated; or the ETC antenna with the largest communication signal stability is used as the ETC antenna matched with the ETC settlement platform matched with the ETC electronic account bound with the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal of the vehicle, so that the successful transmission probability of the expense settlement information of the vehicle is favorably improved; or
The vehicle passing management equipment determines at least one bordering area corresponding to the area where a certain vehicle belongs according to related content included by the identification information, and screens one of the ETC antennas matched with the bordering area identification corresponding to one of the bordering areas from the multiple ETC antennas to serve as a second ETC antenna matched with the first ETC settlement platform.
In this alternative embodiment, the related content included in the identification information may include a target identifier uniquely corresponding to a certain vehicle and/or a region identifier matching with the target identifier uniquely corresponding to a certain vehicle.
For example, when the area to which the vehicle a belongs is the south of the sea, the ETC antenna corresponding to the guangdong area may be used as the ETC antenna corresponding to the ETC settlement platform matched with the ETC electronic account bound to the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal of the vehicle a.
It is thus clear that this optional embodiment does not have the ETC electronic account assorted ETC settlement platform assorted ETC antenna that binds with the ETC vehicle terminal of vehicle in determining a plurality of ETC antennas, further select one of them ETC antenna from a plurality of ETC antennas, as the ETC antenna that matches with this ETC settlement platform, and establish the corresponding relation with this ETC antenna, be convenient for follow-up direct use through this ETC antenna with the expense settlement information transmission of vehicle to the ETC settlement platform that corresponds, be favorable to realizing the quick and accurate settlement of the settlement expense of this vehicle. The ETC antenna corresponding to any ETC antenna or the current driving channel of the vehicle or the ETC antenna meeting the communication condition or the ETC antenna corresponding to the bordering area of the license plate of the vehicle is used as the ETC antenna matched with the ETC settlement platform matched with the ETC electronic account bound by the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal of the vehicle, so that the determining mode of the ETC antenna corresponding to the vehicle can be enriched, and the possibility of matching the vehicle to the proper ETC antenna is improved; and the ETC antenna meeting the communication condition is used as the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal of the vehicle to bind the ETC electronic account matched ETC settlement platform matched ETC antenna, so that the ETC antenna resource can be fully utilized while the expense settlement information of the vehicle is successfully and smoothly transmitted to the ETC settlement platform.
In another optional embodiment, after the correspondence relationship between the first ETC settlement platform and the second ETC antenna is established, the method for selecting the ETC antenna in the vehicle for the fee settlement may further include the steps of:
the vehicle passing management equipment establishes a corresponding relation between identification information corresponding to a certain vehicle and an ETC settlement platform corresponding to an ETC electronic account bound by an ETC vehicle-mounted terminal of the certain vehicle, and sends the corresponding relation to the second ETC antenna.
It is thus clear that this optional embodiment when determining that there is not the ETC electronic account assorted ETC settlement platform assorted ETC antenna that binds with the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal of vehicle in a plurality of ETC antennas, and after determining the ETC antenna that matches for this vehicle, further establish the identification information that the vehicle corresponds and the corresponding ETC settlement platform's that corresponds corresponding relation, and send this corresponding relation to the ETC antenna who matches out, can reduce because ETC antenna corresponds a plurality of ETC settlement platforms and lead to appearing ETC settlement platform and match chaotic circumstances and take place, thereby reduce the settlement of vehicle expense and make mistakes or the settlement condition that fails and take place.
In yet another optional embodiment, the method for selecting the ETC antenna in the vehicle for fee settlement before the vehicle passage management device determines the ETC antenna corresponding to the current driving lane of the certain vehicle as the second ETC antenna matched with the first ETC settlement platform may further include the steps of:
the vehicle passing management equipment judges whether a corresponding ETC antenna exists in a current running channel of a certain vehicle, and when the corresponding ETC antenna exists, the operation of determining the ETC antenna corresponding to the current running channel of the certain vehicle as a second ETC antenna matched with the first ETC settlement platform is triggered and executed;
when judging that there is not corresponding ETC antenna, the vehicle management equipment that passes determines arbitrary one ETC antenna or satisfies the ETC antenna or the ETC antenna that borders on the district sign assorted of communication condition, as with first ETC settlement platform assorted second ETC antenna.
Therefore, in the optional embodiment, whether the ETC antenna exists in the current driving channel of the vehicle is judged, and if the ETC antenna exists in the current driving channel of the vehicle, the ETC antenna is determined to be the ETC antenna matched with the ETC settlement platform corresponding to the vehicle, so that the condition that the ETC antenna matched with the ETC settlement platform corresponding to the vehicle is determined to fail due to the fact that the ETC antenna does not exist in the current driving channel of the vehicle can be reduced; if not, then confirm the ETC settlement platform assorted ETC antenna that the vehicle corresponds through other modes, can guarantee to match suitable ETC antenna for the ETC settlement platform that the vehicle corresponds to be favorable to follow-up expense settlement information transmission with the vehicle through the ETC antenna to the ETC settlement platform that corresponds, thereby be favorable to improving the settlement efficiency and the accuracy of the required payment expense of vehicle.
In still another optional embodiment, after determining that there is no first ETC antenna matching the first ETC settlement platform among the plurality of ETC antennas and before the vehicle passage management device screens one of the plurality of ETC antennas as the second ETC antenna matching the first ETC settlement platform, the method for selecting the ETC antenna in the vehicle fee settlement may further include the steps of:
the vehicle passing management equipment sends the fee settlement information of a certain vehicle to the first ETC settlement platform so that the first ETC settlement platform can finish the fee settlement of the certain vehicle according to the fee settlement information of the certain vehicle and the vehicle passing management equipment.
It is obvious that this optional embodiment when determining that there is not the ETC electronic account assorted ETC settlement platform assorted ETC antenna that binds with the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal of vehicle in a plurality of ETC antennas, directly through the current management equipment of vehicle with the expense settlement information transmission of vehicle to the ETC settlement platform that corresponds, can guarantee to accomplish the settlement of this current toll of vehicle.
